Peace In Apocalypse

Max took a front row seat on the right side of the bus, across from Rebekah. "I don't blame you for being suspicious. Name's Alex." Obviously, he was lying. He looked out the window for any kind of crawlers. "Where y'all headed?" I was going across town." There were more people still alve than he expected. This bus of people didn't exactly like fighters.

"To be honest, i dunno. im not from the area. i heard the driver talk about some huge hotel. Is that right?" She said, slouching somewhat in her seat. she held the gun across her lap.

Frank was never much one for firearms, but he still listened to Rebekah as she taught him to shoot the gun. He didn't want to ever shoot the gun, but if he had to, then he would. When the girl sat down, gesturing for him to do as well, he nodded, taking a seat beside her.

As the stranger introduced himself, he nodded, even though he didn't believe him for a second. "I'm Frank...we're heading towards Planet Hollywood, I think. I've never been to Las Vegas, I don't even know what the hotel's like..." He ran his fingers through his hair, looking tired and stressed and scared. "I hope there's some supplies there, we really need it..."

Max nodded. "Ya, I'm running low aswell. I was heading to a supposed airfield. Hopefully I can find something that's easy to fly. I'm trying to make my way down to Houston." He looked out the window. His family lived there. Hopefully they might still be there.

Listening to the conversations carry on, Joe nodded. He looked around outside of the Windows, he noticed that the sun was going down. He slowly pulled the bus to a hault.

"I don't feel like talking while driving, and have the bus crash into any of these vehicles." He unclipped his belt and stood up. "Yeah, Planet Hollywood is the planned destination. We will find a store to sleep in for the night, father supplies and be on our way. odds are we will come face to face with another group. So we need to be Careful. Any questions?"

Frank nodded when the driver suggested that they stop for the night. "No questions..." he said, brushing his hair back with a hand. "I'm just...glad we're all okay..." He shrugged, glancing back at the remaining members of their group. Hopefully, they too would survive the next chapter of this apocalypse.

"Umm...we don't have much in the way of weapons...I've just got a small knife and Jacob's got a wrench, I think. If we come across anyone else, we probably won't be very good in a fight..." he added, hoping that they would stay somewhere defensible and peaceful.

The man groaned and scratched his left shoulder.

"I have plenty of weapons back in my truck." He reached up and touched the top of the bus, showing off his true height. "But I can't just drop you all off at planet Hollywood and then pick my truck up. I planned on getting my try truck when we arrive in the camp just outside of Vegas."

"Pretty much anything can be a weapon." Rebekah mumbled under her breath.
"If you need, I can come with. Being alone isn't very safe anymore. And those weapons at a must, so having you die wouldn't be helpful." She said. She spoke truth, but she also didn't trust him. She expected him to want the ride, retrieve his truck, then leave without arming the church group. Even f he is giving them a ride to a hotel, Some people got pretty selfish in the apocalypse.

Max intended to go with whatever they decided on. Just along as he survived until morning. "I have my bat and a few knives. Also I have...." He debated in his head for a few seconds before deciding not to tell them he had a gun. "That's all I have. There might be some stuff in the bus. The handrail might make a nice club."

((Zombie apocalypse. Metal' s character (joe) saved Equinox (Frank) and my (rebekah) church group from a casino, Ceeki's (max, who we know as Alex) needed a ride and joined Joe' s bus. We are on our way to a huge hotel with little supplies currently))
"And the seat legs can also make clubs." Rebekah said thoughtfully.

He walked to the front seat of the bus and took the key, turning it and pulling it to save Gas.

"Now that I think about it," Joe began. "All we need is the weapons and supplies, right? I can just take the bus there, grab all of my supplies, také what gas I have left, then come back to the hotel and get you lot."

Max responded quickly to Joes idea. "No offense, but how can we be sure to trust you?"

"That's a very good question." Joe smiled lightly. He walked over to the steering wheel. He opened the door and crossed his arms over his chest. "Don't trust me? Start walking."

"Tch." Rebekah clicked her tongue. she slouched back in her seat, as if indicating she was staying put. She trusted him enough to help him out, but that was her opinion. If there weren't other people involved, she would totally team up with him. But to be honest, she didn't really trust anyone. Knowing what she knew and felt, their judgement could be irrational and impulsive. But this guy was the one who saved them and now have a ride and a place. she felt she owed him one.
"I want to go with, in case you betray our trust. I highly doubt you will." She held the gun tightly on her lap, but had no intention of shooting it.

(Hope y'all don't mind if I join in on this adventure.)

"Liam.." a whisper of a womans voice echoed in his head. Liams eyes opened as he looked at the sky. He heard a peeping sound in his head. It was his helmet peeping. The screen seemed a little red. The top left corner read "Danger! Enemy closing in.". Before he could even get up he was jumped on by an Flesh Eater. He just looked at it and just stared. He was pushing it off as it was trying to chomp on him. He shoved it off of him as he started to get up. All of a sudden a huge explosion flew him forwards as he slammed into several trees snapping them in half. Sense finally came into play as he shook his head and looked at the fire and rubble of what use to be a building. He looked to the left and then the right. The were coming from both directions. He looked around for his weapon as he found it. He ran for the gun but was stopped by a Zombie who was cut in half. He stomped on its head and it splattered into bits. He ran for the guns that laid on the ground. He picked up his rifle and his pistol and his sword, that use too be someone who deeply cared for. Began running and running as the horde followed him. He shot his pistol from behind knocking a few on the ground.

"Where's the bag.." he mumbled. "Where's my damn bag!!!" he then exclaimed. He looked and the saw it. He was under a car..well several of them. He looked behind him and then at the bags and then hauled for them. He slid under the car and grabbed the bag and jumped from pile of cars and back to the street. He ran and ran with the bag on his bag. That bag was his life source. He heard like it sounded like a bus on the road. He stopped and looked around. "No...." he said as he saw it was a school bus." he tried to wave it down to make it go the other direction. They must've saw the explosion. He cursed under his breathe as the bus was still coming. He began running for the bus in the opposite direction. His suit may alert them but he didn't care. He didn't want innocent people dying because he was reckless.

He charged for the bus as he saw a horde heading that way. He ran and ran as the horde looked to be closing in on the bus. He took out his rifle and began shooting at the horde "HEY!!!" he screamed as he was running and then jumped as he landed on the hud of the bus. "Keep going straight!! I'll cover you till you clear the road!" he exclaimed and the jumped off. He looked back and saw who was in their. Not very many people where their but they were still lives. Young..about his age. He began firing, making way for the bus.

(Do forgive me for the long post. I haven't been on this site in a very long. I may be a little rusty. Haha. Do give me feed back on what y'all think. If it's too much. I'm more than happy to change it. xD)
