Morishiro High School is known for having the top five best students in all of Tokyo. However, they are also known to have the top five worst students in Tokyo, but the teachers have come up with a plan to fix that. It is a plan that was also requested by the best students' parents. The teachers are going to force them all into the same club and if they leave it, they fail high school. ^.^

Evil bastards.

The real reason for them doing this is because the overachievers are socially awkward, but are really good at doing school work. On the other hand, the slackers are really good with people, but terrible at school work. The teachers think that if the ten of them try really hard and work together, they might be able to actually integrate into society and live happy wholesome lives...

That's the idea anyways.

Momo had always been the "Genius" twin and was in her parents' spotlight more though she never really noticed. When she started school, she was constantly bullied. At first, she thought that maybe her sister would help her, but at school, Hikari acted like she didn't even exist and she had no idea why. She continued to get bullied and beat up until she stopped answering questions in class and stopped talking altogether. She didn't speak all through Junior High and it wasn't until high school that she started talking again, but never making friends. She and her sister do not talk very often even now.

She was lonely and sad and Momo tried to make her feel better, but she didn't understand, not really. When they started school, Hikari made many friends and became very popular, but she struggled with school and reading, unlike her sister. When Momo started getting bullied, Hikari's friends told her that her twin deserved it for being such a smarty pants, so Hikari turned away. Eventually, Momo stopped talking. At first, Hikari tried to get her to open up, but the other girl wouldn't. She didn't speak and eventually, Hikari left her alone. Although Momo started talking again in high school, the two of them haven't actually spoken beyond greeting each other.

Demotivated - Many consider Katashi a 'lazy' person, but in all reality, he really just has extremely low motivation for, well .. just about everything. Because of his disorder, doing most normal everyday things can be extremely taxing and draining for Katashi, so he usually just ends up not doing those things and deals with being called sluggish and lazy all the time.

Temperamental - Now, don't take this lightly. Katashi is a big boy with an equally as big, bad temper. With very many pet peeves to list and very low tolerance for all of them, he has forged an extremely sensitive, hair-trigger temper that's always easy to set off. He becomes violent when he's driven over the edge, whether that be physically or verbally, so watch yourself.

Pessimistic - Most aspects of Katashi's life are shed in a pretty negative light, whether that be outcomes to situations, people, and many other things in his routine. He can't really help it - his disorder does this without his permission and he can't change it. I promise you, it isn't just an 'attitude thing', and he swears to God if one more person says that he's gonna break a window with his god damn fist.

Attention-Seeking - Katashi does happen to love attention, and his favorite kind is in the form of physical affection. Hugging, nuzzling, and poking will all be involved in his fight for attention, and he won't quit it until he gets what he's looking for. He'll moan and complain about being deprived of love until he's given it, most times in a teasing way, but half seriously too. This is mostly only for close friends.

Gentle - Yes, Katashi can manage to be a gentle, calm person to have around with the right people. Get on his good side, push the right buttons, and Katashi may end up feeling comfortable and good around you. He feels quite strongly for people who put up with his bullshit, and so he tries to return the favor by acting calm and nice in these peoples' presences. This is only for close friends, and people who stick with him for a long time.

Protective - Katashi deeply values his friends. They're the few people who hang around him even when he's problematic and a general asshole on the occasion, and he feels a sort-of obligation to protect his friends. Mess with one of them, and please ready yourself for a huffing, puffing Katashi who's ready to kick your ass.

Trustworthy - By God, if you could trust any one person on this Earth with a secret, it's Katashi. This boy is like a safe for any of your deepest fears and secrets - he'll lock them away for good. Unless the secret can hurt people, he keeps anything and everything quiet and safe, and you can absolutely trust him to never backstab you or threaten you with secrets.

Kaydence was born on September 1st in America. Her birth parents were addicts and they abused her from infancy until she was six. She's had terrible experiences because of them and suffered physically, mentally, and emotionally. They smoked and used beside her for all six years and she developed extreme asthma because of it. The state finally stepped in and removed her from her house and sent her to live in Japan with her grandparents. Her grandmother, a caring woman, loved opera and symphonies. She was wealthy and often took Kaydence to see performances. She was placed in music lessons and became deeply in love with the world of sound. Her grandmother passed away two years ago, and now she lives with just her grandfather. Her early life experiences makes her very wary of people still and it takes a while for her to warm up to new people. She only has two friends in Japan. One is a friend who lives down the street from her. They met in elementary and got along despite having opposite personalities. The other friend was also made during elementary and moved to a far away town. They correspond through letters. On the weekends, you might find her at the local nursing homes or helping out an older resident. Kaydence has held a soft spot for the elderly ever since her grandmother took her in and treated her well. Also, she gets winded very easily and cannot play air instruments, sing, or speak for long periods of time without having an asthma attack. Her inhaler is always with her, along with a box of disposable face masks. She wears her headphones constantly even if there's no music, so she can block out the noise of the world.

When she first moved from the states, her grandmother would take her to play at the neighbors house. There was a boy around her age there that she was sent to play with. At first, she didn't like him, but when they were outside playing, he took her inhaler away and made her chase after him to get it. She had an attack and when that happened, he rushed to her side in a panic. After things settled down, he cried and apologized. He said that if she forgave him, he would marry her when they were older. Kaydence doesn't remember his name because the family moved shortly after, but she always held a fondness for him since that day.

Kenta was notorious for his hyperactivity even from a young age. The only reason he has even made it this far is due to his ability to crunch right before an exam and make it through with a barely passing grade, and this is usually only true for the core subjects of the curriculum. Kenta's problem is that he lacks the focus and drive to do well at school, and only puts in effort when under extreme pressure. Else he will be off doing absolutely anything else, first and foremost choosing to socialise with other people and attend as many parties as possible. His aspirations to being a complete social butterfly go as far back as elementary school, and he can remember the names of every good friend he made over the course of his life. It's just a pity he can't bring himself to memorise something more useful, or he might not have found himself labeled one of the worst students in Tokyo. But he doesn't mind joining this new club at all; it's just another opportunity to make some friends!

Loyal: Suzume is loyal to those she holds close to her heart. Unfortunately, at this point in Suzu's life her loyalty rests solely upon getting good grades and her art...so she has yet to share her loyalty with people that mean something to her other than just bodies walking by and brisk/temporary acquaintances. However, once she is loyal to someone then Suzu will never turn her back on them, no matter what. Yes, she would even go to the fiery pits of hell and karate chop the devil himself just to get your bloody soul back. This is perhaps her most admirable trait.

Humorous: Suzume enjoys a good laugh which gives her a mental break from her school work. After several years of struggle in high school (no social life) she has learned to laugh at herself, at times. She secretly hopes that someday in the future she could be the reason for someone to randomly think of her and genuinely smile. However, her humor can also be rather sarcastic turning her into a bit of a-hole/jerk...this could really piss some people off.

Easygoing: It is very easy to get along with Suzume if people give her the chance to know her and have the tolerance to work through her awkwardness. Unfortunately, she gets ignored and after being ignored for so long she has grown accustomed to it. On a lighter note, she is also an excellent listener and advice giver...although she tends to not follow her own advice at times. Suzume can provide comfort to people in ways that they could appreciate: whether it's making them their favorite lunch, buying them something expensive that they need or small/simple with a special meaning behind it, or just giving them a hug and an encouraging smile.

Temper: Suzume is exceptionally proficient in the art of ass whooping which is highly unfortunate to the person or thing that angers her. Her temperament varies depending on her mood...some days it's non existent, some days it's slow, and other days she will snap so quickly even over the smallest things. Whatever the case, it is highly advised that they wear protective head gear and have a batch of fresh baked cookies to throw at her which could distract her while they escape.

Self-doubter: Suzume can endure other people's criticism and has developed a thick skin through out her years in high school...being intelligent and rich has made it hard for her in the beginning because most assumed and labeled her as an arrogant snob (when that is far from the case). The dilemma with her inability to become a "social butterfly" lies with most of the kids thinking she is too rich to hang out with them while the rich kids think she is too smart for them considering that they are spoiled and can get away with bad grades. The other smart kids perhaps are too busy with their own work and see her only as a competitor that they don't bother with her either. However, the criticism that she cannot handle is the one that she gives herself. Suzume is indeed her own worst critic and it leads to doubt. Suzume will talk down on herself more than praise and doesn't give herself enough credit which leaves her feeling inadequate. This is her inner struggle: "Am I good enough (to do this, to be friends with this person, etc)?"

Blunt: Suzume isn't generally the type to start confrontation just for the sake of it but if she doesn't agree with something or someone then she will have no problem speaking her mind right away. Her emotions pretty much can lead to the impulsiveness or recklessness of not only her words but actions as well. Unlike most geniuses who tend to be more reserved and in check with their emotions...Suzume is not and this could be a bit of fresh air for some. Being completely honest about herself could be a bad but also a beautiful thing in that people will learn to accept for what she is from the moment they get to know her (if they giver her the chance) ...and not for the person she pretends to be or hide. If you want someone to give it to you straight without sugar coating then Suzume is the person for you. However, the only thing that trumps her bluntness is when it comes to crushes...that's just another world that Suzume has absolutely no clue about.

[x] Most students are intimidated by her which is a major reason as to why she has no friends. The other reason is that she lacks people skills...she is just an awkward-weird mess around most people.
[x] Daydream's but worst yet is that she sometimes does it in the most inopportune times.
[x] Hazardous sleepwalker...she's gotten into some interesting situations before. Luckily, Dexter usually saves the day by jump attacking her face to wake her up before she seriously injures or kills herself.
[x] An oxymoron in that she is an organized mess when it comes to her art. No matter how messy her work space is she will find whatever she is looking for with ease. Suzume doesn't like it when people start "organizing" her stuff because then she really wont know where anything is.
[x] Has the tendency to misplace or forget her glasses, this has gotten her into some embarrassing situations as well.
[x] Prone to having nightmares and will hug a stuffed animal, pillow, Dexter, or in case of a sleepover party whatever is closest to her either a leg or an arm.
[x] Hopelessly clumsy...again, embarrassing.
[x] A ~~cool~~ nerd...and doesn't mind that she is.
[x] Tends to talk/mumble to herself while in deep thought and will scold herself out loud when the time calls for it.
[x] When unable to eloquently describe her feelings while using her own words then she will resort to singing or saying lyrics to a song...this can be awkward to the other person.
[x] Sings in the shower while sporting a soapy Mohawk...she's actually not that bad of a singer.
[x] Can get shy, nervous, skittish, and/or flustered around certain people and in large crowds.
[x] Completely clueless and secretive (secretive in that she wouldn't have the balls to confess to her crush) when it comes to love and her crush that is if she ever ends up having one. However, when it comes to other people she will be very supportive and encouraging but will suck at taking her own advice. Also, Suzu is completely oblivious about someone flirting or liking her, this can prove to be very frustrating to the other and most likely will end up wanting to bash her head in for being so clueless.

Wanting to enter prestigious universities Suzume felt that High School would be an excellent way to make her application/resume look good. Level - It might sound odd, but it's pretty simple - Satomi seems very balanced in her moods, all the time. Calm, but just upbeat enough to not seem subdued; positive, but with pinches of pessimism as to not seem overly bubbly. It's all very equal, and she deeply prefers to leave it that way, as any other way would feel too wrong.

Quiet - Satomi is a girl of few words. She speaks pretty shortly about things, and doesn't necessarily do it on purpose - it's an instinct to speak fast and to the point. She's okay at socializing, but she's much more of a listener than she is a talker. She works well with talkative people, as she's very good at listening and showing she's interested, but in any other case, she tends to be not as talkative as the rest.

Easily Flustered - Yep, Satomi has a tendency to blush and fluster over little compliments. I mean, the girl is normally just surprised over the fact that you decide to speak to her - can you imagine what a compliment would do? She appreciates them, at any rate, but most only tease her for her tiny height and younger figure - it's rare to get someone who actually thinks something a little more highly than that of her.

Passionate - You bet your ass she's passionate about what she likes! The girl isn't talkative on a normal basis, but when you get her going on something she actually enjoys talking about, she's a raging storm of words and facts. She seems to bubble with happiness and enthusiasm, a change from her normally quiet, equalized states. Some might find it intriguing, some annoying, and some amusing - but in any case, she won't quiet down unless told directly.

Internalizing - Satomi often internalizes any of the nasty negative emotion that creeps through her mind. She hates looking weak, as she is weak enough with her tiny physical stature already, and refuses to allow other people to see her cry or see her break down - or see her pissed off. Negative emotions have always screamed 'weakness' to her, and she refuses to allow these things to take her over. This often results in emotional break-downs that, depending on the circumstance, could be rivers of tears or a violent anger fit.

Honest - Getting to know Satomi more and more will get you to realize that Satomi does carry opinions, about people and situations and things, but never voices them. When she does, you realize that she's really quite a blunt, down-to-earth person with the way she looks at things. She's good to seek out when you need practical advice about a subject, and she rarely looks at the emotional spectrum of choices and only at the logical decisions - but they aren't unreasonably logical, by any means. They're just .. right, just perfect, even though they can be a bit harsh sometimes. But she's good for honest opinions.

Insightful - If you ever happen to catch Satomi at the right time - alone, or somewhere beautiful, or somewhere that makes you think - you'll come to find just how deep and insightful she is. Satomi has great aspirations for the world, as she studies history extensively and is always looking towards the future. She even might become a little poetic if she's feeling immersed into her surroundings - it's a unique thing, really. This contradicts her honesty and bluntness about certain things, but those are different things entirely for her. These things deserve to be spoken of poetically, and she respects that.

- Satomi was born to a single mother, as her father left during the pregnancy of her mother. -

- She was raised in a pretty middle-upper class home for her life, as the home belonged to past family from her mother's side. -

- Her mother valued history quite a lot, always had artifacts of old in her home, and the unique interest rubbed off on Satomi quite strongly. -

- Satomi got very invested into history at school, and often used studying as an escape from people who would tease her. -

- She was always derided due to being much shorter and looking much younger than every student in her grade. -

- She still is far shorter and younger-looking than others today, but the teasing is not as bad in this school. -

- She's always passed her other classes decently, but her history class was where she always got the highest marks. -

- Today, she's still just as invested into history as she was back then, and has been pulled into this group to help the other 'slacker' students along their way. -
