So Grumpy has his general story worked out. Here's the general idea:

ARTHUR ARCHER: The Adventures of an International Man of Action's Manservant

Meet Sir Jeremy Ironsight; Knight, advisor to the Prime Minister, explorer, philosopher, martial artist, firearms expert and all-round British badass.

On the other hand, meet Arthur Archer; bookworm, piss-poor fighter, useless shooter and Sir Ironsights' unwilling manservant in the field.

But when an run-in with the Nazi Thule Society results in Sir Ironsights being sucked into a strange portal and Arthur in possession of a diary that possibly contains the fate of the world within its pages, the incompetant assistant is forced into a high-stakes chase across the world to follow the trail the diary reveals and prevent the Thule Society, led by the sadistic Baron Von Faustmeinder, from possessing its secrets, with the assistance of an unwilling Yemenese mercenary and a mysterious American adventurer with goals of her own.

Welcome to the world of Arthur Archer; a combination of adventure, comedy and the Cthulhu Mythos. Expect chaos to ensue...
 
*shudder shudder* I've been tuck on 25,000 words for MONTHS...
It's all because of the terrible work load from college ;.; I've managed to write 1 and a half short stories over the course of this term =.= 7 weeks and only 12 pages to show for it....
Maye I can try to find some time to finish the 41 page story at some point :(
 
Well, as it turns out, I'm not going to be as busy as I thought. So I joined.

Get ready for some high-flying comedic hijinks, and all that jazz.
 
I'd love to try again, but I am booked with work and a 3 month old daughter.

Perhaps next year...

WE SHALL WRITE OUR NOVELS DRUNK AND SEE WHO MAKES THE BEST NOVEL.

IT'S NOT LIKE THEY ACTUALLY NEED TO BE GOOD TO GET ANYWHERE ON THAT WEBSITE.
