Hello!

Do we have any country restriction (IP ban)? My overseas cousin is complaining he cannot create an account. He was told he didn't have "permission".

I'd definitely appreciate it if someone can help us out. And yes, he was the one I was coding for yesterday. :P

No, we don't have any countries that are blocked. It could be something as simple as their IP matches a known spambot. I'd recommend contacting @jared555.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error page as well as messaging me his IP. He can get his IP at http://www.whatismyip.com/

There is a chance he got caught in one of the anti hacker IP ranges I have on the server.
