What are Believers, Neural and Doubters?
If I were a Doubter, what would happen?
You would receive a 0.75x modifer for faith moves. So faith attacks are less effective but healing moves using faith would be weaker.

Religious faith so yes a belief in a god.

I wanted to keep guns out but maybe bommerangs.

Personality

Toshiro is a well-mannered individual, who prefers the approach of being polite and kind when he socialises. He's very picky about the style of clothing he wears, and always aims to look his best even in combat situations. It's unknown to most people why he always has a habit of dressing so smartly. When not provoked and amidst somebody he enjoys the company of, Toshiro acts with a well-mannered and friendly approach, and has a decent sense of humour. He enjoys meeting new people, often showering them with compliments and treating them with utmost respect unless provoked.

Whilst some may like Toshiro's gentlemanly attitude, there are some bad qualities some might pick up on that Toshiro has, too. He can be very cocky at times, and sometimes can act in a patronizing manner. He's also almost always wearing a smarmy smile which annoys some people, and he has a general attitude of being a smartass, and prefers to humiliate those he doesn't like through logic and smarmy comments rather than other means.

Toshiro may not be the muscles of a team, but his role as an antimage makes him a useful partner or team member to have along. Even when the opponent(s) contains no mages, he's still able to provide assistance. Toshiro loves to plan everything from the start in a battle, and often comes up with clever ideas to outwit opponents. Whilst he isn't necessarily a leader, he can act as a useful support and advisor for the team.

If you're against him in battle, Toshiro will try to break your nerve by making various comments. The most unnerving thing is that he never seems to stop smiling, and he never seems to stop keeping in a well-mannered attitude until you strike him down, or strike off his top hat. In general, Toshiro is nice and polite, yet smarmy and overconfident - even if the truth is that he really acts this to try and mentally break people in battle.

Refero I

Counter Spell

Toshiro changes the direction of a spell an enemy has cast, essentially controlling where the spell goes. However, using a controlled spell that was cast by a higher level enemy as an attack makes it only do 0.5x damage if it hits an enemy. If the spell is very advanced (2 or more levels higher than he is), Toshiro can only slightly alter the course of the spell and can't use it as a weapon against enemies whatsoever.

Toshiro can also redirect ranged weapon attacks (arrows, knives, shurikens etc) with Refero, but doing this costs 7 MP instead of 5 MP. If multiple projectiles are attempted to be redirected with Refero, it will cost Toshiro 5 extra MP per projectile. For example: using Refero against three arrows would cost (7+5+5) 17 MP.
Illudere I

Counter/Defensive Spell
4 MP Cost
Toshiro secretively focuses down an enemy Mage's magic. If he isn't attacked until the targeted Mage casts a spell, the Mage's next spell is replaced with a shower of rose petals, and Toshiro absorbs some of the power, improving his speed and attack by 0.25x for 1 turn. Trying to use this against a powerful enemy (2 or more levels higher than he is) will make Illudere not work whatsoever, and Toshiro will become exhausted.
Hirudo I

Offensive Spell
6 MP Cost
Toshiro creates a magic bond between him and another target, wrapping a coil of magic energy around the target's neck. Until he's attacked, the target becomes exhausted and their attack power is halved. If the bond isn't broken within 3 turns, the bond ends, stunning and dealing 12 base damage to the target. The bond is clearly visible, and if it is broken by somebody attacking Toshiro in a way that knocks him over or makes him lose concentration, Hirudo is instantly cancelled.

Toshiro can end the bond early and damage + stun his target without having to wait 3 turns, but this will cause Hirudo to cost 12 MP instead of 6 MP. If he ends the bond straight after the first turn, he'll have to wait one more turn before using Hirudo again, and it will deal 9 base damage instead.
Negare I

Counter/Offensive Spell
5 MP Cost
Toshiro swats away a magical attack with his one of his stilettos stored under his sleeve, and this stiletto absorbs some of the deflected spell's power, making his next stiletto attack deal 0.5x extra damage. He can have both his stilettos charged at once. However, if the spell is 2 or more levels higher than Toshiro's level is, he becomes exhausted for a short while, and the stiletto doesn't receive any power.

Toshiro can empower one of his stilettos with a magical attack without needing to block a spell, but doing this will cause Negare to cost 10 MP instead of 5 MP.
Furari I

Counter Spell
8 MP x level of spell absorbed Cost
Toshiro swiftly takes off his top hat, and uses it to absorb a ranged attack/spell before swiftly putting the top hat back on. Within a time period of 5 turns, Toshiro can take off his top hat again and fire the absorbed attack/spell in a desired direction. Toshiro can only store 1 spell with Furari, and if he doesn't fire the spell within 5 turns, Toshiro will feel the full effects of the spell - considering the top hat is upon his head, he will take 3x damage from the spell if he's stupid enough to forget the spell is inside there.

Toshiro can spend 3 MP to store the spell with Furari for an extra turn - but he can't store a spell with Furari for over 10 turns, no matter what.

Abilities

Zanzen's Touch
Toshiro becomes relaxed when he is against a battle that contains a majority of mages, for he knows he has a clear advantage. If a Mage physically touches Toshiro, their magic becomes weakened to 0.5x power for the next turn.
Family Heirloom
Toshiro's top hat is extremely important to him for private reasons. If it is ever knocked off, stolen, or removed from his head in general, Toshiro will become Frantic!!! and some of his spells will recieve buffs.

When Family Heirloom is active, Hirudo will become empowered by Toshiro's anger. Hirudo becomes red instead of purple in colour, and Toshiro will steal 2 HP from his target each turn Hirudo is active. When the bond ends after 3 turns, it will not stun the target, but instead it will deal 15 base damage - Toshiro will gain HP equal to a quarter the damage dealt. Ending upgraded Hirudo early costs an additional 6 MP, and only deals 10 base damage, but Toshiro will still steal a quarter of this as HP.

Negare is also empowered by Toshiro's anger - allowing him to empower his next attack by 50% without blocking a spell at the cost of no extra MP, and he will gain HP equal to a quarter of the damage dealt by the powered stiletto.

However, Toshiro is not able to cast Furari or Illudere whilst Family Heirloom is active. He is able to use Refero, but he probably won't be thinking tactically - the chances of him using Refero in this state is very low.
Gentleman's Standards
Toshiro will refuse to fight against a human enemy that is clearly weaker than he is, unless Toshiro's life is threatened by this enemy. Toshiro also follows a Gentleman's rule of never hitting women, children, or the elderly, so he strongly dislikes to make a melee attack against either. Making a melee attack against a sane woman or handicapped opponent will make Toshiro's defences fall by 0.25x. Making a melee attack against an opponent who's age is 14 or below will make Toshiro's defences fall by 0.50x and his damage to fall by 0.50x also. If Toshiro is ever effected by Gentleman's Standards, the effect wears off once the battle ends. But he's a gentleman; he tries his best to never break these standards.
Hidden Stilettos
Toshiro hides two sharp, magic-fueled stilettos up each of his sleeves, making it look like he's unarmed. If a target doesn't know about the stilettos, Toshiro's first attack against them has a 100% critical strike chance. The stilettos are attached to a small string inside his sleeve, allowing him to draw them at will. If there is a high amount of spells being cast in the area, the stilettos glow and deal a bonus 0.25x damage. If Toshiro is wounded, the stilettos deal only 0.75x damage. The stilettos will break completely if Toshiro is on death's edge.
Zanzen Cantrips
Toshiro can perform minor tricks, such as creating a rose from thin air or making a pen write without touching it, at will. These are only very minor tricks, however, and rarely serve a purpose other than for convenience or in a social situation. He can also turn piece of paper into fake but believable money, but the money turns back into paper after 1 minute. Overusing cantrips causes Toshiro to become exhausted, and perhaps even pass out for 1 turn.

Backstory

Born into a rich family with a skilled, witty and highly respected antimage as a father and a somewhat spiteful and patronizing, yet lavishly beautiful mother, Toshiro grew up with a posh and easy lifestyle, being taught the ways of being a gentleman by his father, as well as learning some antimagical skills; it seemed Toshiro had quite the natural talent for this.

Despite being born into a rich family however, Toshiro didn't really like being posh and rich, and wanted to be like some of his normal friends when he was a child. He was impolite, played with the 'lower-class' kids, and often secretly gave some of his wealth away, which was frowned upon by the somewhat snobbish Zanzen family. Nonetheless, Toshiro lived a happy life served to him on a silver spoon until the age of 11, when his father was assassinated one day. Nobody knew why the assassination occurred, but it was most likely for wealth. The murderer is yet to be found.

The Zanzen family have never been liked by most due to their Anti-Mage origins. Families, especially magical families, have often had quarrels with the Zanzens due to their 'dishonourable' ways. Nonetheless, when magic needs to be suppressed, over the years Toshiro's family line do the job better than anybody else, and they render mages useless in a battle. Toshiro's father, Akabachi, was one of the best (and most infamous) antimages to date. Although it's unknown why he was murdered, most say it was a hitman ordered by a magic-based family. Other simply rumour it was to steal the Zanzen family fortune: which never happened.

Instead of aiming for revenge, Toshiro spiralled into guilt and self-blame. Toshiro felt awful all of a sudden that he'd gone against his father's teachings and suggestions. The next day, a distraught Toshiro was delivered the only thing left from his father: a tall, black top hat. This however was actually a disguised heirloom that amplified anti-magic, but Toshiro kept it as a great treasure, always wearing it (even in bed) as a tribute to his father, and how sorry he was for not following his teachings. Toshiro's mother was surprised to see the once frowned upon, impolite and loud Toshiro suddenly acting extremely polite, and keeping to his studies instead of messing around with the 'rabble' children outside. From the ages 11-16, Toshiro's father's death changed his attitude and personality almost completely. It's still unknown if this is a psychological disorder.

Toshiro suddenly wasn't found sleeping in his bed by his mother one night, at the date of his 17th birthday. Leaving the rich estate behind him, dressed well and with the family heirloom neatly atop his head, Toshiro left to seek his own way in life to become a great antimage like his father once was. Toshiro left the house secretively because he knew his protective mother would never let him leave, but Toshiro was bored of an easy life at the manor. He wanted to travel and become skilled, and something to be proud of. Toshiro wanted to create his own style, his own look and his own path, whilst at the same time following his teachings of his father in honour of his death.

Using some of the family riches he took with him, Toshiro left the mellow lands his manor was placed in, and paid handsomely for a long voyage across the globe, to a true place that could challenge him. A place where some may find his skills as an anti-Mage useful, and somewhere he can prove his worth by becoming a master of the art: Voluptas.

@Iallcsz I am almost done with my char. I was wondering can my char be a Shadow Assassin(Basically a thief, bandit, rogue type class) I usually play that class in Online Games so I would love to roleplay that class...If that's okay with you. It would be under ranger classes, I think.

I'll add it to the roster. The moves and abilities are balanced to me so you don't need to change them.

However, in the biography anti-mages are frowned down upon by other mages. The Zanzen family can still be prestigious but you should consider the stigma that comes with being an anti-mage.
 
Yeah, some like the Zanzen family because anti-mages have helped them win battles in the past, whilst others think of the Zanzen family as a huge disgrace to the arts of magic. I would write up more about how in the past Zanzens have been assassinated (perhaps Toshiro's father was murdered for the same reason) due to other high-class Mage families ordering private assassins against them. However, typing on a phone is literally the worst, so I'll wait until tomorrow when I have a keyboard to add that bit in.

You said three paragraphs? I'm not good with bios, I usually just tell my chars story through the RP. Which makes it better.
