POSITIVITY One Good Thing About Today - Every Day!

Today was a pretty chill day and it was a little bit oogy, but my dad got a new faucet and drain stop for the tub and I can now officially take cozy baths again for the first time in aaaaaaaaaages!

I got some ideas and suggestions already for stuff I can put in the bath and I am so looking forward to that!

I'm home! Pet sitting over the weekend was enjoyable, but it's nice to be back.

Technically a good thing from yesterday, but I finally got my orientation scheduled for Walmart. I am fairly certain I have a full-time job in the bag now.

Took me long enough.

I received a letter in the mail stating that my T prescriptions are covered for the whole year. I'm so happy that I could cry. I'm fortunate to live in a state that supports gender-affirming care.

I'm just happy that it's Saturday. The weekdays are extra tiring these days since deciding to homeschool my kid. I've had a nice restful day, I managed to get a couple of chores done, and my evening is going to be fun-filled. c:

We celebrated my dad's birthday today with food from one of his favorite restaurants!
It was a good day :D

I got to find a new roleplay forum and now I dragged myself into a rabbit hole of returning to past forums! This is the new roleplay forum. This is the good thing in today.

Today begins my vacation to Disney World!!

so, since i missed saying a good thing about yesterday when i joined - i joined this site! after searching for a platform similar to quotev ( rip ) i am very glad to say that i might love iwaku more than i did quotev.
for today, i got more than enough sleep lol!! i mean, i am only starting today, so, maybe i'll update back in the evening for a more concrete answer <3
this is such a good idea btw, seeing everyone spreading positivity is so nice.

Today is my 10-year Iwaku Anniversary and I have successfully finished my challenge to finish at least one art piece every day in November

Our first day of our Disney trip! So far it's been awesome! We explored our hotel a little, had a steak dinner, and then checked out a giant gingerbread house at an adjacent resort!

We went to the Animal Kingdom today and saw a ton of animals and I ate nachos and spent way too much money on stuff lmaooo

Writing this for yesterday since we got back sooo late and I passed out almost immediately when we got back to the resort.

Yesterday we went to a Christmas party at the Magic Kingdom. Went on some Christmas themed rides and saw a Christmas time parade and fireworks!!

Yesterday we went to the Hollywood Studios and I built a lightsaber!!

I did it! I surpassed 100 art pieces finished this year!

I have missed several days (again), so here's a recap of the vacation!

We went to the Christmas party and saw the fireworks and the parade and ate waaaay too many holiday themed treats! Such as a gingerbread cheesecake, cherry cold brew coffee, peppermint mocha coffee, got a LOT of gingerbread and linzer cookies, peppermint bark, a cookies & cream milkshake, a hot fudge sundae, and a guava and mango juice slushy with a cute little chocolate gingerbread man!

I built a lightsaber!

We saw Pandora in Animal Kingdom at night! It was all lit up and blowing by blacklight and also very dark and I got lost lmaooo

I bought too many souvenirs. -shifty eyes- Or not enough?

We went on a Christmas themed Jungle Cruise ride dubbed the "Jingle Cruise!"

We rode m a n y monorails.

My nephew had such a great time! I think his favorite ride was the Winnie the Pooh ride because he kept telling us soooo many times after how much he loved bouncing in the honey pots.
He did NOT like Big Thunder Mountain though

I got to go o Cosmic Rewind! That might very well be my absolute favorite ride.

And one of my favorite things was seeing all the lights and Christmas decorations! Everything was sooooo pretty

Happy birthday, Athena! She is six years old!
