Backstory:
Growing up, Takeda's family could barely afford a week's worth of groceries and struggled to even stay alive. His parents worked as much as they could while Takeda could only sit back and watch as they overexert themselves. Surprisingly, he wasn't picked on at school for his poverty, but he was given the alias of "Rag Boy". The constant exposure to illnesses and germs made him sick often, which ate up the family's budget even more.
His resentment grew as his parents were constantly turned down for government aid, while the two were becoming nothing but skin and bones. His parents sacrificed their meals just to keep Takeda well fed and healthy whenever they were home, and the two gradually started being more and more away. The medications he needed would appear rather than a fridge full of food. Eventually, his parents both overworked themselves to death when Takeda barely turned 15 years old.
It was when he was about to be taken from social workers that his abilities were discovered. He had accidentally killed these people with this mist, and for the first time, he felt... safe. Though after the death of those people, his resentment never ceased. He would be able to take what his parents had deserved...
Now at the age of 25, Takeda robs from banks any and all he could take from them. Heroes that try to stop him are usually low in rank and have since gradually increased as the borderline emotionless man just blew them away. He now holds 100,000 in his name and does not plan to stop any time soon.
