NPCs for homeboy Winter Soldier.
Name: Stephen G. Rogers
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: Long-time childhood best friend and former commanding officer of Barnable James Buchanan. Is truly the ideal soldier that bleeds red, white, and blue; is alluded to as a righteous boy scout by Barnes and an overall good man. Captain Rogers was the individual that collected Barnes in Ras al-Ain and brought him home. Despite his efforts in helping the disgracefully discharged soldier, via putting him up and some money, Stephen finds his friend gone to the wind.

Name: Clara W. Oz
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: Clara was the girlfriend of Barnable's for some time before the relationship abruptly ended when public media disseminated malicious information in respect to Sergeant Buchanan. She was unable to handle the ostracizing from her peers and family. A bubbly and lovely girl, Barnable was devastated when he learned of her having left him.
--------------------
Name: Thaddeus E. Russ
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: The General is the de facto reason behind Barnes's slandered reputation and dishonorable discharge.
He's absolutely an asshole, plain and simple.
--------------------
Name: Natalya Romanov
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: A sultry yet efficient agent slash assassin in the employ of the CIA that Sergeant Buchanan and Captain Rogers encountered amid their tour in Syria. A very personable individual despite her profession, she bonded with the two rather rapidly and was found to be deeply human for an individual in her position.
She has the penchant for being unpredictable, saying one thing and doing another, something the two boys find as an endearing, if difficult, trait.
She has, on occasion, supplied them with intel during their time overseas.
--------------------
Name: Samuel Willard
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: A paratrooper that formed a friendship with Buchanan and Rogers, has reportedly saved their asses more than once despite any assertions from the two otherwise. A talented warrior of the skies that's flown nigh a hundred sorties in his career, Samuel has retired from the service, serving as a part-time contractor during the day and moon-lights as private security at night.
He misses the rush and thrill of his half-decade long career in the military.
Currently, he is in possession of a silver sedan and is, at this moment, accosting the fine arbitrators of the law. : |
--------------------
Name: T'Challa
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: T'Challa belongs to a tenant that lives within the same apartment complex as Rogers. He is a young Egyptian Mau, sporting black colors unseen in his breed, brought in at a tender age to replace the previous Mau, T'Chaka, who'd passed of natural causes given his advanced age. His is an egregious personality, widely hostile towards a select few, yet he is graciously kind and caring to his owner.
The hostility is quite notable as observed in his interactions with Stephen's best friend, Barnable James Buchanan, in that he relentlessly pursues and assaults the former soldier with seemingly intense umbrage. Even the fellow tenant is baffled in regard to her kitten's behavior.
As a side-note: he adores Natalya for some reason despite their very brief interaction.
--------------------
Name: Scott Tang
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: Some random nerd Buck and Steve knew in high-school; last they saw of him was in a reunion several years later. He appeared to be doing fairly well with his master's in mechanical engineering.
He was cruelly teased for his surname's relation to the orangutan with the fruity space-powder mix.
--------------------
Name: Helmut Zemo
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: A Syrian refugee of Germanic origins that emigrated to the States in light of the overseas conflict. Helmut's found work as employee of a pet shop within the classier district of Highlights, catering to the high-end tastes of those seeking out exotic breeds to own as pets. His knowledge of animal breeds and willingness to work for lesser wages effectively made him a shoe-in for the position.
Perhaps it was more his persuasive methods than the aforementioned qualities. There is much to him than meets the eye; it is said he hides far more than he lets on and that his past is shrouded in history. Some suggest he was formerly a conscripted soldier...
It was he who facilitated the sale of a certain Egyptian Mau that harbors ill will for a certain ex-soldier.
--------------------
Name: Bart Clinton
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: Buchanan and Rogers know him quite well given they both grew up within the same neighborhood. The difference being that while the boys hailed from the slums, Clinton had his ties to an intrepid traveling circus that based out of Parrel. Over time, they struck a friendship that'd last a lifetime and whenever the man, and his circus, was in town, they made sure to visit and pay their dues.
And to razzle him for his goofnuts stage name of "The Soaring Hawk".
Granted, his talent as both gymnast and archer went without scrutiny as his performances more than readily demonstrated precisely why he'd earned the name long since his debut.
--------------------
Name: Nicholas "Ruckus" Fury
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: A retired police officer of twenty plus years and a decorated veteran of half a dozen tours, the elderly Fury has taken to the various city parks of Parrel so as to polish his sublime chess skills among innumerable denizens. He is remarked to be a cantankerous old bastard that lets on that he knows far more than he appears and actually has a way with the pieces on the board.
He has a proclivity towards making analogies and idioms revolving around the game itself in conjunction with his mysterious knowledge.
He is the father of a certain officer that accosted former Sergeant Buchanan.
--------------------
Name: Senator Stern
Home Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Brief Bio: Colossal piece of shit senator; rumored to have ties to major corporations in correlation with shady political dealings.
