Collab Post [Llerina, Jack of Hearts]
@Wolfsin
Location: Darkmoon training grounds
Weather: Light shower

The ghostly illusion passed through and blood seemed to fall from the body of the whispering boy, just before it vanished, Llerina was good to keep her eyes placed on Jack the entire time, and now in Jacks hand was a thin looking elven curved blade. The mere swing of the weapon lent a ring upon the air, like the sound of bells, or a low whistle. Jack started to pace around her.

“I guess training weapons are off the table now? Good, fighting for one’s existence brings a certain thrill to life.” A smile tugged at her lips as she placed the training arrow back into her quiver. Her gaze turned back to the tricky one, she knew this fight would be hard, that was expected, but she looked forward to it, she loved pushing herself past her limits. She held the bow back up with one hand, aiming it at apprentice, the other hand rested by her side ready to react within a moment’s notice. Though she didn’t join in his strafe her body turned in place to follow his every move.

"A shadowcrafter. This has become more interesting than I originally would have presumed from your tedious form of archery. You are actually a very boring opponent, but I am happily surprised to see you have more than a bow at your disposal, that means I can reveal my hand to you without it being a shut out." Jack chuckled, and smirked to Llerina before starting into a simple jog towards the girl. The jog quickened and soon it turned to a full on sprint, but from which direction. Llerina suddenly found her head spinning, her eyes had a hard time seeing as to which direction the boy was coming from, like a dizzy spell.

Just as her eyes came to focus a swift slash came about aimed at her torso, Jack was a dancer with his sword now and spun to the side, but as her eyes followed the ghostly bladesmen, she found there was nothing to follow, and the second slash came from her diagonal right back side. This one connected, but same as it did the image fell through her and lay bleeding on the ground, when she would choose to look down at the villain she would find only herself staring back with fear in her eyes as if Llerina was the most gruesome monster this ghostly visage had ever seen.

Ller looked down and saw the fear in her own reflection. Fear… She hasn’t felt it, nor seen it on her face for years. She wondered why the reflection stared at her like that, why was it afraid? Her brows furled, lips contorted into a grimace, and her gaze distorted into a glare of rage, though her reflection remained fearful. It brought back memories of her childhood; the torture she went through during her parents’ training, the anxiety of when her best friend went missing, and the fear she felt the moment she saw her lifeless body displayed for the world to see. She let out a furious scream and slammed her feet into the reflection several times, trying to remove it. She rid herself of fear a long time ago, and resorted to anger or determination instead, to have it come back now; she would not stand for that.

Jack appeared to the side of Llerina. and swiftly as he passed by her in her confusion aimed a quick stab at her side torso curving to make the blade slide right under and upward beyond the ribs into the meat. The tip of the blade would stop just shy of Llerina's lungs.

To her surprise she felt pain, which was a relief from the illusion. She jumped away and smirked, pulling the string of her bow back as a black arrow formed, positioned and ready to fire. She released it soaring towards the clown, then flipped back, aimed at the ground in mid air and loosed three more arrows that disappeared into her shadow before her feet planted firmly onto the ground. The apprentice would soon find he had four arrows speeding towards him from each direction.

For Llerina to maneuver out of the way of Jack's blade, it left the harlequin man amused. "Tricky." He taunted, as he stepped back. He wasn't sure exactly what the girl was doing, but he was aware of his surroundings, or so he thought. Seemingly out of nowhere four arrows flanked him from each side. Jacks eyes widened as he moved to step back, and spun his body into an aerial. Three of the arrows missed, but one made it through and nailed him in his lower back knocking the boy to the ground. Jack let out a heaving gasp for air... Blood leaked from the wound. Jack lay on the ground in what appeared to be dire pain.

Llerina watched, the sneer never leaving her face. He was down, but was that really all there was to it? There had to be more, there was no possible way for this boy to be out of the game by a single arrow, Ller knew she was good, but that was a just a bit too easy. She aimed the bow at him and stared.

“Aw come on, I know you’re not done yet. After all that big talk you still owe me an exciting fight.” She pulled the string forming 2 arrows and released them towards him, then pulled it back again and waited cautiously for his reaction.

"you're smart."

A whisper came from just behind her neck, and then Jack placed his Blade against the crease of her forearm where most strength came from to pull a bow and slashed deep enough for her to remember it. The Illusion of Jack shot up and assaulted Llerina, but would simply fall through her. The real threat was behind now, and she had no way to escape.

Jack backed up after having likely successfully disarmed her.His blade held in one hand he smirked. He was still bleeding sure, but the arrow was out of him now, other than the tip which still made his breathing haggard. "This is far from over on my end. But how will you dance without your precious bow Drow?"

Her right arm pulsed with pain as she stood there grimacing at the clown. Her left hand placed pressure on her wound and her eyes moved towards her bow, which laid on the ground a few feet away from her. She wouldn’t be able to use it now, not with her arm injured; she would be limited but not out yet. She let out a piercing whistle that rang through the damp air.

“I do not move to just one dance, you’ve seen for yourself this fact. I’m not through yet.”
A screech could be heard above and, with grace, a large albino falcon began swooping down at Ller’s opponent, pecking and scratching at him with each dive.

Taking advantage of her bird’s presence Ller pointed her bloodied left hand towards the apprentice’s shadow and moved it in a twirling motion as the shadow shot out in an attempt to wrap itself around the man’s ankles. Banshee retreated for the moment, perching on her owner’s shoulder with a threatening cry. Not a second later Ller stomped her foot causing two pillars to fly out from her challenger’s shadow, one aimed at his chest, the other towards the center of his back.

Jack was in battle mode now, and despite the damned bird he was already onto his next move. Focusing his ability just in time for the bird to leave and the shadow to attempt and constrict him, once again his real visage faded away and the clone that now was trapped exploded, but not into anything combustible. Instead sharp light fragments from refracted illusionary light burst out creating a bright and large flash. One that would gain him the advantage. The Bird would fall to the ground dazed. The Shadows would die, and well the Drow would be blinded.

Disabled and Defeated Jack was upon her. His blade glistened witht he color of blood, and he brought his sword won over her, swinging to finish this, without killing her.

The moment of the flash Llerina jolted back and violently covered her eyes as she dropped to the ground. She could feel the light, it felt like it was piercing her skull, clawing and scraping to get in. She wouldn’t even be able to open her eyes for a few moments due to the brightness.
“Damn these eyes.” Ller muttered under her breath as she buried her face deeper into her arms.
She took a deep breath and calmed down, she had a feeling his attack wasn’t through yet.

She was right, she could hear the slightest movement, feel the presence behind her. She waited until the right moment then put all of her strength into her legs, sweeping them around to trip the man, then jumped to her feet and quickly lept back a few times away from him. Her hands still covered her clinched eyes, she still felt the ache within her head, Ller needed to buy time until she was able to see again. She went on the defensive and listened to the noises around her.

Jack tumbled to the ground and only barely caught himself to run out of it. The light was fading now, so his advantage was nearly gone, soon enough the shadows would return, and he wouldn't receive another chance like this. With a full sprint he back hand wielded his Short sword and charged for the drow. She was still slightly offed, and with his illusion creating loud noses now so as to ruin her perceptions he knew he had her! "A little closer" he growled beneath his teeth, but when she finally turned back and faced him, he met her eyes with his own and all sound fell silent around them.

Jack could see her, draped in crimson silk, Sheets that covered her most intimate places. Deep red eyes stared back at him and the slightest quirk of a smile displayed upon her lips. A temptress beckoning as she spoke her native tongue. He could hear it now as if she were a thousand years younger and in that very room. She twirled her beautiful silver hair, and slowly exposed more of herself as she coaxed him.... until... a thin line of blood... trailed over her face. One line became many until her silver turned to crimson... her darkened flesh was pale now, and even the rot of death years of death haunted the soul.

Jack fell face first before Llerina, and his sword fell from his hand.

When the Drow was finally able to open her eyes they connected with her charging opponent. She prepared to dodge, but the most unexpected thing happened; he stopped. Why did he stop? He was just staring at her, why? She was so confused; she didn’t know what to do but to just stand there as well, staring at him with a bewildered look on her face. She would have taken this opportunity to strike him down; this was the slip up she needed to win the fight, but she was still dizzy and her head pounded from the light.

After a moment she watched him drop to the ground and stepped back in shock. Her glances darted from side to side. Is it a trick? An illusion? If so where’s the real one? She looked all around but there was no sign of him. She closed her eyes and concentrated, but she could hear his movements or feel his presence at all. Then that was really him? What happened?

“Hey, you alive over there?” She called, she thought about moving towards him but decided against it, at least until she knew more about what was happening, she didn’t want to be tricked.

Jack recovered quickly enough but the shock was still there... and then the sudden realization that had she wanted... she would have just won the battle. A real enemy would not have stalled, and then what would happen of him? All of the lives he'd lived... would that stop or would he wake up again sometime down the road? Did he want to wake up?

"I am alright, but this match is concluded. were you a different opponent Id already be dead."

“You’re welcome. I’m no monster like some would think; I’m not one to kill for no reason, especially if my opponent is on the same side as me. This was just a training exercise after all.” She gave her usual mischievous smile as she grabbed her bow and placed it over her right shoulder.

“Thank you for the intriguing fight. It was fun, and I learned much from it.” She turned on her heels and waved as she walked away from the training grounds.
A deep growl left the orcs lips as he pounded his fist against his guildmate, Rold, the man went reeling back falling to the ground. Two more of the guildmates jumped from their seats to attack Klugh, why they were brawling had long since left their minds but still they fought. Klugh turned around just as the fist of one of the two men slammed across his right jaw and the others into his side. The two men continued to hit and beat on Klugh, that was until his eyes glazed over filled with a deep dark red fire, he rose from his kneeled over position and grabbed the first one that swung at him again lifting him with one hand from the ground and slamming him into one of the other tables. The splintering of wood was heard all around the room for a second before the sound of the back of his hand slammed into the face of the second person sending him reeling to the ground on his face. Klugh roared victoriously towards the giant of a man that sat at one of the tables a ways off, the fighting was over and Klugh had one this day.

The giant of a man clapped his hands together his booming voice rising over the sounds of the hoots and hollers of his guildies. [BCOLOR=#000080]"It seems the orc has done it again, beaten most of the best of this guild with little effort and you guys tried to jump him. So as punishment you will clean up the bar while the rest of us drink."[/BCOLOR] With that his eyes turned to Klugh and gestured towards the table that he sat at. [BCOLOR=#000080]"Drink with us brother in battle here and now make yourself one with our guild."[/BCOLOR] Klugh took a seat at that point, his ,assive hands gripping around the handle of the ale, he threw back the ale in one gulp slamming the cup back upon the table to hear more hoots and hollers from the guildies...this was to be a glorius night.

Part 2 of 3

Name: Gabriel
Location: Seih'li'us Forest
Interaction: Cerebus,

The Forest howled with the echoes of those critters that inhabited it, though the faceless owls had begon the place. The scholar, traversed a sea of trees that seemed eternal by its nature. Decadent oaks and elden roots entangled on the ground the closer the mage came to the treasure he seek. Befor elong the sea parted, the treeline ended and before the Mage of the Darkmoon stood a gaping maw. The opening to a cave that could have been there for thousands of years and still the number might have been gracious.

Gabriel prepared himself and stepped first foot into the darkness of the maw, another but his eyes were not forsaken in the shadow of this natural fortress. He had come for the lady Aderia of the lords that had contracted him. He'd been provided the wisdom of the forest and he would not waste this knowledge for fear of the unknown.

A low growl rumbled in the distance... a purr of aggression that only aided in the words the Owl had spoken. there would be conflict here, but what was it that he would face? Rounding the corner the mighty hound like maw of the creature was seen. Ragged blood stained fur, and chains hung froma ll around the creatures body. It had two heads, though on of them appeared to be sleeping. Eyes filled of fire, and the ground scorched with each step the monster took. Gabriel was no novice and so it wouldn't take much tor ealize the threat that Demon Gods and dark summonings had placed him against. Everything was coming together swiftly.. the legends... of the witch.. the choice of the young girl... Hallowed grounds and demonic pressence... this was a ritual... a demonic ritual.. the kind that Gabriel scorned to hell and back.

The Monster did not wait, and soon it was joined by two other creatures. The same ilk... only the final one had three heads... it was no normal hound of hell. Then the voice of the old, a sinister song of a devils mistress sung out to Gabriel.

"Ye man, who hath entered the domain of Fri'a Come forth if ye dare, Alas my hounds have lost their minds in the swelling darkness. I shan't try and control them for bett'r yer own hand than m'ne."

The hounds launched upon Gabriel attempting to tear him limb from limb.

Gabriel would not get much time to ponder over his situation or to answer the voice that danced through the confines of the cave before the attacks started. Hounds of hell were nothing more than playthings when it came to magic, they were creatures summoned from the darkness afterall. Gabriel's fists clenched tightly, watching the dogs inch ever close to him, timing was of the essence. Each second ticked by it seemed like an eternity before they both leaped their teeth bared forth each head aiming for the small mage. Flames blue in color encircled his closed fist, he raised his hand upwards a pillar of the same flames coming from the ground up to slam into the first puppy, When it sent the puppy reeling back he shifted his hands forward towards the second puppy, the flames seemed to break down each of the energies fading and becoming something completely different.

A beam of bright sapphire blue light sped forth into the second puppy, if the beam struck this puppy its body would be broken apart at a molecular level causing its body to fade from this world destroying it. Gabriel waited watching knowing that no matter what these beasts would not make it anywhere near him. For if they did they were going to be in a worse world of hurt then they were going to be now. The energies of the cave died down only after their damage was done to the beasts letting it return to its eerie and silent nature, leaving the two headed puppy to gather itself from the pillar of flames.

Bountiful magic surrounded the area. Bright wicked blue lights that symbolized the death of the hounds, and yet only one had been slain by the wicked light. The other stunned, and the Cerberus class monster glared daggers at the strange mage. The two headed Dog let out a screech like howl that shook the cavern and then its other head woke up. Its eyes sewed shut opened and a bright green light erupted over the cavern. A Spell Blight curse. Gabriel would feel the pain, the burning sensation that seemed to consume his entire body in that moment... and the Two headed monster would leap at the Mage... his body inflated, bloated by power within. only death could free the creature from his self inflicted detonation. The monster would attempt to latch to Gabriel and then.. they would both die.

It didnt take long for the sage to know what the curse did..pain wracked the entirety of his body enough so that anger danced across his calm features. His hand raised through the pain, eyes gleaming a deep icy blue color he did not speak but the energy gathered around his form. The creatures teeth frothing with saliva came ever closer inching towards the body of Gabriel, but instead the air grew cold, cold enough that as breath left the lips of the creatures it became but icicles in the air. The air grew so cold that the fire that inhabited the creatures body even froze becoming nothing but a frozen flame and soon it engulfed the entirety of the creature from the inside to the out. The creature fell to the ground its body breaking into a thousand little pieces. Gabriel now turned his attention to the three headed cerebus the two lowely creatures now removed from this battle.

Cerberus began to pace, circling the man, though it was much more calm than the rest. A deep red consumed him soon that lit the place, and soon Cerberus was no longer the monster he as known for, but a man with Long flowing obsidian hair. His eyes deep red, and chains hung about him like ornaments. In his hand a devilish looking sword, and his other hand a circle of spells that seemed to swarm upon his entire arm. With infernal tongue he dispelled the curse around them and locked eyes with Gabriel.

"I am the 6th of Deridenia the Lord of Hounds... Adolph. Tell me wizard... what business do you have with the The Witch of Azri?"

Gabriel watched on taking note of the fact that the beast was able to become man, that meant that he was strong and could pose a problem as far as battle goes. When he dispelled the magic that surrounded the two of them the calm demeanor returned to Gabriels face. The beast spoke and he listened making certain to catch every word so as not to allow this to turn into a bloody battle. When the man finished speaking Gabriel raised his eyebrow, things were beginning to get more confusing as this quest went on...if this was the master of hounds that serves under her. What use does she have for this princess? Unless.....

"I am Gabriel, Sage of Darkmoon, Scholar of Lariaht, and I merely seek the princess girl from the nation outside of this forest."

"Ahh Aderia... the Catalyst. " Adolph smirked and stepped forward baring his fangs, and his hair began to light aflame. Twelve horns in the shape of a crown seemed to form atop the creatures head. "If you seek that which is already my masters, then you seek only death, Gabriel follower of fools!"

Adolph raised his blade in front of him and a menacing black flame consumed the metal of the weapon, as the ground began to crease in hell fire streams of magma straight from realms of hell itself. He was there one moment, and the next... he was upon him. The mighty blade burnt away oxygen and left only poisonous fume behind its arc. As it came down over Gabriel and around them a ring of Blackened fire concluded their arena.

If any other mage had been standing before this demon they would have been dead before he even moved. They did not know however that Gabriel had already glimpsed upon the face of a god so this was merely a game that he would have to play to get out of here with the girl alive. When the beast appeared Gabriel was prepared his hands raised up crossed in an x formation in front of him, white energy danced over each of his covered arms and shot outward repelling the blade back into the sky that it came from, the white light encompassing the entirety of Gabriels body. The white light brimmed for a second before leaving entirely leaving the sapphire mage standing there with a weapon and a focus.

In his right hand he held a staff, the staff was a complete black in color with white runes glowing along the whole weapon. At the very tip levitated a ball of energy that continued to change a multitude of colors, every few seconds the ball would pulse pushing back the flames that would inch close to Gabriel. In his left hand levitated an orb, inside the orb flashed images, powerful magic that coursed through the entirety of his body. Gabriel raised the staff barely off the ground and tapped it back down lightly. Soon the black flames rose up and became a deep blue color their entire energy make up changed them from hell flames to now these powerful flames.

Gabriel shifted the orb so that the flames now fell down over top of the beast that stood before him. "Do not play me for some fool that was not prepared for any situation, I will have the girl if I have to send you back to the gates you should be guarding." If the flames touched the demon they would not be hot to the touch like normal flames instead they would begin to eat at the energy of the man slowly consuming it to keep themselves going until the energy in its host was depleted.

Adolph stepped back glancing around him for only a second before he clenched his fist and a wave shot out all around him. Thousands of Shadow warriors reached out and ate the Flames entirely before coiling around as serpent like heads to breath the toxic death over the two at the center. A burning coil a ring of Deepend fire and shadow like tendrils encircled Adolph as he launched himself back into battle against this mage.

Gabriels lips seemed to curl up into a smirk as the flames disappeared into the shadow like beasts throats. He muttered under his breath almost ammusingly.."Fool" the flames changed the energy in them pulled out and replaced by pure light that began to pierce through the darkened shadows that had came to the aid of their master. The light was a pure white in color and would overcome the darkness that tried to feed upon the flames.

Bursting with light it only lasted for a moment, as shadows dissipated and the rays of light filled the cavern with their sickening grace. Adolph took his first swing upon gabriel, though not covered in the defense he would have prefered his sword met against the staff and pushed the mage back. A shadow pursued that split into three shadow like dogs that launched at Gabriel from all sides. Adolph sat behind and again clenched his fist as the light began to vibrate solidifying it turned to blackened metal and came down over Gabriel as a rain of swords. Upon hitting the Shadow hounds the shadows would coil and turn into thorned trees with Devils poison and their thistles.

Gabriel was becoming more and more focused the longer the fight went, the attack on his staff knocked him back and then the dogs. The dogs made their way towards him, he shifted his staff in their direction once again the shadows changed becoming instead of one with the dark they were now one with the light..he shifted his hand up and the three dogs rose to his defense flattening out into a barrier of light over Gabriel that repelled the swords to the ground around the shield. Gabriel tapped the ground once again with the end of the staff, and the earth absorbed the black metal deep back into its depths.

The Demon hissed out a curse in infernal before leaping forward, the earth destroyed behind his dash as he came in upon Gabriel. His speed had increased to insane amounst despite the monstrous weapon that he wielded. and he fought with Gabriel blow for blow, catchin the Staff with the weight of his weapon as he pushed the mage back now with pure force beyond dark magical talents.

The ploy had worked, Gabriel hated to do this versus this demon especially not knowing what was to come but he had to at this point. He clenched his left hand over the focus, his eyes focused on the demons and as the next blow connected against Gabriels staff force would emit from Gabriels body pushing the both of them back, the ground of the cave destroyed and the walls around them pushed out. Gabriel pushed the staff up again and muttered "Return to hell from whence you came demon.." The entirety of the cave at that point would be filled with a deep white light that would cause a stunning effect to the demon or outsider that was targeted by the spell, quickly behind the light was a ray of white flames decending down upon the demon tearing the body that the creature has upon this realm to pieces and sending its soul back to hell. There it would need a full day to recover from the effects before being able to return from the pits.

"Ahhhhhhh!!!"

A wretched scream filled the hollow caverns and followed the angered voice of the Witch Fri'a. "You wretched mage! You dare take my pet from me.. You will rue this day Gabriel of Darkmoon ... You will serve under my boot wretched creature of light... and I will use you as I, and my Goddess pleases! Come now mage come and find your new life! As my servant!"

"Wonderful. It seem's we have the situation all wrapped up nice and neat with a bow to match - for now." Mao's face, which had previously honed a listless mask of stone, brightened with the chirping of her sing-song voice as she answered the questionable man. So many things to do - people to bother - pets to dote on - responsibilities to likely ignore, she hadn't the time to waste on such a tired game anymore. The witch flashed a smile and tapped one hand to her rabbit mask, dipping her head in the semblance of a friendly nod. "Enjoy your stay in our lovely little home, Mister...?" Mao waited but a few moments to hear his reply, assuming he offered any, before spilling gracefully into her fellow Second's lap and grinning playfully.

"Pascal my sweet, watch over the tavern for a bit, will you? Cammie and I have a long list of orders to fill tonight and I have yet to bother Crys about our stunning costumes for the upcoming festival. Maybe later I'll steal you away from all the noise to get your measurements taken~"

Winking playfully, Mao pressed a light kiss to Pascal's forehead and tumbled freely from the girl's lap. She bounced off the tips of her fingers with little force and landed right-side up with a bounce in her step. "Ahhh~ Farewell my friends, be good kiddies while I'm slaving myself away!" Always theatrical and overzealous, the Tuzi Witch made her departure for the stairway with arms spread wide as if they were wings. A sea of joyful and drunken customers parted to savor her gratifying exit. Pausing on the bottom step, the Tuzi Witch chimed a quick "See you in the library soon!" across the tavern to her fiery guild-leader, before stealing into the dark stairwell. The shadow of a stunted creature shuffled swiftly after her.

"Well, that pleasant exchange was entirely unnecessary..." the raven-haired bartender grumbled out in a voice like smoking coals. It was not until their unfriendly customer departed with his room key that Skylan's bone-white hand loosened its strangling grasp on the unfortunate washcloth and started to regain color. "My apologies, Lady Pen. I fear the purity of this beverage has been wasted on sour words. One moment." Releasing one terse breath of frustration, the man found composure in the warmth of freshly poured water and tea leaves. It took but a few short minutes to brew a new cup of Pascal's liking, which was turned over to her anxious hands upon completion.

"Looks like the storm is passing. Any plans for the evening, My Lady?"

"Crysssssssstaaaaaaaallllllllllll!" If the young seamstress hadn't been awake, Mao's childish call would have woken her before the witch even reached the top floor. Her footsteps drummed against the wooden floor and created a beat for her sing-song voice. By the time her little fist scaled the air to knock on Crystal's door, she fully expected her friend to be awake and alert and dreading what daunting tasks the witch had to lay out before her. "Crys! There are things to do, costumes to design! People to fondl- cough, I mean measure! Let me in sweetling~"

Part 3 of 3: The Conclusion to the Saving of the daughter of Lord La'funa

Name: Gabriel
Location: Seih'li'us Forest
Interaction: Witch, Lord La'funa, Aderia

Gabriel took a deep breath as the demon faded and the witch beckoned him forth, this quest drew closer and closer to the end and the only question that remained within Gabriels mind was...is it possible that this child had called upon something that she did not know or something actually seeked her out? He would not get his answers until the girl was back before her parents and he could question her, until then he knew that a battle loomed in the distance one that would be between two very powerful mages and he would have to be prepared to kill the witch if that was what it called for. He clenched his hand around the staff and delved deeper into the depths of the cave where the finale of his quest would be.

The caves while narrow got wider and wider as the mage went along. Soon enough the walls seperated and the eerie pressence of a witch light could be seen lightning a set of corridors. From here the cave was no longer some natural cavern, instead archistecturally it was a brilliant masterwork set of tunnels created by a race unknown. Though the architecture at its core was similar to that of the elves. This underground tunnel could have easily been here for centuries.

The tunnel was short and before long Gabriel stood before a set of stairs leading down to a stone basin, a ritual stone, and a circular pattern of pillars held up the roof of this cave. On the other side stepping down from the stairs opposite of Gabriel was a beautiful white haired elf. her exotic features told of her wickedness, yet she was something to desire beyond a mortal mans wildest dreams, from behind her the light shown a girl asleep chained to a cross of rusted and bloodied swords, with two other women impaled at their 'core' to rest as limp dolls on either side of the young girl. The Witch approached.

"So this is the mage, that hath gained the favor of gods and banished my pet." Her voice was coy at its nature. Her eyes were amethyst of color and the will of a man seemed to be stripped from those Hallowed corpses that she now stepped all over when descending her staircase. In her right hand she held a black wodd staff with trinkets and jewels that hung from its very tip. She pointed the weapon towards Gabriel and held her position waiting for him to join her at the circular pentagram like floor where the ritual stone sat at its heart.

"As'' merr.. i..essta.. muvi... ari.. ma.. ciss.. end ih!"

Her chanting echoed through out the hall as the spell burst outward yet not from where Gabriel would have expected it. In the shadow of the stairs a small white fox opened its maw and let loose the classed spell the witch had cast before vanishing only to reappear at the witches side.

Gabriel would learn soon enough just what hex had been placed upon him.

He had to admit he was a bit surprised at where the spell came from, instead of from the tip of the staff a familiar released the spell from its mouth. Gabriel did not see anything happen but he knew he had been hexed, he knew that something had been done but as of what he did not know. He took a step forward and raised his staff, though he did not cast any magic right now he merely placed the end of the staff to the ground and prepared merely watching the witch before him. His lips parting only to speak lightly, one last chance at ending this quest with no bloodshed. "Just give me the child and I shall leave, there will be no fighting no blood to be shed today and I will not be forced to kill you...if it is one thing I do not wish to do it is to anger another god"

Fri'a cackled, falling into hysterics at Gabriel's words. Did this petty mage really think he would stop her... a grand witch? Was that his silly delusion. His boldness did enough to make her feel hot, and so she savored the fact that soon enough he would be hers. "Ahh silly mage Ill not hand over the princess. You see soon you might be even thinking of her... as well.. something of a daughter.. alas.. mage.. Deridenia has her plans... this poor girll.... we saved her you see?" Fri'a started to pace to the side as she explained everything.

"Aderia... was so hurt... shes not a pure maiden anymore either, but I promise iv not the tools to fix that... delusion mage." She smirked. "No it was her father... dear old dad that did that to her. And well soon... the revenge she will get to have. It will be glorious. Aderia doesn't know herself well enough but the next time Daddy goes to sleep with her.. well he will belong to our Goddess. Then... that city will as well. the foolish mother wyho ignored it all will die... the bishops and the church will fall and soon the city will fall to ruin under the single actions of one HORRIBLE FATHER!"

She nearly screamed the last bit, enraged by the thought of it alone. "If you are going to bring her back to her daddy Gabriel of Darkmoon... please do let our ritual finish first..."

Thoughts, that was all that lingered on Gabriels mind at this point if what this witch said was true then that man only deserves the death that would be handed to him. Gabriel shook his head but he would not let this girl suffer anymore hurt especially at the hands of a god who wanted to use the fact that a father couldnt keep his hands off to corrupt a poor girl. The complete calm faded from Gabriels face, when he looked up at this point the sapphire blue in his eyes had faded only to be replaced by a deep flowing violet. He raised his staff up slightly and tapped it back to the ground.

"The girl has suffered enough she will not become some experiment so that you may catch her father and bring a city to ruin...now enough with the talk it is time to end this ritual and send you to join your goddess in her realm of lust and sex."

Gabriel shifted his hands upwards at that point, dark violet energy gathered at Gabriels feet, which confused the sage greatly. The spell had started already and it was too late to change the incantations, the magic shifted up from the ground and surrounded the sage the energy tearing and ripping at the cloak that the mage wore. His crafted body even being scratched at a torn to pieces. Gabriel growled lightly as the spell ended the entirety of his cloak torn to pieces leaving it tattered and torn. He breathed lightly and stared at the witch before him, this game was getting tiresome...he needed to figure out why his spell had backfired...

"Hahahahahaha!"

The witch cackled again before leaping backwards. her fox darted to the right side into the shadows again. This time he fire a blackened bolt of energry directly from her staff towards Gabriel. Something that would feel like being gored by a boar when it hit him.

Gabriel looked up just as the bolt left the witches staff, he shifted his eyes up and parted his lips. "Flasmix nindel circles l'entirety d'l'tresk'ri, kulggen uns'aa dal nindol wlalth nin" He waited for the spell to take hold waited for the shield to overcome his body but instead the spell struck with almost double the force that it started at, slamming into Gabriels left side tearing through the rest of the fabric of his cloak and blowing away that crafted part of his body. He dropped to one knee taking a moment to grasp hold of the fact his magic has betrayed him, when the dust cleared from the spell he was sure the witch would think she had this fight that would be until she didnt see blood leaving the wound she just made.

The hole that the witch had made in his body only opened to reveal, well, energy; sapphire in color seeming to stay in a constant motion circling the inside of the shell that the mage had created for himself. He pushed himself to his feet at that point and stared towards her, no emotion danced along his face instead he had reverted to the true state of his mind. "Obviously I am not known well enough if you don't know my name...I am the forsaken mage...a child that dabbled in magic you have only seen in your dreams...and I thought I could control the energy of the true god of arcane magic." Gabriel cringed slightly, but he wanted to test something yet he prepared himself to be hurt again.

He raised his hand up but did not release any power with it, instead this time when he let it fall he released the power from his magic. The spell was only simple, a small flicker of flame escaping his fingers and sent into the darkness towards where the fox had lept...maybe he would have to use smaller magic stay simple, either that or.....he would wait to test that.

A light yelp ripped through the air in the darkness, before the fox emerged again at its master side. Fri'a scowled as she noticed the light burn upon her fox. "have you figured it out then...." She was thrown back by the truth of this mage... was he truthful in his threats, the words he spoke.. if his body said anything,, then the mage was not lying at all.. and that was the answer she didn't wish to accept.

"Alright Gabriel! If you will not fall to such trivial magic, If you claim to have seen spells i might dream of.. let me show you... a spell I... DID DREAM OF!"

The witch spare no time as her lips moved chanting the dark speech, Demonic words in deepend infernal... a mixture of an abyssal sound when she added vowels. her body seemed to rise from the ground and her staff floated beside her and magical forms seemed to conspire around her... Her mana seemed to leak from every pore... and this was her time.. She'd not known any mage powerful enough to withstand her personal spell.

Finally her hands merged together... and she bowed her head to finish the last of her incantations... this was no basic spell of any kind... The cave shook. the earth split under the pressure of condensed mana, yet the spell was still unknown for its purpose... Finally she finished her darkspeech and let her hands fall to her side.... A roar... could be heard beyond the cave... a deep and guttural sound that shook the place once more... Another yelp could be heard and the witches fox vanished from existance only collecting at her mana. Fri'a looked up her hair a wild crown of magial energy now as her clothes were stripped from her. She simply pointed down at Gabriel.

All at once the cave split in half as a black bolt of lightning struck its exterior and split the earth between them. Sharpened Sword of black, with chains attached attempted to move like serpents frome very direction as they appeared and aimed to impale and contain the mage. The Cave began to disentegrate into nothing, and only the forest remained beyond the stretch of land around them. The girl fell to the ground behind them, unchained un bound. Fri'a was risking everything to this spell.

Where the ground once had been, and the ritual stone now only the pentagram that had been beneath them the whole time remained, broken and shattered a howling scream could be heard as the air thickened into a muck like substance that all at once was toxic to touch, and lethal to breath. a Blackened wave of energy, a misama encased the field and enclosed slowly eating away everythings life force as it went... Fri'a floated high above as the clouds swirled into the form of a great leviathan... and Just as all would converge, the miasma, the air, the chains... a Blackened bolt of lightning twice as powerful as the last would strike again. in the exact same spot.... right where Gabriel would be.

Power. He had to give the witch that she had an immense amount of it, but Gabriel would not let himself, the girl, or the forest be destroyed by a mage that could not accept her loss. He allowed his hand to slip from the staff and it began to levitate at his side, the runes began to glow a deep violet color just as Gabriel's fingers drew into the air in front of him. He had dabbled with this only once, and he would do it once more...three spells fused into one an incantation hand movements, and the spell stored within the staff. The words were written backwards through the sky..the incantations muttered in reverse at this point..if his thought was not right he could die here. He finished his spells just as all of hers converged upon him. No form of emotion showed upon his face as the spells converged upon him, but the spells he did cast began to take hold starting first with the shield.

His body glowed with a deep golden energy, around him starting skin tight a barrier formed before shooting outwards. The barrier stayed golden all the way through allowing each of the serpent like blades that struck it seeming to pass through all the way on the other side never once coming inside of the barrier. The miasma could not pierce the barrier but it did come over it like a gas trying pierce a solid object. The second spell, was simple it was actually nothing more than a reconstruction spell that began to craft a new body for him..the third spell however, he reached up the shield fading moving to cover the small girl just as the bolt of lightning came down. When the bolt of lightning struck his hand energy shot forth and the entire bolt broke apart becoming pure energy the dark energy still harming Gabriel. He shifted his hand back up pushing the energy that was left back into the sky.

Lightning broken down became the purest form of energy, and the energy shooting back into the sky like a pure beam of light the energy started off small before soon it expanded becoming nothing more than a pure beam of light attempting to turn the witch into nothing more than the molecules she was born as. If this worked this battle was over and he would retrieve the girl and be done.

"NO... Impossible!" The Witch cried out as she tried to bare more force upon the mage with her bolt. The problem was her spells flaw.... Once it hit its mark... it would never strike again at the same point, yet every time it missed it doubled in power.... it was the type of spell to kill adept mages witch shields.... and yet... he'd... taken her power.... "Gabriel bastard mage of Darkmoon, I curse you! I curse you in the gardens of my Goddess... Ill await you there.... Then... I will make you mine!" her voice was muffled as the beam shattered existence all at once. the powerful arc of energy pierced the sky and with it the Witch of Azri was no more.

The light faded soon enough, and all came to normal... Gabriel poisoned by the Witches charm.... was free of her curse. Seconds from being her puppet he claimed the strings... and she was made the Pierotte doll. Gabriel turned from the sky again his body finishing its reconfigurating as all faded to normal... and it was just him... and the Princess Aderia; now locking eyes with him from beyond the mist.

Gabriel's cloak tattered and torn the hood gone, revealed the light blue eyes to the girl no pupils within their icy gaze. Long black locks of hair from from the top of his head and down just past his shoulders. He smiled lightly towards the girl before slowly approaching, "Are you alright child? I am Gabriel, I have been hired to come find you."

The girl looked up, but even that seemed strained. She looked ready to speak but her lips were dry as a desert. her throat almost nothing but ash at this point she tried to coax a word. "...I....A.. I.. I am......"Her attempt failed to harsh coughs as she clutched at her throat and tried to grasp air.

Gabriel expected this actually. For the princess to be hungry or thirsty since she had been so far from home, his fingers slipped through his pack moving around all the scrolls and books he kept there before producing a smaller box and laying it down in front of her. He pulled out a small canteen of water and helped to get her lips and throat moisted so that she was able to speak or even just form sentences. "Better?"

The water slipped down as easily as breathing, though she found herself drinking too fast and caught herself just before coughing. Aderia wiped at her lips and took a heaving breath before turning her gaze back upon Gabriel. "Y..yes.. I.. appologize. I am.. Aderia of the House La'fauna. You are my savior Gabriel?"

"I am no savior child, I am merely here because your parents have asked me to find you.." Gabriel turned his attention to the side at this point thinking back to what the witch had said about the girls parents...was it true? Only two people knew if the question he now had was true. The girl and her father.....this was none of his business technically but he could not knowingly put a child back in harms way. "Speaking of your parents I have a question, I need to know the answer to before we begin the walk back home. Are you willing to answer this question truthfully?"

Aderia looked on cautiously, but she was no fool. Even if she'd been under a spell durring the time. There was no other question that could have coaxed such a grim composure from this man. "It is a truth sir. My father has been cheating on my mother for years. And when i found that my Mother was pregnant... I .. sought a way to fix this before another child is to suffer. I bare no ill to him.. I only wish for him to stop... to never be able to do what he has done, to my sister... My mother never would believe. I tried... and yet.. oh... I don't know why im telling you this... I am confused, and tired.. and I feel tainted... even now..." She burried her face in her knees as she whispered the last. "I'd take my hero in this forest even now....and that is not me..."

The trip was easy, nothing dared to step before Gabriel, and his lady now nestled against his chest held only by his human strength. The deal had not been broken. The forest had been unharmed, and all knew of Gabriels power now from, troll, to sprite.. to the mermaids deep below no one would question the mage. They neared the city, and Aderia had fallen asleep in Gabriel's arms.. clung to his chest as if it were her only treasure. Gabriel knocked upon the door of the manor, and the Lords maids let him in embracing a surprised expression at the tattered and broken mage that had entered their estate where once he'd been whole of elegance and grace. The Lord La'fauna pranced around the corner to meet the savior of his daughter. But easy eyes did not meet the lord of this estate. Not now.

Gabriel handed off the princess to the young maid, making certain to not wake the girl from her slumber. His attention now turned to the lord of the estate, his lips parting as much venom as he wanted to spew forth Gabriel held his tongue to merely speak. "Your daughter is safe..my guilds payment please."

"Ahh but of course good mage!" The lord snapped his fingers and another maid brought forth a voucher, a bill of rights to access the Lord's treasury from Kalt. "will this conclude our buisness Lord Gabriel?"

Gabriel took the voucher inbetween his gloved fingers and snapped them the voucher returning to the clerks at the guild hall back in Kalt. Gabriel took a deep breath before speaking still his same tone, "I wish to speak somewhere a little more private, if you do not mind just me and you, I want to explain to you what was going on."

Lord La'fauna raised his brow for a second but did not question it further. "of course." he then snapped his fingers and everyone else within the room whom could be seen left on que. "We may speak now in private Lord Gabriel.. and so now please tell me what were they doing with my precious daughter? Where did you find her?"

Gabriel stared towards the Lord his eyes the gaze in them changed at that very moment, "I merely want to let you know that your daughter was taken by a very powerful witch that I killed..." Gabriel stepped a bit closer a small whisper dancing upon his lips, just loud enough for the Lord to hear.. "So if I find out that your hands fall upon your daughter in a way that should only be reserved for your wife...far worse than death will happen to you."

The Lord stepped back with confusion plastered across his face. "I would never do such a thing Lord Gabriel... what do you suggest in my own home!?" His confusion turned to rage quickly. "Be gone. Get out of here. You insult me in my own home, see if Ill ever do buisness with your kind again!"

"Heed my words Lord, I care not what you say or claim...I will be in touch" With that Gabriel stepped through the door and back into the streets of the city to begin his trek back home to Kalt to finally rest his mind. Hopefully he would not be forced to return to this hellhole lest he bring it to ruin....

Crystal Blackthorne
Crystal was meticulously putting on the rhinestones on a dress when a childish and very loud call of a witch snapped her off of focus, sending the rhinestones flying in the air and losing count of how many she put on. Every heavy step of the said witch on the hard wooden floor felt like a hard knock on her head, causing her headaches. Why does such a girl needs to shout so early in the morning?

"The door is open" Crystal said softly, already feeling sorry for her door as she picks up every piece of stone on the floor. She was working on a client's dress, and it looks like she bit off more than she could chew. The beading is only halfway done and it needed to be covered in sparkling stones which she doubt she'll be able to do due to her rowdy friend. Sighing deeply, she set the dress aside and sat on her work table, a sketchbook and a pencil already in hand. "Tell me, Mao. Do you want to flaunt your childish side or your seductive side?" she asked, her mind already filled with costume designs.

“Actually I do have another task for you two, if you’re up for it.” The husky voice of the leader rang out after the twins’ bickering had subsided.
“We have a very important patron who is currently pregnant with an extremely special unborn child. It is of the utmost importance that we assist and protect her and her child; there are many who wish to prevent this baby from being born.” Arktus knew this commission would be a hard one, but if anyone one could bring it to completion it was no doubt these two.
“Are you two interested?” He inquired, raising a brow questionably as he held out a folded piece of parchment with the location of the manor in Kalt where they placed the client.

Entering the circle, Baliel slammed his spear against his shield and then started to circle with her, strafing to the side; all the while his eyes never left his opponents. Baliel had already started scanning for weaknesses, but Remmy was doing well to hide any opening that the Captain might take advantage of. This was good it meant that Remmy was an excellent defensive fighter. "Alright then Remmy, show me just what a Kitsune can do."

With that remark Baliel leapt into battle arching his spear at an angle so that it would hit the bottom of Remmy's shield and put her off balance. he landed and took a step inward aiming to brush her shield to the side with his own, all the while he began a relentless press of attacks trying to pierce anywhere he could find an opening all the while leaving her no time to think with the pressure.

Remmy smirked as Baliel attacked, guarding herself from each attack. Knowing he would dodge it, she swept her foot, while using the same technique as earlier, toward his leg, hoping to either stop his advance, or knock him down entirely. Of course it wouldn't be that easy, though. As he backed off for a few short seconds, Remmy threw her training sword to the side, and almost lost focus as the 'blade' rolled under someone's feet, causing them to fall.

Remmy puled out her real sword, and used a technique similar to Baliel's original partner. Not so much magic, as it was fancy footwork, and super fast speed. As one Remmy dashed toward him from the front, another came from behind, and another from the side. As she got closer, one vanished, and then another, and she emerged in front of him, her real starting point behind him. Remmy didn't expect to have hit the Captain, as it was easy to see through this technique, though if by chance she did, she'd be content all the same.

Baliel focussed and his eyes darted in every which direction. They were focussed on the shifting kitsune before him. "not bad Remmy." He finally said just as the last image appeared and he turned swiftly to bash her with a hard swing of the shield knocking her to the ground and out of her form. A smirk played at Baliel's lips and he started a light job towards her, spear hoisted to a throwing position he let it fly at like a perfect balista bolt it soared through the sky and landed here it just barely missed the Kitsune. Baliel was already upon her and lowered his shoulder into his shield just as she backed up.. He picked up his spear and placed it over at the slit of the heater shield he bore. Pointed at the tip of her nose. "again!" he commanded.

Remmy wasn't used to the forceful bash of a shield. As the captain slowly advanced, she continued to back up a bit, pushing herself back into a circle movement once more. "Not bad yourself, Captain." She said, pulling her sword back up. Blocking the attacks of a spear were quite easy, but attacking this fellow took the fight out of her, and being bashed to the ground by his shield was doing her no favors, either. She resolved to at least disarm him, or remove his shield from play for a time. Remmy lunged forward, but as she reached him, she almost vanished. Baliel turned around in time to see her lunge again, though this time, she was already behind him before her double reached him.

The real Remmy bounced in for the kill, just as her double faded away, swinging her sword to deflect his spear, and clip his shield, sending it clanking to the ground. After rolling to a stop on one knee, Remmy turned back to look. "Anticipating my moves, Sir?" She said, panting slightly, more noticably tired from battle now than any previous moments of the battle.

"Well you see... Its not an easy task to ignore a woman in sway." Baliel snarked just as Remmy reappeared. Though the last word was rushed... he was ready to counter her. Years of battle hardening, training under Amaris knights and the Guild leaders themselves even gave him tons of practice... and that would show here. His spear was away now... but it would change things. Baliel began a jog towards her. Eyes locked with his opponent he leaped upward and came in with his spear for a heavy power attack... yet... not quite. Just in time for her to react he released his weapon and ducked under her guard. Grabbing her by her shoulders he pulled his knee swiftly to her abdomen and side stepped backwards to catch his spear, then shifted backwards again to grab his shield, before raising it and ona knee demonstrating his full lowered fortress stance. he watched Remmy from beyond the slit of his shield. "Your weapon at hand, is not the only weapon you possess.. remember that. You caught me off guard with your last attack, but it did not place me at a disadvantage because you didn't account for me disregarding my weapons for the sake of a game ending attack, had i a dagger as I normally would in true battle, you would be dead right now." His words were cold and straight to the point. but there was a hint of playfullness to his smile.

"I understand, Sir." Remmy replied, coughing a bit, and catching her breath. At this point, she was angry with herself and her captain. Angry with herself for not being able to keep up, something she promised to do with practically everyone. Remmy tried not to let her anger cloud her judgement, and though she disliked Baliel being so overly cold and bitter, she loved a chance to prove herself. Pulling her sword back up, she prepared for another attack. straightening out her legs, and spreading them apart a small amount, she thought of anything else she could use against such a formidible opponent.

How to go about this... Remmy thought to herself. She decided she'd go straight in. Her captain didn't know that she used most of the best techniques she knew, though he likely knew that they were the best ones. The more she thought about it, the more she thought it wouldn't work. If she attacked too soon, he'd see through her plan, and know she wasn't intent on trickery, which wasn't all too true. If she attacked too late, on the other hand, Baliel might counter, and due to the way she planned to open herself while attacking, his spear would potentially pierce her lung. It was a risky move, indeed, but all she coukld think of against such a foe.

Remmy darted off towards Baliel, circling ever so slightly, while closing in. At the moment she had chosen to strike, he'd turned his head just to be sure, but turned back too soon. He had her. Atonashi lunged into mid-air toward her opponent, and used the claws of her hand instead of her sword, to attack. Just as she did, he had raised his spear a bit. Not quick enough... or was he? The Kitsune rolled on the ground to a stop. There was blood on the ground in front of her when she stood up and looked down, and she realized as she kneeled to the ground, his spear had sliced right into her arm. Remmy was too fast to be speared in the lung, but it still wasn't fast enough. She coughed blood up, which spattered against the ground like flicking a paint brush. Had she been struck twice?

Baliel could feel that he'd been slashed, though it had only grazed him. He stood up at full attention and turned to face her who was on the ground. A sigh passing his lips as he dropped his spear, then his shield. "Alright... thats enough. Your body isn't going to keep holding out at this pace, and I am bad at holding myself back. You have good form Kit. Truly." Baliel bowed respectfully before picking up his own items and tossing them off side of the battle field. he slinked down onto the ground and spawled out in the grass. Leaving Remmy to her own devices, though he expected this wouldn't end just like that either. not with a smart mouth Kitsune.

Remmy sheathed her weapon, and wrapped her arm with bandages she kept on her just for this reason. Last time they trained, she was cut on the leg. "Have fun, Captain. I'll be taking my leave now." The Kitsune said, as she exited the field.[/fieldbox]

"Your guild seems to have grasped quite a bit of attention, Sir Silvermoon." Wolfsin found himself looking across a table to a man with a mask. He'd known the guild leader that mastered as a spy since he'd come to this town, but what was the man getting at? "Aye, its to be expected we have risen up the roster faster than any other yet to come to Kalt, so we are bound to turn faces wherever we pop up."The Masked man shared a laugh and then threw down several sheets of parchment. "In there is a detailed recounting of what I heard the Blades speaking of. The Blades are nothing to trifle with; Warriors all of them that can match anyone in this cities finest warriors. Their Lord class fighters will devour anyone they come across. And it would appear they have settled their sights on your guild as a threat." Wolfsin stirred for a moment, He took up the parchment and began to read. "Galin?" Finally he questioned and the masked man nodded. "Its a solid plan, but do they actually have the ability to fight him?... The masked spy chuckled again, shaking his head; yet his words betrayed the gesture. "No Sir Wolfsin. They have the ability to kill him."

Wolfsin found himself thinking back to that meeting right as he felt a familiar light weight tug his body down. Of course he wouldn't budge and instead he snapped out of it to greet the little fox. "Sneaky and mischievious as always Azmeryth." He chuckled under his breath and stopped for a moment to bow his head to his comrade. If any were a talented little trickster, he believed it to be her; despite her affirmation with nature. "Are you ready for this fight?" Elite turned his attention to Azmeryth as well. Though he still didn't say anything.

Azzy only let her lips remain in a quaint little smirk as she wrapped her arms slightly tighter around the Wolf's shoulders. What an absurd question that one was. Her ears twitches as the winds whispered in them, and she simply shrugged, her blue eyes catching Elite's though her words were aimed to Wolfsin,"Of course Im ready for this fight...though you still haven't answered my question, Wolf." The fox sighed, and proceeded to scale his back further until she was comfortably perched on his shoulders. "I recall asking if we were planning on spilling Life Blood this fight. I'd like to know if I should use force, or simply play games."

"Ahh, well the Blades aimed to kill this fight with their Death touch dagger, so i see no point in holding back too much little fox." Wolfsin smirked back at her.

Wolfsin's response caused the fox to perk up a bit, her hands lazily playing in his hair even though those icy eyes were glittering with excitement. "If that be the case, Puppy. I have a few tricks up my sleeve. They will regret picking on one of our own." She puffed out her cheeks then as the flap of wings traveled among the winds, her eyes gazing up just as a familiar creature flew over head.

Wolfsin released a hardy bit of laughter; and then continued down the road. He expected the rest would soon be showing up.And of course he was right. Almost on que the angelic shadow of a creature he recognized immediately soared over them. Wolfsin turned his bright moonlight eyes towards the sky and smirked. Seeing Charm atop her creature, and Kanari to accompany her; it did good for his heart to see that she'd adjusted enough to have a friend now. Though he'd never of expected it to come from Kanari of all people.

The two of them landed and announced their arrival to which Wolfsin again was forced to stop and he moved over to them. As Wolfsin moved toward the two of them, Azzy took the opportunity to slip from the man's shoulders and land lightly on the ground, her eyes gazing over the two females before her. She smiled at Charm, and gave her a wave, but her attention was more so on Kanari who had cheerfully addressed her. "Nari~" She cooed, and casually threw her arms around the girl's waist as if they had been the best of friends for the longest of times. "Its nice to see youuuu~" the fox smiled, and stepped away then. Kanari squeezed the fox back with a huge smile on her face. “It’s great to see you too.” She replied back as she was freed. “You ready to kick some scum butt? Let’s teach those Blade trash what happens when they mess with one of us.” She threw a fist up courageously towards her friend. Azmeryth chuckled, and let her fists be placed on her hips, ears twitching anxiously as she watched the spitfire of a girl thrust her own fist high into the air. She had a feeling though that soon the detail of this fight would be given, and so she turned her attention back to Wolfsin...who was rather busy with a pretty little pup currently.

Released from the "oh so heavy burden" of a fox, Wolfsin walked over and his hand passed over Charm's white crown of hair and he smiled up at the girl atop her beast. A way of greeting her that he'd done since he'd first taken her in, and it hadn't changed with her ageing or gaining a little bit of height. "Don't worry about being late, we haven't even arrived yet." He caught the two of them looking beyond him towards the Comatose brat that had chosen to accompany. Charm was the first to question it, though her tone was nothing more than polite curiosity.

"One of Camrian's? Does this involve Comatose as well?" Charm's eyes wandered warily between her massive wolf of a guildmaster and the whimsical woman behind him. Azmeryth had been wondering the same thing since she had shown up but thought better of asking the question. She was happy that Charm had no filters, and asked the questions as they came. She was curious as to what the girl's meaning for being here would be. Azzy gazed at Wolfsin curiosly, her head tilting as she absentmindedly stroked the fur of one of her tails.

"She isn't representing Comatose; so there is no reason to worry. I told her this was guild business but she insisted that she'd have some fun, we won't account for her in our strategy." His tone was cold and to the point when he spoke of Strategy, but his Knights knew him for that.

She is still here in case you were wondering.” Iseri snapped as she crossed her arms and turned her head to the side, slightly sulking; she hated not being included in things, as an actress she adored attention. Oh well, she’d leave them be as they strategized, she’d just have to make up for it by putting on a spectacular performance on the battlefield.

This time though Elite spoke up.

"Three of our best are also helping in securing a point of interest. We do not know how they fare but it is Kain, Derhizen, and Kyra. With the Game master at their use I can only hope they have maintained their objective." Wolfsin cut in. "Be prepared all of you, we are down a few Amaris Knights, as Aizerith as well as Gabriel have yet to return from their tasks. We will need to compensate for a lack of magic in our plans, and hope that our Tactical forces can overcome."

Fox like ears perked when she heard the ever so rare sound of Elite's voice, her attention turning from the fur of her tail to the two leaders of the guild. It was most definintely true, they didnt have Aiz, or Gabe here with them, and that definitely put their magical advantage at a large....disadvantage. She frowned a bit at that fact until Nari piped in.

"I think we can take them!" Kanari stated confidently.

"Ohohoho, Don't get too cocky phoenix. this isn't some vagabond group we will be dealing with here, keep your guard up." Wolfsin clasped his hand over Kanari's shoulder and beamed down to her. "But yeah... we definitely have this fight." He winked and laughed just as Kanari perked up again.“Don’t worry about me, I always have my guard up. Don’t you know it’s impossible to sneak up on a phoenix?" Azzy danced over to Nari's side then, her arm being thrown over the girl's shoulder, a cheeky grin on her lips. "Especially if that Phoenix has the force of nature on her side."

Charm spoke up next. "I'll do my best to keep the area locked down in our favor. Rai," the little snowflake tapped her creature's side gently, murmuring soft words to the beast which escaped Wolfsin's ear. Soon enough Raiju knelt, allowing Charm to clumsily dismount his tall back. One misplaced foot had her nearly sprawling to the stone street, had Wolfsin not thrown out a hand to steady her. "Sorry," she mumbled weakly, ducking her head to avoid the cheeky grin Wolfsin likely harbored, and swept the now small fox-like Raiju into her arms for ease of travel. Wolfsin of course simply shook his head as he spoke. "You are fine little one. Just remember your role as a support here and stay safe." It was obvious there was some form of favoritism when it came to Charm but that had always been the case with him and her. The rest had come to accept it.

They were nearing the Tavern now and Wolfsin ran it through with them, the plans he'd mapped out days before this fight was to occur. "The lay out is simple, an alley on either side of the tavern. They have a fenced back courtyard as well which is where I expect a good deal of fighting could end up happening. The Streets are wide and there enough room to move, but if we can we may attempt and draw them into the Alley ways where Derhizen can help in shutting them down. Each of you will be needed to engage a Lord class Blade. It will be no easy fight, and in worst scenario; some of you may end up facing two. That is why the newest apprentice training teaches this. Shift into battle with your allies, control the footing, and the grounding and collaborate. We do not know the enemies force so sadly our tactics will mostly have to be pulled from our arse, but you are the Amaris Knights, the perfect strategic combat unit of the Darkmoon, and today you will prove just how superior we are."

Wolfsin raised his fist up and looked to each of them. "Elite and I will watch for a time. When the time comes we will show them what we all can do. When the Guild Leaders enter the battlefield, it will lower their morale. At that point we will have won." Wolfsin nodded to each of them then turned the corner leading them to the tavern. He didn't have to walk for long though before a duo of red haired fighters passed through the broken doorway. One Wolfsin never had seen before, but the other one; the realization alone nearly placed him on his arse. "FireFly?"

Wolfsin didn't hesitate to strut up to the man, despite the way the obvious blade turned to look at him. He could tell that this blade knew who he was; as unnerved as he suddenly appeared to be. Before long a lot more of them spilled from the doorway, followed by a mountain of a man. Galin turned to Wolfsin and flashed him a toothy grin. "Ahh Boss man, what brings you to this neck of the woods? Bahahaha" Wolfsin ignored his allys antics for the time and instead called out to one of his oldest friends. "FireFly, is that you?"

"Wolfsin? What are you doing here?" FireFly asked in a more than curious manor, completely ignoring Kota standing a few paces away from him.

"Well I'd ask you the same damn thing ye fuckin bug! Bahaha. See the Blades here sought to take out one of our own, so we figured we'd pay them some mind."

Galin poked out this time noticing Wolfsin and FireFly talking. "Oi you know that one then Wolf! He's pretty good in a fight, ye thinking of recruiting him?" Wolfsin chuckled to himself and called back. "He's already in ya big lard!"

"Wolf? I'm in? What? I was just here cause I found some interesting wannabies so I got curious... and well you know me when I get curious." Realizing he's leaving Kota hanging. "Oh by the way Wolfsin this is Kota, he has potential but is as arrogant and naive as a bull. But hes great to warm up with I'll give him that!" FireFly shot a grin towards Kota then leaned in to whisper into wolfsin's ear. "I'm teaching him a lesson in humility, I'd love to fight him later on down the road." Wolfsin did well to hold back his laughter, then whispered back into FireFly's ear. "Found ur'self a little project have ya?" Wolfsin then stepped back, his ears perking slightly as he looked back to Elite. "It's really him, you could say hi you damn shadow!" Elite smirked then approached passing his hand on FireFly's shoulder, he made eye contact and nodded. Which was about the most for conversation you could expect from fucking Elite.

"Well Elite hasn't changed at all, still the shadow. But yeah I've taken an interest, mainly to give him a bit more humility and to make him a little bit better, there isn't many of his kind left... or so we know of. But anyways, why are you here brother?" Wolfsin's ears perked up again and he looked to the side. "Well this will have to subside soon I'm afraid....."He spoke low so only Elite and FireFly could hear him. "Plans didn't go as we hoped I'm afraid." Elite nodded knowing full well what was meant then turned back to FireFly. "We will discuss it all when this is over. Not to be short, but we have company."

"You don't think I already know that?" FireFly threw out a quick smirk at Wolfsin before turning back to Kota expecting that he would still be fighting the young blade. FireFly knew if Wolfsin had need for him he'd switch up his plan, otherwise he knew Wolfsin would leave him to fight the Red Blade.

From the side streets out of the alleys, three more beings stepped out from the shadows. Wolfsin and Elite knew them immediately. Kain, Kyra, and Derhizen; but they did not emerge victorious, and following them from the shadows... and all emerging from all the shadows and alleys around them.... the blades filled in like cockroaches.

The real fight was about to begin.

The Arrival of the Blades~

The three that followed Kain, Derhizen and Kyra were the first to be seen. At the center was a man with a long Wicked looking black and gold scythe. His white hair was pulled back into a double braided ponytail; his golden eyes were piercing. Behind him was the more lanky looking elf. A high elf for certain, with his snow white hair; pointed ears, and almost icy blue eyes that were only natural to the proud race. This one wielded an elegant looking black and gold Rapier. They were followed by one other. A woman appeared; small in stature, her hands were coated into 9'inch long claws from each fingertip. A blank expression on her lips all that was seen, as her eyes were covered in a silky white curtain of hair. Each of them had a badge that showed their title off clearly, these were all Lord class Blades that were emerging.

From where Kota and FireFly stood six more appeared, all of them sharing the trademark White hair and gold eyes of the true Blades of Eriargon. From left to right, A Hulking looking white haired man with Long flowing wild hair, he wielded a mighty greatsword and looked very similar to Wolfsin all the same. Next was a thin lithe looking woman with a set of twin swords. her eyes were a sinister gold as of the rest, and her hair was flowing nearly to her feet. After that were two men that looked to be about the same average height. The first of them had both his hands, as well as boots made of a bladed black and gold metal. The next stood with a very long spear set against his shoulders. he was a smug looking man with medium length hair that slightly covered his eyes. A shorter woman followed, but she looked to be just as athletic as the former. In her hand she spun a sickle by its chain; a sinister smile plastered on her face. Then finally a slightly taller lady shroud in black and gold robes. Her hair was set in intricate braids that fell over her shoulders, and down the length of her torso. At her side was a thin lethal looking Glaive more so in the style of a naginata.

Wolfsin and Elite looked to each other. Glancing back at their own group with a sense of caution. "These aren't some whelps, Knights. This is their elite force, just as you are mine. Hold nothing!" The last part he shouted as he grasped his greatsword and raised it high. Bringing his eyes to the sky to notice the last of the blades. The remaining filling in on the rooftops, including the last of the original Lord Class, those of the island of Eriargon their golden eyes pierced right through Wolfsin. The Nine original Blades walked up all at once and stood before Wolfsin, entirely ignoring Galin. They addressed the attention of the Darkmoon Guild leaders. Then the mysterious woman of the glaive spoke up.

"Aye, Wolfsin Silvermoon, and Elite Darkshade of Darkmoon. It is a strange sight for the King and queen to join the battle so early on." She offered a smirk and Wolfsin returned the gesture in kind. "Yes but Ill not have it where my Knights fight without me. I hope this can be a friendly scrap in reality, Id prefer no life blood is spilled, but I doubt your master gave the same order." The woman giggled then lowered her hood. "You know Sir Silvermoon, some might think you were one of us just by looking, Some might think with your legendary sword display on your first day as a guild, that you were worthy of our attention. Will you dazzle a lady this day with that skill?" She stepped closer and cupped his cheek; smiling all the while. "Ahh milady your attempts at Seduction are failing on me. I have no intention of selling my soul to a mistress." Calm and aloof Wolfsin turned his tone stern. "besides, everyone's come out to play today, so would you really deny them their pleasures for the sake of your libido?" Elite couldn't even hold back his laughter entirely at this comment, but the woman did not appear as amused. her smile remained and she danced backwards as she started giggling to herself. "Very Well Sir Darkmoon. I'v decided I am going to slaughter you myself. Suppose that your body will make good carion for the crows." Wolfsin just chuckled. "Ahh milady forget the pillow talk we aren't even laying together."

The woman hissed once more and stepped back into line. The Blades stepped forward drawing their weapons in kind, Seventeen deathly weapons drawn all at once and pointed to the Amaris Knights.

"We are the Blades that defy Gods, We are the death in honor. None shall deny the power found in Humanity, by thine blade I promise!"

Wolfsin nodded back to the Knights behind him, and each of them separated to take on their own opponent. Tactics would be hard pressed in this battle, they were severely outnumbered, and it unlike most of their battles, they were also outclassed. Wolfsin said a silent prayer to himself, and the Mother. Elite faded to Shadow drawing his bow from the blackness, but even with his first arrow released the tool was shattered by a thin nearly invisible line that cut it to ribbons. Across the way gleaming bright golden eyes could be seen, and before him an intricate web of lines positioned to prevent the master archers intervention. Wolfsin cursed as he noticed the blackened arrow fall from the sky. They had already set the zone.... "Derhizen The Web weaver is yours! Go!." The Game master faded to the back and shifted into the shadows. "Kain!..." Wolfsin called to his first Amaris Knight, but noticed that he had already moved to engage those that had followed them. Kain didn't hold well with vendetta's and Wolfsin knew that, so he wasn't surprised. Wolfsin was trying to sort a strategy of this mess., but his attention was stolen when the powerful arc of a mighty glaive came around and connected with a loud ring from steel clashing. Wolfsin looked beyond his weapon into the eyes of the woman he'd spoken with before. "Keeping your promise then?" She mused but smiled as she took a stronger stance and pushed him back with his own force. "Of course!"

@Sinopa

Nadia in her moments of silence, continued to poke at the corpses with her boredom motivating her. Brown boots nudged at the rough skin to open further the wounds to leak more blood that was staining the stone clad floor, as if waiting for some sign of life running through the torn up corpses, Nadia continued with her amusing actions. Her expression had morphed into one of anger, a sight that rarely settled across her delicate features, twisting her lips into a grimace and her pupils contracting into small points at the lack of action presented to her. She wanted them to writhe. Something! Anything! "Oi..." She hissed, leaning down at her waist to stare at the closest corpses with a twitching brow. "Get up already!" The red haired lady demanded with her voice becoming louder. "Do something..." Another kick followed as the easily switched Nadia continued to try and gather a response from creatures long past their final breaths.

Her brother on the other hand just watched as the personality of Nadia switched, barely concerned at all as he turned his attention back to Arktus with the knowledge that Nadia would soon calm after the high of battle had depleted her energy both mentally and physically. Sighing, Aidan paid attention when Arktus offered another 'task' to them both, his gaze narrowing dangerously upon his guild leader. It took a few seconds before his response to become evident by the scowl addressing his features. "You want us...to go babysit a pregnant lady and protect her until she has the brat out of her?" He parroted, though having changed its wording in his moment of disgust at what seemed like a task that was undeserving of his time.

The female of the duo paused at the words though, only faintly acknowledging them, before turning her own attention to the parchment disclosing their task, provided Aidan would go along with it this time. There was a gentle hum before Nadia had turned on her heels and stalked over to Arktus with the predatory air still consuming her posture and expression. When she stood only a short distance before him, her gaze glued upon the papers before turning to he who held it within his grasp. "We will get to see the baby though, right?" She asked, having turned once more as her eyes widened into those of an innocent despite the lingering malice behind them. Her hands had clasped in front of her as the red haired female squealed with glee, conducting a quick spin on the spot before turning to face Aidan with a wide grin.

"Come on! We have to do this Aidan! There will be a baby, they are soo cute~" Nadia cooed lovingly, pressing her palms against her cheek as her gaze softened into one of adoration. "They are innocent, undecided in what we see as dark and light..." The girl continued to mumble to herself before turning to face the steps back up to the guild. It had been odd to see two sides of Nadia within minutes of one another. One side which was anger, full of loathing and detest. The other which was the part of her that was far from the sadistic devil many claimed her to be, soft and child like almost. Reaching the bottom of the steps, she turned to peer at her brother and Arktus. "We accept! Ill go pack for us Aidan!"

With her gone, Aidan turned around to face Arktus, no longer with an expression filled of disgust and malice but his usual stoic one with lips pursed to a thin line. "It seems we are up to this task..." The eldest murmured reluctantly as he stepped forward, adjusting the cloak over his arm before he reached over to pluck the paper from the others grip, unfolding it with an already adjusted critical gaze. "The manor..." He continued, barely moving as red orbs glanced from the corner of a lidded gaze. "I think we deserve more details on this woman and her spawn...Specially in a matter such as protection. We need to know who exactly will come for her and the child..."

"Uahhhh, I love your rooooom, its always so full of beautiful clothing!" The Tuzi Witch crooned sweetly as her overbearing presence filled the room. Crys had clearly been working before her rude interruption, judging from the bead catastrophe and the girl's exhausted stature. Mao almost felt bad for barging in; yet, sparing a moment to consider all the work she herself was procrastinating at this very moment, the bunny witch decided that bothering Crystal was most definitely a reasonable and totally necessary thing to do.

Crystal just stared at Mao for a minute, completely oblivious that the Tuzi witch ignored her question about the costume design. She finds the witch slightly... annoying. She's loud, sometimes rude and does everything without a care which greatly pisses her off, but not that much. Even if she finds the witch annoying, she was still her friend so it didn't bother her that much. "Mao, you know that I'm a very busy person and I'm not into your fun and games so let's just focus here okay?" Crystal ordered, sighing a little and twirling the pencil in her hand. Truth is, she's finished with all her work except the dress from earlier which is just something she crafted for her spare time. She rarely leaves her room so whenever she's bored, she fills the dress with rhinestones and beads.

Anyway the reason why she said she was busy because she hate dilly dallying. For her, time is precious and something you shouldn't waste on something so trivial. "So.. the costumes.. what do you want with it?"

"Always so serious! I rather thought you enjoyed our playful banter, such tragedy. My poor heart might brea-" She'd fallen into one of her bouts of over-dramatized whimpering, no doubt a product of her fantastic mood, but one genuine glance at Crys' annoyed expression had the Tuzi Witch zipping her lips real quick. Huffing a small sigh, Mao spilled onto the edge of Crystal's bed and crossed one leg over the other to prop her chin up thoughtfully. "Well, we're going to need five costumes in similar styles for the upcoming festival. Four female, one male. Camrian and my fellow Seconds will be doing a small performance for the masses. That said, sexy is good with a degree of professionalism. I doubt Cammie wants to jump around in skimpy wench outfits, despite how much amusement that would give me..."

As she listened to the witch, Crystal's hand was already on the paper, sketching the outfits she had in mind. She's willing to give her hundred percent on working with the costumes, just like what she does with the orders. Crystal needs to make sure that everything will be perfect and up to her standards. She based the designs according to their personalities and what colors suited them best. She needed this dress to be perfect and excellent; after all, she is known for her craftsmanship all over Kalt and didn't want to ruin her reputation. "Something sexy huh.. Are you comfortable with such shorts skirts or would you prefer something modest yet the fabric is something else? Something sexy like leather or silk.." she asked, already excited about the costumes outcome.

"Hmmmm~" Mao mused over her options carefully, knowing full well how talented Crystal was with her craft and how opportune this project would turn out to be. "Shorts would be wonderful for me, maybe with some translucent stockings and a corseted top? Ahh, but I always dress like that, and this is supposed to be special... Uahh, What do you think?" She paused briefly, considering the matter of fabric with a cheeky grin. "Silks all around. The one constant we need to have between all four costumes is color - Gold and Black, and a third color that will be different for each one of us. Pink for me of course, red for Cammie, and the others.. hm..."

"Silk is perfect for everything, darling," Crystal purred, smiling sweetly towards the witch. The talk of the said fabric sends shivers down her spine. She is known as Miss Silk for she has a great reputation with working the said fabric and can create the impossible. She finds silk beautiful, elegant and divine. She only uses the finest types of silk for creating her designs and even though she works with other fabrics, she makes sure that there is a slight tinge of her signature fabric in there.

"Gold and black... I think I have that kind of color.." she mumbled before putting the paper and pencil down to pull out a big roll of spider silk. The fabric was black that shines gold whenever light reflects on it.It is very very rare and can only be made by a monstrous spider hidden deep in the forest. "What do you think about this? This fabric is a rare one and I only use it for special occasions but.. I'll use it for your costumes so better make your performance flawless okay?" Crystal said with a smile.

Mao's eyes went wide at the presentation of Crystal's special fabric, as if her childish eyes glimpsed a mountain of sweets. She nearly jumped forward to seize the gorgeous cloth, but knowing how protective the devoted craftswoman was to her materials, the Tuzi Witch thought better of her urges and remained firmly in place on the bed. "It's perfect! I trust you to come up with a design that fits me - you know my style well enough by now~ As for the others, I think you should visit them at some point to see what they're going to feel comfortable in. I doubt they'll all want skimpy shorts like I do, ehe~"

"Of course it's perfect darling..." Crystal mused, slightly rolling her eyes at Mao's statement. "I never choose anything other than perfection," she stated and smiled sweetly towards the witch, her green eyes sparkling with excitement and anticipation. She is very excited about the possible outcome of the costumes and can't wait to start working but the the witch's advice about visiting the others sounds perfect. She needed to know about their personalities and preferences so she really doesn't have a choice but to comply.

"Now, come on..." she said, literally pushing the witch out of her room as she went out, locking her bedroom door and hiding the key under the mat. "Are the others downstairs? I need to talk to them before starting with the costumes" she asked the witch, linking her arms with hers. She wasn't really a touchy person but she just felt like doing it. "Also, I think I could use a drink.."

"Hehe, I know Little Poe's at the bar right now with Skylan. Cammie should be waiting for me in the library - I'll send her to you after we're done working. And Tommycat should be around somewhere... I'll summon him for you before I leave~" Mao flashed a cheeky grin to Crys as they linked arms and descended the stairs. She had a skip to her step that belonged in a little girl's body, no doubt a product of her genuinely wonderful mood. "Thank you so much for all your help, Crys. I would trust no other designer in this city with this very important task!"

Hitting the bottom step, Mao was overwhelmed with the wave of festive energy filling their modest tavern. Wiggling her eyebrows playfully, the witch moitioned toward Pascal and Skylan, calling out to them energetically. "Poe Darling! Crys has come to take your measurements~ Be sure to give her wonderful ideas for your outfit! Cammie and I will return shortly!"

"Rao~" Her whimsical voice called, and her impish homunculus popped up from the shadows without delay. Words were whispered between the two in a dark language unbefitting of Mao's childishly innocent guise. After a few moments, the homunculus skittered off in search of its intended. And with that, Mao detached from Crystal's arm to skip off toward the library, calling back over her shoulder, "Tommycat will arrive shortly~"

Arkus rose to his feet and brushed his hands together as if they were covered in dirt. He then held them behind his back and walked slowly towards the exit of the large room, with an expectation that the youth would follow the leader out.

“There is not much I can tell you I’m afraid. As I’ve said before, many want to keep this child from existing, and will go through great lengths to fulfill this wish. Mages, warriors, assassins, guilds, and travelers, expect them all for they will come.” He informed as he walked through the doorway that led to the long hall.

“In Kalt all is allowed, we are free to do whatever we please, this freedom is not found outside these walls, it is a gift. But this gift is not ours alone, others also have this freedom, which allows them to try to stop us if that is what they wish, and through whatever means they prefer. You already know this, yet I find myself reminding everyone of this fact.” He stopped at a window in the hall to look up at the grey sky. After a moment of silence he looked back towards the red head.

“This is more than simply ‘babysitting’ a pregnant lady; do not let your guard down and always keep her within your sights until this child is born. There will be others in the manor with you two, but you and your sister are the ones who will need to protect her with your lives. I believe in you, but do not underestimate this mission. That is all I will tell you, but more will reveal itself as you go along in this task.” He turned back to the window.
“Go now, you have a few long days in your future, you should prepare yourself.”
Currently doing: Concluding the conversation with Mao, Poe and Skylan

The mage relaxed a little bit as the girl by the counter had also reached to the conclusion that the misunderstanding had been concluded. He was still angry that he was called a boy, but for now he was going to let it slide. If tempers flare up again, he would surely recall this moment to fuel his anger. The girl nodded at him, seeing as her mask her face covered any friendly facial features that she wished to give him. "Enjoy your stay in our lovely little home, Mister...?"

At first, the man thought about not responding to the question, with the memory of the conversation still fresh in mind. However, seeing as he was rectifying the past breakdown in communication, he certainly didn’t want to bring back the tension into this tavern. So, he came up with a compromise. “My name isn’t that important,” he started, grit tinging his voice. “However, since I will be here for a while, you can call me Azazel.” Whether the majority of the tavern understood the reference that Azazel came from, he didn’t care. At least he would be called something instead of any insulting titles that would cause him to go on a warpath, even if it is against two clans.

As the witch walked away to converse with the woman who spoke up during the dispute, Azazel listening in on the conversation in the middle of the tavern that shortly followed a fist slamming the table. "Camrian. I will have to sort this out with you at a later time. As always I enjoyed my time in your fine establishment. Send your crows. Have the others meet us, if it’s as big as Eva originally guessed it might be we will have a big scuffle on our hands." If there was one thing that pleases the mage, it was seeing a scuffle. Even he admitted that he had never seen two guilds fight against each other, so this was going to be a treat for him.

“Well, that pleasant exchange was entirely unnecessary…”

Azazel turned back to the barman, a stern look in his eyes with an unamused expression. “Well, I already have apologized, so no need for the tone now.” He thought about what he was about to do next, seeing as he was now planning on witnessing a battle between two guilds. “Keep a hold of my key, would you? I plan on getting some gear before I turn myself in for the night.” He definitely needed supplies to treat the cut on his hand, so that was on his mind once everything was finished with the fight. Without another word, he turned and walked out the bar, ready to follow the group to the battlegrounds.
------------------
Location: Outside of the Drowning Swan tavern
Currently doing: Watching the start of the battle between the Blades and Darkmoon Mercenaries start.

Tens of minutes later, Azazel had arrived at the supposed place where the battle was starting and he was not disappointed. The two groups were faintly identified, though that was because the man in the tavern was easily identified was speaking to what was supposedly the leader of the opposing guild. Staying close to the wall of one of the nearby buildings, he stood there and observed as the fight was about to start. Granted, he was unable to hear what they were saying and he didn’t want to summon Gaspar just to hear the conversation. Instead, he just watched the actions. He did, however, see the full size of the opposing group as they drew their weapons and pointed at the man from the tavern’s guild and hear the roar from the leader, a woman with a glaive. "We are the Blades that defy Gods, We are the death in honor. None shall deny the power found in Humanity, by thine blade I promise!”

As the fight commenced, the mage noticed that the man’s guild was outnumbered. Whether they were outclassed or not is another matter, but it didn’t sit with him at all. If anything, the battle should be even between the two groups, especially in terms of numbers. It was then that he decided that he had to assist the man. Reaching with his right hand to the left glove, grabbing the left middle finger with his right index and thumb, he pulled the bloodied glove and casted it aside. Also in the fluid motion once the glove was removed, he reached into the pouch and pulled the obsidian crystal out. He clenched his left hand, allowing the sharp edges of the crystal to reopen the cut on his left hand. Blood trickled down off of the crystal onto the ground as he started chanting. “Maarkith tristus paralen uurus. Karpe heerus talen del systus Maarkith.* I summon thee, Rekhyt!” The last sentence he roared out, the crystal emanating a dark purple aura through the blood onto the ground. Moments later, through the dark flames from where the blood pooled, the blood fiend appeared, the feminine body screeching a guttural cry. He turned his eyes to his minion. “If you value your pathetic life, target those with the deathly weapons. Leave the rest unharmed.” The fiend roared again as it charged into the battle, razor-sharp talons outstretched.

Azazel’s eyes turned to the woman who was fighting their leader, walking as he did. Anger from the previous conversation fuelled his wrath as his eyes never left its target. “You do not know the meaning of defying the gods, mere mortal,” he began, his tone harsh from the natural grit of his voice. “Only until you have turned your back on your chosen patron and leave their patronage will you know the feeling.” An unusual sight come from the dark mage. As soon as he finished his first sentence, black flames licked the air, emanating from the obsidian crystal. The closer he got, the flames got more intense up until the point where the aura that took the flames started to appear in his own eyes. Once he is 20 feet away from the battlefield, he spoke again. “Now taste the full power of defiance as you witness the gates of the Underworld!” His voice was dripping with distortion from the magic coursing through his body. As he finished, his will pushed through the magical aether as the spell attempted to hit the woman’s mind with the near 30 years of magic experience with the force of a speeding train.

* Underworld, listen to my words. Grant me use of an Underworld servant.

Wolfsin was tossed back with a force unknown to even him and Aundris turned to face the wizard that no spoke to her. Every word was like a scratch upon her perfect flesh, and vanity drove her to insanity with how she poke next. "You some traitor of a faith dare question the principles our Lord Kayis set for us? Are you ignorant, a child win elder cloaking, or just the biggest fool iv met today, which I assure you the runnings were tough." She sneered and took her attention away from Wolfsin. "Vex, Warden. You will face Lord Silvermoon. I intend to deal with this trash!" Aundris spat at Daedalus feet. Then whipped her hood back over her head as she prepared just as Daedalus had started his incantations.

She closed her eyes just in time for the finish of his surmounted energy to branch out. Even though it was an invisible force, by Aura alone she could see the energy that it enveloped and with a swift dance her Glaive met with the tendrils of energy before they could touch her mind. The Spell dissipated for only a second; yet it seemed like an eternity. Then with Double the force it had come, the spell retracted and rebounded from her glaive; back against Daedalus twice as powerful as it had been, and Aundris spoke only a simple word as she ran her fingers over the glaives keen looking blade. "Seress" The name of the weapon appeared to coax a low howl from the tool and a deathly gleaming glare of power hissed forth. Aundris stood smirking across the way as she met cold eyes and stayed them on Daedalus. "You would have done better to attack me with you foul creature.. Monster mage. Now.. let us be a bit more formal as those that delve in the arts of magic. I know little of your name, and you know none of mine." Aundris spun around with her weapon then danced up to the man before dipping slightly. She'd not stopped worrying over the mans Demon, if it joined the battle it would be slain as well, as the creature would do little against any of the Lord class Blades.

"I am Aundrisa, The Mage Slayer. My beautiful weapon Seress and I welcome you to dance with us in your final hour."

(The fight will need to be done in a collab post. Pm me when your ready to start that)

------------

As White Shadow was on another mission he received a raven with a letter stating "If you are recieving this, then you are a true member of the Darkmoon family. For some time we have had intel of a potential attack to take place on our guild. valuable resources have said that the Blades have ill intent to our guild. We are not pups however. We will not sit back and allow this... no.. we will fight. That is why you are recieving this. The battle will happen tonight... at the Drowning Swan. Galin hath just returned... and surely they hope to take one of our star players out... Come all Amaris Knights, Brothers and Sisters. Come and defend the Honor of the Darkmoon. The howling will be heard throughout the city... and no one will question our name again. We are all. One under the moon. Wolfsin Silvermoon Elite Darkshade". After receiving this he quickly finished the job he was on and rushed over to the Drown Swan Tavern.

Once there he shrouded himself in his aura to completely hide his presence. While he was doing this he went and surveyed the area for strategic advantage points and, use his sensory powers to see how many people were there. Then he approached the area where the rest of his fellow guild members were. Once there he uncloaked himself startling his fellow members and the blades. After uncloaking he greeted his pass mentor Elite and asked him for a better understanding of the situation. After getting a better grasp of the situation he began to settle down and his blood-lust began to grow and the more he yearned for the battle to start to feel the rush of killing and soaking himself in the blood of his victims. At this point he began to search the crowd of blades for the best fighters that he seemed fit for a good battle.

After surveying the crowed he found a girl with two swords that for some reason he couldn't help but feel a certain uncertainty from her and felt almost threatened. He wasn't sure if it was because of how pretty she was or the way she held herself or just the build of her body and the look of the swords. At this point he locked in on his target. So he begins to creep slowly backwards with every step cloaking himself more and more until he was completely invisible. He did this to position himself in a position to get the best first strike on his opponent with speed and stealth.

Kailani > Skylan/ Anyone in Comatose
Location: Kailani’s room, Comatose Keep

A ray of brilliant sunshine cut across Kailani’s room and fell across her caramel skin. She blinked in the bright light and smiled at the remnants of her dream. She had been swimming and found a school of salmon, it was a feast meant for kings. She subconsciously licked her lips at the thought of hunting, she missed the sea already and she had only left a week ago.
With a sigh, Kailani attempted to stretch her arms but was met with resistance. She looked to her right and saw the sleeping form of a man next to her. He was a spice merchant from an upper guild, not that she could remember the name of it. Or his name for that matter. She scrunched up her face in an attempt at remembering the fleeting moment between meeting and fucking.
Robert? No. Richard? No. It was something with an R, I think. Kailani shrugged slightly at her inability to come up with her partner’s name, it happened often enough. She decided that she would just sneak out of bed and leave a note for him to scoot along when he finally managed to wake up. She carefully maneuvered her body sideways to slide from beneath the covers without disturbing them. As her bare feet hit the cool hard wood flooring, she heard a faint caw coming from the direction of her window. Her eyes snapped up to look at the raven sitting perched on her window sill, knowing that it was one of the messenger birds that Darkmoon often used. She quickly tiptoed to the window and tapped the bird's head before taking the paper tied to its leg. The message was not about an individual mission like usual, but one concerning the Brothers, Sisters, and Knights of the guild. She read the message twice over to ensure that she understood the circumstances.
It’s going to be a battle. The Blades won’t walk away without a major fight, probably involving their whole guild. Darkmoon is going to be outnumbered with some of our members away on jobs, but I’m sure they can handle themselves. I shouldn’t become involved. I will only get in the way of the fight. My skills are pretty limited to espionage and assassinating targets one to one. Kailani shook her head at her decision knowing it was the right call to make. She didn’t want to endanger her guild members by throwing off the fight. She just hoped that they could hold their own without her help. She quickly decided that she would go to Comatose to keep her mind off the battling guilds, and what better way than with friends and Skylan’s special drinks.
Kailani quickly scribbled a note on the back of a scrap piece of paper and left it on her nightstand for her companion to find. She kept it short and sweet, ending the tryst before he could try to continue it. She glided towards her closet, as silently as a seal in the sea, opening the door with ease. She browsed her selection quickly deciding on a full length indigo skirt that had a slit running up nearly the entire length on her left side and a pair of brown sandals. She pulled her long hair down over her breasts as to not offend passersby with her naked flesh. She also grabbed a large knapsack in which she carefully placed her seal skin to protect it from others.
After completing her wardrobe for the day, Kailani snuck out of her room and out of the Darkmoon guild hall to the streets of Kalt. She took a deep breath and enjoyed the flavorful aroma of a merchant city. She started at a brisk pace toward the second ring of the magnificent city. She smiled at children as they darted passed her and waved to her favorite fishmonger. As she walked she heard the occasional whistle from an interested party, most of them males. She winked and smiled at them but continued on her way.
Eventually she reached Comatose Keep and smiled at some of the guild members loitering around the tavern. She saw her favorite barkeep handing a cup of tea to Pascal and making idle conversation. Kailani took a quick glance around but didn’t see her favorite little witch. A slight pout pulled at her lips but she sashayed to the bar despite her disappointment. She leaned against the bar with a casual air and knocked on the wood to gain Skylan’s attention.
“I don’t see Mao. She’s probably off doing witchy things,” Kailani smirked at Skylan, “Mix me up something to take away the pain? You know what I like.”

[fieldbox=Elder Dragon Tavern, purple, solid]Location: Elder Dragon Tavern
Interactions: Remmy, Tsumi(npc), Ragna(npc), Homura

Remmy made her way from the field, down the street a few blocks, to a local tavern that happened to be close by. As she entered, Remmy saw the hostess, Tsumi Kurokura, chatting with a regular. "Uh thanks!" The customer said, before leaning to a green haired man. "The question is though, Mr. Thief, could you put it back without him noticing?" She gave him an enthused, challenging glare. "Oh, and I'll ask Lavona about helping out with her." Remmy made her way up to the bar, and sits down. "Lavona," She started, tapping her finger on the bar a few times. "That can't be good if Lavona needs to be contacted. I've heard that people only contact her when they have a serious problem."

As she got her sentence out, and pulled the mug Tsumi placed in front of her to her lips, two nasty looking men walking in, shouting drunken threats to a random person. They found their guy, when he made his way to the back door a little too fast. Remmy watched as they chased him and pinned him down, beating him with heavy strikes to the face. Remmy instinctively hopped up, and made her way behind them swiftly. With one kick to the neck, she had incapacitated one of the guys, before pulling the other guy towards the front door, who was now flailing about, drunk out of his mind. "L-Let me go!" He shouted as best he could, given his condition, but it didn't help.

Outside, Remmy pinned him against the wall of the building next to the tavern, with one arm holding him in place against his neck, pressing him firmly to the wall. The building was abandoned, so nobody would have a problem with a drunken idiot having his head knocked into a wall. "What are you doing here, and who are you?" Atonashi said, shoving his head against the wall when he didn't answer. "I came here to enjoy a nice, relaxing drink, in peace, without a bunch of idiots such as yourself. Start talking now, or those family jewels won't be of much use anymore." Remmy shifted her weight to her left leg, and glared when he didn't answer. Quickly, she threw him to the ground, and kicked his head like a football, with as much force as she could. he bounced up almost onto his feet, and fell back to the ground, a loud thud marking his resting place on the ground.

Remmy was more than a bit pissed that she had lost in her spar against the captain, and for that matter, didn't get to test her original opponent a bit more. It was evident by her unusually and extremely short temper at the moment. "You ready to finish your drink now, Rem?" Tsumi said, appearing at the doorway to the tavern. A slight nod was all Remmy could react with, before walking back in, and reclaiming her place at the bar.

(Sorry, @Wolfsin, it's a bit shorter than I'd hoped... original draft deleted itself.)

You grind their bones in one mouth, crushing them into marrow and splinters with teeth like tombstone. Another mouth is busy ripping at their flesh, frustrated that your fangs are too big to sink in properly, until a dozen limbs, some are sinuous tentacles some are bony and triple-jointed arms, until they pack all their tasty, tasty blood and flesh-
No
All that delicious skin and muscle into a ball and finally FINALLY you can sink your fangs into it, your teeth are like longswords and the oozing pits that are your ears quiver at the squelch of wet meat and the grinding of their bones-
NO
It’s beautiful and you are rapturous. You have saved their skulls for last, keeping them squeezed between the ridges of one of your exposed spines, keeping them alive to share in your happiness. Earlier you’d plucked a portion of your skin for spines and arranged their faces better so they would smile just like most of your mouths are, those that can anyway-
Please, please god no
You lift them to your eyes one by one, stabbing them through their remaining neck and dangling them so that they can thank you
I can’t make it stopMAKEITSTOP
And they thank you, sweet music pouring out of their mouths, their agony is a blessing onto your majesty, their pain is supplication in front of their rightful god, their horror is a rejection of past blasphemies-
PLEASE GOD NO
And then you lift your favorite up and croon at her in a voice as soft as a thousand glass bottles being shattered by an exploding cask of black powder, it’s your most loving tone that you reserve only for her, for your favorite-
GOD NO NOT HER
“Tommycat why?”

Thomas practically leapt out of bed screaming, eyes rolling in panic. He fell from the mattress, tangled in his sweat-soaked sheets and landed with a harsh thud onto the wooden floor. Still in the throes of his nightmare he flailed in the blankets, still half-convinced that they were his own hellish body. All the while the mouths that had opened up on his back still screamed his terror.
It was only when he noticed the white imp in the corner of his room that he was pulled back to reality. Slowly he calmed down, breathing heavily and clutching at whatever he could hold. One hand had grown claws and had given his floorboards another set of deep scratches. The other had gripped the mattress so hard that he’d torn another hole, and feathers were leaking out.
Eventually he calmed down enough that the screaming from his back had faded to whispers and the mouths themselves faded back into smooth unblemished skin. After several heavy swallows he tried to speak and found his throat was raspy from his earlier screaming. “Rao, would you mind passing me the water?” he thought at the homunculus. It padded over to Thomas dresser, and grabbed the waterskin from the top.
Thanks,” thought Thomas, accepted the skin gratefully. He sat up and uncorked it, drinking deeply from the water kept cool through subtle spellwork. After several deep droughts he sighed and sat back against his bed. Looking around, he made sure the scrolls of silence he’d hung up were still active. No singeing of the cords meant their magic was still viable, and wouldn’t need replacing for at least another couple of months. Mao wouldn’t have her morning disturbed, for which he was grateful. She didn’t need to know that his night terrors were still in full swing. She already did so much for him, he could handle a few nightmares. Still, he resolved that the witch across town he bought the scrolls in secret from would be tipped extra next time.
With that, Thomas rolled his neck, cracking his neck satisfyingly. After tossing his sheets aside and hanging them up to dry, he questioned Rao about his presence as he stretched and paced the room. He smiled when it was revealed that Mao was sending him to Crystal for a fitting. As if she didn’t already have his measurements somewhere in that encyclopedic mind of hers. Oh well, he’d probably wind up getting dragged into a discussion about fashion, wherein he’d just agree with the status quo.
That is, unless Mao tried to get them all to wear diamond studded lingerie again. He frowned at that memory. They’d gone all the way to ordering the vault opened so that some stones could be removed and cut before he put a stop to it. The witch was too free-spirited for her own good sometimes.
Well, if he was going to be treating with Crystal, it would do well to curry her favor by wearing some of her designs. He chose the pants and jerkin she’d made for him using fine leather inlaid with a silvery metal renowned for having a great deal of flexibility while still retaining high tensile strength. The clothing was nearly as strong as light mail, and very stylish. Thomas wore them mainly for the latter, as he could heal from most injuries in seconds if he chose to. A crisp white tunic and leather boots completed the outfit. He pulled his white hair into his customary lazy ponytail, tying it with a short strip of rawhide.
He suddenly realized that midday had come and gone without his attention again. Crypt rolled his eyes silently at himself. Comatose’s books were hectic at best, and with the festival coming up, purchases and expenses were in greater disarray then ever. He’d gone through an entire cage of ravens the night before sending messages, followed by organizing the messy scrawls of a dozen guilds and two score vendors into coherent spreadsheets for Camrian. Sometimes he thought that it’d be most effective to just grow a couple of heads and scare everyone into keeping ledgers so he could sleep regular hours. If only, Thomas thought. You’ll never stop trying to run from the nightmares.
He thought to Rao that it could leave, and to tell Mao that he’d find her right after he was done with Crystal. The homunculus nodded, and then faded into whatever side dimension it occupied when it wasn’t in plain view.
With that, Thomas splashed water on his face from a bowl across the circular room and prepared to step out. Even though it was the middle of the afternoon he grabbed breakfast in the form of an apple and a piece of rock sugar. A greedy maw he grew from his neck hastily gobbled the former and the latter was popped into his mouth for savoring. With that he stepped through the oaken door leading to his chambers and locked it behind him.
He whistled on his way to Crystal’s, the dream horrors already fading into the background as they did every time, leaving him the cheerful but tired accountant they all knew. He finished his candy disappointingly quickly. Crypt knocked on her door to no avail. He stuck a boot into the crack between the door and floor, and turned the tip and his toes into a thin tentacle stalk that slithered underneath. Once through, it grew and opened an eye to look around. Sign of Crystal, though the scattered beads on the floor and a pile of newly scribbled papers spoke of Mao’s brand of distraction and inspiration.
Thomas withdrew and reformed, deciding to try the bar next. He walked quickly down the broad stairs, greeting other members of the guild as he descended. Once through the backroom and into the tavern area, he was greeting with a few much less friendly gazes. He did not exactly make his condition a secret, and it frankly horrified some people. While he could certainly empathize, it did not stop him from growing a mouth on his palm so he could stick out a tongue at them without them noticing.
He sauntered over to where Pascal and Crystal were chatting with Skylan at the bar. “Hello hello, I’m here to ruin everybody’s fun by insisting that the costumes can’t make us flash the audience, borderline or otherwise, regardless of whatever Mao may or may not have insisted was ok.”
“And before you inevitably tell me that that is exactly what she told you to design, I’m going to need Skylan to boil me a pot of that black tea I had imported last week, please and thank you,” he finished with a wink at the raven-haired bartender.

@Sinopa

Aidan had a deep respect for Arktus but like everyone who seemed to exist around him, Aidan would often find himself become increasingly irritated to a point he swore her could feel a throbbing begin to build within his skull. Red eyes narrowed upon the figure by the window before she shrugged his shoulders in exhaustion. Hands weaved through red locks, tracing the ruby strands as they were pulled from his vision and face, slipping through his fingers as if water itself before temporarily stationing away from his features. "Thank you for the additional information." The eldest twin uttered, sarcasm lacing his tone venomously as he turned around towards the steps, his mind retreating to the realm of his books and notes, the pages of intricate spells and ancient words that would puzzle him for days, challenge him, entice him. A smirk already formed upon his lips, fingers curling into a fist before releasing in cooperation with a deep, relaxed sigh.

As he reached the first step, his intentions to leave clear, Aidan was tackled by what he could only first observe as a mass of red in its speed. Involuntarily taking a few steps back as the other wavered, attempting to gain balance due to the bags hanging from their arm, Aidan pursed his lips at his twin. "Stop running! Last time you nearly went into a wall." He hissed, the sheer embarrassment by that time being recalled allowed his mood to suddenly return sour once more. The other only beamed, a sheepish grin tracing her own lips as she stood up properly with proper posture despite to two bags hanging from her arms with ease. "Lighten up Dan~" She whispered, retreating to one of her old nicknames for him in childhood.

A bag was tossed roughly towards Aidan who accepted it but was keen to check. He soon delved into the open bag with practiced ease, analyzing the contents of what his sister had shoved in for him. It was the bare minimum but that was often what they carried. Nadia on the other hand, who was beaming with all her usual radiance and excitement, had slung her own over her shoulder. The sound of metal hitting one another was heard, but muffled due to clothing packed, as she approached the guild leader with skip like steps, as if dancing. "Guild master..." She called out, pausing her in steps a short distance away. "Arktus...You will send message to us if something happens, right?" It was a silly and ultimately silly question, but with all of her lacking sanity, Nadia had constant worries for the guild she so adored. Often she would not leave for her missions or even finish them as well as she did if she had not been given reassurance that they would be informed if worst came to worst.

Aidan by then had began to grumble his usual commentary on his sisters obvious lack of sanity, for her mind was far from the picture of health, and had headed over to she was seemed already to imagine a gruesome outcome that was highly unlikely to ever happen. A hand gripped her right arm, her wrist, that was not clad in her usual armor gantlets before he pulled. "C'mon! You can be delusional later, we need to go see this pregnant lady you brain dead soldier." He hissed, a playful sense of anger in his words. They were never truly angry at one another. "B-but! What if someone attacks! O-or wors-" "Shut up..." He groaned, pulling the shorter red head along as they approached the steps. "Be back when babysitting is done, Arktus!" He called out before continuing to drag Nadia from the premises with complaints from her all the way.

It did not take them long to be travelling to the manor at which they would stay to protect the lady and her unborn child. Though it seemed much longer to both by the light right that encompassed the area with a grey hue and the grumbling of Nadia who seemed to be, at this point, just talking to herself. "...No one is there, stupid." He called back, as Aidan walked a few steps ahead due to the paper resting in his possession. "Shut it Aidan! If they weren't here why would I be talking to them~" She replied with confidence, her arms folded under her chest as she simply huffed, turning her head from his stubbornly. "Bloody mad..." He whispered, shoving the map into his pocket before reaching around to his bag. Seconds later he dragged out a small, orange sphere that was dotted with small, minuscule curves upon its skin. The orange was promptly passed back to Nadia who grinned and began to use her nails to tear the flimsy flesh.

Not to long later, though it may have seemed, Nadia and Aidan stood at the doors of the manor with equally blank gazes. Though their thoughts were direct opposites of one another. Their silence was broken when Nadia took a few steps forwards, a sinister grin parting her lips to bare her teeth. "Lets kick it down..." She suggested, though her posture proved she was already in the mental process of her choice. "No." Aidan shook his head softly, gazing over to her and then the door before rolling his eyes. "We are here to protect the occupant, not appear as the ones who want her dead." Nadia just pouted, shoulders slouching as she took a few steps to the side, her motivation for the moment gone in a second. So, Aidan raised his hand and rasped at the door using his knuckles, gloves softening the sound.
