Uchiha get +5 Agility and an additional +5 Agility every Ninja and Letter Rank.Sharingan
-Sharingan level 1 is unlocked after near death experience, increases Agility by 5, Chakra Control by 10%, slows visual time for the user slightly. Shows 1 tomoe in eyes when active.
-Sharingan level 2 is unlocked after using Sharingan 10 times and a total amount of time active equal to 24 hours. Increases Agility by 10, Chakra control by 15%, visual time is slower then Level 1 and allows the user to see how chakra is molded when people are in vision range.
-Sharingan Level 3 is unlocked after using Sharingan 25 times and a total amount of time active equal to 72 hours. Increases Agility by 15, Chakra control by 20%, visual time is stopped almost to a standstill for the user, allows the user to see how chakra is molded and can copy others jutsu but cannot copy bloodline jutsu and cannot improve copied jutsu.
-Mangekyou Sharingan is unlocked after experiencing Great Sadness or Rage comparable to losing their closes loved one. Sharingan level 3 effects are active when activated. Gives the user a special Mental ability (IE, Genjutsu like Tsukiyomi) in right eye and a special Physical ability (IE, Ninjutsu like Amaterasu) in left eye, when using both eyes at the same time that player can activate Susanoo. Using Mangekyou Sharingans special abilities slowly deteriorates players eye sight at a rate of 1% blindness for every hour of use, evidenced by a trail of blood during use. Player can eventually go blind if they use Mangekyou Sharingan too much.
-Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is unlocked after taking another Uchihas eye and transplanting it into their own eye socket (50% Chance to fail without medical assistance/knowledge). Player then gains that Uchihas Mangekyou abilities (dependent on which eye/s were taken) and gain a new ability due to their Uchiha blood combining with the taken eyes Uchiha Blood. The possessors eye sight is repaired and improved and they can no longer go blind.
Susanoo
-Susanoo Level 1 A rib cage forms around the user that is extremely hard to break through.
-Susanoo Level 2 As level 1, but now possesses arms (amount up to Player, to a maximum of 6). Arms and hands are also exceedingly hard to break and have double the users base strength and speed.
-Susanoo Level 3 As level 2, but is now the entire skeletal upper body and also possesses their first Susanoo Weapon.
-Susanoo Level 4 As level 3, but now grows skin and muscle, alongside possessing both their First and Second Susanoo Weapon.
-Susanoo Level 5 (Only available with an active Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.) As level 4, except now it forms the entire body clad in armor that is extremely hard to break through, with the user inside its head. This form will also gain an Ultimate Susanoo Weapon.
A Susanoos 2 special weapons and 1 Ultimate Weapon cannot be the same as another persons Susanoo Weapons (Unless Stolen or Found (IE Itachi's Yata Mirror Shield).
All Sharingan are different, a player/character cannot have the same Mangekyou Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan Abilities as another player unless they have traded eyes! -
Senju get +5 Strength and an additional +5 Strength every Ninja and Letter Rank. All Senju clan members also have a 15% chance to unlock the Mokuton (Wood) element.-Mokuton Level 1 allows the user to use regular Wood techniques.
-Mokuton level 2 allows the user to use Life Wood techniques, which has healing properties.
-Mokuton Level 3 allows the user to use Chakra Sapping Wood techniques, which has Chakra Siphoning abilities.
-Mokuton Level 4 allows the user to use Bijuu Taming Wood, which has Bijuu Immobilizing, Weakening and Siphoning abilities.
-Senju Sage Mode, a user can learn how to use Senju Sage Mode if they have unlocked Mokuton. Senju Sage Mode allows the user to sense chakra, use Mokuton to a much larger degree, and can replenish their chakra reserves with Nature Chakra. If a user takes in too much Nature Chakra they turn into a large wooden tree. While active Senju Sage Mode also multiplies all of the users stats by 1.5. -
Uzumaki get +5 Stamina and an additional +5 Stamina every Ninja and Letter Rank. All Uzumaki also have increased lifespans (+25 years) and always look young no matter their age. Due to their massive life force, Uzumaki are also the only ones able to have Bijuu unsealed from them/sealed into them late without dying. Uzumaki also have a 1% chance to unlock the Rinnegan and a 3% chance to unlock it when experiencing the greatest Sadness/Depression in their life. A Rinnegan user can use all 5 Main Elements but no Sub-Elements. All Uzumaki also have massive chakra reserves, multiplying their Chakra Pool by 1.25.
Uzumaki also have a 15% chance to unlock the Adamantine Sealing Chains, a 75% chance to unlock the Uzumaki Sealing Method, a 25% chance to unlock the Uzumaki Healing Chakra, and a 25% chance to unlock the Uzumaki Sensory Ability.Rinnegan
The user's eyes dilate and turn a metallic silver/purple with dark lines circling the now black pupil. This is permanent, once turned on it can never be turned off again. Allows the user to use the 6 Paths of the Sage, Summon a massive statue called the Gedo Mazo which can absorb Bijuu at the cost of the Bijuu holders life and can summon black Chakra Rods from their body.
-6 Paths of the Sage-Deva Path the user can manipulate Attractive and Repulsive forces on Objects and People.
-6 Paths of the Sage-Asura Path allows the user to summon mechanized armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various mechanical weapons.
-6 Paths of the Sage-Human Path grants the user the ability to read the mind of any target by placing his hand on the target's head or chest. The user can then choose to kill the target by tearing out their soul.
-6 Paths of the Sage-Animal Path allows the user to sign multiple Summoning contracts (maximum of 3) along with being able to summon special Rinnegan Summons.

-6 Paths of the Sage-Preta Path allows the user to absorb chakra from Jutsu by placing an invisible chakra absorbing shield around their body, allowing them to replenish their own Chakra Reserves. The user can also drain chakra from people they're touching at a rate of 1% the targets chakra per second.
-6 Paths of the Sage-Naraka Path allows the user to summon the King of Hell to heal others completely, or interrogate others by grabbing their tongue, the user will then ask a question and when the target answers and if it's a lie then their tongue will get ripped out and they will die, if they answer truthfully than their tongue will be let go.
-7th Path allows the user to revive everyone that has died in the last hour at the cost of either losing their sight for a long period of time, or dying if they are low on chakra.
-Dead Body Possessing Technique lets the user stab Chakra Rods into dead bodies so long as the body hasn't decomposed at all, if successful the dead body will be alive once again and under the control of the user, the body will have the users Rinnegan, allowing the user to see through that bodies eyes, and will be given one of the users 6 Paths of the Sage abilities (like Naraka or Preta). Dead bodies also possess all of the skills and jutsu they had when they were alive. If a Dead Body has a Bijuu sealed into it, the sealing is successful no matter the circumstances and the dead body can utilize the Bijuu as if they were in a perfect partnership.
Adamantine Sealing Chains
If a user has at least 2 chains out, they can use them to cast Barrier jutsu. The more chains used, the stronger the barrier, with 10 chains being able to make a barrier so strong not even a Bijuu can break through it. All chains also possess the ability to seal Chakra while restraining someone/something, with 9 chains being enough to restrain the 9 Tails and seal its chakra with some difficulty, and 10 chains being to restrain the 9 tails and seal its chakra without any difficulty at all.
-Adamantine Sealing Chains Level 1 allows the user to summon a single chain.
-Adamantine Sealing Chains level 2 allows the user to summon up to 3 chains.
-Adamantine Sealing Chains level 3 allows the user to summon up to 6 chains.
-Adamantine Sealing Chains level 4 allows the user to summon up to 10 chains.
Uzumaki Sealing Method
The Uzumaki Sealing Method is a passive ability, allowing the possessor to learn Fuinjutsu at twice the speed then normal and allow them to create seals so complex they cannot be recreated by Non-Uzumaki. Uzumaki based Seals also take on an appearance similar to that of a swirl.
Uzumaki Healing Chakra
If a character possesses this ability, then roll for Potency. This cannot be used to extend someones lifespan.
-Potency level 1 passively multiplies the Healing for Healing Jutsu by 1.5.
-Potency level 2 passively doubles the Healing for Healing Jutsu.
-Potency level 3 does not increase the healing of healing jutsu. Instead it passively allows others to bite the possessor to consume their Chakra and heal (at a rate of 1-25% of the possessors Chakra per bite, with 25% often healing fatal injuries near instantly.)
-Potency Level 4 acts similar to Potency level 3, except all bites are at a rate of 1-5% of the possessors Chakra per bite, with 5% often healing fatal injuries near instantly.
Uzumaki Sensory Ability
The Uzumaki Sensory Ability is a active ability that, while active, allows the user to sense chakra signatures within a certain radius around them.
-Uzumaki Sensory Ability level 1 has a 50 foot radius.
-Uzumaki Sensory Ability level 2 has a 100 foot radius.
-Uzumaki Sensory Ability level 3 has a 200 foot radius.
-Uzumaki Sensory Ability level 4 has a 400 foot radius and the user can tell the intent of any chakra signatures detected within said radius.
-Uzumaki Sensory Ability level 5 has a 1,000 foot radius and the user can tell the intent of any chakra signatures detected within said radius. -
Nogitsune clan members gain 10% chakra control (IE. started with 100% chakra control, is now at 110%) and +3 Agility, alongside +10% Chakra Control and +3 Agility every Ninja and Letter Rank. Nogitsune clan members also have a 35% chance to be born with the Crimson Manipulation (Shinku Shokuno Sousa) bloodline. All Nogitsune clan members are characterized by red hair of varying shades; those with the Crimson Manipulation bloodline are also characterized by sharp teeth and by a birthmark somewhere on the body that takes the appearance of a deep scar as if from some sort of beast. Those with the bloodline are also prone to showing a liking for vampirism (the drinking of another's or their own blood).-Crimson Manipulation Level 1 users can control their own blood to the point where they can stop themselves from bleeding out, partially repress emotions when needed, and slow down poisons and other virulence in their bloodstream. They can also make the wounds they inflict on others bleed more profusely.
-Crimson Manipulation Level 2 users can heal their own wounds at a faster rate than normally possible and they can control their own and any spilled blood for use in jutsu as well as creating weapons, the latter also requiring hand seals to do so. Their blood is treated as water in these cases and is considered partially charged with chakra if it's their own, requiring less for the jutsu in question.
-Crimson Manipulation Level 3 users can control their enemies' blood and draw it out from their bodies through an open wound; the larger the wound, the more that can be drawn out. At this stage, the user can also make weapons from their own blood with no hand seals and purge their blood of any impurities
-Crimson Manipulation Level 4 users can manipulate blood into more elaborate constructs, like wings, though this requires hand seals to do so. At this stage, user can also leech other's blood to replenish their own chakra in small amounts.
-Crimson Manipulation Level 5 users can manipulate their enemies blood without an open wound, though the presence of one make them much stronger; effectively, this is similar to the Shadow Possession jutsu. -
Akimichi get +2 Strength and +3 Stamina, alongside an additional +2 Strength and +3 Stamina every Ninja and Letter Rank. Akimichi also gain Yang Release as an additional element to utilize their Expansion and Partial Expansion jutsu.-Yang Release Level 1 means the user gains the ability to use Partial Expansion Jutsu, but can only expand 1 part of their body.
-Yang Release level 2 means the user gains the ability to expand up to 3 parts of their body with Partial Expansion Jutsu.
-Yang Release Level 3 means the user gains the ability to use Expansion Jutsu, which allows them to expand any number of limbs.
Akimichi clan members have the ability to create and use the Pills of the Akimichi, which possess different effects depending on the pill.
-Green Spinach Pill turns 25% of the takers chakra into pure Strength and Speed. (Strength and Speed multiplied by 1.5 times but lose 25% chakra)
-Yellow Curry Pill turns 50% of the takers chakra into pure Strength, Speed, and Stamina. (Strength, Speed and Stamina are doubled but lose 50% chakra)
-Red Chili Pill turns 100% of the takers chakra into pure Strength, Speed, and Stamina. (Strength, Speed and Stamina are multiplied by 2.5 times, but lose 100% chakra, resulting in a high chance of death once it wears off if no medic-nin are present, the user can only last 10(+1 per 15 Stamina) rounds of combat.)
Taking the Red Chili Pill also results in Chakra Butterfly Wings, granting the user the ability to Glide and Fly. -
Aburame gain +3 Intelligence and +2 Finesse, alongside an additional +3 Intelligence and +2 Finesse every Ninja and Letter Rank. Aburame Clan Members also gain the ability to house Insects inside of their body via Tunnels created inside their skin and bones. If the Queen of whatever insect is inside them dies, then so too does the Aburame, via being eaten from the inside out.Aburame can only ever house 1 type of Insect inside their body. All Aburame start with the Kikaichu inside of their body. The Kikaichu however can be safely removed to make room for a new Hive of insects. This section will not list Levels of their bloodline but any known effects with different insects housing inside their body. The bugs listed below are known ones that Kikaichu have previously been switched for.
-Kikaichu: Can steal Chakra depending on how many are covering the person. (25%/50%/75%/100% of the body covered = 5%/10%/20%/30% Chakra taken every turn) Kikaichu can also eat a person alive instead of eating Chakra. Jutsu can be made for the Kikaichu.
-Bees: Can paralyze the person depending on how many are covering the person. (25%/50%/75%/100% of the body covered = 1/1/2/3 Turns Stunned) If the whole body is covered, the Host( The Aburame) can decide to kill the person covered instantly. Bee's can also create Honey from inside the body, negating the need for food, in exchange for collecting pollen.
-Black Ants: Can crush and carry any opponent depending on the amount of ants sent and the size of the person. Ant's can also Scavenge for food and replenish themselves quicker then other Insects if the Host is near any sources of ants (Ant Nests in Nature).

Kaguya also have a 50% chance to possess the Dead Bone Pulse bloodline.-Dead Bone Pulse Level 1 means the user can harden the bones inside of their body to the point of being as hard as steel if they concentrate.
-Dead Bone Pulse Level 2 means the user can manipulate their bones slightly by having them come out of their skin without feeling the pain.
-Dead Bone Pulse Level 3 means the user can manipulate their bones to a higher degree, allowing them to fire bones out of their body at high speeds and change the shape and density of their bones.
-Dead Bone Pule Level 4 means the user can eject bones out of their body and into the environment, creating exploding bone traps or manifesting large forests of bone.
-Dead Bone Pulse Level 5 means the user can use and manipulate their bones without using handseals. -
Hozuki gain +5 Finesse, alongside +5 Finesse every Ninja and Letter Rank. All Hozuki possess Water (Suiton) as their first element alongside the ability to turn their body into water. Hozuki can also control any bodies of water that they reside in to augment their physical form, though this still requires handseals. They can also still utilize Water Techniques as well, though this also requires handseals still. -
Hoshigaki gain +3 Speed and +2 Strength, alongside +3 Speed and +2 Strength every Ninja and Letter Rank. Hoshigaki possess the ability to turn into a Sea Monster Form, which causes them to turn into a sea creature + human hybrid (creature chosen by player.) They keep a humanoid bipedal shape in Sea Monster Form, but a large majority of their skin is replaced with scales, their hair is replaced by fins, and depending on the creature other abnormalities can appear. This form can only be assumed while in bodies of water, or drenched in water itself, and cannot be maintained for longer then 2 turns when these conditions are not met. Sea monster form doubles two stats of the players choice, but suffer additional damage from Lightning (Raiton) Jutsu.
Hoshigaki also have a 5% chance of gaining Ultimate Sea Monster, which causes them to permanently be in their Sea Monster Form, multiplies their Chakra by 1.25, and gets rid of their weakness to Lightning (as in, they're just as weak to Lightning as a normal shinobi).

Hebi gain +3 Finesse and +2 Agility, alongside +3 Finesse and +2 Agility every Ninja and Letter Rank. Hebi possess pale skin and snake like eyes. Hebi have special bodies, adapted to the use of poisons, allowing them to consume and inhale poisons without suffering from their effects, storing the poisons inside of their ability that they can then mix and reproduce to create various new poisons, jutsu and hazards for their enemies.-Poison Release Level 1 means the user can store up to 3 poisons inside of their body and use/mix them without suffering side effects.

Dark Release allows the user to absorb Jutsu, store them, and either fire them back at a target (can enhance it to make it stronger, at the cost of their own chakra) or absorb its chakra to replenish their own reserves. Only 1 jutsu can be stored at a time. Dark Release takes the form of 2 overlapping diamonds on the right hand palm.

Kurogaki also possess the ability to use NinTaijutsu, allowing them to fuse their Element/s with their Taijutsu.When a Kurogaki gains NinTaijutsu, they choose a single stat that gets doubled while covered in their element.
-NinTaijutsu Level 1 allows the user to cover a single part of their body in their element.
-NinTaijutsu Level 2 allows the user to cover their entire body in their element. The user also chooses a second stat that gets doubled.

Yotsuki gain +3 Finesse, +1 Strength and +1 Speed, alongside +3 Finesse, +1 Strength and +1 Speed every Ninja and Letter Rank. Yotsuki also begin 1 rank higher in Kenjutsu, regardless of the skills beginning rank (Except for S or S+), alongside beginning with the Cloud Sword Kenjutsu Style. Yotsuki also gain the ability to use Cloud Beheading Techniques, and are the only ones able to utilize said techniques. -
Hikari gain +30% Chakra Control and +30% Chakra Control every Ninja and Letter Rank. Hikari also possess Lightning Release and the ability to utilize Colored Lightning. Colored Lightning can take on any color, but there's only ever 1 Color for every Hikari clan member (no Hikari clan member can utilize 2 colors). These take the form of Tattoo's of that colors kanji. When a user casts a Lightning (Raiton) Technique they can choose to make it a Colored Lightning Technique instead, doubling it's effectiveness. -
Shiin gain +3 Intelligence and +10% Chakra Control, alongside +3 Intelligence and +10% Chakra Control every Ninja and Letter Rank. Shiin members possess special jutsu that allow them to completely erase a targets memories. These Jutsu allow them to target specific memories as well. -
Hyuga gain +3 Finesse and +2 Speed, alongside +3 Finesse and +2 Speed every Ninja and Letter Rank. Every Hyuga possesses the Byakugan and can utilize it as they like. The Byakugan, while active, grants the user 360 degree vision (with exception to an extremely small blind spot on the back of their neck), telescopic vision, the ability to see through objects and the ability to see the flow of Chakra alongside tenketsu in chakra possessing creatures' bodies within range. The Hyuga also practice a Taijutsu style called Gentle Fist that allows them to utilize their own chakra and the tenketsu of a targets body, to seal a targets chakra, eventually causing the target to pass out or even die in extreme cases (such as all 361 tenketsu being closes).-Byakugan level 1 has a radius of 5 feet.
-Byakugan level 2 has a radius of 50 feet.
-Byakugan level 3 has a radius of 150 feet.
-Byakugan level 4 has a radius of 1500 feet and the user no longer suffers from their blind spot.

Nanane also possess mouths on the palms of their hands, allowing them to utilize Bomb Release, creating bombs out of the Nanane's chosen Material that is then eaten but said mouths to create the bombs themselves.-Bomb Release level 1 means the user can make C1 bombs out of their special material and shape their bombs into basic shapes (like spheres and stars). The users bombs can only be as big as a human hand.

Inoshishi gain +3 Stamina and +2 Strength, alongside +3 Stamina and +2 Strength every Ninja and Letter Rank. All Inoshishi possess the ability to summon Boars, can't feel pain and can shrug off most attacks to rush into combat. -
Inuzuka gain +3 Speed and +2 Strength, alongside +3 Speed and +2 Strength every Ninja and Letter Rank. Inuzuka form special bonds with their ninja dogs (known as Ninken). An Inuzuka can form a bond with up to 3 different ninken, though this rarely happens. Inuzuka also produce a special soldier pill that, when consumed, increases their own and their ninkens stats by +10.-Ninken Bond level 1 allows the Inuzuka to do basic techniques in tandem with their ninken.
-Ninken Bond level 2 allows the Inuzuka utilize Man Beast Mimicry with their ninken for more advanced techniques.
-Ninken Bond level 3 allows the Inuzuka to utilize Man Beast Fusion techniques to take on a werewolf like form, increasing the effectiveness of their Ninken Techniques by 1.5 times and doubles Speed and Strength.
-Ninken Bond level 4 allows the Inuzuka to utilize Human Beast Mixture Transformation, fusing with their ninken into a massive, multi-headed wolf form, doubling the effectiveness of their ninken techniques. The more Ninken utilized in the Fusion (up to a max of 3) the larger the form and the more heads it possesses. This form doubles Speed, Strength and Stamina.

Bijuu Information
For all Bijuu, every Tail in Chakra Cloak gives +2 to all stats, but makes it harder to control yourself, resulting in a Control check to control it. Gaining Friendship allows you to go into any Chakra Cloak form without losing yourself, with the final Tail resulting in Bijuu Mode.

Grants the container the ability to use Blue Fire Release, alongside the ability to enhance any Fire techniques into Blue Fire techniques, doubling the jutsu's power. Gives the container Fire (Katon) as an additional element if they don't already have it. Chakra increased by +15,000. Finesse +4 and Agility +2 every Ninja and Letter Rank. Container can cover themselves with blue flames turning them into a Mini Matatabi. If container gains a 2nd tail Matatabi will form and take over.If container becomes friends with Matatabi they can create Blue Fire much easier and manipulate it to a far higher degree, able to control even the smallest of embers. Container will also be able to enter Bijuu Mode, in which the player decides its appearance and abilities, if I think the abilities are too strong than you must change them. The container can also allow Matatabi temporarily out of the seal, allowing the container and the Bijuu to fight together for a short amount of time. Grants the container the ability to use Coral Release. Gives the container Water (Suiton) as an additional element if they don't already have it. Chakra increased by +20,000. +4 Speed and +2 Stamina every Ninja and Letter Rank. Container can cover themselves in Coral and the Sanbi's shell for defense, alongside turning them into a Mini Isobu. If container gains 3rd tail Isobu will form and take over.If container becomes friends with Isobu they can create and manipulate coral with extreme ease, able to manipulate even the smallest molecule of coral. Container can also enter Bijuu mode, in which the player decides its appearance and abilities, if I think the abilities are too strong than you must change them. Rokubi, Six Tailed Slug, Saiken (Open)
Grants the container the ability to use Corrosive Release (Liquid or Gas, Liquid is sticky). Gives the container Water (Suiton) as an additional element if they don't already have it. Chakra Increased by +35,000. +4 Intelligence and +2 Knowledge every Letter and Ninja Rank. Container can cover themselves in sticky corrosive for a defensive boost, alongside turning them into a Mini Saiken. If Container gains 6th tail Saiken will form and take over.If container becomes friends with Saiken they can create and manipulate corrosive with extreme ease, able to even insert minute amounts of it into the air unnoticed. Container can also enter Bijuu mode, in which the player decides its appearance and abilities, if I think the abilities are too strong than you must change them. Container can allow Saiken out for a short amount of time, allowing the container and the Bijuu to fight together for a short amount of time. While in Bijuu Mode, +12 to all stats and 2 stats of the players choice are doubled. -
Nanabi, Seven Tailed Rhino Beetle, Chomei "Lucky Seven" (Taken)
Grants the container the ability to use Insect Release. Container can control and communicate with insects of any kind, though it's difficult to control insects under the control of a bloodline user (IE Aburame). Gives the container Wind (Futon) as an additional element if they don't already have it. Container can grow wings in order to fly. Chakra increased by +40,000. +4 Strength and +2 Speed every Ninja and Letter Rank. Container can cover themselves in insects and blinding powder, giving them an offensive and defensive boost, alongside turning them into a Mini Chomei. If container gains 7th tail Choumei will form and take over.If container becomes friends with Choumei they can control and communicate with any bug no matter it's origin or loyalty. Container can also enter Bijuu mode, in which the player decides its appearance and abilities, if I think the abilities are too strong than you must change them. Container can allow Choumei out for a short amount of time, allowing the container and the Bijuu to fight together for a short amount of time. While in Bijuu Mode, +14 to all stats and 2 stats of the players choice are doubled. -
Hachibi, Eight Tailed Ushi-Oni, Gyuki (Open)
Grants the container the ability to use Ink Release. Gives the container Lightning (Raiton) as an additional element if they don't already have it. Container can grow tentacles out of their body from any point. Chakra increased by +45,000. +4 Strength and +2 Finesse every Ninja and Letter Rank. Container can cover themselves in ink and tentacles, giving them an offensive and defensive boost, alongside turning them into a Mini Gyuki. If container gains 8th tail Gyuki will form and take over.If container becomes friends with Gyuki then they can create and manipulate ink with extreme ease, to the point of even being able to create living ink paintings to fight for them. Container can also enter Bijuu mode, in which the player decides its appearance and abilities, if I think the abilities are too strong than you must change them. Container can allow Gyuki out for a short amount of time, allowing the container and the Bijuu to fight together for a short amount of time. While in Bijuu Mode, +16 to all stats and 2 stats of the players choice are doubled. -
Kyuubi, Nine Tailed Fox, Kurama (Taken)
Grants the container advanced and rapid healing, allowing them to heal any wound in a matter of seconds or minutes depending on what the wound is and how severe it is (this does not mean that they cannot die however, it just means it's very difficult to kill them in general). Gives the container Fire (Katon) as an additional element if they don't already have it. Chakra increased by +50,000. +4 Speed, +1 Agility, and +1 Strength every Ninja and Letter Rank. Container can cover themselves in fire and flame, giving them an offensive and defensive boost, alongside turning them into a Mini Kurama. If container gains 9th tail Kurama will form and take over.If container becomes friends with Kurama then they can sense negative motions in a 1,000 foot radius. Container can also enter Bijuu mode, in which the player decides its appearance and abilities, if I think the abilities are too strong than you must change them. Container can allow Kurama out for a short amount of time, allowing the container and the Bijuu to fight together. While in Bijuu Mode, +18 to all stats and 2 stats of the players choice are doubled.

-If a Genin doesn't have a team or a master then they will only be able to do D ranks missions until they do.
-Genin can only go on C rank missions when their Master or Teacher/Sensei says that they are ready for one.
-Genin can only participate in the Chuunin Exams when they have completed a required amount of D Rank and C Rank missions dictated by their Kage and when their Master or Teacher/Sensei says that they are ready.

-Chuunin work as individual Ninja, meaning they can take Solo Missions and are likely to be put into teams with other Chuunin on a mission by mission basis.
-Chuunin can only go on B Rank missions if they are going in a 3 man team and a Jounin leader.
-Chuunin can go on C-Rank Missions Solo but are free to recruit other Chuunin if they like.
-Chuunin can only participate in the Jounin Exams when they have completed a required amount of C and B rank missions.
-Chuunin can and sometimes will Lead Genin Teams onto C and D Rank missions.

-Jounin are required to lead a squad of Genin until they become Chuunin at least once before they can retire.
-Jounin can apply for their village's ANBU or Hunting Nin squads.

-If a Jounin proves skilled enough by taking an Aptitude Skills Assessment then they will be permitted to go on S-Rank Missions.

-Kage can call a 6 Kage Summit if they are a Kage of one of the main 6 villages.
-If a Kage does not come to a Kage Summit when it is called that is considered a massive insult to the other Kages status and they will possibly wage war on you and your village.
-A Kage can go on any mission they like so long as they have someone to take their place temporarily.
-Kage are the only ones allowed to read their villages forbidden scroll. (All forbidden scrolls are currently empty)
-If you are the first kage of your village you can change everything about it ONE TIME. Afterwards you have to work to change anything about it.
-Kage can wage war, declare peace, form trade treaties, and create alliances so long as they have a good reason to do so.
-Kage can assimilate clans into their village by tracking down and recruiting/capturing Missing Nin with bloodlines.
-Kage can form their own councils (AKA Anbu Council, Civilian Council ect ect) in order to help manage a village, but anything the Kage decides the councils they create cannot over rule it, as he/she is the Kage and all villages are in an elective dictatorship and that will not change.

-Missing Nin can be killed by anyone and have their bounty turned in for money.
-Missing Nin can kill other Missing Nin for their bounty.
-A Missing Nin must be Kage Level in order to create a village.
-If a Missing Nin has 2 main villages Support or 3 minor villages support they can create their own village with himself/herself as the Kage.
-Any village a Missing Nin creates will start out as a minor village, with the Missing Nin that founded it choosing who the Kage of it will be. After doing so that Missing Nin is no longer considered a Missing Nin, but instead a member of that village.

-All Jinchuuriki start out as Genin.
-A Jinchuuriki may be hated/mistreated at their own village.
-A Jinchuuriki does not know about their Bijuu until a situation happens that reveals such information.

This are the ranges of how much Chakra your jutsu costs to cast/maintain. You'd put what you think would be an appropriate cost for it in the range given.
If a jutsu is an over time effect, use Cost to Maintain, if it has an immediate effect, use Cost to Cast.
