Alfonse is an individual who is left to a few complex words. Enigmatic in the sense that very few know much about him. He normally keeps to himself but finds no difficulty in speaking or coming together with others he works with. Constant: He is an individual who is stubborn and consistent. Born and raised within the Krefeld district of the Rhein-Ruhr region of germany he was taught from an early age to hold the values of his family above all else. To say he was raised in a militaristic family was an understatement. His father grandfather was Colonel within the Third Reich of Nazi Germany but had been injured near the end of the war. This family heritage passed down through generations of Prussian Soldiers had left an impact on the young boy. He strove to become a 'soldier' like the rest of his family.

Obsessed from a young age as to what to do it was not until he turned Eighteen that he enlisted into the German Police force and two years later at the age of Twenty entered the Grenzschutzgruppe 9 (GsG9). The training to him was releasing as the culmination of his work from the age of twelve was finally coming to a climax. He passed the tests and was admitted into the massive 22 week training course with other Counter-Terrorism units around the globe. The resulting training left him hardened and trained beyond that which he was as a police officer.
It was not until the passing of his father three years later that things began to fall out for the up start soldier. He was diagonsed with acute depression and honorably discharged from the Grenzschutzgruppe 9. Leaving a scarred impact on him he found no other option but to join what family he had left in America. It was then in America at the age of 24 that his insertion into the crime world of Norcrest city began to show. His training and even his real last name was hidden and none of his employers knew. The fact that he was a GSG operative was a closely guarded secret as their identitys are kept a secret.
Over the next two years he had proven himself a more than extremely reliable hitman for the Mafia. He had killed targets using his unique ability that made them turn in his favor. Although not able to join the Mafia they still gave him benefits for the services he performed for them. He was one step below a 'Made' man. All accomplished in under two years. What is said in the mafia is that you either have connections or are good with a gun. It was becoming apparent that he had both. All seemed to be going well as he was supporting his family until a hit went wrong.
It was considered in his mind to have gone wrong up until he was offered a choice. Without a way out he accepted it and became an Agent for 'Royal'. His position in 'Royal' was not known to the Mafia as he continued his work without killing. Now 27 he accepts his role within the organization as the EOD, Host and Shock tactic Specialist. His past training was found out to his surprise. This being known he was placed within that role after a short time within the organization.
