Our Legacy (OOC)

    [BCOLOR=transparent]700 years ago, in 2020, we had a huge technological jump. We started to build ships that can travel to space, and as we progressed further, we started to find remnants of other civilizations in our own solar system. We found highly advanced technology in the ruins of their cities, but one unsettling question remained: What happened to them? Around 2200, we were attacked by the Scavs, a pirate-like army of mixed alien races. They were easy to deal with at first, since their weapons were no match for ours. But one day, on the first ever expedition to Mercury, our closest planet to the sun, we discovered something. That something was powerful enough to wipe out 5 battalions of mechanized infantry and spaceships. To this day, we still don’t know what exactly happened that day or what lies in Mercury, but the Scavs became more powerful, and we were pushed back further and further until finally, we were on our last line of defense: Earth. We fought bravely, and we shoved back the Scavs and chased them down until they hit Pluto. We suffered massive casualties that day, both military and civilian. We started to rebuild, and slowly tried to take back our planets, but something new has arisen, something that has allied with the Scavs. Now they’re getting ready to attack us again, and we need to brace ourselves for another war. And remember, soldier, we humans didn’t come all this way with ease. These battles, these wars, this is our Legacy.[/BCOLOR]

    [BCOLOR=transparent] The first to fight the Scavs, they are the backbone of our army, and even though they are the least durable race, they can adapt to almost any situation.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Cyborg:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] Humans had volunteered for the Cyber Project, which would make them half robot, half human. They feel less pain than a human, but are impaired by electric traps.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Android:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] A fully cyberized soldier with no organic matter. They do not feel pain and have the most armor, but this can lead to them fighting more than they should, and can lead to total destruction of the chassis.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent] Contrary to their name, riflemen can use any weapon without penalties, but don’t have any advantages of that weapon.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Tank:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The shield that protects the team. The tank tends to use heavy weapons like machine guns, mortars, and rockets. They have a deployable shield that can be used as cover. They have low stealth, but high armor.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Sharpshooter:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The crack shot. Sharpshooters tend to use marksman rifles or sniper rifles to pick off enemies from afar. They have low armor, but they are stealthy. [/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Spec Ops:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The Spec ops is like the Rifleman, but their life depends on how well they could infiltrate enemy lines and sabotage. They carry silenced rifles, smgs, and pistols. They have slightly lower than average armor, and are very stealthy.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Technician:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The smart one. They can build defenses, turrets, hack doors, and pretty much work magic with anything electric. They carry rifles, shotguns, or SMG’s and have a building tool. They have average armor and average stealth.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Spy:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The defector. An ex-Scav who knows the layout of traps and other Scav technology that the Technician does not. They carry rifles, smgs, or shotguns. They can wear Scav armor, which means they can linger among Scav ranks for a short time. They have slightly lower armor, and have average stealth.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Medic:[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The lifesaver. Can heal teammates, but can’t do anything if they’re dead. Carries a rifle, shotgun, or SMG, and uses a healing gun. They have average armor and average stealth.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]You choose what items you bring, but 5 total is the max. ex: 3 grenades, 2 health kits.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Your character’s weapons. Create your own and be creative, explain the mechanics if possible.[/BCOLOR]​

    [BCOLOR=transparent]Special Ability[/BCOLOR]
    [BCOLOR=transparent] Be creative. Example: Your character calls in a small drone and uses it to attack enemies behind cover.[/BCOLOR]​
