I can do a solo mission out there... Mostly because i will not be back till Monday at the earliest (for full sized post). I also feel like I should go back and up my character to higher skill levels to match everyone else.

Wanting to take revenge on them, he trains hard and works on new techniques. On the day of his exam, he passed easily with flying colors due to his training. One of the youngest ninjas to pass, he would always battle people just to gain knowledge about their techniques and chakra's. Description: The Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra.The range of this vision varies between users and in fact can be improved with training. Its vision can penetrate through most solid objects and obstructions, though certain barriers may distort the Byakugan's perception somewhat.The Byakugan is also able to more effectively follow high-speed movements to better react to them. Arguably, its greatest ability is to see chakra to a greater degree than the Sharingan it can identify chakra by the specific individuals it originates from, determine when genjutsu is being used, and discern certain types of clone from the real thing. History:
Tadashi was born to a nice family in Konohagakure. He was born an albino, though none of his immediate line of ancestry pointed to bearing the trait, oddly enough. He was born with a strange dysfunction in his voice box, the symptoms having some resemblance to Aphonia. He was unable to cry, laugh, make noises, or even practice speech as a baby, so his parents had to closely watch him. Even though he knew the words, he couldn't speak them as much as he wanted to, so he started reading novels at a young age. His parents wondered if he was deaf, so he was taken to be checked multiple times until his vocal cords were confirmed to have developed in a way they could not vibrate. He had to rely mostly on hand writing and sign language to communicate with people, even having a pack of note cards for simple communication, just so people wouldn't mistake him for being rude. He entered the academy, and actually did well without his voice. He had a rather high amount of intellegence in place of his silence. He read often in class, seeming not to be very interested in the classes, but he heard every word. He graduated recently with flying colors, no sooner because he wished to have the full several years of experience rather than graduate younger. His uncle, who is specialized in the Summoning Technique and has a few animal contracts on him, had let him choose one animal to have. Out of all nine, he chose the Tanooki, which felt to be a good choice to him.

History: In the isolated part of Yukigakure, Koryuu Setsuna died giving birth to her second child, Koryuu Hisaki. As Hisaki grew up in solitude while her brother spent time at the academy, Hisaki noticed that her father's distant reaction towards her was resulted from her similar appearance of her mother. She then began to believe that there was a chance that her father slightly blamed her for mother's death. Despite that, Hisaki didn't mind her father neglecting her because she understood how hard it must be to always be reminded of a loved one's death. Being that she had her brother to depend on and return with knowledge from the academy as well as teaching her some techniques of the ice release:kekkai genkai that their mother taught him(from being acquainted with the Yuki clan), Hisaki rarely felt alone and instead found solace in solitude.

At the age of 10, Hisaki encountered rare visitors from her brother's academy. Evidently, the look on their solemn faces gave away the news that she predicted they would give of her brother's death. After grieving from the news of her brother, Hisaki regained her poise and reluctantly awaited for the news to eventually reach her father who still couldn't get over her mother's death.

Once her father returned home to hear the news, she never expected that he would reach to the conclusion of disowning her. Although the decision didn't really surprise her, she accepted his decision and left her home without any emotional attachments. After leaving with no destination or goals, she wandered around Yukigakure and managed on her own with her ice sculptures that most of the villagers in Yukigakure admired. As she continued to do what she could to survive on her own, she encountered a woman named Yasahiro Yumiko who took interest in her and became her guardian.

After living with Yumiko for a few years, she heard many stories of being a ninja and was taught a few basic jutsu techniques. Because of this, Hisaki was inspired to be a ninja and aimed to become an anbu in order to also see why her brother dedicated himself to being a ninja so much. Seeing Hisaki's ambitions, Yumiko decided to send Hisaki to Konohagakure; away from the isolation of Yukigakure, in order for her to find the answers that she was looking for and decide what path it was that she would take from then on.

Description: Hisaki's Siberian Onyx is a scythe that was materialized with her chakra from the water and wind release. Based on her use of chakra to make ice sculptures, her control over it allows her to manipulate her weapons with ice. Her use of the Siberian Onyx enhances her speed, but is a rare sight because it uses up large amounts of chakra. So occasionally(though not so often because of her preferred fighting style) she uses small amounts on her shuriken or kunai which can cause the movement of the target to decrease. Usually, the Siberian Onyx is only used in certain circumstances and has chains attached to it. Without the use of her chakra, the Siberian Onyx is only a regular scythe which she carries with her and uses as a regular weapon for mid/far-ranged attacks.

Unlike most explosive tags, Hisaki's has a blue border and is usually used to stop the target from escaping or to give her time to escape. The explosive tag she uses slows the targets movement and can slowly freeze a body part that has made direct contact with it. There is a possibility that it can cause the loss of a ligament. If the explosive tag has no direct contact with a body part, it can only slow down movement and drop the temperature from where it exploded. Normally she only uses it to escape and unless she is sure of her precision to aim at an enemy, she rarely risks using it and tends to rely on her ninjutsu or scythe.

Strengths: Agility, stamina, ninjutsu, Mid/far-ranged attacks.

Weaknesses: Fire/extreme heat, weak in physical strength, taijutsu, close-ranged combat. Inability to stay in one place which may irritate people and affect missions because she leaves a designated position and is unable to be located.
