New York Ghoul (A Tokyo Ghoul RP)

Technically there was no specific time mentioned. So Leo's meal could have been long before Harvey's, since Harvey went on a date the date would probably finish late. Leo would then get home to turn on the News, where Harvey's killing would be being broadcast. Remember there would be a lot of Dove's about in New York, since it is a well known city.

Or like @Equinox said, he could just be unlucky

It kinda makes sense, they would be on high alert, and any sort of scream would get people calling it in......
 
Well well, it just seems it will be harder to get away with hunting then I first had thought.

History: As a child, Andrew idolized his brother. When his mother convinced his brother to kill their father, his brother locked Andrew outside. Andrew, wishing to save his brother from a grim future, took a rifle to shoot the gun out of his brother's hand. He was sitting in the tree branch when it broke and Andrew accidentally shot his brother in the head. Andrew inadvertently kills the brother he loves to save the father he hate, and if that wasn't enough a few days later a ghoul killed him mother in cold blood. After the death of his mother Andrew would spend the rest of his life hating ghouls.
Quinque: His Quinque is a Bikaku quinque that takes the form of a long butcher knife. he also has Arata-Prototype Quinque armor made from the kagune of the Kakuja Arata Kirishima. It covers the body of the user, and grants increased physical abilities in exchange for "feeding" the armor. It is considered extremely dangerous.

Ghoul Investigator/Dove

Name: Kyle Freece

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Straight

Appearance

Personality: Lazy and slacking, he tends to be found procrastinating on paper work or simply walking the streets of the city when permitted. He is unorganized and doesn't enjoy being the focal point of any attention, unless that attention is coming from a ghoul and they are in a fight. He enjoys talking to others and making small talk, but otherwise does not get very close to people.

History: Kyle was born to a middle class family in Tribeca, his mother was a nurse and his father owned a plumbing business. He attended public school and tended to be seen as the slacker of the class, barely scraping by in terms of grades and effort. Near the end of his high school senior year he decided that he wanted to enter the Ghoul Investigator Training Academy, upon voicing this to his family both his mother and father threatened to disown him were he to actually be accepted and enter the academy.

It did not stop him from applying. His application was put onto a waiting list and was one of the five top picks on the waiting list to enter the academy after the initial acceptances had gone out. Luckily for him; and unluckily for some others; seven of the accepted students that year died in a bus crash outside of the city, opening up the chance for Kyle to enroll at the academy.

Kyle was once again the slacker of his class, while his scoring wasn't as terrible as it had been in public school it was by no means average for the Academy. That was until the physical training began, Kyle showed great aptitude for both close and medium range confrontations while also keeping a good sense of his surroundings in a fight. Different Quinque were given to him, but he tended to do poorly with longer weapons or those meant for greater ranges. As such he was given a short bladed Quinque with which he was able to utilize to great extents, later he was given the Mormos' that he uses to this date. He would graduate as one of the top students in area of physical ability, but his scoring would remain below average.

Quinque: Kyle uses 48 mass produced quinque shaped as daggers (They retain the deep purple-black of most quinque not the sliver depicted) known as "Mormo" as his weapon of choice and he stores them under his suit coat. They can be used at both close and medium range as he possesses great skill at aiming the knives when thrown. Since he carries them under his suit coat and not a suitcase it is harder for Ghouls to figure out he is a Dove.

Occupation: He is a full time investigator.

I could always step (way) out of my comfort zone and change Kyle to a female if its a problem... Although I'm not too sure how well it would turn out

Name: Emilia West

Personality:
Emilia is a rational person when she needs to be, or when its required of her. She is also quite charmful and can be kind. She is an optimist, and is quite observant and perceptive of her surroundings and the people around her. She can also be quite playful, manipulative and mischievous. Emilia is quite flexible as well. There is more too her than what meets the eye.

History:
Emilia knows only of her life as an orphan, however, she was raised in a place with children like her who were also Ghouls. She has no recollection of her family, let alone her parents. As time went by, she was nurtured by the Ghouls to survive and was told what is required by one such as her in order to survive in the harsh world out there. As time went by, she grew to hone her skills as both a Human and a Ghoul. She grew quite fond of coffee which kept her hunger at bay, and occasionally drinks it, but its mostly because of its taste, rather than the former.

She is also able to eat Human food, despite the disgusting taste it leaves in her mouth, however she only eats to keep her appearance as a Human. As she became older, she eventually left the orphanage and got her own apartment, a job next to it, and enrolled into High School. She lived her life as a Human but also as a Ghoul. Her Kagune had grown exceptionally strong as years passed by. Emilia eventually graduated and enrolled into a College next. Biology was one of the many courses she took. Her mind had quite the knowledge, but in the end Emilia was doing it all for her own benefit. She was quite selfish but, she never showed it to anyone. She mostly works at a Cafe as a waitress during the day, and from time to time visits her College to study further.

Kagune:
The Kagune is very unique and rare. It is in the shape of four black/dark magenta scale-tentacles, but the latter cannot be seen. The tentacles are covered by a thick layer. The layer are scales surrounding the tentacles. However, once the Kagune comes out, it also works up her back and around the neck, covering it. The Kagune also takes the shape of a mask from her nose down. Covering half of her face, which would also be her Ghoul mask. Her tentacles are quite different than the average. Once her thick scale-tentacles are out and in the open, she can use them to shoot the scales at an opponent and or a Human. The scales are extremely dense and hard, and can penetrate even metal. Due to the high-speed regeneration the Ghouls possess, the scales she shoots are eventually grown back at rapid speed.
