Almost a century had passed, since the fall of Naruto Uzumaki and his gang. As a new generation of shinobi was about to be born. The Fourth Shinobi World War had ceased, leaving Madara and Obito at their downfall. Their plans to sculpture and nurture a perfect world, by destroying everything in it had failed and they had fled. The mass destruction left by the war still remained in people's hearts, as the wounds that may of have healed over time, left a scar to remember.
However as peaceful time seems to have been, lurking in the shadows were Madara and Obito plotting to exact their revenge and re-enforce their dream once again. If they couldn't destroy the shinobi world to start anew; they would simply dominate it.
How?
Simple. Tsukuyomi.. or rather Project Tsukuyomi.
Tsukuyomi is noted to be one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence, it is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those who have awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan can perform it. But combined with Madara's Rinnegan who knows what potential it could hold and how powerful it really is?
Madara, along with his ally Obito plans to dominate the shinobi world by casting a powerful genjutsu and have them bid under his will. After all if he can't create the world he wants, the simple solution would be to mold and shape it to his desire.
*Madara and Obito will be NPCs who can only be played by staff. This post is only the very beginning and a group will be specifically made, with the complete information.
Characters can be auditioned here. Members cannot take Hokage and Kages at creation and will be promoted through roleplay under the discretion of staff. HOWEVER - staff members are exempt to this rule to promote, village activity.
*Occupations, must be included in your history on how you obtained it.
- ANBU requires chunin and above.
Medical-nin, Hunter-nin, Missing-nin, Courier-nin requires Jounin and above.
*Ranks will only be up to Jounin. /Kages open for staff.
*Kekei Genkai's can only be developed through roleplay. For e.g Sharingan to MS or 1 Tomoe to 2 Tomoe.
