Konoha's young foo dog
Chimaru 'Chiga' Hatake
Nicknames: Foo Dog, The fu/foo of konoha, Lion-Dog
Age: 16. Though he is sometimes mistaken to be slightly older.
Gender: Male

Personality:
Chimaru is shown to be rather laid back and respectful. He is proven to be knowledgable and pleasant as expected and can be very witty, a trait from his father. But, although Chimaru has the 'good traits' from his father in general, a bad trait he has would be his blood thirst in a literal sense from his mother, who is fairly sadistic as well. This worries kakashi more, as he is aware that at any given time this bloodthirsty behavior can turn worse, but since he is also the child of the hyperactive, sadistic anko, there should be some good restraints and limits Chimaru is surely aware of.

Summoning Jutsu
Bokyaku ("Oblivion") is a large hound-like creature that has the mane of a lion, and dog like features. It is believed to be a unique type of foo dog that is the only living one in the species currently, now 'extinct'. As the story and various myths went, Bokyaku was strong enough to pin a jinchuuriki down and fight against them even if it meant dying or almost dying. However, Bokyaku was neutral and never chose a side, he had his own conscious and did not only go by 'justice' alone unlike his species who was known for protecting the needy and warding off the evil.
The foo dog was only summoned by a group of special people with special chakra in particular rather than one person. This soon stopped when a very small village met its fate of being completely destroyed when they failed to summon the 'Foo Dog' for protection. They did the ritual right, but Bokyaku chose not to be summoned. Instead, the dog chose to sleep rather than help and since then has never willingly appeared as a summon whenever a group of special ninja with chakra tried.
Bokyaku then made a contract with one human, who would be his first actual 'master'. Although Chimaru is Bokyaku's master, No one is aware that Chimaru has him. Not even Kakashi, his own father who is known to be one of the geniuses around and the male plans to keep it that way and summon Bokyaku in only the most dire situations.
Bokyaku's special trait would be creating bone like sharp spikes on the sides of his back to stab his opponent by surprise. His nature is fire and wind release. Keep in mind that although he can be just as strong or about as strong as a jinchuuriki, Bokyaku still can't win! He is just of equal strength really, able to pin them down at ease and do more damage then your average large summons. With the exception of being thrown off here and there, etc.
Chimaru is unable to summon ninken in general, however he can summon wolves instead. Two main ones being the elemental wolves and Hibiki. Similar to Pakkun, Hibiki can track by scent and noise, travel at high speeds equal to a regular shinobi -if not even faster-, use human language, walk on water, and conduct a mission. Hibiki is Quite large, larger than akamaru's height as he is 4.6 ft tall, giving Chimaru the ability to also ride him like kiba did to akamaru. Hibiki able to handle the weight at ease like its nothing. It is said that Hibiki can also perform specific jutsu's when he focuses and releases his chakra, but this has yet been revealed.
Then there are the elemental wolves. The elemental wolves actually resemble chakra Chimaru is able to use. He can summon two at a time as of now, however it's still a lot of work. His strong nature of chakra being lightning (kakashi) and fire (anko). The wolves basically give him an extra boost and lots of help. Once he summons one or two, they are often hiding hence it sounds like a 'extraordinary myth'. They do the work for him before hiding, or combine and boost up their chakra with Chimaru's for help. For example, the wolf can give Chimaru enough chakra to do a a-rank jutsu of that specific element. But keep in mind that not only will his energy be drained by the summon of the wolf or wolves, but with the jutsu being used from them as well.
Not all the elements are achieved. The ones in bold are elements Chimaru has mastered and is able to summon while the others are ones he must train very hard to earn and learn the other elements very well to do jutsu's. Wip

- It is strongly rumored that Chimaru likes older woman (early twenties-late). But that doesn't mean it's a preference.... I guess.
- Unlike kakashi, Somehow through genetics the teen inherited a pair of Sharingan eyes rather than one. It is currently unknown how a 'non uchiha' can be born with such things, though it is believed because the Sharingan once belonged to obito. And when kakashi managed to make it his own, it passed to Chiga from obito and kakashi, hence two eyes.
- Chiga was a best friend to Shisui's daughter, Yuffie Uchiha, who had died. The girl gave him her eyes so he can obtain the eternal Sharingan despite being young at the time since he deserved it -and the 'Shisui bloodline' was believed to have powerful sharingans-, however the male simply kept them, sealing them away for future usage when he feels he is ready.
- If he had a daughter, he would name her 'Yunnie'. Doesn't mean he wants kids though.
- Chimaru's mangekyou sharingan looks like a 'flower'. However one sharingan eye color is inverted (his left). It symbolizes many things, but most notably Yuffie.

Personality: There is nothing Shika appreciates more than hard work and tradition. For Shika, rules are there for a reason - not to be bent, broken or anything else but followed. Family and companionship is very important to her and if there is one way to set her off, it's betrayal. She can come off as boring, or "too old" for her age but Shika will protect those she cares for, regardless of what they say or think about her.
