Naruto: Konohakagure's Motley Crew

Konohagakure is a shadow of its former glory. The Ninetailed Fox's attack has left the village's Shinobi force at nearly half of what it once was. The lives of many civilians were lost in the attack and much of the village was destroyed and left in need of repairs. But that's not the worst of it.

Lord Fourth, Namikaze Minato, along with his wife, Uzumaki Kushina, died during the attack. They sacrificed their lives to seal away the Ninetailed Fox, saving the village but leaving it without a leader. With no other choice, Lord Third, Sarutobi Hiruzen has stepped up as Hokage once more and is leading the village in its recovery the best he can. But as experienced as he is, even he can't handle everything.

The Uchiha Clan find themselves ostracized and isolated by the rest of Konoha, the majority of its people blame them for the attack due to the Sharingan's unique ability to control the Ninetailed Fox. The Uchiha find themselves becoming more and more disgruntled with Konoha, having already been upset due to the village's refusal to acknowledge the efforts of their leader, Uchiha Fugaku, during the Third Great Shinobi War. What's worse, Orochimaru, one of the legendary Sannin and student of Lord Third, has betrayed the village, abandoning it after being caught experimenting on many of the village's citizens.

With so much strife and chaos within the village, Konoha finds itself under the watchful eyes of the other great Shinobi villages, whom may see this as an opportunity to attack. In response, Konoha has accelerated its program to train young Shinobi in the hopes of creating even greater Ninja than those lost in the attack before. It's Lord Third's hope that Konoha's former glory will be restored and order will return to the village.

It has been a year since the attack and the village's repairs are almost complete. With the health of the village returning and new and promising Genin and Chunin ready to take on the rigors of their job, the doors of Konoha are open. There are many missions to be completed, most of them dangerous, but doing so will show the world that even in its weakened state, Konohagakure is still a force to be reckoned with.​

Appearance
Yuki is 5'8 tall and weighs 121 lbs. The most striking about the young Jonin is how he always wears his black and red fox mask. No one, except a chosen few, has seen the face hidden underneath it. Otherwise, his natural silver hair, which is long enough to be in a ponytail, and fair skin are what is known about his appearance. Rumor has it, that his eyes are blue, like Minato's, but it has never been confirmed. Due to the mask, Yuki doesn't wear his headband on his head and instead has it wrapped around his right arm. During his Anbu days, Yuki would even wear a mask to cover the lower parts of his face, hiding his appearance completely, but after quitting, he stopped and instead only wore his characteristic mask.

Skills
Sensor
Yuki is great at sensing the chakra of others, despite distance of his targets. He is able to differentiate targets from their signature chakra and when other sensors are using their abilities in order to track/find other shinobi. With a single touch to the ground, Yuki is able to tell the numbers and locations of enemies around a proximity he choses.

Transfer
Yuki can transfer his chakra from himself to someone else, where he is even able to mold the chakra type to be the same as the receiver, he even has the control enough to decide how much he sends over. He is still able to control that chakra remotely or give the control up to the receiver.

Information gathering
Working in Anbu for a good portion of his Shinobi life, Yuki caught on quick how to gather information about recent events or stuff that most prefer to stay was hidden. Sometimes, it is through dirty tricks, and other times it is the knowledge of how to get one to talk about something and not realizing it themselves before it is far too late.

Hand-to-hand combat
Yuki may not be the strongest, but the Jonin knows how to move fast and how to handle the differences in physical strength between him and an opponent. Yuki does not use his chakra during hand-to-hand combat, saving it instead, but still excels at it.

Chakra Reserve
Just like Minato, Yuki also has a lot of chakra. His chakra control is incredibly refined, which is why most of his Light Ninjutsu reflects his control over his chakra by focusing it on smaller or bigger points of his own bodies or someone else's.

Reflexes and speed
Even without using the Flying Thunder God Technique, Yuki is still quick. He is fast in both his thinking, reaction, and action. While it has never been measured, some think he is just as fast as Minato was. Yuki has been able to move faster than sensors have been able to detect him.

By manipulating a specific point of space, Yuki can teleport to another location instantaneously. Yuki, taught by his older deceased brother, uses the same Flying Thunder God Technique as him. When using the Flying Thunder God Technique, the tags that are placed down never fade, unless they are removed by him.

Rasengan
Another technique passed down from Minato, the Rasengan. A ball of chakra formed and held in the user's hand, which is not well-known.

Light Ninjutsu
Yuki created the Light Ninjutsu Release by combining Lightning and Yin chakras. It doesn't require any hand seals.

Light Style: Fox Reaper Jutsu
By manipulating the light, Yuki summons a giant scythe that sweeps across the battlefield. The light created has solidified and become as sharp as a normal scythe, cutting everything in its path down.

Light Style: Light Entrapment Jutsu
By creating a barrier, Yuki makes the light within the confined area so bright that those trapped inside are blinded. However, Yuki can move freely inside of the barrier without having his sight affected by it.

Light Style: Swift Death Jutsu
Yuki can give all of his attacks a speed boost, though not to the same speed as those who use Lightning Style as it is slower, but also an added edge. By solidifying the light around his attack, Yuki gains an additional 3-5 inches during the attack that can be as sharp as a blade or blunt as a bat.

Light Style: Shinning Cloak Jutsu
An aura of light surrounds Yuki or multiple people at the same time. While those surrounded by it are not blinded, those who look at them will be depending on the intensity of light that Yuki has decided on. The light also solidifies, adding a very thin armor of light around those who are cloaked. The cloak is thick enough to reduce the damage of a kunai or shuriken, but against other ninjutsu, the cloak only adds a bit of protection before the attack goes through.

Summoning Technique
Yuki can summon Shi, a white raven, to his side. While not so powerful in combat, the rare colored bird has proven itself useful both in and outside of the battlefield.

Weaknesses
Genjutsu
Yuki never had any interest in learning Genjutsu, finding it neither important for his duties nor for his way of combat, the Jonin never delved too deep into them and didn't know how to use any techniques within Genjutsu.

The mask
As if symbolic with the mask he wears, Yuki reveals as little as he can of himself, continuing to be an enigma. Acting alone and in secret is his first initial reactions, though working in Anbu thought him the importance of teamwork for the success of a mission, the lesson did not carry on into his everyday life.

Strength
Physical strength is not something Yuki has considered a lot. Unlike Might Guy who trains his body like a beast, Yuki tends to rely on his Space-Time Ninjutsu and other Ninjutsu techniques, becoming somewhat of a hindrance during normal life.

Self-sacrifical
One could say it is the curse of the "Namikaze" family, where the entire family has been filled with self-sacrificial fools who end up dying one way or another. It seemed as if Yuki is no exception to that curse. While he is not able to always show or tell how much he cares, he does, and Yuki would only be able to show it properly through these last minute actions which --he knows very well-- how painful the aftermath can be.

Loner
Usually, by choice, Yuki has always been alone. He preferred it that way, but at the same time, he also wanted to reach out to the hands extended to him. It was his scarce of commitments, of relationship and threads that could be snapped off in a moment, that kept and is still keeping him alone.

Background

Yuki does not remember anything from his childhood, but what he knows is what he got told by the others. Konoha's shinobi were out on a mission; they had stumbled across a couple and their child. They were all covered in blood, and while they were presumed D.O.A (Dead On Arrival), the kid was alive. At the time, his face had been covered in blood, and they did not have the time to examine him for wounds, so instead Yuki was brought back to Konoha's village and treated there. They hadn't grabbed a lot of his belongings, except for a fox mask that only covered half of his face. Even without the memories and the reason behind his parents' death, Yuki got drawn to the mask like a moth to a flame. It was the only thing he had that connected him to his past, and at the same time, it gave him a sense of security, to hide from those who had attacked them in the first place.

Further investigation was made, and it turned out that his parents were from Konoha and had been attacked by enemy shinobi. Thankfully, Yuki had other family members that were willing to take him in, close family members, despite Yuki not remembering them. His name was "Yuki Namikaze," and the fox mask was something that his parents had given him and something he had always worn. Why was unbeknownst to them too, but Yuki didn't question it as he felt safer with the mask on rather than off. Yuki got adopted into Minato Namikaze's household as his younger brother, where the two of them would grow up together.

While Minato and Yuki shared a lot of moments together, it was all the moments that Yuki shared with anyone. Minato was likable and outgoing, while Yuki was secretive and introverted. Most would call him "The Unknown Child" as the village didn't even know Minato had a brother before they got told, and no one believed him at first from how different they were. Of course, the mask threw them off too, but Yuki refused to take it off. The only ones who had seen his face were Minato and his parents, the rest of the world didn't need to know, not as far as he was concerned.

As Minato went on to become a Genin and enter a team, Yuki was recruited by the Anbu at an early age of ten-years-old. He got told that it was a rare occasion and an honor to be picked out for the Anbu training program, even his family approved, and without any further questioning, Yuki was trained to become an Anbu operator. Already fast as a kid, Yuki gained the codename "Blink" during his Anbu days, where he went through a lot of missions as both a member and for a good couple of years, a Captain.

The most memorable moment is when Yuki was only eighteen years old and had just taught himself how to Flying Thunder God Ninjutsu through Minato, his biggest feat in Anbu was completed. The mission was to exterminate another group of Anbu that had attempted to assassinate The Third Hokage, which seemed like a pretty straightforward mission until they had begun chasing the group the group out of the village. It seemed as if there was a mole among his team, as their ambush turned against them. Only one fellow Anbu member left the site alive together with Yuki. He had told the tale in such a manner that a saying began spreading throughout both Anbu and Konoha. That the fox mask" was the last thing the enemies had seen, as Yuki's mask had gotten tainted in the blood of their comrades before mercilessly killing his enemies. It was how they began calling him "Fox Reaper" (which wasn't a nickname that Yuki liked), but he stuck with it anyway.

He spent another year in Anbu, before Minato's sacrifice. During that time, together with Kakashi, Yuki had been watching over him and his wife, Kushina, and their newborn child. Minato had teased him a few times to get a wife and kid too, which was very unsuccessful, but Yuki had found it endearing either way. Spending time with them had made Yuki's somewhat cold and unapproachable nature open up. Most thought Yuki was mute due to how little the Jonin talked, but with Kushina and Minato's help, he was slowly breaking out of his shell.

That was until they died.

With the village in pieces and unable to help his older brother and his wife, Yuki was faced with yet another loss that would haunt his dreams. Naruto, their child, was left alone and Yuki took it upon himself to take care of him. He approached the Hokage, Lord Third, and asked to be relieved of Anbu duties to take care of the child that was too small to take care of itself and Yuki was not about to let Minato's child grow up alone. The Third Hokage allowed him to be relieved from Anbu and instead take care of Naruto, though he still had to do missions, they were far from as time-consuming as Anbu missions.

During the passing year, Yuki went through a lot. He ended up using and frequenting the Flying Thunder God Technique a lot more and even managed to develop his Ninjutsu which spread itself through the village like wildfire. Earning himself yet another nickname, one that was far better than the previous one. "Onibi of Konoha" from both his teleportation and his newly developed Light Ninjutsu. The Third Hokage and others had during this time approached him on the subject of taking up students and becoming like Minato, having a team of his own, though Yuki had always declined as he never viewed himself as a good teacher, and he had never tried it before.

He should have known better when he got summoned by the Third Hokage to his office for non-mission related business. Minato had warned him; the old man was stubborn.

~ 18 years old ~ Chakra Nature- Earth ~

Biography​

The Nekozawa family was never very big nor prominent, living on the outskirts of Iwagakure, but close enough to be from the actual village. They were shinobi who specialized in Earth release jutsus, but that wasn't what put them apart. Similar to the Inuzuka clan, or the Aburame clan, the Nekozawa would use intelligent cats. These cats would specialize in sensing chakra and could be used in battle as a partner. Their real powers, however, were much more covert, being able to slip through shadows and spy on their enemies without a trace to be seen, all the while relaying the information to the one who is their partner.

This however caused the family to be mistrusted by most of the villagers, and for this reason they stayed on the outskirts of the village. As mentioned above, they were not a very large family, consisting of the matriarch Suzuna, her two sons Date and Chimon, both of who were married and with children. It was Chimon who betrayed Iwagakura, leaking information to Konohagakure about Iwagakure's movement. Unfortunately, he was caught, and so the family was slaughtered during the night by the Iwagakure ANBU. It was only luck and fortune on Date's side that he and his family had not been there that night, having been forewarned by a friend in the village.

The family remained in hiding for a good few years before finally being given secret asylum by the third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, as it was their ties with the hidden village that caused the rest of their family to be killed. However, by the advice of his peers, he made mention that the family would have to remain outside the actual village, at least until Konohagakure was familiar enough with the Nekozawa family. Date was pleased with this decision and so the family relocated.

Moriko was born in the first year of their relocation and grew up among the trees of Konohagakure. From the beginning her parents didn't hide what had happened to the rest of the Nekozawa, nor how her family was indebted to the Hokage for letting them live there. She attended the academy when she was old enough, but her mischievous attitude as well as being ostracized by her peers for her oddities left her struggling with her schooling. She ended up failing the academy more than a few times, yet, this didn't mean she was actually bad at jutsu. Her family didn't wish for their Earth jutsu or the Nekozawa family's techniques in particular to be forgotten, so there was a stringent practice even at home.

It was at age fifteen that Moriko finally graduated from the academy. Now that she was a Genin, it was time for her to be assigned to a team and a Jonin. Unfortunately for the Nekozawa family, the same mistrust they had to endure in Iwagakure was present at their new home. Whilst the Third Hokage and later the Fourth Hokage trusted the Nekozawa, the same couldn't be said for the rest of the village. The only missions Moriko would be sent on were those with her father Date, or her older brother Kira. She didn't care about the others, truth be told, though deep in her heart she wanted to prove to the rest of the village that she was just as much a shinobi of Konohagakure as they were.

And then came the events that lead to the attack of the Kyuubi on the village. In one cruel sweep of its paw, the house that the Nekozawa had lived in for seventeen years was destroyed along with a large patch of the forest. Date and his wife had already been killed whilst fighting the kyuubi, and now Kira was gone. Moriko was barely saved in time by her brother who had used the Rock Shelter jutsu on his little sister and her cat before meeting his fate.

In the aftermath of the attack, Nekozawa Date, his wife Asami and their son Kira were finally recognized by the whole village as shinobi of Konohagakure and honoured for their sacrifice. That did nothing to soothe the pain Moriko felt, now alone in the world save for her cat. She was given accommodation in the village and helped with the restoration and reparation of Konoha. It was a shock and welcomed surprise when she was finally assigned to what was known as Team 0.

Skills​

• I Spy- Using her cat as well as her earth techniques, Moriko is quite good at covert information gathering without garnering any attention her way.
• Twinkle Toes- Agile and nimble, Moriko moves quite like the cat she adores, making little to no sound when she moves about. Given she's a ninja, it comes in more than a little handy.
• Bull's Eye- Having lived in the forest for almost all of her life, Moriko is adept at hunting pray, normally killing her food in one swift shot of her kunai.

Abilities and Jutsu​

• Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu- allows the user to travel underground, undetectable to the enemy. The user can then grab the opponent and drag them down into the earth, leaving nothing but their head above ground and immobilizing them completely. (source- Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu)
• Earth Style: Hiding in Rock Justu- allows the user to camouflage themselves with the earth around and move freely through earth surfaces undetected. (source- Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique)
  
• Earth Style: Shadow Wall Jutsu- This is a more covert version of the above jutsu, allowing the user to merge into a walls to stay hidden. However, unlike the above jutsu, they are confined to that place.
• Earth Style: Earth Swim Jutsu- This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface. (source- Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique)
• Summoning Technique- With her summoning scroll and depending on her chakra and stamina, Moriko can potentially call a rather fearsome elemental feline name Kasha to her aid.

• Her cat, Kuro-chan. Moriko will not rest if something has happened to her feline friend.
• Her teammates and Sensei are something of a weakness as well, as they are the only ones she has any form of close contact with.

Name: Uzumaki Himari

Nickname/Title: The Ghost Pepper of Konoha

Age: Seventeen

Appearance: Himari is an average heightened young woman standing 5'6 with a slight, athletic build and not all as fragile as she may look. Her personality usually distracts others from any of her attractiveness, such as her soft features and pretty but flippant smile. Her hair is crimson red and long. Most times, she keeps it in a ponytail down her back or over her shoulder to keep it from getting in her way, along with hair clips for her bangs. While her eyes a sea green color, easily complimenting her hair, but burn passionately whenever she's angry or serious.
Ninja Clothing: Himari wears a blue, sleeveless qipao top and dark short navy black shorts with thigh-high stockings. Her shuriken holster on her left thigh. She also has gray elbow protectors and wears her hi-ate on her head. Sometimes, she will put on dark fingerless gloves when fighting.

Skills

Hand-to-Hand Combat - "Sometimes a good defence is just kicking ass!" Himari is quite the taijutsu master to put it lightly. Hand-to-hand combat is as easy as breathing air for Himari, in both offence and defence. Needless to say, she is more of an offence user. She's not just physically strong, but quick. When in a fist fight she is able to deflect moves and predict others with her fast eyes. She may be somewhat of a fighting genius, also incorporating her chakra into her attacks too.

Sealing - Fuinjutsu is basic knowledge to Himari. She carries many scrolls carrying many things and all kinds of mysteries. She is most knowledgeable in the techniques of her clan but does know others too. She can easily recognize, catch and open/break seals.

Sensory - Himari possesses a unique ability what they call the Mind's Eye Of the Kagura. Unlike most sensors, Himari is able to sense chakra barely making a conscious effort. This is her largest skill when it comes to tracking which she considers herself somewhat of an expert in.

Life Force and Chakra/Physical Prowess - As a direct descendant of the Uzumaki clan and even containing Senju blood, Himari's chakra is both strong and resilient, granting her tremendous chakra reserves and immense stamina. She has a remarkably powerful life-force and that inherit life-force also grants powerful healing capabilities, allowing her to mend wounds and regenerate quickly. Even more, by biting herself and consuming some of her chakra, her healing becomes instantaneous. Likewise, she can heal others by letting them bite her.

Jutsu

Chakra Nature(s): Water

Mind's Eye of the Kagura: By focusing and opening the mind's eye, Himari is able to find and track an individual's chakra over a vast distance that exceeds ten kilometres. By further focusing her chakra, she can extend this range to far greater distances. This ability also gives her the capability to perceive fluctuations in a person's chakra made when a person is lying or if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu. Also, by focusing on a particular chakra, she can perceive her target's movements and surrounding area with great detail. These sensory capabilities bless Himari with abilities that even surpass dōjutsu with comparable powers.

Adamantine Sealing Chains: This technique moulds the user's chakra into extremely durable chains which can be used for various purposes, such as directly combating or physically restraining their targets — foes even as powerful as a tailed beast. These chains could also be used to bind the chakra of a target, completely neutralising them.

Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique: The Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill.

Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique: The user shapes water into the form of a large shark and thrusting their hand forward, sends it hurtling towards the opponent at high-speeds, resulting in a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water shark to dramatically increase their swimming speed.

Water Release: Water Fang Bullet: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.

Standard shinobi equipment.

Scrolls: As a ninja who specializes in the fuinjutsu field, Himari carries many scrolls carrying different secrets and items on her. The most notable is a large scroll she carries on her back.

Chokuto Sword: Lastly, she has a chokuto sword. Most times, she does not carry it directly on her, but in an easily accessible scroll. It was a gift from her father that helps channel her chakra, though, she is still learning to use it with her chakra.

Weaknesses

Impulsive: Himari's impulsiveness goes hand and hand with her recklessness and can sometimes be stemmed from her short-temper. She is a girl of action and that often gets her into trouble on more than one account.

Selective Hearer: Himari isn't the best of listeners. And almost every time she does listen, she only hears what she wants to hear.

Insects: Bugs, insects, it matters not. She suffers from entomophobia after a horrendous and traumatizing experience with them. Needless to say, she has a hate for the Aburame clan, completely disgusted and freaked out by them.

Healing: While Himari is able to heal others with her own chakra, it's dangerous to use it more than once a day. And each time it leaves permanent scars from the biting.

Background

Himari was born to a leaf village "princess" and a survivor Uzumaki shinobi from Uzushiogakure. Her mother's status of being a not only a Senju, but the granddaughter of the first Hokage and sister to a Sannin put Himari in the limelight. With her famous heritage alone she had a lot of eyes on her and generally well-liked by many. And with her uncommon features such as her hair and her unique and abundant chakra, she was picked on by other kids and sometimes given strange looks by adults. It didn't dawn on her until later that the village did not approve of the match that was her parents, a foreigner and their respectable princess.

As a student, she fared well in her studies but was constantly given a hard time by her peers and teachers both. To top it off, Himari wasn't the brightest student and was often underestimated. She was more clever than they gave her credit for. At home, her studies continued, mostly with her father. He was determined not to let the teachings, techniques and culture of his village and their clan die. It was stressful to Himari, to say the least as she had gained mountain high expectations at school and at home. The pressure at home was worse though. She was more determined not to let her father down more than anything in spite of being so young she recognized her father's pain of losing his family and village. And she was special, after all, everyone kept saying so.

Things changed when her father returned from a mission with the village scorning him. He had gotten his entire squad killed because he had disobeyed orders and showed sympathy to the enemy. In doing that, their whole family was resented. While they didn't hate her mother too much, their contempt for Himari and her father was quite clear and open. They were practically ostracised and the only time they weren't treated like dirt was when they were with her mother. The treatment and bullying had taken its toll on Himari who violently defended her father's title and her own. Her grades plummeted and her social interactions had too.

Not long after, her father was reported to have gone rogue after stealing village secrets. Himari was just one of the many ninjas who went after him despite not a being a genuine ninja at the time. The shinobi were the ones to find him first after weeks, while they were able to hurt him he still escaped. Himari was the one to find him later or to be precise, his body wash up at the Valley of the End. His departure only left further criticism from the villagers. Nothing had changed for Himari, arguably it had gotten worse. Her mother became neglectful and the girl often spent time alone and with particular people, seeking to fill the empty hole. Sadly, some of these people had betrayed her trust. She began skipping school days here and there and came to disrespect the teachers who didn't even want her in their classes. Getting into fights was a common occurrence for her just as getting into trouble for beating up the kids half to death. She failed the academy twice for "trivial" things as she called it.

When the kyuubi attacked, Himari was ready to launch into action and help. The superiors forbade it and naturally, Himari went ahead anyway. She was able to help some villagers, but that was about it. Her mother was incapacitated during the attack and no longer able to be a ninja. This news didn't bring Himari any closer to her mother and instead made her more distanced, isolating herself from everyone still.

Needless to say, she wasn't exactly happy with the idea of finally being put in a team. Least of all team 0 with a shady sensei, a pussy cat and some fox boy.

17 Years of Age, Fire Chakra Nature Change


Skills
Handy fellow: Itsuki is quite skilled with Ninja tools, but in particular he knows his way around with steel wire.
Sleight of Hand: Useful for his many tricks, he's very deft with his hands, capable of pulling off many card tricks, picking pockets or unlocking doors without being noticed.
Field Fox: Itsuki seems to have a supernatural sensitivity to nature. He can communicate surprisingly well with animals and seems to have an extensive knowledge of plants and herbs. He's never more in his element than when in a forest or fields.
Genjutsu: Itsuki is particularly well versed in Genjutsu, capable of fooling nearly all 5 senses in a way so subtle, one might not even realize they're in a genjutsu.


Jutsu
Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique - The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in a straight line catching the enemy on fire.

Fire Release: Dragon Flame Song - The user expels fire from his mouth in the form of several dragon head-shaped fireballs.

Shadow Clone Jutsu: Your basic Shadow clone Jutsu. Physical clones are created of the user that vanquish after a single blow. the chakra used to form them is returned to the user, along with the experience and knowledge that clone has gained.

Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball: A large ball of fire is formed and expelled from the user's mouth or fire is sprayed similar to a flamethrower.

Summoning Jutsu: Itsuki summons Nagisa, a small grey fox that commonly sits upon his shoulder. The fox is capable of performing Wind Release: Vacuum Wave, something often used in conjunction with Itsuki's Fire Release.

History: Itsuki's clan, the Oinari, lived in a small town on the border between Kusagakure and the Land of Fire. The clan made their living from farming and selling rice, some of the best rice in the Land of Fire and even the Land of Earth. Despite being farmers, certain members of the clan did learn the ways of Shinobi, using special Hidan techniques despite not allying themselves with any of the Shinobi villages, for the most part. Sometimes they would be contracted by either the Land of Earth or Fire for specific jobs, but never did they take any that would result in choosing a side, something they saw as playing it safe but would ultimately end in their destruction.

The Third Shinobi World was brutal for both Iwagakure and Konohagakure, but even more so for the Oinari clan and the village they lived in. Caught between both Shinobi villages, Itsuki witnessed the war effects of the war first hand as a child. His father, the head of the clan, dictated that the Oinari would not choose a side, instead choosing to ceasing any business with either village except for the sale of rice. Unfortunately, Iwagakure ANBU tainted a shipment of rice to Konoha, resulting in the death of many Shinobi and civilians and incurring konoha's wrath.

Konoha responded by staging a military occupation of Itsuki's village, something Iwagakure expected and waited for, turning the village into a battlefield with the Oinari stuck in the middle. With no other option, the clan fought back against both sides, a losing battle but one better than sitting back and becoming casualties of war. By the time the smoke cleared and the battle was over, Konoha had claimed victory, forcing Iwakagure forces to retreat. The Oinari clan's numbers were reduced drastically, leaving only the head family alive, something Itsuki strongly resents both Konoha and Iwagakure for.

With the rice fields destroyed and their forces reduced, Itsuki's father made a plea to the Third Hokage to seek asylum behind the walls of Konoha, something Lord Third not only agreed to but granted them full citizenship of the leaf, a way to apologize for the plight of the Oinari.

Now living behind the walls of a village he was not fond of, Itsuki found himself getting into trouble quite a bit for playing pranks on other villagers, some malicious, some playful. It didn't help that Itsuki often found himself and his sisters picked on for being from outside the village, often called a pity case. Scolded by his father about forgetting the past and looking to the future, a future with the Leaf, Itsuki was placed in the Shinobi program as a way to help him see beyond his history.

When the Ninetails attacked, Itsuki's father was on the battlefield with Lord Third while Itsuki and his mother instead focused on rescuing as many civilians as they could, something troubling for Itsuki, yet something he could sympathize with. Yuuto would recognize the night as the moment the Oinari proved their loyalty to Konoha and earned the trust and love of the village, while Itsuki instead believes the village has simply turned their discrimination from the Oinari to the Uchiha.

A Genin now, Itsuki, along with two other Academy students, were the last scrapings in the bottom of the pot after Ninja teams were assigned. Lord Third, not willing to let such talent go to waste, assigned Itsuki with another Konoha refugee, Nekozawa Moriko, and Uzumaki Himari of the famed Uzumaki clan under a previous ANBU member turned Jonin. Their first meeting begins soon...

Okay guys, the IC is up and ready! Hope it's good :D

The crew will be meeting each other in depth for the first time under their new Jonin teacher, Namikaze Yuki, while being supervised by Lord Third, at least initially. They'll have the day to get to know each other but will quickly be handed off their first mission. Please, take your time with posts :D no rush.
