Hachiko opened one eye. "sure as long as you don't make those vulgar towards me..." she closed her eye and breathed deep. She saw that Chou and Fumio were still treaking up the path. Pulling her feet up she put her shoes on. "please excuse my mouth," she proclaimed loudly "but I'm fucking tires of waiting on them" she pointed at Fumio and Chou. She walked up the bath house steps "so I will be taking my leave and taking advantage of this lovely spring!!" she shoved her shoes and pulled out her wash and shampoo then shoved it in then cubby.

Pushing aside the cloth hanging from the door frame and entered amore secluded room where she passed by a privacy screen. The room was decorated in ocean and water themes. "pretty nice..." a wall was stocked with towels. She took one and began undressing.

TA-THUNK

The sharp noise of hallow bamboo striking against stone echoed eerily through the otherwise hushed aura that seemed to coat the site of the hot springs like thick fog. The sound of the Sozu seemed to startle Suichi a bit, who seemed to already be losing his composure.

"Are you guys sure we are supposed to be here?" Suichi did his best to hide the tremble in his voice as he spoke. "I mean it just seems a bit odd that on a day where there is supposed to be a visiting class of high school students that this place seems alittle…Dead."

And he concerns are met with uncaring silence as Nagano was too busying trying to peek on the changing Yukimura.

A sigh of acquiescence escaped his lips as he realized the futility of trying to bond with a group that he did not share a shred of commonality with. Suichi muddled along, alone, towards the Men's Springs and proceeded to disrobe. "I don't understand the point of coming to such a place if there is no one I can even talk to…" Suichi took off his glasses as he stored his clothes in the compartment that was given to the patrons in the male side of the springs.

A lingering presence of regret sat in his stomach as Suichi looked around a world of blurred brown walls and faded-red tassels. "Sometimes I even wonder why I get my hopes up…"

"It…" Fumio paused. "It looked like you were having a harder time with the mud and rough terrain. Shouldn't all the members of the group look after one another?"

Sometimes the cultural mores of this country were stifling, but for the moment, Fumio was grateful. The set expressions and expectations could often get in the way of honesty and truth, but it wasn't as though telling the truth was always desirable over a handy stock phrase or two.

Hachiko shouted up ahead. "Hey guys we're going to the hotsprings first. Hey love birds! Hurry up!"

Fumio stopped in his tracks, nearly dropping Chou and nearly choking himself as she clung to his neck.

He staggered backward to spare them both from falling.

"Can't people just be kind to one another without that being involved?" he muttered under quickened breaths. He looked up the path. "You had probably best hold on tightly."

He took a deep breath and started running.

Kimiko rolled her eyes at the love bird comment that Hachiko made to the two taking their time to get here. This girl took life way too seriously to see the jokes words could involve... She decided to stop eying the pond of fish and followed Hachiko; she seemed to know what she was doing. She didn't want to look lost anymore and to get the day over with. There was more work to be done, after all!

She entered the appropriate room and took a towel that was next to the one Hachiko removed. With her front side facing the wall, she also stripped herself of her clothing and even tied her hair back with a band wrapped around her wrist. The long, black hair went back very neatly; she almost looked like a different person. After she took off her glasses and slipped them into her messenger bag, she looked even less like the Kimiko people knew.

The towel was wrapped tightly around her tiny body to hide her particularly small breasts and her rear. A hand held on to the towel in case it was to become undone.
