Genre: Supernatural/Romance/Suspense
Summary: A young adult has just found out she has amazing abilities, but the downside of that has been having strange dreams. She shares the dreams with her father often, knowing he understands, but completely shocked when a certain dream comes up and all of a sudden her life turns upside down. The dreams foretell the sign of a prophecy her father tells her. She never thought she'd be involved in something this irrational, but once a stranger with a compelling aura suddenly enters her life, one who hasn't been particularly invited in, she realizes this prophecy must be fate.
Purpose/Goal: To fulfill a prophecy bestowed upon the protagonist.

Pre-Made Characters:
Mechanics: In this society, weaknesses and strengths affect different demons in different ways. Not every demon has a weakness to holy water or burning of bones. The general society of demons carry superstrength, possession, as well as magical and/or occult knowledge, depending on alignment. Some demons are a little more adept in their acquired abilities, rather than their natural abilities (which includes superstrength and possession) but every demon is different.
This includes, but not limited to, psychic energy manipulation, dark energy manipulation, telepathy, and clairvoyance.Those abilities are natural, manifesting at a young age, but nowhere underneath five years of age. In terms of abilities, create characters with abilities that adhere to your character's alliance with the demon society, be it corrupt or pure (not evil or good). Weaknesses are separated between each demon. Depending on a demon's alignment, corrupt or pure, different weaknesses will affect each one individually, or a specific demon could be immune to that weakness, if not listed.
Races:
Light Demons- These are basically the "pure" demons who fight off and kill the "corrupt" demons. They are virtuous creatures who protect humans and other demons of their kind, as well. Light Demons carry light magic knowledge with them, being taught since the age of four. Weaknesses are salt, iron, and exorcism (although possession isn't taught to be moral, so they're good so far). Light Demons are available for creation.
Dark Demons- The complete opposite of Light Demons. They are immoral creatures who like to go around and trash society, bringing in occult magic taught since the age of three, and their acquired abilities, manifested later on in their life, nowhere under five years old. Weaknesses include salt, iron, holy water, the burning of bones, and exorcism. They are available for creation.
Mystics- These are the original Demons. They are the ones who "created" the demon society. Mystics can be either moral or immoral, but when gathered together in Council for further discussions on society and politics, neutrality is practiced among each other. There are only five available for creation, Jeffrey Winters being one of the five, as well as Luna and Sartend. Message me if you want a position as a Mystic, and let me know if you have interest in creating one of the pre-made characters. Depending on whether the Mystic is corrupt or pure, they will share the same weaknesses with their fellow colleagues.
Hybrids- The rarest form of Demon, in terms of their population. Parents are (and always will be) a Mystic and Human. They are basically humans with supernatural abilities and a demon bloodline. Since Hybrids can be corrupt or pure, depending on their bloodline, determines what their weaknesses are. They are not available for creation at the moment, but will be later on. The only exception to creating a Hybrid right away is if you have an adept explanation/idea on how they will be involved in the roleplay and plot.
Remember, I want a mostly equal amount of Dark and Light Demons. Mystics are available for creation upon permission, and Hybrids are not available, unless given a reasonable explanation.
