You might also try posting topics in the correct forums. D: You'll know the correct forums by reading the forum description...

You can also go to a forum like 1 on 1 and at the top there will be start a new thread. You did it here when you posted this thread. Also posting in signups saying you are looking for a particular roleplay is a good start. Checking out the roleplayers resume is a great way to find new roleplays. I myself go to the front page scroll down and look at the people who are online then message them. Good luck :)
