Do our characters know the Judas Institute is after them?

Also, should we start making character sheets?

Not necessarily since the Judas Institute makes sure to keep their operations under tight wraps. However, the Wonders and Curses knows that someone is hunting them, just not fully sure on who. Also, yes, you can make your characters now~
