I know what a CS is. Tenure means office, job or conditioning of a building. Isn't everyone paranormal division? That is the point of this RP, yes?

I am quite an misunderstanding person here, although I wasn't paying attention to the meaning. USA, Russia, China & Japan hasn't decided to put veterans in Paranormal Division in the plot, just yet. Unfortunately, all European veterans are only in Paranormal Division, the other countries could accept veterans later in plot.
