She was jogging down a dimly lit hallway, the smell of mold wafting around her. The only sound was of her shoes hitting the concrete with every step she took and the sound of water dripping from the pipes overhead. How she got here, she didn't know. She passed door after door, all locked. There was no way out, she was trapped. "What do I do? How do I get out of here?!" Kaylee thought to herself, wracking her mind for ways to escape this nightmarish building. She stopped for a moment, looking around she placed her hands on her knees attempting to catch her breath when she saw one of the doors was ajar. She stood upright, moving towards the door. Grabbing ahold of the door knob she pulled it open. Stepping into the room she felt a sudden jolt as though she had missed a step and was falling, she tried to scream, but no sound came out. She sat up abruptly, looking around she released as sigh of relief as she realized she was safe in bed. Throwing the covers back, she slid out of bed. Stretching a bit, she made her way to the bathroom. Stopping in front of the mirror, she placed her palms on the sink, peering into the mirror on the wall before her. This was the fifth time this week she had had that nightmare. She didn't understand it, she hadn't had nightmares this often before. She was even falling asleep in class and waking up in tears because of this reoccuring nightmare...
