Struggling to keep her grip rope Kana ignored the burning feeling as her skin frayed against the rough rope as the dragon thrashed about. She barely took note on what happened around her so hard where her concentration on holding on, but taking a glance up from the frozen ground to the ragon her blue eyes caught sight of a Fellion climbing up one of the dragon's wings. She was either brave or stupid though Kana couldn't quite figure out which, it was hard to judge from the distance but it seemed the Fellion worked with a sword on the wing membrane, a brilliant albeit risky plan if it worked.
A sudden voice made her jerk her head around only to see in the corner of her eye a aenigmae fly by, frowning she exchanged a glance with Raeus. Let go of the ropes, she wondered what the President was planning, from her vantage point it seemed like a bad idea but since she was in a new land she better obey the leader.
Then things unraveled quickly, the blueish green fire from the mage's hurled towards the dragon only to miss just barely and with a sinking feeling Kana saw the gigantic dragon let loose its massive flames. "NOW!" Instinctively at the command Kana let go of the rope, her fingers aching but she barely noticed as her dark eyes were fixed on the creature in front of her pushed back by her own momentum.
Fire flew in all directions, parted by the wind but still dangerous and Kana ducked to the side to avoid one. Now though the dragon was free to move around, nothing tied it down anymore, unless they defeated it quickly things looked bleak. Glancing around she saw another attack flying towards the dragon's shoulder above the Fellion who amazingly enough had kept her hold and still clung to the wing.
In the freezing air Kana's breath came out in puffs of smoke but it wasn't the cold that sent shivers down her spine, what more could be done. How could they hope to defeat the dragon now with it's wings free, reaching up a hand almost on instinct she stroke Raeus fur drawing courage from knowing she wasn't alone.
