I just had a question regarding messages, so I'm not too sure if it belongs here, but, I didn't know where else to put it.

I noticed that Iwaku has a time limit on messages, so if I send one, I have to wait like a minute to send another.
I was just wondering what the reason behind this is?​

Like in any other forum perhaps, to prevent Spambots (Or crazy members who have nothing better to do) from spamming messages to you, also to prevent DoS attack by breaking the site through overwhelming it with PM POST data (1000000000000000 PMs sent in a span of several seconds!).
