If you want to get people's attention, try putting up an idea in signups and plot discussions for the respective area (fantasy in this case). Then the interested bunch will head over and you'll have a cast before you begin.
 
You can, we already started the rp but we only did a little bit like 3 messages from both of us
 
Love your last post KAZUAKI it was hilarious but its awkward for me playing as this character still fun though :D.

And my characters lived there for a while so some are used to it.
