The process is simply Diana looking at all the applications when we are in need of new CVs and then she picks out the ones that fits our current needs the best. Some people are hired almost immediately while others gets to wait for months. At the moment we have just hired over 30 CVs (which is 3 times the amount we normally do), so if we don't have a mass drop-out we will probably not be in need for new ones for a while. It is still good to send in an application though so we have them whenever we start hiring again. You'll get an invitation via PM if you are chosen and you can decline if you realize you don't have the time at that point.
