I'm asking about moments that, no matter how many time you watch them, have the same impact they did the first time.

Two of them for me are
Hellfire from The Hunchback of Notre Dame
and
the speech Morpheus gives to Neo during the training sim in The Matrix.
 
The Helghan leader's speech in the intro video to PlayStation 1's KillZone. Gets me every time. I feel so inspired to fight for the Helghast!

Old 90's TV shows on the "Classic cartoon" networks.

I'm sorry but "Dexter's Lab" isn't old enough to be "classic"! D:

Another is when I watch/read The Notebook. I always cry and I always feel warm inside.
