This...this was the time of war. Em was raised on war; her race was always at another species throat, attempting to colonize another world, expend their galactic borders. It was a norm for her, well it was a norm for a part of her at least. The other half; while she was one of the nobles of the land, having meetings and discussions on the tedious of things. While in the shadows, the nobles back-stabbed and plotted their way to reach the seats next to the Diamonds, some even resorted to gem shattering. It was a life that a certain part of Em didn't like, so she fled. Shortly after that; Em came to existence.

That's when she took charge of the Rebels on Homeworld; and when the second wave of civil war hit the Gems. Em bombed major cities; sabotaged colonizer ships, and even shattered far to many Gems. She was ruthless; it wasn't that she didn't care for her people, she just cared for all life; organic or not. And if that meant shattering Gems to achieve peace for all life, well Em was going to do exactly what was needed.

That's why when Em heard the distress call from the Crystal Gems of Earth that she decided to leave Homeworld, and leave her most trusted companion in charge. Ross Quartz was the beginning of the rebellion; and if her planet was to become lost, Em would lose hope for the Rebels of Homeworld.

The distress call was vague; it requested for as many Homeworld Rebels to come to Earth as possible; and Em knew of only a few that had decided to go. However Em was unsure if they left before or after she had.

Flash back...

The ship deck was large, it was about 400 miles long, it held countless number of ships and Gems attempting their duties. So from the beginning Em knew that stealing a ship was almost impossible, but impossibilities never met Em. She hide behind every crate and beneath every movable vehicle; she kept moving, sometimes it was slow and took a few hours, but she got closer and closer to the small Cluster Ship that she needed to hijack. The ship would of course need a Gemtile, which was a 5x5 piece of the Gem that owned the ship. She had her eye on this ship for a few months; plotting a way to corner the owner, eventually she did. She managed to poof him, and shatter his Gem. Giving her the key to the ship that she needed; she knew that she could of left him alive; but that would of raised to many red flags across the planet. So she did what she had too, like she always did.

However what Em was not expecting was Obsidian to be hiding inside the ship; his sharp scythe blade pressed against her green neck as she sat in the ships captain chair.

"Hello my dear Fusion." stated Obsidian.

"So you found me," started Em as she sat perfectly still. The blade that grazed her neck was sharper then any mental of Earth; and the slightest cut was rumored to make it feel as if you're entire body was on fire.

"I planned this far to well for you to find me on your own, one of my own must of given me away." finished Em as she closed her eyes; imagining which of her Rebels would of given up such information.

"I will admit," started Obsidian as he pressed the scythe's blade against Em's throat.

"You are clever; my agents were unable to pin point your base of operations or even locate your bombs, but every assassin has their tricks." Obsidian smirked as he finished his sentence, leaning closer towards Em's ear he whispered words that he knew would anger her.

"You're never going to be real; Fusions are for Gems that are weak and that cant live with the real venison of themselves." his voice was emotionless and cold; like a winter breeze trying to freeze her.

"I'm more of a Gem then you are; I follow my heart, not the commands of a Gem that is below me." shot back Em with a furious look on her face, her eyes showed anger and rage, as if she had been holding in a rage that she knew that she couldn't control. Her mouth was twisted into a form of displeasure, as if the words were made of pure fire, and as if she was holding that sentence in for hundreds of years. This caused Obsidian to chuckle; he was found of hearing his victims replies. But a mere second after his chuckle a loud explosion was heard in the distance; turning his head just slightly, this allowed Em to jam the Gemtile into the ships key holder; which allowed her full control over the ship.

"Open loading dock!" shouted Em as she blasted the ship into overdrive; with the mere force of the speed it caused Obsidian to lose balance and stumble backwards; and right out the passageway.

However, his weapon still managed to catch Em. The scythe ripped a wound from the side of her neck to the center of her back. Fatally wounded; Em knew she was going to poof in a short amount of time, with the last of her strength she closed the loading dock; and plotted a course to Earth on the ships navigation system. and with that; she poofed. The two Gems making a clicking sound as the fell to the ships floor.

On Earth....

"YOU FOUND A CLUE LEADING TO THEIR DISAPPEARANCE?!" shouted Ruby as she threw her hands up in frustration.

"WHY AM I JUST HEARING ABOUT THIS?" shouted Ruby again as she stumped towards Lapis; Lapis just frowned and covered her eyes with her hand.

"Because I wasn't sure if it was real or not; plus I dont want you to get your hopes up again. This is probably a false lead like the last six of them." stated Lapis as she looked between her fingers towards Ruby, who was now stumping around the Warp pad.

"THAT WASN'T YOUR CHOICE TO MAKE. I HAVE TO FIND SAPPHIRE." Screamed Ruby as she stumped her foot into the ground, which broke the wooden plank that stood beneath it.

"We should just stay here. We don't even know what happened to them; they just went missing. The same thing can happen to us." stated Lapis as she removed her hand from her face, she now stood with her arms at her sides and her hands into fists. Her gaze was at the ground with her hair covering her face. But this did not matter to Ruby; she just huffed and puffed before stepping onto the Warp Pad.

"FINE. IF YOU WONT COME WITH ME, OR EVEN TELL THE OTHERS I'LL GO MYSELF." stated Ruby as a light in-gulped her, transporting her to a new location.

"NO!" shouted Lapis as she ran towards Ruby, but it was to late, she was gone before Lapis could reach her.

Lapis stumped her foot,

"Guys! I need your help!" shouted Lapis at the top of her lungs. Her voice would be heard through out the entire temple, even inside the Gems rooms. It seemed Lapis had told Ruby something related to the disappearance of the others, but had yer reveled it to all the other Crystal Gems. and now she was attempting to call everyone to the central warp pad.

Cast List:
@TheColourlessRainbow as Zion

@Uncle Legens Legentis as Emira

@Derp as Imperial Topaz

@Mundane Monster as Zita

@Celestial as Ametrine

Emira found herself lost in a waning dream. It was a dream that she partook in, night after night, remembering it as the only reason she ever needed sleep in the first place. Sleep was once a concept that humored the old gem tremendously. She found herself laughing at the sight of humans when they were so vulnerable and defenseless, only to laugh harder as her obnoxiousness rattled them awake. It was approximately two centuries ago when Emira first landed on Earth, but all of the fantastic sights that took up that short span of time was enthralling. She loved the way life on Earth always looked new.

The dream which seeped into her mind was more lucid than ever before, almost as if a film was playing out before her. Emira's ship crashed in the Bay of Biscay, just like it did in reality. Water poured into the cockpit, dragging the craft down to the bottom, and she was forced to abandon the damaged ship before it exploded. The exact size of the explosion seemed larger in her dream. More violent, too. She kept swimming, clawing her way towards the shore. Granted, Emira was never in any danger of drowning. The sensation of water was more than unpleasant, however.

She recalled a small monastery standing out before her. It was a small structure, but its ancient beauty did not go unappreciated. Confused and lost, Emira sat outside the walls for days, contemplating deeply on what to do next. She remembered Eliseo Atenas, her first human friend, being the monk who opened the door to her. Everything the gem needed to know about the Earth and its inhabitants, she learned from that man. Of course, her entanglement with the Crystal Gems was a different story entirely, as well as equally intriguing.

Emira opened her eyes at the sound of Lapis' shouting. Thinking that something must have gone horribly wrong, she unsheathed her sword and leaped down from the colossal, green tower which took up most of the space in her room. Elegantly she made way into the temple, wondering if she could follow Lapis' voice. "Fret not, dear Lapis, for I shall do battle with those who bestow on you malice!" Even to Emira, it seemed odd that she preferred to speak in rhymes.

Bloodstone was having a bad day, and it didn't look like it was going to get any better. her day actually started the day before with her under a bridge. She used it a lot to get away from some of the louder things in the city but it came with a bunch of smelly humans. She didn't hate them, but they were squishy and easy to break. then there was the fact that they couldn't repair themselves....
she walked around the city wondering what to do when some humans invited her to this bar. she had fun drinking this liquid that seemed to affect the humans, that was, until one of them punched another one. everyone around her seemed to be fighting someone so she joined in by picking up a table and slamming it into people.
cops where called and blood was arrested, however they sorted out that everything was someone else's fault and let blood go the next morning. one of the cops saw the stone in blood's arms and told her she might find others like her at beach city. Finally something to do, blood though as she ran out of the city. at that moment she realized she didn't know where that was.
after walking around for what seemed like hours, some humans pulled over and told blood that they were heading to beach city and that they would totally give her a ride. so blood shrugged and got in the car only only be handed this long glass tube, she didn't know what to do with it so the human showed her. she mimicked the action but this smoke that came out was strange.
she didn't know how long time had passed, only that she was now in beach city. she looked around and saw no one like her. so she walked up to the local store only to see a very young human looking back at him.
"what, did Steven send you for the bits?"
Blood shook her head.
"oh, sorry with the gem I thought you where one of those crystal gems."
Blood shook her head up and down.
"uh... you are one?"
Blood shook her head.
"you looking for them?"
Blood shook her head up and down.
"oh, try the beach house. it's just up that way" the boy pointed in the direction of a mountain near the beach.
"oh and if you see Steven, tell him his dad is worried. he should check in more often"
Blood smiled and waved heading in the direction the boy pointed.

she arrived at the beach house, the giant woman statue sitting behind it seemed almost intimidating. she walked up the stairs and saw a screen door. looking in she saw a Lapis and a Ruby arguing before the Ruby teleports away. Blood decided now would be a good time to walk in.
as she swings open the screen door, Lapis yells at the top of her lungs.
"Jesus, why you gotta be so loud?"

Topaz was silent as he scrolled through the old logs and chronicles of the first gem rebellion. It was what he found as his finest hour as a general in the gem war. A fresh gem out of kindergarten with minor training before he was shipped off to fight. He proved his cunning as well as his wit during his battles on earth though he was reputable for his mercy during the rebellion he at least oversaw the surrender of hundreds of rebels though he yearned to explore earth at the time there were more pressing matters at hand. Now he didn't exactly agree with the diamonds seeing as how they were becoming more aggressive and trying to wipe intelligent life that was similar to them such as humans.

He let out a quiet sigh as he returned the log to its proper place before noting an older log one that seemed out of place amongst the others. He carefully took it and realized it was a detailed log of warp pads that still operated despite being slowly phased out. He looked around before discreetly taking the log and heading to an old warp pad that was hidden away in Pink Diamonds former embassy. He examined the log and mentally started to map out the journey in his mind. He decided now was as good a time as any to rebel against his diamonds not out of disobedience but out of tire of their actions. He looked and took a breath starting his journey as light surrounded him and soon sent him along his first of many warp pads. As he hurried along he prepared himself for what to expect on Earth recalling a call from the planet was heard but it was assumed to be an old signal.

Topaz was so lost in though when he became focused on his arrival he managed to walk off the Galaxy warp pad into the ocean. The gem frenzied after a moment unable to keep afloat in the cold frigid water though luck seemed to be on his side when the waves pushed him flush against a cliff face not to far from the beach linked by a sandbar. He shivered and walked in the shallows heading to the beach and seeing a structure of some kind made of stone. He assumed it was human made and decided it might as well be the best place stop. As he entered the abandoned structure he saw a map on the wall that gave him a bearing he saw if he continued north up the coast he'd reach a town called Beach City and he figured humans might be able to set him on the right track.

Lapis sighed as she saw Emira draw her weapon upon approch; taking a step forward she pointed to the gems weapon.

"You dont need that," started Lapis before she saw a new face appear inside the house. Shocked, Lapis turned her back towards Emria and stepped back. Her water wings sprung from her back and her hands were raised; it was clear she was ready to fight.

"Who are you?" Demanded Lapis.

"me? oh I am bloodstone, I just got out of the ground like 7 years ago...."
Blood saw both the gems ready to fight and put her hand on her gem like she was going to pull a weapon but decided that drawing a weapon might cause more tension.
"Look I don't mean to upset anyone and I am not looking to fight, I just want to find the crystal gems. maybe get some answers?"
Blood just stood there waiting to see if she even made it to the right place.

"The Crystal Gems?" Emira inquired, clearly dumbfounded. She had never given much thought to Bloodstones before, yet this one had plenty of initiative in order to make it to the temple. The whereabouts for the previous occupants was a total mystery to both Emira and everyone else in Beach City. Putting away her sword, the overeager gem took a seat on the floor, hoping that Lapis would handle the situation adequately. On Homeworld, someone like Emira was expected to follow orders and wait patiently in the absence of said orders.

With the likes of Pearl or Garnet out of the picture, Lapis naturally stood out as the gem-in-charge to some degree. Emira had only heard stories of Rose, countless of them, all extravagant and humbling at the same time. Her philosophy remained alive and well, even if the same couldn't be said of Rose herself; Earth needed the Crystal Gems as much as the Crystal Gems needed Earth. It was the finest symbiotic relationship that Emira could think of. Redirecting her focus at the newly-arrived Bloodstone, she could see the rebellious fire in her eyes, which was particularly disturbing. Emeralds were disciplined warriors. They were also distrustful of those who didn't share that inborn drive.

"I think she means us..." Emira said calmly to Lapis, breaking from her peculiar speech pattern for once.

Wedged into a booth in Fish Stew Pizza, surrounded by multiple children's books and the iconic Beach City pizza, sat Zita. Or Kunzite if you were upset with her. For the last three months, Zita had made the booth her "study hall" (at least that's what Kiki called it.) She'd been absorbing the information in the books she had borrowed from the library and stuffing her face with pizza simultaneously. She knew that she'd gain more knowledge from actual history books not kid's books, but Zita was still getting the hang of the whole English language thing...Plus she liked the vibrant colors portrayed in the books.

She didn't spend much time at the actual base because...Well because it was always tense in their with the false alarms and Ruby's yelling. Plus as a kindergarten gem, Zita knew that certain things were expected of her but she couldn't quite bring herself to actually do them. Fighting for example, was a big issue. Sometimes in the heat of the moment, she couldn't summon her own weapon and even when she did, landing a solid hit was like trying to hug water.

Just as she reached for another book, Zita caught a glimpse of a gem she didn't recognize walking past the shop. "Oh my gosh! Oh em gee!" She gasped, scrambling out of the booth and dashing towards the door. "I'll be back! NO ONE EAT MY PIZZA!" She yelled over her shoulder before stealthily (she hoped) following the gem in the direction of the temple. Somehow during her tracking, she managed to lose the new gem and end up on the beach. She heard Emira and Lapis talking to a stranger (probably the stranger gem) and was about to join them before she noticed a figure walking towards her. She didn't recognize them but by then it was too late to turn tail and run for Lapis's aid, so she mustered up her courage and assumed her best battle stance.

"State your purpose!" She called, trying to keep her voice from wavering. Zita learned from Lapis that on Homeworld Kunzite's were made to serve nobles and act as therapists cheerleader hybrids in a sense. They listened to complaints and flattered you, so Zita hoped her command sounded...well...Commanding and not as though she was going to ask the gem to 'give her an S! Give her a C, A, R, E, D! What's that spell? Scared! Totally freaking scared!'

Lapis cracked a small smile as she heard that Bloodstone was a newly formed Gem; Lapis knew that Ruby and the others managed to 'plant' new Gems after the sudden disappearance of Pearl, Steven and Sapphire, but she was not present for that event. Nor was she around as the new Gems began to raise from their birthing place. She had only recently returned to Beach City; and to the temple. Where she was; well that was a secret that no one should ever find out.

"Why did you raise so late?" asked Lapis to Bloodstone; hearing Emira break from her speech pattern jolted Lapis to make another comment.

"That doesn't matter now" started Lapis as she pointed to the warp pad.

"I need you to come with us Bloodstone, The Crystal Gems need your help; Ruby has run off to a very dangerous place and if we dont go after her soon, well I think she might be shattered." Lapis shook her head before looking around the temple,

"Where is everyone else?" asked Lapis to herself. Lapis knew that the others were busy; but her call normally summoned them to her; but it seemed that only a few had followed her voice this time. She knew that she didn't have the time to find the rest of the group. So she walked towards the Warp pad, and as she stood on it, she waved the others in the room towards her.

"Come on guys; we need to hurry."

The two gems that stood; or walked on the beach would see a ball of fire flying across the sky. It looked bright red; flames in gulping the silvery steel of the ship. The bright afternoon sun only made the fire dance more as the ship flew towards the Gems. The ship was crashing; hundreds of miles above them, but none the less it was going to crash into the wilderness far from the small Beach City.

Topaz was a little startled to hear a someone speaking to him especially given that it was another gem and he froze looking them over for a brief moment giving a minor assessment before he chose his next action. "I'm Imperial Topaz former Homeworld General now a rebel." he stated calmly. "I expect you're one of the Crystal Gems?" He asked Kunzite. "I would suggest a more proactive stance on your part in terms of intimidation." He said as he relaxed his stance.

He certainly wasn't expecting Kunzite but she seemed nice enough and she gave him enough of a mold to guess how the other gems would be. "You look young for a gem..."He noted as it was something he was able to pick up off hand during his time on homeworld. "So tell me are the others near by? I was intending on asking another human but it seems you would know much more and be more friendly about it." Topaz was trying to be nice and not freak this gem out not wanting to fight after just getting to the planet.

He did fold his arms in front of himself and tried to look relaxed knowing that just being outright rude or intimidating was probably the same as asking for a fight. "So whats your name gem?"he asked her looking a little curious. He knew he hadn't stated why he was present on earth but then again was he just going to say 'I came for the Rebellion from Homeworld'? That wasn't very believable.

Emira followed Lapis without a moment's hesitation onto the warp pad. An unwavering sense of distrust continued to dominate her psyche, genuinely unsure as to why a bloodstone was accepted without really knowing who she was. Nevertheless, they all had a mission to accomplish. Ruby was the sort of gem who needed all the help she could get. On multiple occasions Emira sought Ruby's friendship, only to find her continually distraught at the disappearance of the original Crystal Gems. That looming isolation was something that Emira felt too. It was just that she never looked very far into it.

"Ruby, Ruby, running off again, let us save thee," the gem absentmindedly muttered under her breath. She could only imagine what Lapis had been planning as of late. Truth be told her imagination only extended into her combat prowess, wit, and vocabulary. Foresight was Garnet's unique specialty, and needless to say, she wasn't around to provide it. Perhaps the randomness of events, the fact that you couldn't truly predict anything, was another thing that Emira adored about the Earth. The thought of performing a rescue mission was tantalizing.

Blood stood there for a moment trying to think what she should do, it was clear that this was the temple she was told about by the fry boy. she walked onto the warp pad looking at lapis with raised eyebrows.
"just so we are clear, I am doing this for answers."

When everyone finally managed to enter the warp pad; a light in gulped the small group. it wouldn't be more then a mere second before the group now stood on a worn down warp pad. The building around the device didn't look any better; the large glass windows stood at 10 feet with large cracks and chunks missing. The once bright and shining white marble walls now stood with dust and dirt scattered all over its once beautiful skin. The building was once a temple for the small group of Gems known as the "Sliver and Black Shatters.", only few knew of this small elite group of Gems. The Shatters were known to be only called once in Gem history; long before the first civil war. Now their home lied empty and crumbling. A large 8feet statue stood at the center of the room, it was made of coal; it looked to represent a tall hooded figure with a two small triangle gems on its cheeks. Any other features couldn't be seen due to the design of the statue.

Lapis quickly left the warp pad; and walked to the statue. She walked around the statue in full circle three times before she stopped at its front, looking into the area of the face.

"Who....are you?" she asked aloud before turning to face the others.

"So-" her voice was cut off a mere second after she spoke; what replaced the sound through out the empty building was a dark and hollow females voice.

"How did you active that warp pad?" demanded the voice.

"No ones suppose to be able to get here anymore!" shouted the female; however she sounded closer then before. As if she was begining to enter the room.

However no doors or doorframes were visible; not even a passageway.

"How did you get in here?" asked the women again; she appeared to be a pearl of some sort. Perhaps she was one from Homeworld. She stood before the warp pad now, a small door of light right behind her. The pearl held a small red Ruby in her palm as she spoke.

Following the ships trail could lead to clues of Stevens disappearance.

Blood looked to the Ruby then to Lapis, reading her face told Blood exactly what she needed to know. Blood took a step closer to perl and held out her hand.
"you should return our friend, and then we will tell you."
Blood was ready however in case she would need to draw her blade.

The tension in the room was palpable. That being said, Emira could only feel nauseated from the leap through the Warp Pad. She was never all that comfortable in using those ancient contraptions. It was a humorous reminder of the time she spent a few centuries in a spacecraft, if only because that was the one point in her life that a Warp Pad would have been preferable. The layout of the room that Lapis, Blood, and Emira found themselves in was also unsettling. Obviously this place wasn't meant for receiving surprise visitors.

"Pardon the intrusion, doubly for the confusion, but you have our friend, to whom we must attend!" The gem poet was enraged to see Ruby in the palm of some offshoot pearl. She could barely contain her seething desire to poof each and every one of these strangers. Or, if the need were to arise, shatter them. "In with the warp we came, and for that you cannot pass blame." Emira made a cryptic attempt at explaining how the Crystal Gems wound up in this foreboding temple. It wouldn't be all that unlikely if the Silver & Black Shatterers did everything in their power to render the pad inoperable.
