Nostalgiac moments

Discussion in 'THREAD ARCHIVES' started by Professor Crane, Mar 13, 2011.

  1. I'm asking about moments that, no matter how many time you watch them, have the same impact they did the first time.

Two of them for me are
Hellfire from The Hunchback of Notre Dame
the speech Morpheus gives to Neo during the training sim in The Matrix.
  2. Wash (and Book) Dies.
  3. I cry EVERY TIME.

...And the Opening of Lion King when the Circle of Life plays. D:
  4. The Helghan leader's speech in the intro video to PlayStation 1's KillZone. Gets me every time. I feel so inspired to fight for the Helghast!

  5. The end of Hamlet makes me weep everytime.
  6. Old 90's TV shows on the "Classic cartoon" networks.

I'm sorry but "Dexter's Lab" isn't old enough to be "classic"! D:
  7. Quoted for Truthiness.

  9. When John Smith and Pocahontas go their separate ways. c____c

Another is when I watch/read The Notebook. I always cry and I always feel warm inside.
  10. A whole bunch of games
The top four are Okami, Zelda Ocarina of Time, Dissidia Final Fantasy and Super Mario RPG
