This is a story of Conflict, of Heroes and Villains , of by gone youth and better days. Of hopes, dreams, sacrifice and at times necessary Evil. A Continuation of Legends new and conclusion of stories old.​

This is the third part in a series of two previous Boku no Hero Academia Rp's found here and here. This is a continuation of the second RP in which a villain in concert with a underground organization, manages to shake the very pillars of hero society and far off Future Japan in an AU setting. This story is the continuation of two PC centric groups that operate under different philosophies and must learn to come to understanding or maybe even come to blows against the other. The Hero Association and the Anti-Quirk counter terror Unit ANVIL. However machinations or misunderstandings are the least of their worries as they face off against the enigmatic group known simply as The Organization and a resurgent Yakuza threat. But even this is not all the forces of Good or at lease order face off against an assorted cast of villains ranging from the nonviolent and tricky, to the Criminally insane.

  • Set in the setting of BNHA, this is an alternate universe in which Allmight and Deku among others do not exist, or at least not in a capacity that you as the viewer would know. New heroes and new villains have risen. All for one and one for all are not things, quirks and do not reflect on the current history. This will also be addressed in the Q&A.

    Set around the stories of two former Class 1A's of the Prestigious UA Academy, this story continues with the 2nd Generation of characters, many of whom continue the legacy, genetic and otherwise of the Original class. Located in the first and 2nd link respectively. While at odds with one another at times it never developed to the point it has outside of the 2nd Generation. With their children in danger, prison breaks en masse and general helplessness to react to the situation, one given form by the will of Akio Kura, did that trust and those bonds fall apart.

    His constant assaults and a wish to Destroy Hero Society, to make a world in which the quirkless could live, would become a pawn in the sinister schemes of unknown task masters and his dream would be given form by those he had sought to destroy. Misoka Daichi. After the death of a Villain she was tasked to capture and hearing his final request, Misoka could only look on as her own child and those of her friends, of strangers and countrymen were crushed and threatened like they were nothing. She saw the wisdom in the parting words of Rintaro and in the brief discussion she had with Akio in the old subways of Tokyo after a failed capture attempt. Quirks could no longer be something that the Politicians could ignore, it could not be used to send school children to fight to the death against uncaring terrors.. And Scum like this who acted so brazenly could not be allowed to live. If Hero Society could not keep the peace, then she would.

    Such did the ANVIL initiative, Anti-Villain come to be. An Elite counter terrorism force made up of quirk users to handle the jobs that HA could not, either quickly or safely. But such an imitative was doomed to stall... Till the final efforts of the new class 1A were being rewarded on this day in May for all of their struggles and battles to this point, the political limelight they were forced into, even if it was for the political gain of another, things seemed calm. It was then that the Villain would play his final role. The Bloody Seventh. Numerous civilians, heroes, the Prime Minister and the Mayor of Tokyo would all fall to this attack. Though most of the Villains were captured or forced back, with Akio taking his own life, this was the final nail in opposition towards ANVIL. Faith in the police was at an all time low and HA was forced to finally allow for reforms, quirks were to be written into the laws and a new Era was to be born.

    However not all was peace. Prison breaks continue and weapons are being smuggled into Japan. The Yakuza have even sound the Drums of War and organized under the leadership of one Woman, to an extent one could scarcely imagine and never seen before in History. In the face of all of this Class 1A, old and new are on different sides, Misoka Daichi now heads ANVIL, but the unit seems to be slipping from it's original purpose and her grasp of control. Even as new Icons like public star Ayame Daichi and human wrecking ball Kanna Tanaka stands alongside others on recruitment posters, given the poor and often ignored rural areas a sense of hope.

    On the other side, you have the replacements for Gregori Yamagata, a man who sacrificed as much as he could to keep the blood thirsty investors at bay, leaving Allo Tamoyo and Kazuo Mizushima to fill his shoes, to steer, the former UA into a new direction as THE Hero Academy of the Hero Association. Popular in the Urban areas still by and large with it's cult like ratings board they must guide new rising stars like the venerable Chevalier and even the plucky upstart Gold Finger among many of their fellow classmen now hold the line, be it fame or trying to restore the faith of heroes.

    It is in this conflict, in which ANVIL and HA will have to find a new balance.. For if they do not all of Japan may fall to the self proclaimed "Empress." Not to mention other hidden forces and Agendas. But will such a thing be so simple? The Torch has been passed but can they keep it and unravel the hidden threat that lead so many to slaughter?


    ~~FACTIONS ~~


    In the Wake of Villain escapes, the reemergence of the Yakuza threat, Japan was met with a rapid and deadly rise of crime and a sudden influx of illegal arms. What started as one prison break and the release of dangerous Quirk using criminals soon became a full on wave of Terrorism and malcontent that Japanese Society and Police were ill equipped to deal with. The Police were found impotent and unable to deal with the more deadly of quirks and the Heroes were too spread thin. Seeing the truth to all of this, or rather the long term effects, Misoka Daichi led the call for an ANTI-VILLAIN task force. A couple of short months later, her pleas were being held up in the politics of the National Diet, even now Japan attempted to hold to its democratic principles, to the old slow ways. National Party members continued to court the Money and Prestige that was in the Hero Association. That was until the internal Terror attack called the Bloody Seventh in which large numbers of the Public and of the Japanese Government were wounded and killed during an award ceremony for the Students of UA Class 1A at that time...

    Japan would now rise to the challenge, but even so the halls of Democracy can turn but so fast and it would take nearly two years till the group was able to carry out its tasks.

    ANVIL's logo is a steel Anvil withstanding the joint blows of a lightning bolt and of a hammer, with the Crest of Japan engraved upon its face and two crossed Katana behind it. A bulwark of the Nation that would not yield and would do whatever it took to preserve the safety of Japan. It's fighting force is the Katanas forged in the fire of these times.

    Operating under the Ministry of Justice and in Cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, ANVIL is a public protection force which functions in the role of a State Police force, armed or containing combative quirk users within its formations, they unlike the HA are authorized with full law enforcement powers and the means to combat force in kind. Officially ANVIL tries to handle enforcement in more peaceful ways but they are authorized in certain situations to use lethal force without question. Towards this end the JSDF provides some of the Equipment that ANVIL uses.

    Being that ANVIL agents are paid civil servants wages and operate under mostly Police rankings they are not as well paid as their pro hero counterparts, are publicly known and have a "base" uniform. Typically ANVIL assault teams and Agents are afforded some liberty in personal gear and mission clothing that makes them stand out to a limited degree. ANVIL currently has a lukewarm relationship that borders on cold with HA given differing operational practices and philosophies.

    *ANVIL tends to operate as an anti-quirk force which while possessing some firepower tends to have rules on the deployment of it which can be more strict than sending in quirk users with permission to be lethal.


    With the closing of two of its Academy grounds and a third being absorbed into ANVIL and it's Recruit depots, the Hero Association would find itself on the back foot in the wake of the Bloody Seventh and the aftermath. Rather than throwing in the towel the Association readily agreed to the reforms handed down from Tokyo, the chief one being that no one under the age of 17 who did not have parental permission and finished High School could attend Hero Training.

    Another problem in the wake of the attacks were skittish investors and the warriness of dozens of Hero Agency offices which had no means to coordinate nor to protect themselves. To these ends Headmaster Gregori would take the battered Kazuo Mizushima and the eccentric Allo Tamoyo into his plot to save the UA.

    Together they would set about reforms bringing in capital, changing how heroes operated and bringing in the smaller training schools to make a venerable fortress, even if a super corporate skyscraper one. UA would become HA, Hero Academia of the Hero Association. Gregori in apologies for his former disgrace would step down from his post, with the board of directors naming Allo as Venture CEO and Kazuo as Academy Headmaster. The two would find other jobs landing on their plate within the new facility till more pros could be brought in. A new focus would be demanded, counting on performance and investment with the still nice portions of Urban Japan being seen as the fulcrum of operations.

    Today in the Modern Hero Academy, normal classroom curriculum is no longer part of the course outside of degree earning electives and heroes have gotten more used to working together to tackle the general crime and new Villain threat. Now HA most prove it still has value and worth, as more and more the chaotic situation in Japan has lead to it and the Agents of ANVIL stepping into one another's territory of operations or some in the HA not liking the existence of as they see it, a tyrannical ANVIL, just as much as the later sees them as incompetent corporate pawns.

    Today the HA has many of the daily necessities within it's compound that a Pro Hero could want, as billboards of the Top 10 seem to ever increasingly face off against ANVIL recruitment and propaganda signs. The now of the HA may for now lay in the hands of an uncaring business board, but it's past and it's future as always will lay in the hands and acts of it's Heroes.

    Born from backroom prison deals and the aftermath of the Great Summer Prison Break during the class 1A timeline, the UYS or The Yakuza as it is simply known is the results of the efforts of one Mikazuki Takanashi, "The Empress" as some call her. During the age of heroes and the Hero Association, the Yakuza was often caught off on the backfoot, with their public personas, office buildings, company pins and general demeanor, the Yakuza were easy targets for the new pro heroes to make a target of. Over the following decades the Yakuza was forced underground, it's activities constrained, lacking purpose and direction the Yakuza and it's dozens of Families, Branches and Clans could only look on with gnashed teeth cursing the heavens, cursing the Hero Association till one faithful day.

    During the hero days of Siberian Thunder a young teenage girl with a powerful quirk and a mean streak a mile wide came to lead a gang, claiming territory she would bit by bit come to the attention of a Local Yakuza Boss who took a direct interest in her, doubly so when he learned of the troubled youths past and origin, she was passed for succession to the Imperial Throne, though for what little that mattered in Democratic Japan, a sore chip that made her all the more violent and charismatic. She would climb the ranks to Captain and then through a coup become the head herself… That was not to last as Siberian Thunder would with a few others bust the Gang and help arrest all of its members, including her.

    The Violence however did not stop in prison, if anything it escalated massively. Her Yakuza clan quickly became infamous for arranged murders and assaults upon other prisoners and staff, forcing other Yakuza groups under her protective Umbrella. Her power and influence would continue to grow till the point she had privileges offered as "peace offerings" from the guards to keep the attacks from happening. By the time Akio's group led the massive breakout she was directly called "The Empress" and her Clan had more in common with the most vile of US and European Criminal Empires than that of the Yakuza.

    After her breakout and that of the remaining clan heads, the Empress had a meeting to "persuade" the other leaders, from her own prison and soon after others, that the times had changed. Should the Yakuza continue as it was, well… It would not survive. A few leaders willingly bowed and bent the knee, a few others did not and reacted in assorted ways, only to be gunned down or poisoned en masse. The Yakuza would really become THE Yakuza, united and with influence rivaling that of the Mafia. The Goals of the group and its newfound purpose was rather simple and another group was more than happy to arm them to this regard;

    Retaking all lost territory, restoration of the Imperial Mandate, re-emergence from the shadows and Revenge upon the Hero Association and the incompetent Ministers of Japan. With one simple command the path of the Yakuza became manifest;

    Let Fly the banners of old and carve forth a bloody path! For only in spilled blood can there be Honor! Only with Force can there be Respect! O'Japan, your Children who are lost and Shunned, come into the embrace of the one true Empress!

    And with this did the Yakuza become all the more Militarized and terroristic in its actions and purpose. The power of the fist and being flashy would no longer hold sway, the Yakuza would take up arms and sink in the shadows as needed, for all that matters is reclaiming what is theirs by right.

    The Organization is much as the name would suggestion, an Organization that arose with the first Quirks of Mankind. Simply put in conspiracy circles one would speak of hidden sects or secret societies then this is part of what they mean. Though it's talons are rather selective and the group acts on a principle of collective interests with a large degree of freedom. Among its members are politicians, industrialists, military officers, the rich and the eccentric. The Organization is by its very nature everywhere and nowhere, together and separate, it is known there is a council of shadowy backers who will show up in a rotating council, be it the true backers or proxies speaking from shadowy screens is unknown, typically consensus is reached by a Chairman who is known and who has changed hands many times over history.

    Typically The Organization will engage in services or the movement of resources on behalf of its members or to proxy organizations and causes in kind. Towards these ends and tying with the first quirk usages, a select few were quick to capitalize on mankind's new power, selecting puppets to act in accordance to the will of the Council and the Chairman, the Enforcers.

    Enforcers are selected from Children with Unique and battle suited quirks. Indoctrinated at an early age, taken from terrible situations or even purchased from the worst of slums, their origins are often one of pity and little value. These children are given the best of education and martial training, whilst also being indoctrinated within the Organization, coming to see it as their purpose, their family, their one truth, rather than mindless servants however, Enforcers are taught a variety of skills and are taught to accomplish their missions with their own skill set, with cooperative tasks being rare but of the utmost importance.

    Enforcers act as middlemen, negotiators and messengers for situations that the powerful or strange may want a hand in but cannot do so themselves. Enforcers are also called upon to be Assassins and Agents, using their skills to remove problematic "issues" that stand within the Organizations way, be they reporters, crime lords, politicians and even heroes. Overall not even the Enforcers know who is fully in control and the groups numbers are unknown with its purpose and goals being in flux and at the whims of the situation before them. The Enforcers are also as strange and varied in means and talents, only unified by a common upbringing and via having spilled the blood of others.

    For it is the Will of the Few, the calling of the powerful or the mad. It is not made for one, but for the few of the many, hence it's simple name that lacks any meaning within it.

    That is The Organization. The Collective will of the anonymous cells that make the whole of a Body.

    5. This RP makes heavy use of Collabs. If you don't know what a collab is you might not want to join. A collab is a series of short posts we carryout in Google Docs typically.
    6. No Drama in the OOC, debate is fair game. The ooc is on Discord, you may ask questions in this one but I REALLY would prefer if you DM'd me or one of the co-gm's. You will be given the discord link upon approval.
    7. This RP is obviously violent, if that isn't your thing, do you even know what bnha is?
    8. You are allowed as many PC's as you like though two is what I would suggest. If one falls into disuse then I can and will do with them as I please. Bare this in mind, it's not to punish you, but to keep you invested in a PC.

    A: Typically unless that death serves a purpose I will transfer them out.

    Q: This seems harsh to new people, why should normal members decide my sheet?
    A: This RP has had an ending, something rare on Iwaku, we lost half our number along the way and most of our players that stayed have been here for nearly a year. I owe it to them to not allow all of their work to be dismissed casually and I will strive to see this RP through to the end, I would like for you to come along, I would like to see you become invested.

    Q: Why Collabs?
    A: We found them to work with crazy timezones and for short replies and battles. We also have an ooc section on discord to post more "casual" interactions, typically we work in a "story arc" then a "down time arc" one is for story and battle, the other for relationship development. Because of time constraints Collabs may be encouraged for some.

    Q: What is the more "detailed" differences between ANVIL and HA?
    A: ANVIL is Civil Servants, part of the normal Police under the Justice Ministry and thus have more "simple" costumes and operate on name, typically they aim to capture dangerous Quirk Users alive but have the Authority to kill them. HA is pretty much like in the show, they get more perks, better pay and often better gear and of course hero names.

    OOC wise ANVIL has ranks while UA has hero board raitings. In the former case this will mostly be used for GM instruction purposes and flavor text, in the barracks or on the field you can be as casual as you like with an officer, but in Public settings, like with the Media it is discouraged, while higher hero ratings equals more pay an IC influence.

    Q: Should I be ANVIL or HA?
    A: We are mostly even so pick what you like, if the numbers become lopsided this will change.

    Q: When will sheets be expected by?
    A: By the 20th at the latest, I would much rather before then.

    Q: How do Collabs work in regards to the RP posting speed?
    A: Collabs are expected to be done in a speedy manner, but it is not unusual for them to take up to two weeks or longer in some cases, while I want to avoid the later, during these times you normal posting does not apply, though if you only responded to them a couple of times a week there will be issue taken with it.

  • Quirk Name: Tranquil Fury

    Quirk Type: Transformation-Mutation

    Quirk Description: Kanna has aspects of her mother's quirk, Bleeding Fury, which allowed her own and the blood of others to supercharge her through combat or physical stress. In the case of Kanna, she can slip into a battle Frenzy state in which she she can call upon this blood based enhancement that infects her very cells. Simply with the act of breathing or living her blood constantly promotes a sense of rage within her body, working it's way into various cells and muscles. For her and her mother this can lead to a Berserker like rage and until the body is used to the full power of the quirk it is not unknown for one to break their bones till they adapt, with the quirk also recovering damaged internals fairly quickly. Additionally an aura of sorts seems to bleed from them. The sheer force of the blood promotes a near demonic like transformation in it's full state, and the Aura is often just the might or mental effects of the quirk leaving the body in a manner, excess particles of the blood that is the quirk cells in release, having taken hold of the user to the point it leaks out, corrupting them bit by bit.

    Her father on the other hand had Tranquil Combat, allowing him to fight with swift and precise movements and to calm the fury of others passively. She has gained a portion of this allowing her to strive off the madness for a longer time than her mother and with a more precise control of the formers ability. That is not to say she is not immune to it's effects in full. This Superhuman feat of strength is no laughing matter, while still not as strong as her mother, Kanna has massive power and scarilly yet, room to grow and may soon reach her. She's able to withstand light small arms fire and shrapnel with her impressive durability and her pure physical strength can be matched by few, she has a torque force rated at 39 tons.



    Quirk Weakness:
    Because of this Kanna is often held back by herself, fearful of her power, not a fact she speaks of openly. Currently she is able to bring down some buildings or lift and throw a car or truck in her "normal" state. Her ability to Regenerate isn't instant and takes some time depending on the seriousness of the wound, though the body will prioritize some areas over others. As a result this leads to her scars, in addition her powers are more constrained in deep cold. She has partially compensated for this weakness in her gear choice, though because of events on the Bloody Seventh and her two years in HA had a profound impact on Kanna's psyche. Given this she has more of a desire for violence, if not bloodshed. Maintaining she is still acting for the good of the people, she can be caught in a frenzy.

    Medical kit with serum to treat wounds
    Ceremonial Kit, holy water and prayer talismans chiefly.
    Guantlets: A pair of metal bracers to reinforce her punches, a gift from her HA days. She has moddified them slightly from those days.

    Personality: Kanna's personality has shifted a little from her first introduction to her fellows. Still polite, mature and mostly calm, one could say kind to others in her dealings. Kanna has became more of a stern motherly figure than a big sister to those around her. Her animalistic aura still shines through, though the nature of a Circus bear has became much more cold and tempered. Zealous in her views and beliefes she has thrown away much of her pretense and aloofness towards societal issues in general and hero society in particular.

    Still a Shinto Priestess, she is still a valuable source of guidance and surprisingly kindness. Performing rites for the local ANVIL Units and taking a "Never ask anyone to do what I will not." she has became a hit with many of the rank and file, a figure for ANVIL. For where the Miko goes divine judgement is sure to follow. More steady in her judgements it could be said she is not as forgiving as she once was. While not a down and out killer persee, she is noted for her use of force.

    Generally it is not a good idea to anger her, though what triggers that anger has became more difficult to pinpoint. Akin to a relentless force, she is dogged in her pursuits. On the front of her wisdom or knowing others, it could be said her views of others has became more cynical, she still believes people can be fundamentally "good" but a forceful hand may be needed in times such as these. It is of little surprise she also happens to enjoy being said hand and readily takes the lead in breaches or with kill orders.

    Background:

    Daughter of renowned, or rather formerly renowned terrorist Ayai Shakushain and Shinto Warrior Priest Ota Tanaka she is the eldest daughter of the pair. She knows the truth of her mother and tries to use it in her judgements of those around her in the present. Growing up in a simple happy family, they lived primarily off of limited agriculture in a family that was rather heavy handed in it's punishments and play. While not having much they were happy and made their living helping the nearby villages with both labor and defense.

    Over the course of these years, Kanna would figure out, learn and question much about her mother as she fought her own inner demons, reaching out to Misoka Daichi, the "People's Hero" a series of events would lead to a pardon from her mother in exchange for cooperation and the young Kanna would be inducted into the UA Facility after a brief stay with Misoka and her family, where she was warmly accepted. However not all went to plan with the UA.

    After constant attacks, seeing many innocents hurt, training with Japan's former number 1, Kanna would start to wander someplace darker... Someplace that was a curious mix of her religious fervor and the darker aspects of her family. Disillusioned with Hero Society, the work of heroes and having an understanding of the factors in play, she was a supporter of ANVIL from the very start. Coasting through the rest of her time in UA, she became one of the first shock troopers of the State Police force. With faith and Zeal she quickly climbed the ranks, though problems with her...personality has limited her current placement in command and she relies heavily on Ayame, as the other does on her. Somewhat upset about a few of the new recruits they got in, she is mostly passive for now, though highly nationalistic and militant in her aims.

    Relationships:


    Ayami Daichi: The pair remain good friends and have a strong working relationship, though Ayame had passed her in rank by quiet a bit. At times Kanna doesn't take kindly to being called to stand down and the other's timid nature, it has not not rocked the boat with them too much however given the space they give one another, or have placed upon them by others.

    Yosuke Yubiki: Since their UA days relations have simmered greatly, Kanna has little respect for the pro and he has quirk envy and a general dislike for her, given her status within ANVIL

    Heisuke: The pair have had little contact over the time the last nearly three years. The two aren't on hostile terms yet but it would not be correct to say they are on friendly terms either.

    Amaris: Kanna is as Amaris herself may put it professionally friendly with her and the two seem to see eye to eye on the current job, outranking her slightly she tends to not use it against her at least. Kanna will still speak with her as she did in their UA days.

    Takumi: The pair spar often enough and Kanna considers him an example of people who can change their ways

    Shiori: Tends to not mind her at all, nor to find her scary, looks out for her Junior when and where she can.

    Charlotte: Given where the two stand, they have grown apart over their time apart, however there seems to be a lingering awkwardness between the pair, which has existed ever since the UA sports Festival.

    Aurora: The two remain cordially enough and are known to spar time to time. Just like Aurora when on the job Kanna does not seek her out, the two have clashing ideals and are more likely to speak on mundane matters during the few times they meet.

    Fuyuki: Rather dislikes the girl, finding her delusions to be angering. Secretly hopes this one pushes things too far.

    Ryushi: Finds him to be a rather reliable person, always professional with him, she tends to treat him as she does most others in the Unit, sadly this has often been better than his own legal kin.

    Jet: The pair have grown distant and rarely have contact with one another, while on "polite" terms, she does not consider him a friend past in the same way most city folk seem too.

    Mimi: Kanna is somewhat concerned about her friend, but so far she works hard and marches on, Kanna respects that and until the other shows signs of needing help she's content to let work busy they heart and mind of Mimi.

    Masaru: Kanna had little dealings with him in class and even less now, she remembers and knows him as a classmate but has not been actively following his path up in the world but in passing.

    Infenri: The two have a bit of a history but are just now newly acquainted, how this will play out is anyone's guess.

    Saizo: Only knows him in passing, so far he seems to keep to himself as far as ANVIL is concerned.

    Ichirou: Mostly stays on "correct" terms with him, the passing interest she had in before is gone fully, other than this she wonders how things with Adelaide will end up for them.

    Cupie: Their relationship is mostly the same as it was in UA, Kanna considers her an ally but worries about the girl's family life.

    Octavia: The two have little to do with one another, though that is no change from their UA days. In this case her status as an HA hero and icon of questionable side hobbies has dimmed the Miko's view of her.

    Shunsuke: Kanna keeps a pretty dethatched and well mannered mindset towards him for the sake of Cupie but has not went out of her way to meet with him, minus what few times members of the class might gather.

    Isamu: Given the teams they are on and lack of contact in the past and present, this situation has continued to devolve.

    Adelaide: The pair get along well, though Kanna outranks her friend by a bit, hopefully this year with paperwork largely taken care of she'll progress a bit. She wonders about the relationship of this one as well and if her heart is really into it all, a concern that Kanna has not voiced.

    Airi: The two have something of an understanding on the job to be done, but in many ways their personalities and willingness to use force is like night and day. Given this and Airi's penchant for being fairly rude and crude in her speech has led to her becoming something of a low flying star in the eyes of the public and likely of Kanna as well. That being said the two will willingly spar a bit though Kanna tends to make remarks on the other's clothing.

    Kurogane: Kanna can smell where he is from so to speak, much like with his sister she has no opinion on him as of yet, though to his plus, the pair don't have a lingering death match between them to muddle up the waters.

    Quirk Description: Ayame has excellent Night Vision, great climbing skills, an Immunity towards cold, Mountain Adaptation, and Claw Retraction. She is able to climb trees and endure enormous pressure or to survive in low oxygen environments. Her body retains heat rather well and she has an uncanny balance and ability to scale walls and trees. Much as her name and appearance sake would suggest. Excellent swimmer and snowboarder.

    Her claws are hidden under her fingernails and can retract by her own will, each are razor sharp and can be held equal to lighter metals, as is the case with many animals. Though the key in their strength lies within her own grip and the density of each claw, making her ability to climb on walls or trees to be rather easy, overall each claw is around two inches long.

    Evolving her quirk to the point that a new name was needed, Ayame can make three illusion based clones to drink and influence the thoughts and perceptions of her enemies, during her final year at UA, she was able to learn to make two physically interactable clones. More like mannequins they are far from perfect, but unlike her illusion clones, they share her base apperance and can borrow weapons from her to enter into combat. While able to take a few hits they aren't as durable as she is.


    Quirk Weakness: Ayame is lacking in raw strength and has to count on gear or tactics to tip the balance. Lacking Super Strength, speed or endurance, she is well balanced in abilties overall but not specialized like most of her former class. Her mental copies are perfect looking but cannot survive a hit, on the other hand her physical clones can take a few blows and work well with her, but the difference is readily noticed. Other than the areas in which she is strong, Ayame is a bit lazy and hates the heat, which seems to sap her performance.

    Personality: Ayame has changed from her earlier days, with her timid nature tempered by the flames of conflict, of rage and of powerlessness. Her losses carried a grave burden and the situation of the Bloody Seventh disturbed her greatly. Still preferring a dress in a casual setting, she has taken a liking to her outfit.

    Still sly and tricky in her mannerisms, Ayame could be said to be a curiously rare case of clever and lazy. With the nerves and clarity, as if to go back to that day with Jet, she accepts the responsibility and the sadness of the choices she must make, leading her to be much more careful and vocal about what ANVIL is and should be. With this burden upon her small shoulders, Ayame tries to keep communication with the HA open and weighs the choices of life and death before her, as she uses Kanna as her arms in her goals of protecting Japan. Surprisingly Ayame has been promoted ahead of her fellows and often is spoken of as a leash holder but some of her comrades in other units.

    Still good hearted and kind, Ayame wrestles with her new duties and attempts to take on more as she studies for officer promotion. To most she seems like a capable leader, if not lazy and cowardly, inwardly however she is driven by her failures and the events that led to the Bloody Seventh and a desire to erase the evils that the HA could not. In her past she might have napped and been lazy out of a hate of the heat and laziness, even now this is still partly true, but it is also as she is exhausted at times. She is still given to observing others and in keeping with her early UA days, in gaining information on things and others. Because of this Ayame may still bend the rules or creatively goes around them, she somehow keeps up on the paperwork, though her reports are always exceptionally brief.

    Background: The eldest of Misoka and Isamu Daichi, Ayame had a fairly active childhood, being moved from town to town, city to city. It was there that she learned how to behave around strangers, to notice those who would be dangerous and those who could be manipulated with the cuteness of youth. Following in the footsteps of her parents, Ayame would attend UA in her search for justice. Though with some reluctance on the part of her mother.

    With no real record and a clean school history, it would come to be a surprise among what few who learned of it, just how well she was at lock picking and learning the details of all her classmates. Not fully trusting them much as her mother was during her own UA stint. This would be to her benefit in a few cases, such as finding lost items or learning the likes of others, though she never found the dirt she was looking for, trusting her classmates with time. Prior to the events of the Bloody Seventh, she was already demoralized by her fight with Calvert. The Seventh however, that pushed her all the way towards her mother and Kanna's camp. That being the nearly two dozen people that were killed by Kiyoshi Tetsuya, who's live was spared and saved by her classmate Jet. It was then she reached her decision, because she could look at them as people, rather than Jet, going on about the hunt, that she was more suited to deciding things like this than he.

    Attending some basic courses to reach officer status, Ayame can work surprisingly hard, her rise through the ranks can be contributed to her mother by those not in the know. While those who know her mother would see that would not be the case at all. Either way she struggles and continues to advance, though she may get lazy a time or two. Currently she serves in ANVIL and tries to keep communication open with the HA, though it does not seem she has a grander plan, other than to keep the situation from worsening, time will tell the truth to that.

    Kanna Tanaka: On good terms with her old friend, she often tries to try more peaceful means which are at Odd with her bulldozer partner. The two often cover for the weakness the other has and to play off their strengths when they work together. She however worries that one day Kanna may disregard her orders, given Ayame herself tends to creatively carry out her own.

    Yosuke Yubiki: She tries to keep some lines of communication open to him and the others within Class 1A to try and improve the situation they all face. He often uses her to gain some information on the classmates he would rather not speak to, it is a fairly professional relationship.

    Heisuke: Ayame knows Heisuke rather well from their casual training sessions, she can be said to try keeping good ties with him.

    Amaris: Ayame still considers Amaris a friend and tries to watch out for her as she does for Kanna, Ayame does get annoyed at the Kibble offers and petting attempts, she's not above assigning labor duties to the other.

    Takumi: Is on Ayame's good side as well, she tends to think of him as a dog at times. She treats him like most of her friends though she rather hates how he teases her with remarks on "true pandas".

    Shiori: Thinks the girl is sweet, if not a little bit creepy, Ayame tends to treat her well, thinks of her as one that would likely enjoy being given pets than trying to pet her.

    Charlotte: Their relationship may not be as good as it once was, but Ayame is still friendly to her, just as the other still tries to pet her.

    Aurora: Professional and friendly, much like Kanna, Ayame tries to avoid her when working.

    Fuyuki: Tries to be friendly with her, but can tell easily enough the other doesn't like her. At some point Ayame just stopped carrying most pretense with the girl and suspects she may be a headache one day.

    Ryushi: Actually approves of him rather highly, if only as he respects her and treats her like a person rather than an animal to be petted. Though she outranks him by a great deal she still listens to his advice or asks his thoughts in regards to his old work and how it's became more and more of use in ANVIL's current activities.

    Jet: Relations with the two have deteriorated rapidly, she considers him a likely source of concern in regards to ANVIL, she doesn't outright seek to antagonize him nor to patch things up.

    Mimi: Ayame is rather concerned for Mimi as she works way too hard, though she likes her help and the treats, she does wish to help the girl, they currently have a good friendship at least and Ayame isn't unknown to help her in the kitchen with sweets.

    Masaru: Ayame has with most of 1A tried to keep a friendly relationship with him, she has met him socially a time or two since class ended but tries to keep both of their work out of it, given his personality at times such meetings are cut short at times.

    Infenri: Ayame does not know the girl at all, but was told a bit from her mother in regards to the siblings arrangement, she hopes to help her out a bit and if need be to prevent a flare up with Kanna.

    Saizo: Ayame doesn't really know him short of in passing, he seems friendly enough towards ANVIL, so likely won't be a problem.

    Ichirou: The two keep some contact with one another, though it's nature is the same as with many of her friends

    Cupie: Ayame tends to get along well enough with Cupie and tries to support her, though she worries about her friend time to time.

    Octavia: Ayame has tried keeping in contact with her, but between work and down time, or Octavia's shows, it has not been very often but they seem to get along well enough.

    Shunsuke: Ayame still talks to him time to time, but its less than in UA times, given her ties with Cupie as commander and work partner, Ayame tries to keep things polite with Shun.

    Isamu: The two had their rocky times, more so over the false Pandas as she calls the Greater Panda, even now she holds a grudge about that, though here lately it could be said the friendship between them has became rather strained.

    Adelaide: Ayame tries to help out Adelaide when she can, while class 1A was at the center of all of this, she had a personal stake in it. So far the two are on good terms.

    Airi: Ayame worries about the other, as long as she continues to act this way she would move up highly. But maybe that's what she wants? Or so Ayame reasons. For now she just watches Airi, mostly from afar least the girl wants something or the two have a chance to talk.

    Kurogane: Ayame is fully aware of who he is to the same extent of his sister and why he is here. She assumes her mother had a good reason to offer what she did, for now all she can do is greet him the same as anyone else and see where that takes them.

Position/Faction: Commissioner General of ANVIL

Background: Shaped by her own days as a student and hero, Misoka seems more like the sort that has taken shape around the events that happen to her, rather than to devise them, save for one very recent one. The events surrounding the future Class 1A forced her hand, it was to protect her own daughter, the class, or the students of UA, she chose the later time and time again, though the attacks on her daughter, seemingly never proving a rise out of the woman, did infact provoke her towards action. The Death of former Policeman turned villain Rintaro had provided her with much information, and the repeated attacks on her daughter and all of Class 1A drove her to the consideration of a new option, one that Akio locked in stone with the brief meeting they had.

The creation of ANVIL and the anti-terror mission, typically staying in her HQ her family is afforded a security detachment at all times, apart from Ayame that is. With the highest rank in ANVIL as it's founder, the woman often wears a uniform and it's not unusual for her to be called to the Diet of the Ministry of Justice to report on ANVIL activities or to take on new orders.

Personality: Already made cautions and devious, the still good natured and dark humored woman continues to protect Japan as she did in her former hero days. Misoka's forgiving nature however has largely went to ground. She keeps much to herself and promotes off of merit, believing firmly in the Mission of her group. However always the loyal servant, Misoka has allowed the purpose of ANVIL to waver with the dictates of the Ministry of Justice. With the recent problems plaguing the nation and the need of ANVIL to take on more and more tasks, she's been spending more time as the leader her rank demands than actually in the field. As tensions rise with the HA she has readied one final plan should they come to blows..

One of two at least, always the plotting one and willing to send her own kin into battle, any that suspect her of corruption would be wrong, any that think she is in total control may be even more so.

Overall she is still a demanding if not fair commander, that still keeps much to herself, not able or willing to trust anyone fully, stuck in her paperwork she seems tired and busy.

Quirk: Dullahan's reach
Quirk Type: Emitter/Mutant

Description: The final version of Misoka's quirk, in it's normal state she was able to move detached parts of her body and move them via biological telekinesis. Or rather it was a combination of biological regeneration and telekinesis, combined that she poorly understood till her second near death experience at the hands of a Green haired terrorist. In it's active form, Misoka can create hovering replicas of her arms, head and legs to move with her "will-o-the-wisp" and bludgeon a foe. In practice this is mostly her heads and hands, able to collect information from them she can watch a fairly large area and given the isolation of parts she feels very little from them being damaged. She has been shown to control up to 9 heads within a 100 yard radius, with around 10 hands or and odd mix of parts as she hovers above the battlefield with her hands spread. Given the nature of her quirk this teacher is highly resilient to physical force and while not amazingly strong, the effects of her personal telekinesis should not be underestimated given it's ability to propel her parts at a foe with considerable speed. Working almost like a central computer center in the movements of her limbs and core, it is possible to defeat her but not a simple task.

While her classmates doubted the effectiveness of willpower. tactics and brute force, Misoka has made surprising use of her quirk in her adventure as a hero, ones that are not always or even often so direct.

    Quirk Description: Charlotte's quirk is a hybrid of her mother's X-ray vision quirk and her father's minor telekinesis quirk. She is capable of utilizing both to varying degrees, though often it is the situation that limits her use. Charlotte is capable of gazing through objects and people. This can be as basic as looking through a wall or trying to sneak a peek at what is in someone's back pocket. Unfortunately, the trickier what she's attempting to take a look at is, the more concentration is required from her. Distance follows the same disadvantage; seeing through the wall of the next room and moving a desk around is far less strenuous than trying to see several rooms down. Furthermore her x-ray is limited by her actual eye sight; even if she can see a room three doors down, she can't spot what a normal person can't. For her telekinesis, Charlotte is only truly limited by the size, weight and number of items she's trying to manipulate. The greater each is, the larger the strain and more difficult to use them freely, though Charlotte has come a long way in what she can handle.

    Namely, Charlotte has little problem with the movement of things or people. As mentioned before she's only really strained by the number or weight, and have increased both caps quite a bit during her schooling. She can fly herself using her quirk in the same manner as well, though it isn't so much flying as moving herself with her quirk. Charlotte likely isn't as fast as others who naturally fly, but is probably more maneuverable in the air. She can also apply force in pushing or pulling motions, and with enough concentration has been shown to break interrogation room reinforced doors as well as topple dilapidated structures. Her quirk has been described as an extra "grasp" and as such, she has used this to aid in defenses. While she hasn't figured out how to create a barrier, she can "take hold" of an opponent and feel them to predict their next action, allowing her to more easily evade or react.

    Personality: Charlotte in many ways resembles the fairies in mythos. Cute, small, and perhaps too bright for her own good, yet also mischievous and playful. She's calmed down a bit in regard to her pranks over the years, having found a significant other to take up her time as well as a reinvigorated incentive to train, though she's still as mischievous and playful as ever.

    Background: While born in France, Charlotte has spent most of her life in Japan. With her family immigrating to the country while she was young, the girl grew up and went through the Japanese school system like any other living there. The difference was, of course, the contrast between her features and of those around her. Even with people who had some very aesthetic quirks, her foreign appearance somehow stuck out more than her oddly-colored hair and eyes.

    Regardless, whether the attention she received was that of interest or harassment, Charlotte retorted with style, grace and just a bit of antagonization. This led to her quickly earning a reputation as a bright and well-spoken, albeit smug little troublemaker. However, while all in good fun, or at least not being the instigator, eventually she happened upon one whom took things too far.

    While Charlotte got a good laugh in, the person in question was a child to a higher-up in her father's office and got the final one. After her father was fired, Charlotte's family had trouble earning a steady income. Going from job to job, either through a stroke of bad luck or unfair methods, he never seemed to be able to keep one for very long.

    It's primarily for this reason that Charlotte chose to pursue her current career path. She doesn't have any grandouise ambition to be a hero or will to do good. Rather she holds resentment towards those she feels wronged her family and seeks an occupation with the highest recognition and paycheck, seeking to bring some stability to her family and just maybe gloat in the face of those who crossed her.

    After becoming a hero, that's just what she did. Officially debuting as Chevalier, Charlotte drew much attention from her survival of class 1A, as well as her foreign aesthetic. With her new stream of income, she started sending some of her paycheck to her parents whilst attempting to avoid as much of the inflamed political tensions as possible.

    Relationships:

    Kanna Tanaka:
    The two are on okay terms, though they don't much speak. Their relationship is mostly pleasantries, having been awkward ever since the Sports Festival.

    Ayame Daichi: The cute little panda has remained Charlotte's friend. The two still speak despite the her joining ANVIL and Charlotte still tries to pet her while Ayame exclaims that she isn't a pet.

    Shiori Sunemizuki: Charlotte still doesn't know the girl well, save for that she's Aurora's aunt. The girl startled Charlotte upon first meeting, but she appears nice, almost to the point that it's strange she would be in ANVIL.

    Yosuke Yubiki: Charlotte is unaware of his feelings regarding the sports festival. She sees him as a friend whose cheerful demeanor makes him good company, albeit one in need of assistance given his original costume design.

    Heisuke Hamada: While he's gotten even more broody over the years, Charlotte still speaks with him. As she says, he needs someone to pick at his scowl every once in a while before he ends up like Masaru.

    Amaris Alucard: Charlotte's remained good friends with the vampy. She wasn't very surprised with Amaris joined ANVIL and that aspect hasn't affected their relationship much, though Charlotte will tease her with "Sergeant" and the like. Charlotte doesn't know why Amaris thinks she would be a good fit for the agency though. Thus far the vampire's persuasions have been less than successful.

    Infenri Kurogane: While not as hostile as Masaru, Charlotte doesn't trust the wolf siblings a bit. They hurt too many people and helped the ones that kidnapped her father. Charlotte still shakes thinking about that day. She's cordial because of Ichirou, but one wrong move would be all the convincing she needs.

    Takumi Souta: Charlotte doesn't really know him. She doesn't exactly stick around ANVIL very much save for occasional visits to her friends. She gets the impression he doesn't much like her.

    Masaru Takeshi: Still scowls, still broods, but now he has a girlfriend so Charlotte doesn't have to worry about him as much. The two don't spend as much time together as they used to, but they're still as close, as anyone can see the times they are in the same room.

    Aurora Tomoyo: Still on good terms and spend time together. A mutual friend of her and Isamu so seeing each other is easier. She talks about being a third wheel and Charlotte in turn teases her about bringing someone for a double date.

    Fuyuki Gen: The girl gives Charlotte the same vibes as Masaru, which is admirable. Though what doesn't help is that Charlotte knows she doesn't care for her reason for becoming a hero being monetarily related. Still, the hero of justice hasn't been mean to her, so Charlotte's fine being in a "rivalry".

    Nagamori Ryuushi: Charlotte's only seen him a couple times, same as the angry boy. He appears reserved and mysterious, though Charlotte can't help but shake the feeling he's looking down on her a bit through his flowery way of speaking.

    Jettitare Monserra: Charlotte has worked with him here and there since graduation. The two are on good terms though perhaps aren't as close as some others.

    Misaki Miro: Charlotte wouldn't have let Mimi drift away if she wanted too. The girl is sweet inside and out and on mutually good terms with Isamu as well, meaning that Charlotte can taste-test for two bakers at once.

    Quirk Description: Shiori mostly inherited her father's quirk. Like the retired hero Titan, the girl is capable of manipulating her biomass to suit the current situation, though her quirk deviates a bit from her father's. While he focused more on hardening his body or enhancing his muscle mass, occasionally shifting his appendages into whips or claws and the like, Shiori's is a bit more "flexible". Similarly, she can enhance her body's mass and muscle as she wishes, though while the extra pounds can give some shock absorption, she cannot really harden her skin like Titan can. Though she does have somewhat of a regenerative factor that helps injuries faster than most. She can also shift her body to a much greater degree than his, such as near liquidating her body to a thick muck or stretching her appendages to a much farther degree. Most notably, Shiori is known for mimicking her father's "Titan" form while taking her step-sister, Grudge's, advice when it comes to intimidation. This paired with the girl's interest in the horror genre has led to her taking a form inspired by the fiction she enjoys.

    Quirk Weakness: The increased versatility of her quirk has also lent itself to increased difficulty at controlling it, given by the girl's arms morphing without her intention when she gets excited or startled. Her quirk also lacks the same defense as her father, meaning that while blunt attacks and some elemental may not be very effective, slashing attacks and particularly electricity or lightning are quite damaging to her form's gelatinous, yet dense, nature.

    Equipment and Gear: Shiori's quirk is highly adaptable, as such she makes use of it rather than gear. However her uniform has been customized to suit her, with the typical lower bottom fatigues and boots being nothing far from ordinary in ANVIL, possessing some padding for protection. Her top is a bodysuit that continues under her bottoms to her ankles and is specially made to conform with her when she alters her body. It's elasticity allows it to follow her alterations whilst retaining its original shape, not even tearing when Shiori fully transforms.

    Personality: An excitable woman that looks like she means far worse than she does. Shiori due to her appearance and inheriting her mother's smile can come off as quite intimidating. However, underneath that exterior is a sweet girl who, while a bit awkward, is quite easy-going with a want for more friends. She's kind of a geek with an intrigue in horror movies as well as hero work given her father and Grudge. While unsure of being a hero, the creation of ANVIL gave the girl a route to step up. She still doesn't see herself as befitting of a hero, but she can take after her big sister and be the monster under the bed.


    Background: Daughter to the retired hero Titan, Shiori is the oldest of her siblings, minus her step-sister Grudge. Shiori was inspired by heroes from an early age, having been surrounded by several of popularity and strength. Unfortunately, while the girl inherited a strong quirk and her father trained her in a similar manner to Takagi when the woman was Shiori's age, her appearance presented an issue. Mocked and teased from a young age, Shiori's interest in following in her father's footsteps wavered as a result. She went through school with good grades, living vicariously through the heroes she saw on the news and on the internet.

    As time went on, Shiori heard her niece was enrolling in UA and once again considered the prospect of becoming a hero. Shiori doubted herself once again and instead settled for listening to her niece's stories regarding her time there. However, as the school was attacked and its students targeted not just once, as prisons were broken into and heroes were critically injured, the air for heroes began to change. Schools like UA accelerated their programs and headed for closure with a new organization ANVIL rising up to combat the heightened tensions. Shiori still doesn't see herself as a hero, but believing the point for self doubt is past, she enlisted in ANVIL following her graduation.

    Quirk Description: While extending any finger, his manual dexterity and speed are increased to superhuman levels, capable of even deflecting incoming projectiles. However, his finger is still just a finger and is susceptible to breaking. Due to the limiting nature of his quirk, Yosuke has studied pressure points in the human body, as well as the engineering behind many common items in order to better exploit their weak points. Furthermore, by pointing his toes, his speed and agility is increased from the waist down.

    Thanks to his increased accuracy and muscle memory, Yosuke often times can adeptly perform difficult maneuvers after seeing them only performed once or trying it a few times by himself

    Quirk Weakness: Fingers are fragile and aren't known to deal much damage. He has no real destructive capabilities, and his torso is mostly without the same grace as the rest of his body. Yosuke is often left at a disadvantage in terms of raw power, often forcing him to think quick on his feet and do outrageous stunts to take the win.

    Equipment and Gear: Yosuke's suit started with a simple casing for his fingers that could shoot, some body armor, and a locking mechanism to keep his toes pointed. However, he has recently made some changes. He has a wider variety of finger casings attached to his belt.

    Golden Gun: The Golden Gun is actually Yosuke's gloves. They are powered by a powerful magnetic force now. Before they launched the whole casing, but Allo managed to make a new model that only needs to fire the tip, allowing for a wider variety of rounds including rubber, stunning, and explosive tips.​

    Utility Casings: Attatched to his belt is a plethora of casings meant to let Yosuke work out many situations. He possesses casings with lockpicks, screwdrivers, knives, laser pointers and many others.​

    AUpunture Mk2: After his fight with Mauve, Yosuke needed a means to keep up his strength and speed at least for certain moments. The AUpunture is a device that runs across the entirety of Yosuke's suit with attachments to each of the major nerve clusters. It delivers a powerful stimulant to the muscles, allowing him to strike harder and quicker. It is easy to over do it, forcing his muscles to work past their natural capabilities so it should be used sparingly. It also can numb certain parts of his body without making him lose control in order to work through painful blows and keep fighting.​

    Personality: Yosuke is an open individual. He enjoys talking with others and wants to be friends whenever possible. He is always eager to show off his abilities and knowledge as he feels it is something to be proud of. And while he tries to keep from complimenting himself, he occasionally lets his arrogance slip through the cracks much to his own chagrin.

    He has been known to be self-serving and conceited from time to time, but looking at the achievements he has achieved thus far, he might have earned the right to it. He sees himself as two seperate people. There is Yosuke, the loving boyfriend and happy-go-lucky friend. Then there is the confident and always courageous Gold-Finger who believes that he belongs to the people. He doesn't believe it is his place to decide the fate of others and tries to avoid killing a villain when he can. His fighting style has been adopted solely for this reason.

    However, even in his vanity and self-centeredness, he still aims to help others. He thoroughly believes that he will be the best in his field. His field just so happens to be one he chose to help others.

    Background: His life before moving to UA was mundane. In fact it is because of the mundane life he had that pushed him to escalate into the world of Heroes. He was born to a business-like mother, who was actually a well respected journalist (with a stunning words per minute) and a masseuse who was a natural thanks to his magic-fingers. The two came together to birth an only child. This pink-haired ball of pointing was a bit of a hassle to take care of growing up. Lots of eyes were poked during the first few years of his life.

    But there wasn't anything that extraordinary about him. Not yet at least. In elementary school he was very talented in finger painting as well as playing the piano... sorta. It's not easy when you're only playing with one finger at a time. But again, there wasn't anything extraordinary. Yosuke was no different than any other kid with a modest quirk: in a slight advantage in common everyday tasks.

    It wasn't until middle school that the ordinary kid became an extraordinary something... A pervert. At least that was what everyone called him. His quirk had been used as a joke from time to time and he was okay with that, even laughing at it himself. But sometimes jokes can go a bit too far. Even if unintentionally. People started to believe what was said about him. How he would try and touch the girls or even the other boys. IT was just a stupid joke, but it continued to escalate. Eventually that joke left him alone. After all, "Why would you hang out with a weird pervert, haha." It was just a joke. Just a stupid joke.

    Without friends to distract him now though, Yosuke knew what he wanted. He didn't want to be seen as a joke. He knew he could do amazing things if he worked hard at it. So he did. Even though he entered into the hero class late after failing to get in the first time, he wasn't going to let that stop him. He worked harder and harder. Every day was spent practicing or studying. He grew with his classmates. As much as he loved them, he also held a grudge against most of them. He had to work even harder to keep up with the Saigo no Kage or Bombs Away who possessed such amazing quirks just to name a few.

    After the assassination of the Prime Minister and the rise of ANVIL, Yosuke aimed to return to the Hero Agency, Guildhall, where his mentor, Muscle Wizard once ran. When he learned that she was closing it down to join ANVIL he felt an even greater desire to prove them wrong. He respected Muscle Wizard, but hated the way she saw the world work. For now, he has joined an Agency with Heisuke and the two of them work in pairs on patrol frequently.

    Relationships:

    Amaris Alucard - Yosuke and Amaris never saw eye to eye exactly. Add on top of that his bad case of quirk envy and her decision to join ANVIL and Yosuke has perhaps been a bit too dismissive of her now.

    Heisuke Hamada - While most of his former classmates who joined the HA are now closer to friendly rivals, Heisuke has taken a different approach. The two joined the same Agency and have been working together for a decent while, causing their budding friendship to bloom into a beautiful bromance.

    Octavia Daulfern - Even after everything that happened, Yosuke and Octavia remained together for the past few years. In spite of the occasional surprises that he unwittingly placed upon himself, as well as the surprises he still learns from the deeply introspective Octavia, he still hasn't taken the time to turn his gaze elsewhere. Aside from when its in the mirror.

    Charlotte Chevalier - While still sore about the loss he took during his debut at the Sports Festival, Yosuke has come to value her input, though he often times simply uses her for costume designing. Fortunately, she has helped him a lot.

    Quirk Description:

    The majority of his quirk circles around telekinesis, the ability to move objects with his mind. Over the past few years of training at U.A, Heisuke could lift up to 50 tons, during one of his major fights in his career, Heisuke was able to list a bus filled with a dozen civilians. There isn't a set number of objects he can carry at one time but it usually goes hand in hand with how much he can focus on at a time, usually no more than a dozen or so.

    His quirk is split with another, Telepathy; the ability to read and communicate through one's mind, the range of his thoughts can go up to 500 meters, with up to 5,000 people at one time and counting. It could have many uses such as keeping communication between 2 or more others without verbal communication, also being able to search any thoughts going through someone's head.

    Quirk Weakness:

    While his strengths really show when it comes to a fight, there can also be dreadful weaknesses. If he puts too much strain, as in lifting something heavier then his capability, reading too many minds at once or trying to reach a mind from too far away, this could lead to a seizure or even worse, a stroke. Usually if using his quirk too much, this could also lead to dizziness and sleepiness, overall after overuse of his quirk, he will feel extremely exhausted.

    Personality:
    If you were to know him four years ago, you would have sworn that Heisuke was a completely different person, and while that was almost true, he had grown a lot and learned to be better, going from a hot-headed dickhead to a principled kind but also a timid detective.

    His trauma throughout his life has caused him to be more awkward and timid, his social skills aren't up to scale but he tries his best in social situations. But what he lacks in emotions he improves in mental cognizance, over time he has become calm and collected especially on a mission, it's difficult to pick a nerve but it isn't impossible.

    You can call him a lot of things, an asshole, uncaring, obsessive with his cases but what every person that could call him that, also knows that he loyal and honorable, if anyone needs his help he will be there, even with bad blood, he won't let someone get hurt if he could help it.

    Background:
    Usually, not one to shy away from selflessness, he wasn't always like that. Raised in an upper-middle-class household by a single dad, his mother was never around as a child, in all actuality he had only a handful of memories of her, without even an explanation from his father, although not something he ever questioned him about.

    It would have been quite lonely growing up with a job busy business father if he didn't have his cousin by his side almost every day, the one and only Makoto Miasaki. While Heisuke was the brash and charismatic of the two, Makoto was the loyal, friendly, and fun-loving side that helped balance their friendship like yin and yang. Though things started to drift apart before his mid-teens, when he lashed out at him which caused a rift in their friendship, slowly breaking apart and drifting away like ships in the night.

    But due to trauma only a few know about, the young, bold, and selfless kid retreated to a quiet survivalist, due to his own personal feelings of fear of trust and love, he pushed mostly everyone away except for one friend who he noticed was getting picked on a lot, he saw a lot of himself in her and an unlikely friendship was born, the rest of his empathy he still has stored in himself showed when he was with Octavia.

    This all leads to a tragic home 'accident' causing the almost death of an individual, not too soon after Heisuke was taken into custody and since he was a minor, was taken into juvy for the next two years. This wasn't the worst of his tragedies though until he found out that his cousin was a supposed traitor with a villainous organization and what's worse, was killed after giving up his secret after being guilt-ridden.
    What was insane to him at first was that with the open spot in replacement of his cousin, the headmaster of U.A offered him a spot at U.A, sure he understood their reasoning for it, keep your enemies closer, and that whole spiel but given the opportunity with free access to figure out who killed his best friend, he took the offer.

    What was unexpected to Heisuke though was that, after a lot of time, he began to find friendships in that close, and even those he would soon call family, he found comfort in trusting his fellow classmates with his life and theirs with his. But life as a striving hero couldn't be perfect, so after the incident involving Cupie and Joseph, it caused Heisuke to drift away from her and change his perspective forever.

    Now in current time, Heisuke partnered up with Yosuke and Octavia at the same agency, things were still rusty with Cupie and Isamu but time was healing over time. Still, even with his focus on his work, he was starting to realize that he wanted something that he couldn't figure out, maybe even someone to share it with.

    Amaris's physical appearance is greatly altered from that of a regular human. Her skin can be best described as an icy chill, or deathly pale. She has fiercely sharp teeth and a pair of fangs that can leak blood like venom, with a stinging, paralytic bite. Also, said bite can also suck people's blood out, which activates "lifedrink" for her. Amaris feels pain from sunlight. She also possesses some heightened senses. Lastly, she has a hissing cadence while speaking, though one that isn't as pronounced as her mother. Her dietary needs is altered to require primarily meat and blood.
    • Lifedrink: Similar to her mother, Amaris can drain energy from her target, but only by biting them directly. Or by sitting in their shadow for an extended time, which serves as a way of healing herself and regaining her strength, at the expense of her "host".

    Emitter
    Shadow Blood Bath
    Amaris can "enter" shadows as if they're water. Once in there she is virtually untouchable and practically invulnerable. By leaking her blood into the shadows, which turn them into a coppery color, she can momentarily empower them and her control over them is even finer and stronger.

    Since training in the Hero Course, Amaris has mastered quite a bit more of her quirk.
    • Amaris could always enter shadows, but now she can effectively "melt" into or out of them. Making her entrance into them much safer. Also tends to happen in silence, so people are often surprised when she shows up or disappears.
    • She can now attack much easier with her shadows. In both blunt form, and in a sharpened form. Sharpened shadows are much deadlier obviously. And she has trained even more in sharpening her shadows since her battle with Mauve years ago. And simpler attacks do not require her to leave the shadows, but stronger attacks do.
    • Amaris can send up shadows to intercept attacks in the form of blocks and barriers. More shadows equate to stronger barriers. But it does require mental focus to do this, and focused, intense blocking can lead to her becoming mentally exhausted. As of right now, other than light, nothing has been shown piercing through or breaking her shadows. The only way to break the blocks is for Amaris's mental fortitude to break.
    • She can fine-tune her shadows down to the sharp pin of needles.
    • With these "Shadow Needles" she can perform precise punctures to the level of a master in acupuncture.
    • She can even momentarily puppet a person's body using this method, or render them immobile by attacking certain pressure points.
    • As mentioned below, using her shadows, Amaris can drain the emotions out of a target, leaving them open to mental suggestion.
    • In an even simpler form of Shadow Bloodrush, Amaris can wrap her limbs in shadows, giving more power behind her physical attacks, which otherwise would be weak. This also can be used as a form of protection.

    • Shadow Blood Travel: She can move around in this shadow form, slipping through and into places one normally wouldn't be able to get.
    • Shadow Blood Follow: Where Amaris leaps into someone else's shadow and uses them for travel. (And for energy siphoning.) This is also her go-to way for traveling in sunlight.
    • Shadow Blood Portal: A "portal" of shadows will appear and she'll appear out of it. This portal can only be used in places that make sense, like between attached walls.
    • Shadow Blood Binding: Does what it says. It wraps tendrils of "Shadow Blood" around the target to ensnare them.
    • Shadow Sense: Amaris can sense shadows in range of her. Their "depth", and "heaviness", can help her determine specifically who is nearby. Especially more so for shadows she's familiar with.
    • Shadow Blood: Desperation Wave: A powerful blast of heavy blunt shadows. Strong enough to blow out a room and cause intensive damage.
    • Shadow Blood Art: Sea of Despair: Gathering of a massive amount of shadows thick like water, that covers a wide area. This amount of shadows make it easy for Amaris to overpower people with her quirk.
    • Lance of Iscariot: Bringing forth a massive amount of heavy sharpened shadows that spin around like a drill, and sends it crashing into her opponent. Powerful enough to blast through solid stone and shred a person to pieces.
    • Hidden Shadow Art: Mental Muting: Through careful use of her quirk, Amaris can drain the emotions of her target. Which leaves them open to suggestions, allowing Amaris to give them orders.
    • Shadow Bloodrush: A 'late-game' usage of her quirk; requires intensive training to use properly. Empowers the body, as her shadow and blood blend together, then wrap around her body, causing her to smoke and burn in pain. It acts as a brief power-up providing a boost in speed and power. This power is dangerous, damaging the body if used for too long.
    • Secret Shadow Blood Art: Creeping Mass: An attack with an area of effect comparable to the Sea of Despair. With enough shadows that amass, Amaris can use this attack to subjugate an entire building.
    • Spike of Yomi: Requires Amaris's umbrella weapon. Stabbing her umbrella weapon into the ground, it will extend up to the sky, then unfurl into a canopy that casts an entire area in shadow. In this form, the umbrella generates electromagnetic waves that are capable of defending against most emitter quirks, which deter attacks from breaking it, stopping it, shifting it, or elsewise from changing it in anyway after the "spike" has been placed. Only Amaris knows the combination on the handle that will return it back to its usual form. However it isn't totally untouchable, and can be overcome with intense attacks or power.
    Quirk Weakness
    • Amaris is a carnivore that requires blood and meat. Though meat alone is not enough. She will require blood for sustenance, no matter how much she puts it off. Though she typically will only drink enough to sate her. Still, Amaris can go into a wild, "berserk" mode, should her hunger overtake her. In this berserk state, she struggles to acknowledge friend from foe and is extremely dangerous, and will attack with abandon.
    • In direct sunlight, Amaris will feel pain, and feel very weakened. She requires her shadow travel, a special sunscreen, or her umbrella to be out during the day. Light does not pain her, but it can prove to be useful against her quirk.
    • Amaris's reflection in mirrors is unfocused, blurry.
    • Amaris eventually feels sickly weak if she remains out of her shadows for too long. Her mental state will deteriorate, too. Furthermore, she will hear "voices" from the shadows. Sometimes they say truly terrifying things. She must soak in the shadows to alleviate these symptoms.
    • The shadows are a "black hole" for Amaris, which suck out her emotions. In her youth, this left her entirely unfeeling and emotionally "dead". Now she has more concern over her emotions, and is in a constant state of "tug of war" with this shadowy black hole over her emotions. This is still unhealthy, but at least she feels things now. Though it is simpler to "choose appropriate" emotions for the current situation and people she interacts with. This constant tug of war is exhausting, though, so Amaris takes rests to alleviate it.

    Equipment and Gear:
    Hero Suit: Shadow's Shimmer
    A modified version of her outfit from her UA days. Nothing too flashy beyond the purple accents, and the shimmery, shiny, sparkly gloss the suit gets its name for. It is a cat suit that leaves her arms exposed for quick biting access. It is a reinforced polymer that protects against small blades, weak caliber ammunition, elemental quirks, and minor bludgeoning attacks, while allowing for Amaris's more freeform, acrobatic fighting style, due to its flexible material.

    Izanami's Sorrow
    Her final unique umbrella weapon. A masterpiece of a weapon crafted with secret mechanisms only Allo understands. It is made out of an even more durable tough carbon fiber that Allo created, that allows for the umbrella to open and stretch beyond normal means. Deflects bullets and emitter type quirks effortlessly. The weight isn't compromised, and nor is its strength. With a certain combination on its stem, the umbrella form will shift to a blade form. Another button press will unfurl it to create a shield, and allow for more shadows. The specialty of this weapon though, allows for Amaris's unique attack the 'Spike of Yomi'. By planting firmly in the ground, the umbrella extends up into the sky. The umbrella stretches out as it unfurls, creating a canopy above, casting the entire area in a shadow. In this form, the umbrella generates electromagnetic waves that are capable of defending against most emitter quirks, which deter attacks from breaking it, stopping it, shifting it, or elsewise from changing it in anyway after the "spike" has been placed.     Amaris has changed a lot since her early days in UA. There's still that underlying monotone, disinterested, matter-of-fact vampire. But she has learned to "claim" more of her emotions. When "claiming" her emotions, Amaris draws or pulls them into herself. Fighting a tug-of-war game with the shadows of her very quirk to feel these emotions she has decided to feel. Under the surface, she fights on a daily basis to maintain any emotions. On the surface, she seems pretty well-put-together. Though you could say, there is the hint of someone who has darkness in their eyes. Many around find her scary, whether she's in casual wear, in some pretty dress, or in her Anvil-hero-outfit. Her stiff, cold shoulder could be said to be another reason for people finding the vampire frightening.

    In spite of this, Amaris is considered friendly among her friends. Even sweet, and bubbly. Especially Airi would attest to this. Amaris has learned to "hone" in on specific emotions and "pull" them out of the dark pit that is her shadows. So she is capable of showing specific emotions for specific times, situations, and towards specific people. It is largely for this reason that she's more open and friendly with those she considers her friends. Even among other people, Amaris isn't quick to anything beyond normal, generalized cordial behavior. Unless something beyond that is warranted.

    It is rare for Amaris to express emotions without knowing which ones she's going to express. That is to say, it is rare for Amaris to suddenly and surprisingly express intense emotions. It takes quite the crazy scenario to draw those out of her. Though she is known to express shyness, embarrassment, or flustered feelings in situations with people she personally finds attractive. Which seems to hint that she can't help but express such, and is not quite there at controlling her emotions as she'd like others to believe.

    That all being said, Amaris's current self can best be described as "Shadow Amaris" accepted. She has a bit of a sarcastic, conceited, prideful demeanor that has always been there. But now it's more pronounced, due to being supplemented with emotions, as opposed to just indifference. But ever since Amaris accepted Shadow Amaris, the two personalities have attempted to merge into one. While it isn't perfected, and there's some conflict there, it is quite obvious there is Shadow Amaris influence in the current Amaris.


    Background:
    (you dont need to read this as its just copy and pasted from before)

    Daughter of Ramiris Theresa Alucard, who is the daughter of the esteemed Alucard family, who are situated in Europe.

    Unfortunately for Amaris, her mother made the same mistake her own father did. Amaris was left alone at home, to raise herself. Or rather, the maids helped, but that's beside the point. Amaris understood, though, knowing her mother was an esteemed hero. She was busy. Always so busy.

    The true problem? Amaris hardly recognized this as a problem. After her quirk began to develop -which everyone knew she had a Quirk from the beginning, due to her Alucard heritage- she began to slowly but surely lose her emotions. A cheerful, if not slightly melancholic, girl began to slowly show signs of simply nothingness. Her very quirk stole her emotions, hiding them in the shadows that whispered to her. Thus, missing parents never struck the growing Amaris as odd. The lack of love and devotion was just what it was -it was there, or rather, not there. That was just her norm, and Amaris grew up in that depressing environment. She turned to music, trying to use it to understand humans which she began to feel distant from. Not that a vampire is close to them anyway. Only when she's submerged in her shadows do her emotions return, and only then, can she pretend she understands the people around her.

    Outside of training, Amaris has been refraining from entering her shadows and becoming what is colloquially known as "Shadow Amaris" lately. Ever since the Sports Festival, Amaris has felt reluctant to become Shadow Amaris, if not outright afraid to become her. However, after a conversation with Kanna, Amaris has gained a new perspective. Now she wants to meet Shadow Amaris "half way", so to speak. And instead aims to reclaim this aspect of herself. She wants to learn how to reign Shadow Amaris in a bit more, make use of her, and become a more "whole" Amaris. However, that's easier said than done. Shadow Amaris is perhaps the most insurmountable thing of her quirk currently.

    Speaking of issues with her quirk. It seems she's found even more. As Amaris reclaims more emotions, her quirk seems to respond in kind. She hears the voices of the shadows more now. They're "angry", for lack of a better word. She feels the pull from the shadows more, as they try to rend the emotions out of her. The voices within the shadows sound darker than usual. The voice often sounds like Shadow Amaris, wanting to be "freed" more. It is difficult to determine just exactly what she hears, but that doesn't stop her from trying to control it all. Even if she's fearful of it, now that she feels more emotions.
    Her time in UA changed Amaris quite a lot. While the girl still thinks and acts mostly logically, she has learned to accept emotions, and consider them when coming to conclusions. So far, emotions have done nothing but supplement her thought process and have never swayed her decisions. Logic continues to dictate her actions. Thus, it was only logical, that she join Anvil. Amaris has always wondered why villains and dangerous criminals were captured alive. In her mind, it was nonsensical to allow those dangerous people to continue to live on. While Anvil does profess to do the same, their openness to killing villains is what Amaris ultimately agrees with, and is the reason for joining. While she thinks these dangerous people should be killed so they can no longer prove a threat, she still will follow the rules, and capture villains alive if the mission calls for it.

    Beyond emotional and relationship issues, her time in UA was always rather easy. Where she learned how better to control her quirk, how better to use it, where she had medical training and training in acrobatics, which she maintains to this day. Schoolwork and quirk implementation have always been Amaris's strong suit. And this continued into Anvil. After acing hero training, Amaris joined Anvil and quickly put her skills to use. She's made a name for herself for being extremely capable, trustworthy, and dependable. She's known for being capable of finishing missions entirely on her own, and is dependable enough to be sent out for various other purposes. So far, Amaris has never really questioned anything, so long as she personally agreed with it. Which is to say, so long as it was dealing with criminals efficiently, like was the purpose of Anvil's creation, Amaris would provide her skills wholeheartedly.

    Sometime after her training in UA, Amaris commissioned her current weapon, the Izanami's Sorrow. Seeking a weapon that would not just supplement her combat style, but amplify it. After extensive modifications and changes, working alongside Allo, the weapon she sought was created. You could call it perfect. Izanami's Sorrow was the exact weapon she had in mind. Ever since, Amaris has began to study and train in swordsmanship.


    Relationships
    • Masaru Takeshi: A pretty strong relationship with him. They spar together. Considers him a friend. Wouldn't betray him easily. Still thinks he's a bit boring, but has since gotten over that, knowing "that's just who he is".
    • Ichirou Mizushima: Took a lil bit of effort to try to strengthen her relationship with him due to his familial ties; wanting to establish a stronger connection with them through him. Wondered at one point if they could become closer, but has largely given up on that.
    • Jettitare "Jet" Monsera: Considers him a friend. Often spars with him. They keep a tally of wins and losses. Right now it's tied.
    • Heisuke Hamada: Outside of their time at UA, hasn't really kept in touch with him beyond anything that's professional. However, on that front, will often appear before him to chat if information is needed. Considers him a "contact".
    • Yosuke Yubiki: Outside of that time they fought Mauve together, has largely disregarded him after UA. Knows he's (considered) a decent hero, though. "He has the face for it". May be a bit wary of that success. Considers him a bit annoying as far as heroes go. May hold a bit of a grudge from "taking" Octavia, but does applaud him for nailing such a fine woman who Amaris views is out of his league.
    • Isamu Yukimura: Considers him a friend still. Even though he's UA, she'll act favorably with him. Always looking to see if Isamu has grown. If he has, she's interested in what he has to say on the matter. While giving him her own opinion freely.
    • Shunsuke Saito: Her best friend still from UA. Often goes out of her way to hang out with him if there's the time for it. Considers their relationship rather favorable, even in spite of the fact she's Anvil and he's UA. Maybe even in spite of it. She views it as a beacon of hope that the two groups can function together, and understand one another. She wonders if maybe that's naive thinking.
    • Izou Oniwa: Remembers him from his small stint in the UA hero course. Always wondered why he left. Maybe she'll ask about that some day, as she is somewhat curious. But mostly to learn the "why". Looking back on that, she wonders if something would've bloomed between them if he had stayed. -But he didn't. Largely considers their relationship professional at this point. Secretly she may harbor a bit of a grudge for him disappearing, in fact.
    • Kuro: Nothing beyond a professional relationship. Is a bit wary he was once a villain and attacked her UA class multiple times. But so long as he remains faithful to Anvil then there's no issue. She watches him closely, as she doesn't really trust him. Is more scared of his sister, though.
    • Takumi: Thinks he's a bit too wild and unkempt. Knows he has some sort of "thing" against her. This is probably the reason she doesn't go out of her way to interact with him. In fact, she doesn't really go out of her way to "make amends". If Takumi has something wrong with her, then that's his problem, is how Amaris views it. It's too much trouble to try to "fix" someone's warped views they've decided upon. That isn't and has never been Amaris's purpose.
    • Ryushi: Amaris has a high opinion of his particular abilities. They can even do more than her own abilities and investigations can muster. To Amaris, that's valuable. Beyond that, she doesn't view him much more than some valuable asset.
    • Charlotte Chevalier: Of all the class, Amaris feels regret for Charlotte being in HA. Amaris considers Charlotte a pretty close friend, no matter how she feels. Thinks Charlotte, in particular, would be a great asset to Anvil. May take the time to try to change Charlotte's mind every now and then, if given the chance.
    • Emika "Cupie" Sakurako: After Shun went out of his way to get them to talk, Amaris has gotten closer to the pinkette. Actually considers her a pretty close friend. Enjoys teasing Shunsuke with her. Their friendship in Anvil is pretty solid. Still to this day, one of the class of UA that has not been hit with Cupie's quirk.
    • Kanna Tanaka: Has a pretty solid relationship with Kanna. It is both professional and friendly. You could call it "professional friendship". Amaris isn't sure what Kanna thinks, but she's always believed herself to personally be trustworthy enough to "get the job done". Hopes Kanna believes the same.
    • Aurora Tamoyo: Due to her past with Aurora, Amaris is not willing to let such a relationship with such a foundation go. Amaris is attracted to her still, but is still wary about progressing anything with her. Still considers her a trustworthy family friend though.
    • Octavia Daulfern: Still has the hots for her. Literally can barely contain her attraction, which is obvious to anyone who isn't dense af. Thinks of her favorably from their time in UA, and considers Octavia a friend. Will challenge the other girl to swordplay spars.
    • Ayame Daichi: Another one with a strong "professional friendship", though perhaps even a bit closer to Ayame than Kanna. Amaris trusts the panda pretty close. Still feels the urge to "feed" her with kibble. With her emotions, she wants to pet her even more now.
    • Adelaide Boucher: Considers her a friend from those UA days.
    • Airi Hirabayashi:
    • Fenri: Due to distrusting her brother, Amaris also distrusts the sister, though not to the same extent. Amaris understands Fenri is only loyal to Kuro, so her behavior is predictable. Regardless, she "fears" the sister more, for this very reason. Should Kuro ever become an issue, it's no question Fenri could blow up and prove to be a much bigger hassle. Needless to say, the two don't share a favorable relationship. Their dislike of one another is pretty legendary in Anvil, to the point that people will tease them over it. Amaris is not a fan of this teasing.
    • Mimi: Mimi was always one of the heroes-in-training that Amaris liked from class 1A, but not due to that training to be a hero. She had always felt "something else" from Mimi, similar to Makoto. In her mind, the fluffy girl was not really a hero-in-training, and had something more special about her. She always loved how Mimi was thoughtful about yummy bloody sweets she provided for the vampire. But with how Mimi joined Anvil, she had two feelings on the matter. One is simple. She's glad Mimi is in Anvil, because it lets Amaris watch over her. However, the second thought is the opposite. Amaris sees a lonely look in Mimi's face; she thinks Mimi should find other work. Something where she belongs. It's not that she thinks Mimi "isn't cut out for this work", it's that she thinks Mimi belongs somewhere else and has something "more" than just hero work. Even Anvil hero work.
    • Shiori: "Teefy sisters" is what the pair is known as. It is for this reason that Amaris feels close relation with her teefy sister. Amaris feels drawn to her in a way, and she's probably one of the few in Anvil that Amaris genuinely babies a little. This has lead many to be jealous, due to wanting Amaris's affections, whereas she often acts like a mean, critical, strict drill sergeant.

    Mutation
    Midnight Lycan
    Her mutation gives her physical traits akin to a wolf. She has wolf-like ears, a slender fluffy tail, and claws that can shred through metal or concrete. And a fanged jaw with a powerful bite. The mutation grants superhuman physical abilities including, but not limited to: strength, speed, agility, reflexes, endurance, stamina, and a minor healing factor. Roughly estimated, she can take falls from roughly 3 stories, she can run up to 40 mph (60mph when transformed), can react to things that would be unseen to the human eye, and remain active for up to 24 hours without sleep. Fenri's senses have also been heightened to a superhuman degree, particularly her sight, hearing, and sense of smell. She can see and hear things up to several meters away as well as see with perfect clarity at night. Typically, her physical capabilities are not as strong as her brother's. Though, at night Inferni's abilities, techniques, and quirk is stronger.

    Frigid Step
    Deviating from their mother, and her brother yet equally hellish, Inferni possesses a frigidity found only in the deepest, darkest, abyssal pit of hell. Meaning, she generates frigid temperatures that cause things to freeze. Her breath, her bite, and her claws are her primary ways of making use of this cold.

    • Undead Howl: A howl that awakens spectral hounds. These spectral hounds can pass through objects, but still attack what she targets. They will chill and freeze anything caught in their bite. Despite their spectral nature, they can be "destroyed" if they take enough damage. Their durability depends on the concentration she puts on them. During a full moon, her spectral hounds are even stronger. Currently she can call out about 20 weaker hounds. 30 during a full moon.
    • Fellhounds: Fenri has learned to create stronger versions of those icy hounds, which now have more mass, weight, power, and dangerous ice-like armor. Can only create 3 Fellhounds, maybe 4, but that leaves her fatigued and makes it difficult for her to move. Summoning Fellhounds means she cannot easily summon spectral hounds. Furthermore, summoning spectral hounds directly affects her ability to summon a Fellhound. Meaning she likely can only summon 1 Fellhound if she summons even a handful of spectral hounds. Naturally, during a Full Moon, her abilities are increased. She can summon 5 Fellhounds during this time.
    • Pack as One: Infenri is able to absorb the spectral hounds she summons. Absorbing her spectral hounds will force Infenri to transform into a feral werewolf-like monster. The more she absorbs the bigger, badder, and stronger, her transformation becomes. But, her sanity and sense of self quickly vanishes, along with any logic or reason. Plus, she begins to chill from the inside out, as the spectral wolves inside her will eventually freeze her through. So the transformation has a short time limit.
    • Fell Fur: Fenri can also absorb a Fellhound. It's more like she "merges" with it. This gives her higher power, but lasts a far shorter amount of time, and her attacks are wild and indiscriminate. But her defense is raised, due to the ice-armor Fellhounds possess.
    • Ice Spikes: Fenri can attack with fast spikes of ice that either come up from below her target, or through the air in a ranged attack. Though in general, she can create chunks of ice in many forms.
    • Ball and Chain: As it says, Fenri's favorited recent go-to way of fighting. She'll create a large heavy mace made out of ice. Its unwieldy nature is both its strength and weakness. It packs insane punch, but is tough to be precise with.

    As of right now. Fenri keeps two spectral hounds inside her at all times, in order to increase her stamina, endurance, and cold resistance. This also has the added benefit of slightly buffing her physical parameters. However, it means she is constantly a cold temperature, and is constantly struggling with keeping them within her, and not just fainting from that struggle.


    Quirk Weakness
    • Infenri is still susceptible to many of the same things that any other human would be. Bullets and blades can pierce her skin and fatal wounds can be inflicted. Extremely loud noises and sudden flashes of bright light are especially effective against her. Additionally, intense smells can badly affect her. Sufficiently putrid smells can prove to be quite bothersome to her. Sound, lights, and certain smells can even incapacitate her temporarily if in high enough volume or amounts.
    • Undead Howl, Pack as One, Fell Fur have obvious weaknesses. She must maintain focus on the former. And the latter she will easily lose herself. Not to mention freeze herself, if she maintains the transformation for too long. Fell Fur will quickly just dissipate and always leaves her unconscious.
    • Infenri is so wholly focused on her brother, that he is her weakness in every regard. She will drop anything to defend him, leaving herself wide open, if necessary (or often by accident). You can even make her go against her usual orders if it is sufficiently convincing enough that it will benefit Kuro. Should anything actually happen to her brother, Infenri's mind will snap. She'll probably lash out like this, but it reflects how she loses her sense and reason like when she's absorbed the spectral hounds.
    • With how potent Inferni's quirk can be, she isn't particularly skilled. Relying almost entirely on pure instinct and just raw talent. Barring what is ordered of her, Inferni is not one to use her quirk to its best capability or calculate extensive plans. She's very "hands on, in the moment", or requires others to plan for her.

    Equipment and Gear:
    Used primarily when fleeing.
    • A few flashbangs and smokebombs.
    • A few "Shock bombs". Throwables that release a small stunning blast akin to a stun gun.
    • A few "Hailstones". Fenri-created bombs that when explode shoot out sharp icy needles. They are "equipment" because they are prepared beforehand, and are mechanical in nature.
    Her outfit consists of very little material. The material is made of a unique polymer that stretches, so it doesn't snap off when her body changes during her quirk. It is also made of a thermal material meant to offset the chill of her quirk.

    Personality:
    Ever since she was a pup, Ai or Infenri, was a bit more rambunctious than her brother. Mauve's experiments only brought that out even more. Twisting a natural playful personality into one more manic and unhinged, drawing the crazy out. However, some would think this craziness was just innately within her genes. Infenri is a lot more casual than her brother, when it comes to how she acts, what she gets up to, and her down time. Free-spirited and wild, to the point of careless, clumsy, and foolish. Though, she isn't one to sweat such trivial aspects of her personality. She's not terribly bright, and barring specifics involving her brother, is rather gullible. She's even cute.

    However, when it comes to her brother, Infenri flips a switch. She becomes aggressive, assertive, and deranged. She is incredibly territorial when it comes to her brother, insisting she's his "bodyguard". Fenri would do anything for Kuro, even if he doesn't ask it, or know he needs it. She also actively treats females that get near him with open hostility, unless one earns her favor. Which, really hasn't happened yet, not even with Mauve.

    After a few years, Fenri has changed some, but not much. She's still standoffish to "threatening" females. She still says "brother this", "brother that", and she still dedicates herself to him. But she has mellowed out a bit. And tends to be the loner-type, acting all "cool" in situations and scenarios. She's liable to let her arrogance cause issues.

    Background:
    In order to tell Infenri's story, one must begin with her father. Following his graduation from UA, Kazuo Mizushima shacked up with his long time friend Akane Fijumura. The twins were conceived fairly early in their lives, each being around 18 years of age. She and her brother were born 9 months later. Kaz and Akane named her Ai Fijumura; after her mother.

    However, after their birth, there was an attack. Akane had chosen to remain home for a bit, with the children while Kaz continued his hero work. He was still around fairly often though, his agency just a fledgling start up. Akane, having been out of the game for a bit, a little weak after childbirth, and fighting to protect two children was unable to fend off the villains.

    She and the kids were taken hostage. Kazuo rushed to their aid as soon as he'd heard former classmates and companions in tow. He fought hard, on his own at first, but with his babies and his girl on the line, it was tough. He was at a disadvantage. He got hurt, eventually though reinforcements arrived. The villains were subdued, taken down with the help of his friends, but in the process... his babies were killed. Some sort of retaliation by the villains. At least that was the picture that'd been painted.

    Unbeknownst to Kazuo, his children had in fact been taken. Nearly perfect duplicate corpses left behind in the wake of the event, perhaps? A mad scientist named Mauve, with a vendetta had taken them. What better weapons to raise could there be? And raise them she would with rigorous training, experiments, and god knows what else. The woman fed the children lies as they grew. Lies about how their father abandoned them. How he didn't care if they or their mother died. Mauve had been a guiding light. In fact, she was working with people to tear down the fabric of society and create a better world free of the hypocrisy and irresponsibility of these supposed heroes.

    At least that's what she told them. Inferni had more focus than her brother knew. Maybe not as much direct physical experimentation, but Mauve would deal with her in one-on-one quite often. All to cultivate her unique, useful quirk. They did various tests and experiments with Fenri's quirk just to see what it was capable of. But like Kuro, Inferni did not ever truly attach herself to Mauve. She views the woman as a mother a bit more than Kuro, but with how prominent Kuro exists within her mind, Mauve would always play second fiddle. Still, she is perfectly content where she is, so long as Kuro remains healthy and happy, Fenri is more than willing to do anything required of her to maintain that paradise.

    After the events of the last MHA. Kuro ended up going to prison for Fenri's sake. Which she has never really gotten over. Even so, Kuro's imprisonment meant Fenri joined her father's family. Chitose, while not her biological mother, has made effort to mother her like any of her other kids. Though to Fenri, that always felt slightly stuffy. But perhaps it wasn't so bad. Ichirou put effort into welcoming her into the family. As of right now, she's not quite sure what to think of him. And has not forgiven him for hurting Kuro. With the younger twins, it was a rocky start, and probably not quite as stable as it could be. But out of all of them, the girls are the ones Fenri is more liable to relate to and open up to the easiest. Time is what they needed to warm up to one another.

    Requires contact with the target to completely cancel their ability to use their quirk or contact with the production of a quirk, i.e. a blast from a fire user or the like. Requires contact be made with palms in order to nullify.

    Quirk Weakness: Requires close proximity and physical contact with his palms directly. Aside from physical training, he is a man.

    Equipment and Gear: Consists of typical fatigues and some plating and padding for defense. A rebreather to filter out noxious gasses and quirks. Carries some other support equipment such as smoke or flash grenades. Reinforced gloves to help him more safely fight in hand to hand.

    Personality: Despite his violent tendencies and devil may care attitude, Takumi is a rather good guy to get to know and a loyal friend. While not happy go lucky or overly talkative, he certainly doesn't have any issue walking up to someone and striking up a conversation or inquiring about something. Due to his lack of friendships previously, he's more than motivated to gain some allies now. Unfortunately his lack of social interaction has made him slightly dense or awkward and disables him from recognizing some social cues immediately. In many ways, he can be related to a dog; friendly and loyal, but you need to tell him exactly what you want.

    Unfortunately, much like a dog, he needs to be watched or he'll likely get into trouble. Many see him as belligerent, and is quick to pick fights or shut someone down if he sees them getting too uppity. His blatant and outspoken way of speaking certainly doesn't help cool things down either. While he tends to justify these bouts as acting in the defense of himself or others, he can't deny that a part of him enjoys combat and can be seen grinning through fights that actually pose a challenge.

    Background: Takumi wasn't one of the unfortunate rarities to be born without a quirk, but early on he might as well have been. With his quirk of nullification having an oddly specific effect zone, it's unknown when exactly the ability manifested itself, but the boy didn't actually discover it until later than his peers. By that point, the hierarchies had mostly been established; the nobility and the peasants. With his non-flashy quirk, he was forcefully shoved into the latter. Most accepted these terms and seemed to cuddle up to those with the luckier draws. Takumi wasn't one of them.

    Like his less than reputable father, Takumi was never one to think that someone's quirk should define them. As such, he often found himself butting heads with those who grew a little too big for their britches after they got their quirks. Most of the time Takumi got his ass kicked, but he seemed to always get one or two good hits in on his opponents. Half of the time, that was all that was needed. When you could blow someone away with a snap of your fingers, there wasn't much of a reason to build your body up. Still, while some may have seen his endeavors as, although aggressive, perhaps noble in a way, due to the associations of his birth parents as known villains, most simply saw it as a villain's kid following in the same footsteps.

    Takumi was adopted and raised mostly by his grandparents when his parents left to go "change the status quo". His grandfather, a retired pro-hero, held a rather harsh and candid opinion of the boy's parents who took issue with the monetization and greed of the hero industry. To a certain extent, Takumi agreed. He disliked those with dangerous and abusive attitudes being tolerated because they had strong quirks and stayed just clear of the law, but mostly he just disliked the idea of people that were lucky in the lottery of life thinking that meant they could do whatever they wanted.

    At first, Takumi attempted to enter a hero school, but that didn't go so well. Whether it was the actions in his youth, his association with his parents or the fact his quirk wasn't that well-developed, he was turned away at almost every step. His determination disallowed any setbacks, however. If he couldn't work within the system, he would do so outside of it.

    He didn't get far enough to make headlines or anything; a high school kid trying to hunt down criminals on his own with an underdeveloped nullification quirk. He took down a few minor crooks with mediocre powers and skills, but as he went on he quickly began taking damage. Sprains, bruises, cuts; one drop of blood was all it took to I.D. him.

    Vigilantism was a crime and, though Takumi technically didn't break the law by harming people with his quirk, he still spent time in juvenile hall for his behavior. That was until ANVIL started taking form. Takumi originally just begrudgingly festered in the prison of minors, but appealed when Misoka founded the organization. He wasn't exactly "free", but through a judge order his sentence was changed to enlist in ANVIL when he was 18 rather than transfer to adult prison.

    Since then, Takumi has co-opted the moniker "Zero", a nickname used against him when he was younger. He's still quite rough around the edges, but his quirk paired with physique and hand to hand combat proficiency make him a good neutralizer of key targets.

    Relationships:

    Kanna Tanaka: Off to a rough start, as Takumi was with plenty of his coworkers. The boy had his reservations about the woman given her power and previous alignment, though quickly warmed up to her through exchanged blows. One of the people he's grown closer with and speaks with the most, though they more often converse through punches.

    Ayame Daichi: Takumi held a good opinion of Ayame from the start given her familial relations, quirk, and behavior. He gets along quite well with her, seeing her as a friend, though not one he would ever want to fight. Has pissed her off a few times by saying "A panda is a panda".

    Charlotte Chevalier: Takumi doesn't think highly of the girl. He sees her as weak-willed and spoiled, having gotten as far as she has with minimal effort due to a strong quirk. The two haven't met though, only having an opinion of her through television and some coworkers.

    Shiori Sunemizuki: At first taken aback by her natural smile, Takumi was wary at first but that quickly went away due to her demeanor. The two aren't exactly close friends, but they are on good terms.

    Yosuke Yubiki: Doesn't know him. Takumi thinks he heard his name from one of his comrades or two.

    Quirk Description: Masaru's main form of power is obviously the ability to form and manipulate ice wherever he is. It's capabilities are widely versatile, meaning he can make use of them for either offense or defense, focus on lethality or incapacitation. Uses of Ice Make can be, for simplicity's sake, divided into these categories:

    - Conjuration and manipulation of ice, through the use of simple gestures, Masaru is capable of making a wall of ice shoot forth from the ground with a stomp of his foot or wave of his hand. He may construct pillars that shoot out towards an enemy, act as footing, or shoot ice shards to use as a ranged attack. There doesn't appear to be a specific limit to what Masaru can make, simply that his conjurations must be within an area, albeit a large one, around himself and that his own body must be taken into account as well as time depending on the intricacies of the item.
    - Conjuration and use of weapons made of ice. Masaru appears able to create any form of weapon with his ice, save for more advanced technologies such as guns. However, he is known for being trained with a blade, as such betting on him summoning forth some form of sword, or several is fair. It is as well to note that weapons made as such can be manipulated the same way as the rest of his ice, meaning he need not necessarily touch it to send it flying at an enemy, or for it to return to his own hand.
    - A more recent addition to his powers would be "riding" his ice. Masaru appears capable of "sliding" around on his own ice, though perhaps it would be more accurate to say that he skates without the need for the actual footwear. The technique can give him a boost in speed and mobility, or just aid in being lazy around the town. It should be noted, however, that Masaru requires a path of ice to "skate" along it. As such, abilities capable of disrupting any ice paths would limit or disable use of this aspect of his ability.
    Masaru is capable of detonating his icy creations at will. He can either expel them similarly to a fragmentation grenade, peppering the surrounding area in shards, or as of recently expand the ice upon contact in order to create sudden obstacles or even entrap portions of what the materialization hits. This includes the swords he strikes with which, instead of being simple melee instruments, they are now capable of "traveling" somewhat onto what they make contact with, allowing him to incapacitate someone via frost over time, or expelling ice outward in a less accurate, crescent slash.
    - Can freeze over his own body for defense, creating armor of ice across his body as well as hardening his skin from the extreme cold. Due to Masaru having grown more durable to low temperatures, he can sustain himself like this, though it does cause his body to slow.

    Quirk Weakness: While powerful and versatile with no real limit for creation, he's limited by his own mortal body. Despite his powers and training, he is not invulnerable to the freezing cold and with extended use of his abilities, his body starts feeling the effects. One might take note in a long fight with him that shards of ice begin sticking to his body and clothes. This is not an action taken on his own part, but a product of his body beginning to freeze. He might not just drop right away, but his reflexes and physique would definitely suffer, not to mention side-effects and symptoms in the aftermath of the bout. Theoretically, Masaru could destroy himself solely off the use of his own abilities, though he would have to be forced into continuous use for a long period of time

    Equipment and Gear: His hero suit is made of thermal materials designed to maintain a relatively normal body temperature. While Masaru has grown more tolerant to the cold, to the point where he shouldn't have to worry about harming himself in most cases, the suit aids this further.

    Personality: At first glance, Masaru comes off as stoic and serious. However, while stone-faced at times, he proves not to be as emotionless as he can appear. It's not impossible to make him smile or laugh, and once accomplished it will easily show that he's no one to be outright wary of. On top of that, aside from outright displays of violence it appears rather difficult to anger him. Mainly his focus is simply due to his goals and priorities as what he seeks to accomplish is nothing meager and requires constant improvement in himself.

    He proves to have morals, at least compared to some others who think their quirk defines how they're allowed to act. Masaru will show a condescending attitude and overall shit-talk people as if he's above them, however this is usually in reference to bullies and those he catches abusing their strength. After all, if they think doing what they want because of their power is so great, then surely they wouldn't mind when he comes along with the same mentality. Other than that he appears well-mannered and honorable, to an extent. He wants to earn people's respect more than their fear, but towards more low-balling opponents, he won't be above sinking below his current level a little bit. It truly depends on the situation, if it's just him on the line or someone else.

    True anger is an emotion Masaru doesn't show too often, though it is possible to draw it out from him. Typically, things such as loss or insults aren't enough. Insulting or mentioning his mother might annoy or earn his ire. Aside from that, it takes rather despicable actions to actually piss him off, such as hurting others instead of attacking him directly, especially people he's learned to care about. Such things can easily be used as an anchor for him. Aside from that, the one person who appears able to immediately anger Masaru is his brother, Tadashi. It's been a while since Masaru has seen his brother, and the spite contained for him is likely a mixture of past experiences as well as Masaru's uncertainty of being able to best him.

    Masaru formerly flustered quite easily, though with maturity and experience he is much calmer now, but when it comes to teasing and under pressure. What he might respond to with rashness or stuttering before he now retains a calm scowl or gives an exasperated sigh. A blush can still be drawn from him, though panic isn't likely.

    Background: Renown, Power, Respect, Authority, Wealth. When people think of the "birth lottery", most would look upon such categories to hope for. For Masaru, he was "fortunate" enough to be born into what is considered a powerful and renowned family, albeit renowned for the wrong reasons.

    Takeshi, Chiaki. Masaru's mother was one who graduated from Shiketsu High to become a great hero. A powerful woman with a strong ice quirk, paired with combat prowess in the form of family-line swordsmanship. Today, she's known as the retired hero Yuki-onna, divorced to the pro hero Raijin.

    Nikaido married primarily with the intent of creating strong offspring to further move up in the world. As can be expected, his treatment towards his kin could be improved upon. When his wife began pushing her kids against fighting and "coddling" them, he accused her of making them weak and sought to put an end to it with a divorce. Leaving, he took Masaru's elder brother with him. However the resentment, both towards his father and elder brother, was already instilled.

    Enduring a rough curriculum of training early on and taking abuse from his own brother, Tadashi, who fully accepted their father's ideals, it's no wonder why he holds such aversion towards the both of them. However, while his elder brother followed their parents footsteps, enrolling in Shiketsu High, Masaru sought to follow his mother's ideals and apply to U.A. to become a true hero.

    Masaru graduated from UA, albeit with more than one kind of scar from his experiences. Despite several of his peers moving to ANVIL, Hozan remained determined to the idea of heroism. While respecting of Dulluhan's Flame and his friends intentions, he doesn't know how to feel about the organization. To him, it seems like the methods of Grudge if she were an entire agency, which in his mind gives more room for abuse and lines to be crossed. Nonetheless, he keeps to himself and performs his duty whilst waiting to see if ANVIL crosses any lines.

    Giving her control of her bodies keratin allowing her to grow out her hair rapidly using it like a series of dangerous tendrils to strike, grab, throw, stab, and even move herself around. Thanks to Hardwire's training Auroras hair strength & reaction time has evolved to block bullets at a eyed glance (yes she needs to see it to register and block it). Aurora can grow out her nails into sharp blades strong enough to cut through steel like metals allowing her to literally use them like knives however do to their size they can be damaged rather quickly against heavy weapons, or opponents. The buff side of her quirk however has mutated the qualities of her skin into a organic metal. Thanks to that her skin is way denser, and heavier feeling exactly like metal upon physical touch. Thanks to the experience with Chuya and Fenri, Aurora's skin has evolved to a stronger density allowing her to easily take no damage/piercing from firearms/attacks until reaching sniper/magnum round force. Hence the girls unexpected weight, and super strength allowing her feats up to 32 tons in torque power. What allows her to move normally is the surge of electricity in her blood that keeps her in a constant adrenaline condition allowing her the ability to be mobile like anyone else, and cancel out minor pain. Yet unless using her hair Aurora can't exactly run that fast at best she can move at a brisk jog. Aurora can turn around and release that electrical currents through her nails, and hair to elementally damage her enemies. Unlike her father though this electricity can't charge machines as it is to volatile. Yet instead she can siphon them revitalizing Aurora's strength, and stamina. Making her literally a walking tank immune to Electricity, fire, and ice elemental attacks. On note electricity attacks can hit her but the moment it makes contact with her hair it is devoured muting the point. As to fire Aurora can easily handle massive heat points until reaching 3,422 °C/ 6,192 °F.

    Quirk Techniques:

    Hair Styles

    Through her training with multiple pros from Hardwire, Surge Alloy. Titan, The Grudge, and even Electros among numerous enemy encounters Aurora has created a fighting style meant to trip up people as it constantly changes based on her current hair style. Her most well know is her Valkyrie Celtic braids that's a perfect blend of offense, and defense. Another being her Let Loose style that has her constantly defended by her strands threatening to catch and ensnare her prey while constantly blocking, and netting oncoming attacks.

    A unique turn of her fathers special technique where a massive amount of energy is consumed and processed. Its initial start is always signaled by her piercing glowing blue eyes. In this state Aurora brain processing power is accelerated along with hers reaction time, and electrical output. Eventually she plan to pursue effects into her nail blades

    Water however is a massive weakness short circuiting the girls quirk out of control making it dangerous for her to go near large bodies of water, or deal with water quirk users if a majority of her hairs is dosed Aurora will go through a short circuit where all of her electricity will violently lash out harming anything near threatening to kill anyone with a regular body. Her weight requires her to be cautious of her environment capability to hold her. Along with long range enemies though that's more a annoyance. Telekinesis is a major issue as aerial recover is rather hard for a 1 ton woman in the air.

    Shockingly given her parents backgrounds Aurora is rather polite to a strange Victorian lady like concept. Extremely respectful yet not one you want to gain the ire of. From her experiences from her UA days her somewhat anti social habits have been broken out of as she is a bit more out going, and direct with her friendships. She is coined as a rather pleasant motherly figure to those younger, and those at her age alike aiming to help everyone through peaceful means first before escalating to throwing a punch. Given the changing world Aurora has also turned a bit judicial like herself giving of a very mature vibe in the essence of legal matters especially when at odds with Hero/Anvil cross roads. Easily approachable yet bubble bursting once comfortable with someone out of work. Understanding of accidents, but still punishing to repeated offenders. Proper, and polite yet ironed will, and unshakable. A stronger willed one for sure garnered by her parents personalities no doubt. Overall pretty fun, but very much a workaholic nature giving her little time for a personal life. Yet extremely loyal to the few friends she has made over the years.



    Background
    Her mother was the well known Anti Hero Grudge a gritty dark hero who was misunderstood by the masses, her father the now known Second ranked hero of Japan Surge Alloy... goes without saying heroing was very much a equation in her childhood. Yet shockingly her parents were not absent in her life Allo, and Takagi made sure Aurora was never without one of her parents at all time impressively only needing a baby sitter during romantic nights, or national risks. Thus her family life was very vibrant, and healthy. Her favorite past time as a kid though was watching videos of her parents in action doing whatever it took to keep her home safe from the villainous forces across the country. Of course once her quirk kicked in the very nature of it excited her to the core as he parents were happy for her, but clearly concerned about her entering the hero world as it wasn't really what they hoped she would go to. Yet ever the supportive type they cheered her on pulling no strings as she requested of them. If she was going to get into U.A it would be by her own hands. Most of her life she didn't have much friends do to the fact most kids were intimidated by her parents, and her quirk. Though around the fourth grade Aurora was introduced to Amaris the daughter of her parents U.A friend Ramiris. While a bit hard at first due to Amaris quirk the two steadily became best friends. "Or so i say," Aurora would tease to others mimicking Amaris's speech patterns. Discover a fellow hero heartened soul in Amaris the two girls combined forces to work towards their goal. Upon getting her invitation Aurora knew her adventure was just beginning to a rather unexpected tale of historical importance.

    In the coming UA day Aurora would experience political rebellion, anti government, Anti hero forces, and a extreme list of dangerous villains constantly attack her class in particular on many occasions giving them the most aggressive first hand experience in hero history that killed, harmed, and maimed many of her fellow classmates. Aurora was introduced to movement that wanted heros to be squashed out by the man known as Akio. With her mettle tested on numerous occasions Aurora experienced loss, soul searching, unrequited emotions, victor, and a true test of her will as a hero. After successfully graduating Aurora immediately got straight to work helping the war against the resurgence of the Yakuza, and a shadowy glove of a hand moving the villain forces. During the time gap Aurora has completed a degree in Engineering, and Law which has been most helpful in tech used on the field, and with the laws involved with how Heroes and Anvil interact. Slowly becoming a legal figure Aurora still morose concentrates on actual crime fighting though makes a rare appearance to help other heroes with legal situations especially when in clash with Anvil.

    Ayame(@RedArmyShogun ): Is still friends with as they keep work out of their friendship. Has had a few run ins with work, but nothing to cause nasty feelings. Both are very professional but do wind down together on occasion.

    Kanna(@RedArmyShogun ): Though at odds the two still keep in touch, and spar with each other from time to time. Work wise Aurora has gone out of her way to avoid Kanna knowing how heated the two can get between each others ideals. All in all still friends with some bumps. At first it didn't seem like it was plausible, but as Kanna never replaced the gauntlets Aurora made for her its clear the two hold a high respect for each other.

    Jet(Myself XD): Keeps casual contact with, and has worked together with him on a few cases.

    Shun(@Demon Shinobi ): Though they still may disagree on some viewpoints Aurora has gone out of her way to at least be nice for Cupies sake. The two have had some shared cases with good results but for the most part the relation is professional and nothing more.

    Isamu(@Demon Shinobi ): In a hilarious event Aurora has discovered Isamu's apparent bad ass label for her which though causing her to giggle it out has started to hang out with a bit from time to time. Even so far as to offer to team up on some cases, or to hang out.

    Masaru(@EmperorsChosen ): The two have ran into each other on a few cases yet they have kept to a professional relation.

    Charlotte(@EmperorsChosen ): The two still hang out very much and are very good on friendly terms. Mostly hang out out of hero work as it allows for her to hangout with both her, and Isamu at the same time. Though she will sometimes bail joking about how she can only be the third wheel for so much in a day XD.

    Ichirou(@Jessica2477 ): Still very much cares for, and keeps in contact with. Though her feeling have subsided for him she still feel conflicted with Ichi dating Adelaide but has respectfully not interfered with it. The two have worked cases together from time to time, and still take time to keep their friendship alive.

    Cupie(@Jessica2477 ): At first when Cupie was adopted Aurora found herself a bit at odds with the pink girl they clashed, and rough housed quite a bit until they both accepted that they had come to form a sisterly bond. The two hang out often with Aurora having her couch at the ready in case Cupie needs to crash or gets in a fight with Shun over the anvil stuff. Would fight tooth and nail to protect her sister.

    Quirk Description

    Fuyuki believes her power is because of a fundamental misunderstanding of her own quirk. Fuyuki believes that her power is because she's a "Hero of Justice", hence why she named her quirk that. And that directly translates to her "being powerful". "Because heroes are powerful", is her simple reasoning; her intense power could be distributed to this simple reasoning, such is the frightening aspect of her true quirk.

    This is what she fundamentally believes within her. Her quirk seems to act on this too. For when she needs to be more 'heroic', such as when she's cornered by a villain, seemingly defeated, or protecting others, she receives a "Power Up" that is enough to overcome those odds. However, this is purely coincidental misconceptions, and is nothing but a lie of her quirk's own making.

    In truth, Fuyuki's quirk has nothing to do with being a "Hero of Justice". Well... not really, but sorta, actually. The truth of Fuyuki's quirk is that it amasses power pretty much like she thinks, but not due to any sense of justice, but due to her own delusions. That is to say, the quirk "Hero of Justice" is really "Delusions of Grandeur". The more Fuyuki deludes herself -that is to say, the stronger Fuyuki's delusions are, the more power she can amass, exude, release, and use. In truth, there is no real limit on Delusions of Grandeur, and Fuyuki could conceivably keep "Powering Up" indefinitely, so long as her own delusions continue to grow. However... this is not necessarily a good thing. (Though as of currently her threshold and limit tend to be similar, if not slightly lower, to Aurora's.)

    Simply put, her quirk makes her delusions a reality for her. It just so happens the current powerful delusion is "I am a Hero of Justice!" And furthermore, "A Hero of Justice never loses. Especially not to villains!"

    Considering that's true, her quirk can manifest delusions she cooks up in the moment, even if there was nothing prior that would imply she was capable of what she comes up with, so long as her delusion is believed by herself as apart of the quirk "Hero of Justice". So long as a "Hero of Justice" could feasibly accomplish it, then her quirk Delusions of Grandeur will actualize it. Though Fuyuki is pretty simple-minded, so you shouldn't expect much beyond an energy beam and punches.

    With all that said, Fuyuki's "power level" tends to hover around "how hero-like" she feels in the moment. Meaning if she's feeling lukewarm, her power won't be significant, and only rises as the situation turns dire. "Just like a true hero's!" Due to the delusion of heroes winning through adversity, Fuyuki's power is never really overwhelming, except to your more common street thug villain, who heroes are known to dispatch of easily. "Big bads" and their lieutenant lackeys will always give Fuyuki a tough time.

    • Capable of leaping far distances, super-hero landing with no adverse effects, and increased speed of movement beyond a normal human's

    All of her bigger Special Attacks leave her winded and fatigued. If she ever goes "ham" her stamina takes a massive hit and her defenses drastically lower. "Just like a hero would be after using their signature trump card."
    • Emperor Jimmu's Smash: A powerful attack with enough force to send a shockwave down a city block and shatter structures, stone, and other man-made creations. Capable of causing mass destruction.
    • Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi: "Rage my heroic spirit! Be my blade!" Fuyuki claps her hands together, and withdraws her shichishitō made of her quirk's unique energy. Is nothing more than a "physical" sword-like wieldable weapon for Fuyuki. Strong enough to cut through metal and rock though, burning through them, leaving heated scorched slashes. This weapon is capable of deflecting energy-based emitter quirks or other similar attacks and bullets. Eventually it dissipates with her unable to maintain its form.
    • Amaterasu's Graceful Celebration: Drawing as much of her "heroic" power into her Shichishitō as possible, Fuyuki makes a huge, powerful cut, that sends out a shockwave of energy similar to what the "sword" is made out of. This wave of energy burns so brightly that it effectively slams her target with a raging, flaming inferno. This attack leaves her drained and winded.
    • Yasakani no Magatama: Fuyuki creates orbs of her energy and can fire them as projectiles. Don't possess much power behind them.
    • Yata no Kagami: Similar to Amaterasu's Graceful Celebration, this attack is a energy-based one, where Fuyuki fires a powerful laser. A hero's "power" is a mixture of their will, spirit, justice, and heart to fight. So it leaves Fuyuki quite drained. Though the laser is more of a kinetic force rather than heat in this case.

    Quirk Weakness:
    Delusions of Grandeur grants power under the quirk user's own delusions. Theoretically this power has no limit. But the truth is, the more one deludes oneself, the more unstable mentally they become. That is to say. The more Fuyuki uses her quirk (even unknowingly, like she is), the more she'll meet a fate similar to her mother's. Until she no longer can recognize what reality really is. She'll cease playing a "Hero of Justice" and go on believing the lie as irrefutable fact. Which without a doubt, will break her sanity, and cause her own consciousness to die.

    A lesser weakness of Delusions of Grandeur comes if the delusion is ever broken. Should a time come when Fuyuki ever fails in her "Hero of Justice" duties, or thinks "I'm not actually a Hero of Justice..." Then her entire quirk will just fail, and all of her power will completely cease, leaving her as normal as any buff quirkless person out there. The only way to regain her power, is if the delusion somehow returns, or if a new delusion of equal strength takes its place as the quirk's means to amass strength once again. Theoretically, should her delusion ever be broken, it could be impossible to 'remake' a comparable delusion, and Fuyuki could become powerless, and lose all hope forever. That's just how powerful the Delusion of Grandeur quirk is.

    Currently she suffers from headaches that she takes some medicine for. Fuyuki is unaware its caused by her quirk, and tries mostly to ignore it.

    Equipment and Gear: Fuyuki really doesn't use much, believing "herself is enough" for any job. Her "hero wear" is nothing more than a simple school girl uniform, which she is known for.

    Personality:

    A somewhat oblivious and naive, in a way, girl, Fuyuki tries to maintain a friendly, understanding demeanor. The girl is hard to crack, and even harder to gain her trust, no matter how much it may seem you have it. She hides behind her "Heroic" persona. Talking down to common citizenry, though not with active malicious intent or anything. Should anything be disrespectful, it is purely on accident, due to Fuyuki trying to maintain that heroic guise in front of others. Honestly beneath that lies a lonely and friendly girl, who may just want simpler things. To Anvil members, though, she is more inclined to talk back to, or be outright contrarian with. Openly mocks and badmouths Anvil members should the opportunity arise. But will always prioritize her Heroic persona.

    Has a flowery way of speaking, especially in the presence of villains. People she dislikes she tries her best to maintain proper hero cadence while inwardly despising the person in question. Embarrasses easily with any actions that make her lose that Heroic exterior. Regardless, always playing the hero has helped Fuyuki grow immense confidence, which doesn't shake easily. She's rather dependable, except with things she doesn't know how to do. Even still, that doesn't really stop her from offering her aid or support.

    For a long time Fuyuki closed herself off to sexual or romantic feelings, but has since come to terms with being attracted to both sexes. Though, due to circumstances of her past, it is far harder for her to trust or open up to a man. Speaking of which, she doesn't like sharing the limelight with men, in general, feeling a strange sense of competitiveness with them. Especially when it comes to the hero game. Saying "I'm the best hero! I can easily beat a male hero's records any day!" It's a wonder what men think of this competitive side to her.

    Background:
    Fuyuki's early life was sadder than it probably should've been. Her mother was a promising pro hero named Fantasma, who was famous in her own right. It was her mother's pro hero work that was their household's only noteworthy income. Her father worked at the elementary school she attended. One school trip where he chaperoned, a villain group descended upon them. Before anything happened, her father deserted the kids and ran away screaming. He was such a coward, he had never even bothered to fully understand what his quirk did. Fuyuki had always known of her father's cowardice, but it came as a shock to the rest of the class. His desertion left class morale in the gutter, with many of the kids screaming in utter terror.

    It wasn't clear why the villains kidnapped the kids. Or at least Fuyuki never found out. But those days were hellish. Ignoring the frequent sexual abuse of the minors, the living conditions were utter shit. Forced to live in their own filth and squalor. The entire class was locked in a cage together, and left unattended for days at a time. When food finally came. It was scraps. The malnourished, frightened, abused kids fought one another, but ultimately even that began to stop. Until several kids died, and others became unresponsive, and some just went crazy to themselves. Fuyuki was the latter. The entire time she couldn't help but think "what if I could do something", "what if I could help", "I should've done something", "I should help". Those meddlesome thoughts swarmed around in her mind relentlessly like a particularly obtrusive thunderstorm. She couldn't help but think "I should stop him", "I should help her", "I should fight back", when one of the girls or herself were taken away. But she never lifted a finger. Her thoughts remained that way for awhile, until they gradually changed into, "I should fight", "I should beat these guys", "I should kill them". With "I should fight" being the most prominent repeated thought.

    At some point, they were rescued, though there was just a few of the kids left. And the others died due to complications in the hospital, leaving Fuyuki the sole survivor of that incident. She would be reunited with her family, only to find out her father hadn't managed to escape, and had, in fact, been killed by the villains as he was fleeing. Although her mother was a prolific hero, that Fuyuki looked up to and respected, saying "I want to be like her someday", those feelings ended, and are long in the past. Fantasma's career was short lived. Turns out her mother's quirk, "Fantasmic Bliss", that gave her foes temporary delusional states similar to schizophrenia, had a nasty side-effect. The more Fantasma used her quirk, the more it built up within her, until finally she couldn't hold it back anymore. Her own quirk hit her with the same delusions a hundredfold, that she had inflicted on her enemies. Now Fuyuki's mother is locked away in a mental hospital, trapped in the worst case of schizophrenic hallucinations Japan has ever seen.

    Somehow, Fuyuki seemed to pull through it all, after years of counseling. Professing that she wanted to go to UA, she somehow ended up going to Shiketsu. Which after acing the curriculum there, was freed to work in a divided society. She decided to join the HA saying, "I knew I should've joined UA all along. I'm a hero!" It is Fuyuki's dream and ambition to become the best, strongest, most reliable Hero. To the point nothing like she went through will ever happen to anyone again. Which she promised to herself as a "Hero of Justice". Anvil gets in the way of that, so she hates it fiercely.


    Relationships:
    • Amaris: Secretly hates the sneaky Anvil member. Struggles to maintain her composure around Amaris.
    • Kanna: Secretly hates the Anvil member, seeing a lot of herself in the miko. Which enrages her inwardly even more. Can maintain her composure easier with Kanna, should Kanna be amenable, too.
    • Ayame: Is more agreeable with Ayame, but as she's Anvil, Fuyuki tends to hate her. Easier to hide it though. But it's pretty obvious she's one of the few who doesn't "fall for" Ayame's cute act and animal characteristics.
    • Charlotte: Has a "friendly rivalry" with due to conflicting ideals about heroes and money.
    • Shiori: As of right now, Fuyuki isn't really aware of this particular Anvil member. She's unaware of the teefy girl's awe-inspired affections for the Hero of Justice.
    • Ino: Her "Mama", that she dotes on and is playfully affectionate with.
    • Masaru: Due to similar heroic ideals, they get along fine. Fuyuki teases him about being a "friendlier", "funner", "more inspirational" hero.
    • Takumi: Like Shiori, Fuyuki is unaware of this particular Anvil member. But if she knew him, she probably wouldn't really like him for his affiliation. Should his actions prove heroic, though, she could see herself being cool with him. Even finding him a bit amusing.
    • Ryushi: Like Shiori and Takumi, Fuyuki is unaware of this particular Anvil member. Probably wouldn't get along with him as well as Takumi. But she may find his particular quirk impressive, and think he would be useful to "Hero Work!"
    • Jet: Fuyuki has a huge amount of admiration for many of class 1A members. She's aware of most of them, and views them as a huge inspiration for her hero work. Jet's no different. She says he's "famous" for what he's done as class 1A, and due to that that makes her starry-eyed in his presence, like for many of class 1A.

  • Likes: Lonely sits where she stares up at the stars, or reflects, or just lets her mind wander, like on the grass, on the roof, on a bench, on the beach, etc. Hard candy; namely jawbreakers and suckers. Walks. Quiet times. Being poor.

    In Brief:
    Focal Recall is Psychometry with ESP(Extrasensory Perception) borderlining Hyper Awareness.

    In Detail:
    By having direct contact with an object Ryushi is able to focus and extract its residual record/memories. This may include knowledge of makers, past owners, travel, use, and spatial placement. In the case of the last, it allows Ryushi to view and recall "memorized" points in time surrounding an object. The scope and size of these spatial "memories" is chiefly restricted based on the size of the object. A ring for example would merely record a wearers activity, their words, and little of the surrounding world. Whereas larger pieces of jewelry or clothing would offer a limited view of the surroundings. Highlighting that trinkets only possess enough "memory space" to store memories of minor details versus larger objects commanding greater "capacity."

    The exception to this and a secondary influence on what may be imprinted with an object is the "emotional resonance" of an event. Stated simply, the more emotionally charged an occurrence the more likely a record of it is to be imprinted on the surroundings and linger. Integrating these details or "memory data" into his working memory has become second nature through training and routine use. Enabling the ability and affect to be rendered nearly instantly.

    Usage:
    To enhance the utility of his quirk Ryushi has adopted and refined the use of everyday objects as "catalysts". To elaborate, consider the typical objects one carries or wears on a daily basis. Watches, Rings, Foot Wear, Currency, A Deck of Cards, etc. Now, how might one utilize these objects in Ryushi's case? The same as one would use a CD or USB to store files or important documents. By recalling a point in time where Ryushi has access to an entire database of criminals and quirk users or merely individuals while wearing a specific ring, holding a jack of diamonds, or wearing his favorite tie. Ryushi can transfer the bulk of those focused thoughts as memories to said object for later recall. The act of Focal Recall itself leaves an impression upon an object. Owing to numerous creative manipulations of his quirk and the ability to instantly note whether he's investigated an object before.

    Outside of ANVIL his quirk see's use mostly in judicial proceedings and memory recovery. The latter being a service provided by his "White Elephant" private investigation agency.



    Quirk Weakness:
    Despite its broad utility in Ryushi's creative hand, the quirk itself is more naturally suited for use in investigation and reconnaissance than combat. This places his field team commonly in the position of escort. With his presence in the field principally being to provide minute Intel or reports on a target and simultaneously gather new details for corrective updates and future planning.

    This regularly presents him as an awkward liability, who while useful for initial encounters and prep, doesn't contribute much to the critical acts in capture, recovery, or neutralization of ANVIL targets. A challenge Ryushi seeks to mitigate eventually with the use of "layered memories" as mock simulations. Allowing him to have predictive capabilities, limited as they may be. It remains a project yet to undergo field testing. .

    Additionally, the larger an object, the more memories and details it contains, the more focus and time is required to sift through and locate specific details.

In that order, these three words could summarize the overall persona that Ryushi has crafted and refined over the years as the eldest son of the Nagaromi household. Never one to speak out of term, impolitely or from pure emotion. He epitomizes an ideal child to inherit and continue a multi-million dollar family corporate legacy. Open to suggestions, never disobeying or thinking out of term with his parents guidance. Not one to shrug authority or question it outside a necessity to accomplish tasks. Readily willing to help those less fortunate where he can or when someone requests his assistance. No matter the cost, so long as it inevitably brings good repute to the Nagaromi name. This is Nagaromi Ryushi to the world.

    Nagaromi Ryushi to Nagaromi Ryushi, might as well be dead. Apathetic, calculating, emotionally jaded. An inner cynic whose existence refuses its own validation. Which doesn't seek to express itself, achieve adulated ideals, further its understanding of the world and the people in it. It's sole existential contradictory aim is to hunt and weed out those contributors to the Bloody Seventh. To the death of his annoying, naive, and troublesome younger sister. To this end there is no method too underhand, no price too steep, no sacrifice too great. An obsession, would be putting it lightly. The end result of this search? Only Nagaromi Ryushi who knows Nagaromi Ryushi can know, God has been left uninformed.


    Background:
    To shorten a rather lengthy and bureaucratically complex history spanning beyond the majority of Ryushi's twenty-one years of life. I'll bore you with the bare necessities to give you the important context. The Nagaromi family name is one attached to a multi-million dollar manufacturing company which just happens to be the largest manufacturer of micromotors the world round. Alongside this ridiculous wealth is a rich and bloody family history that can track its origins back to the days of feudal Japan and the Warring States era. You can likely guess a few things about growing up in a family like the Nagaromi's from this. A high price was put on maintaining prestige and ensuring the lineage of tradition and success was preserved untainted. Enter Ryushi, the family's next prospective head. Birthed and raised for this sole purpose, it's natural that other things be forgotten along the way. Such as parental affection, individuality, and free will. However, these didn't so much matter. As from a young age Ryushi was quick to grasp his place and understand its predetermined destiny.

    He hadn't the ability to forget disappointments nearly as easily as his younger siblings. And by virtue of his quirk, early on learned a great deal from the various items in the Nagaromi household. His parents and their extended family profited greatly from their respective company GPD, but it had never quite explained the extreme to which their lavish lifestyle peaked. When his father eventually became conscious of Ryushi's quirk. As it's practically impossible to tell without Ryushi letting on. He almost immediately had them relocated and replaced all their furnishings. "A new beginning" they tried to make him believe, but Ryushi knew better. They were just looking after themselves. They always had and inevitably always would. His younger sister was naturally not as keen. He could note she never really came to understand or accept the way their parents cultivated them. They had much in common with the flowers of the garden. Planted, inspected, nurtured, and pruned but not for their own sake.

    Following the Bloody Seventh. The Nagaromi were swift to accept their loss and moved on. Ryushi did not. It wasn't as if Ryushi had died after all. Ryushi did not. She had always proven to be a problem child. Ryushi did not care. She was every bit of an annoyance to him regularly, this was true. She always managed to shrug off her responsibilities and was only concerned with the trivialities in life. Such as trying new foods, exploring the various district shops, yammering about her favorite books and shows. Ryushi always thought she had been born into the wrong household and would have enjoyed life elsewhere. But, she now no longer had that option. And while her loud mouthed pleas for his company, and the idle afternoons spent traveling all over town no longer distracted him from his work. Ryushi could not focus. This paired with the bothersome words his family had drunkenly shared that night after her passing led him to leave the Nagaromi house.

    A voluntary estrangement. No doubt coming as a shock to his elders, and an unpleasant surprise to his siblings. But it wasn't his responsibility to be their father, he couldn't be. The best he could do was show them their place in the cogs of their parents' business and how best to take advantage of it as he had. The fact they had come to look to him as Big Nii was their own choice. The world they had been born into was rotten, inside and out of his family's circle. There was no cleaning it up, not completely. One could dust the place and wipe it down, but only one street corner at a time. All the while, the rest of the world rotted away.

    Using his own connections Ryushi today works as a member of ANVIL's Intelligence Unit alongside being a private investigator. His days are frequently busy. With tasks ranging from managing reports for ANVIL, investigating instances of unapproved lethal force, appearing in judicial proceedings as a "special witness", investigating private affairs and thefts, as well as recovering important memories for clients. The latter tend to be the elderly or those suffering brain trauma. Originally a roundabout way of attracting individuals present at the Bloody Seventh in the hopes of finding lost connections. It has largely proven to become a personal nuisance along with the gifted title of "White Elephant''. In time Ryushi eventually altered the name of his agency to reflect it. Not as everyone believes, due to his memory and white hair, but in actuality to represent a personal reminder of what his agency has largely become.

    Relationships:

    Kanna: Has his unwavering respect and compliance as his superior. Can't help but to feel awkward as she acts the part of mother to him more so than his biological substitute. Despite the noticeable age gap, being unable to legally consume alcohol. It can be said he values her dedication.

    Ayame: Has his unwavering respect and compliance as his superior. He always insures to insert a brief summary in all his reports for her convenience. It can be said he values her dedication, and relates to her desire of erasing the evils of the Bloody Seventh.

    Charlotte: He has noted. Comparatively, that his younger sister was much more mature and refined than this grown woman. An achievement their parents would have recognized.

    Shiori: He notes. "She just as easily could play the thing that goes "bump" in the night as an actor. Instead of playing at being a hero."

    Masaru: He has noted. It is quite easy to get a rise from the man. He's not as stoic as he initially appears. "But, he shows that he cares deeply for his family which is admirable."

    : He has noted. Perhaps with Kanna, one of the few who's mannerisms and politeness compare to his own. "It is nice every once in a while to share the company of adults who act their age."

    Quirk Description
    The horns on his head, and the spiked scales up his arms constantly produce a plasma like substance that the man can control, and form to his imagination from things like energy blasts, solid form weapons, and even platforms. However the bigger the object the harder the capability to hold it together. The plasma substance while strong disintegrates slowly once apart from his body unless submerged in a liquid where it can thrive a lot longer then usual. The further away from Jet though the harder it is also to keep it in form. Items extremely close to Jet have no issue holding form as they constantly keep getting feed, but long range attack's/objects fizzle out rather quickly at max holding for a few minutes. At close range the blasts are no joke as they emit directly from his horns, or hand spikes. Thanks to the scales across his body Jettitare has a impressive endurance to attacks. Along with his bodies excessive energy creation Jettitare also has a bit of speed to him along with some unnatural flexibility like a reptile. At most Jet can burst out enough mist to cover a city block in a haze, but to do this all at once will drain him drastically. If using the mist for hiding anything that enters it will be locatable by Jet through his mental connect with the plasmic particles.

    Quirk Techniques:

    Plasmic Glob

    After extensive training with Ramiris Alucard, Jet unlocked a rather unique turn of techniques with his quirk. One in particular dubbed plasmic glob where his construct becomes bendable, and jello like creating a slew of new tactics available to the young hero such as the glob tomb technique he used to incapacitate Aimi during the students first successful push back against the villains. His quirk now capable of flexibility in its construction stage has offered Jet numerous movement techniques as well, or his capability to Tarzan around as coined by Cupie.

    Mist Tornado
    However one of the most imposing techniques he has learned to do with his mist field as shown in his fight with Kanna during the tournament where he expelled a massive dosage of plasmic mist so thick he was able to converge it into a mini Tornado that ravaged Kanna rather ruthlessly. Originally the tactic was to violent to control, and thus Jet avoided it for awhile. Yet with help from his friends he was able to decrease the size, and grasp much better control of the move turning it from offense wreckage into a defense shield. Yet do to the massive amount of concentration, and force behind it, it is usually saved for a end game move as it drains Jets capability to produce more mist. It has both a offensive form and defensive form.

    Vibranium Cutter
    Another ability he perfected was his Vibranium Cutter armor where as he collects his mist onto his claws(arms and feet), and or tall he quickly builds up vibrations so fast that they can cut through things he normally couldn't so far proving to cut into most metals, and some heavy quirks. Though this ability is lethal its stability is easily dispersed upon heavy impact or blocking use.


    Quirk Weakness
    Air slowly kills of the mist, and strong winds make it nearly impossible to construct things at a distance. Producing to much will start to cause stress on the producing body part, and to many constructs will start to cause massive headaches.

    Personality
    At peace is the best way to describe Jet as he's neither overall passionate, nor extremely lazy. He's at peace with himself only doing what he needs to. If he must be aggressive he can get dangerously aggressive, if he must eat he will become the deadliest predator he can be, if he needs to interact he will politely answer the questions asked. Though he can be social he usually chooses to be quite only speaking when necessary. No longer searching for a life in battle Jet concentrates on keeping people alive, and safe as best as his limits allow. Having a negative feeling to killing people unless necessary, or at the point of no return Jet has a bit of clashing issues with Anvils as the killing of villains, and criminals has not always been what he would considered warranted. When not training, hunting, or reading on the world around him he can be found resting on his mat in his room meditating, and balancing his Ethereal state. In fact the only electronic device he has surmised being of any use is what they call a cellphone which he keeps a flip phone at the ready. Since his time with class 1-A he has gotten more active and use to socializing. At the same time he has also gotten a bit more brooding analyzing everything in the situation to make the right call.

    Background
    Raised on the mountains with his family Jet was never really introduced to mainstream society always keeping to the lush forests of his home learning from his mother to cook, and hunt while his father taught him agriculture. These things would have been what Jet might have stayed into until one day he would experience first hand the devastation of villains unchecked. His small village was assaulted by a small time group of villains while the villagers were by no means weak the sudden unexpected nature of them caught most off guard setting the town half on fire forcing the families to flee even though they were able to fight back the villains. Yet many people were still caught in the destruction threatened to lose their lives. That was when The pro hero Barrierista a side kick of a bigger Pro Hero named Surge Alloy would come out of the blue, and lead others to rescue those among the destruction. Thanks to them the villagers were saved, and beyond that the rescue crew had called in for further help to even start restoration efforts to the structures lost without asking anything of the village. Even further the villains that had caused the damage had been caught, and handed over to the local authorities. Jet knew like everything else in life Hero's were the balance to Villains... thus with expressions to his mother to help keep the balance of nature in check his family approved his decisions, and helped him get into U.A.

    Since his time at class 1-A Jet has experienced quite a lot making new friends with Aurora, Amaris, Ichirou, Kanna, Yosuke, and Mimi. During the dance he fought, and captured Aimi who had used some rather lethal dirty tactics on Octavia forcing Masaru to resuscitate her while he focused on the villainous target. Though that victory was easily overshadowed by his lose in the first round of the year one tournament at UA though many considered his bout with Kanna one of the most intense fights of the first year's. From their he would recover with his victory during the license exams with his partner Yosuke against Rubber Band, and Dopamine who they strategically took down in a well suited tag team effort. This was followed by a intense victory against the third year senior Terracotta which class 1-A barely beat thanks to some well planning by Ayame. Yet again thought Jet would taste a thrashing as during his field study with The Grudge he was brutally wounded by Mauve Stinger who knew her weaknesses with his quirk from the get go. Though pushing past his wounds he helped push her back with the help of Charolette and Octavia before being rushed to emergency care. Since then he has come to terms that one can not always win in the game of life, and has refocused his efforts back into heroing.

    Since graduating Jet took some time to learn the more delicate craft of a detective learning into a law degree to be able to scoop out clues, and a crime profile by look, and study alone. With his hunting background, and sharpened senses he rather well excelled at the matter garnering some skillful tools. His argument with Ayame did make him realize his wrong approach to how he spoke of being a hero, and since then he has corrected himself on the meaning of his words. However he stands by that people should not just choose to kill someone cause they could potentially cross the line someday. Such judgment should not be allowed by any hand yet the bigger issue is relentless killing only breed's stronger opposition, and he is very aware that they are in the calm before the storm thanks to Anvils approach... the only question is are they ready for the effects caused by the choices of the masses. To that end Jet does accept Anvil's importance to a certain degree, but always brings into question the negatives of people being judge, jury, and executioner. As of current Jet has started a Hero business with Ichirou called Inferno Miasma.

    Shun(@Demon Shinobi ): Never really talked to nor interacted with can respect for making Cupie happy but that is about it. Though lately the two have been interacting more surprisngly agreeing a lot on the current workings on the world slowly building a solid friendship.

    Quirk Description: Originally dubbed Rock-Candy, Mimi's quirk allows her to coalesce sugar crystals rapidly from her skin by drawing from the glucose levels of her blood. She originally used it for simple brawling purposes acting as both armor and an enhancer to her physical attacks. However, her quirk allows her to infuse other molecules into her crystals. Typically she infuses them with pressurized CO2 bubbles, which allows her to launch the crystals outward. However, she has been able to infuse a few other substances with some degree of success, though they aren't typically as useful. The most useful being adrenaline to act as a combat quick fix for injuries of others.

    In terms of it's offensive capabilities, she is very immobile, but has performed quite a bit of weight training. She is rather strong underneath her soft exterior. This makes her close combat abilities adequate and actually above par than a few others, having taken time learning both boxing as well as Jiu Jutsu. But the real increase in her abilities comes from training to better arrange how her crystals form. She has studied the science and geometry allowing her to more accurately determine where her crystals will launch, allowing her to launch a crystal with the force equivalent to .44 Caliber ammunition . While this requires quite the breath to perform, and she rarely does this, she has molded her quirk into a dangerous long range weapon.

    Quirk Weakness: Over-utilizing her quirk can be dangerous. She needs to keep her blood-sugar incredibly high during a fight, as if her blood sugar drops too drastically, she runs the risk of seizures, which could easily spell death for more than just her in a battle with a villain. Furthermore, ingested sugar is not immediately absorbed by the blood stream, meaning that there could be times in a fight where she needs to be conservative with her quirk for far longer than would be safe.

    - Vials of a glucose mixture meant for both ingestion or to be injected in her bloodstream for fast acting usage.​

    Personality: Mimi was never incredibly expressive. She always had a stoic, to almost slightly annoyed expression. After the past 2 or so years, that has changed to a similar tired and annoyed expression more permanently. She still hold on to her love of baking, cooking, and all thing cute, but has set those aside for the benefit of the people. She dedicates almost 60 hours a week minimum to her work. Her free time is sparse and often filled with as much of her previous pastimes as possible. Sometimes she can get too engrossed in things that she cares about, which will often make her head to work exhausted. Though whenever that happens, the other members of ANVIL are always blessed with a delicious treat.

    Background: Mimi was never certain if she wanted to be a hero. She just joined it on someone's suggestion. And then she moved to UA on someone's suggestion. This led her to think this was what she was supposed to do. But was it what she wanted?... It kept going. Any time she asked "Should I be here?" she was met with reassurance from others. When she questioned, "Am I right for this?" she was told she was perfect for hero work.

    When the Prime Minister was assassinated the gunshot that halted the world woke her up. She realized she never wanted this. she blindly listened. Akio had a point. The world had glorified this work. The game of cops and robbers on a silver screen that the world watched with bated breath and cheers of fanaticism. She was once like that. She once thought that heros were infallible and worthy of worship. Now standing in the middle of it, seeing people die in front of her snapped her to reality. She didn't want to be here any more. But everyone said she was perfect for it. She realized that if she could be a hero that her life was no longer her own. It it was for everyone else.

    She joined ANVIL, disillusioned by Hero work and others told her she could make a difference elsewhere. She prefered doing the paperwork at least, capable of taking break from the fighting. She worked with Kanna to train in more close combat, and spent time studying to improve her Pop-Rocks. She might hate the job, but she was ready to work herself as hard as she needed to. Her life wasn't for her to live. That was the conclusion she came to. It was a somber revelation, but one she finds some degree of solace in.

    Her relationship with her classmates had tensed for certain, especially after spending most of her time working. She tried her best to keep in contact with others. It was easier thanks to Ayame. But people occasionally fell through the cracks of her exhausting schedule.

    Quirk Description: Saizo receives a great boost of strength and speed in the moment that each heart-beat takes place. However, there is a great downside to his quirk. His heart only functions with a sturdy concussive force on his body. This means he needs a special pacemaker in order to sit still for a long time. Without a pacemaker, he needs to keep his body moving, even if only by bouncing his leg while sitting still.

    However, this strange condition allows him to use modern technology to manipulate his heart beat somewhat to fit his combat needs. He can induce a heart-rate typical of a fight or flight response, or even move a little further beyond that if the situation is dire. Saizo listens to several genres of music that he can switch during combat seamlessly thanks to the technology of Surge and his own mixing skills. Each genre leads to a different fighting style.

    Quirk Weakness: Saizo loses his boost of strength and speed during the intervals between his heart beat. This means his fighting style is really rhythmical and if an opponent is able to read that, they could take advantage of it, dodging on beat and striking on the offbeats. Saizo tries to counter this by switching the genre of music he listens to occasionally during the fight. He is also entirely reliant on feeling the rhythm. If he falls offbeat, he misses a vital step or fails a finishing blow. Furthermore, anything that would cause arrhythmia is detrimental to his fighting style

    Equipment and Gear:

    On-Beat - This is his pacemaker. It has been modified to sync with his special music player to work at the same BPM as the music he's listening too. It is sturdy and a shock resistant to a point, but it's mostly to keep it from being interfered with. It would short-circuit before shocking him.

    DJ-BPM - This is his music-player. It is made to be able to blend songs together while taking his current vitals into consideration. It checks to see if he needs a slower song or a faster one, as well as switching genres when he needs to switch fighting styles

    High Quality Headphones These headphones are noise canceling to help him keep the beat. This does make it hard to hear in the heat of battle sometimes, but his other gear helps make up for that. They also are quick to turn off with a voice command if he needs to be able to hear.

    360 Turntable HUD This visor gives grants him a warning system when someone enters his blind spot, in addition as showing the currently song and his heart rate without cluttering his view. It also acts as prescription glasses​

    Personality: Saizo lives his life without with the idea that he should practice what he preach. People respond well to example, rather than commands or even suggestions. He may have an idealistic dream, but he understands that it is a dream. People aren't perfect and they never will be. But they can get as close to perfection as they can. Which includes him, as even he doesn't always follow what he preaches, which some people have pointed hypocrisy over his views on ANVIL.

    Saizo actually is a puzzling hero in the Hero Association because he frequently commends ANVIL and their work. He works often with them by his own volition. He sees that they are fighting a common enemy and even if they sometimes have different ways of looking at things, conflict between the two of them would only weaken both sides.

    When asked why he chose the HA, Saizo outright said it was for his own vanity. He agrees, hero society is littered with fanaticism and idolization. He thinks that it has lead to many people forgetting why they are there and that ANVIL is a good thing for the world. However, he also thinks that the reason for doing good isn't always that important. You save someone's life, you save someone's life. Nothing more to it. In his own words, "If I'm being real, I'm a shallow bastard who loves to have people cheering his name. That's why Dullahan's doin' alright by me."

    Background:
    Saizo was a third generation Japanese-American. His grandmother was an American teacher who met his grandfather teaching English in school. Saizo's heritage was always a topic that many of his classmates were interested in. But what was an even bigger topic was the pacemaker he used from birth. Saizo was actually born without a heartbeat. In the womb, he was fine as the force of his mother's heart inside her body kept his heart beating. However he kicked a lot.

    Regardless, he was a bit of an oddity to most of his classmates. And it had nothing to do with what he had done, just how he was born. He didn't care about that. He wanted people to be interested in him for him not for his grandparents or his disabilities. Thanks to his quirk he really loved music with a strong beat, one that matched the rhythm of his heart. As he was tapping on his desk, he was quickly given punishment because he broke his pencil, against the desk. He had only been lightly drumming it, but when he broke it so easily. His quirk finally manifested itself outside of simply forcing his heart to beat with a device. And he could use that. He still pursued music, perhaps even more than before, as well as a career in hero work. Finally he was getting recognition for who he was. And he was on the verge of a breakout.

    BP-Minuteman was only a hero for a little more than a year before everything went down 3 years ago. He was more popular as a musician than as a Hero at first, but it helped build his brand name. He had been interviewed before about the ANVIL initiative, and many hero fans were surprised by his statement. Needless to say to him being a hero really was just being a celebrity who kicks ass. If other people wanted to kick ass and not be treated the same way as a movie star let them. They're a bigger man than him. He agreed with ANVIL's principles as a citizen. As a Pro-Hero, he was more concerned with his fame. Both were facts he was very vocal about. When Akio attacked, he made it known that he was going to stay a Pro. His own vanity aside, he wanted to show people that they were still on the same team. He has become quite the polarizing hero in recent days.

    Quirk Description:

    Ichirou's quirk is a perfect mixture of his mother's and his father's quirks, creating a rather strange combination. Like his father's, Blue Inferno is a network of flames that constantly courses through his body which gives him various different benefits as well as possibilities for combat. When active, this quirk increases his strength to superhuman levels; allowing him to lift at maximum of 38 tons and move at heightened speeds. He can shoot streams of blue flames from his hands that can go up to 200 feet in front of him, or create a fireball and throw it as far as his body will allow it.

    Wherever his fire roars, Ichirou can freely disappear into those flames and warp between each location which is incredibly useful in battle, whether they be fireball or a roaring flame. The bigger the fire, the more he can warp within these spaces. He cannot warp in thin air or in fires that are not his own.

    This quirk gives him the benefits of power as well as heightened heat resistance and warping between his own flames. After many usages of this quirk for extended periods of time, Ichirou is now much more resistant to pain to the point that he a stab wound will tickle, and a broken bone will feel like a sore muscle. He can no longer be knocked unconscious due to the pain of his quirk, but he can still very much be downed by other means.



    Quirk Weakness:

    Ichirou's quirk relies on the fire that he ignites, therefore, if the fire on his skin is put out he won't be able to access his quirk. Years of quirk usage has him highly resistant to pain, which means he might not notice when he takes a serious injury.





    Equipment and Gear: His hero suit is fireproof and helps keep the flames ignited. The fabric itself is armored against heat and projectiles (such as bullets and metal), and Ichirou wears protectors around his hands, arms, knees, and legs to keep himself from accidentally breaking something. He carries around a miniature first aid kit and a tourniquet in case he takes a serious injury (and he notices it).

    Personality:

    Ichirou is a kind and bold boy who has a tendency to be honest about anything when he's asked something. Though he could lie, he would rather not since it would branch any potential relationships with other people in the wrong direction. He feels having the right people by his side is very important, and one of the main things to never break is their trust.

    He is pretty well mannered and tends to have a resting "I don't care" face, but really Ichirou is just very analytical about everyone. He's trying to understand them in any way he can, through their appearance, body language, attitude, and even the smallest gestures.

    Nowadays, Ichirou has become more serious and unforgiving towards villains due to everything that happened to his father and mother. He's still mentally fucked up from the constant attacks on UA that happened over the course of his hero education, and right now, is beginning to wonder if following his parents' footsteps is really worth it.


    Background:

    Ichirou Mizushima was an accidental pregnancy when his parents were in their early 20's and at the prime of their hero careers. As such, he grew up very familiar with the press and people in general alongside Aurora Tamoyo and Amaris Alucard. During his childhood, he was constantly made aware of how "special" he was to be the son of two prolific heroes. That because of his upbringing, he wouldn't have to work hard at all for anything in his life thanks to his mom and dad. All of his achievements growing up had been followed by "well, he's the son of Nova Master and Nimbus" or something of the sorts, leaving Ichirou to deal with a lot of frustration and the need for perfection in his goals.

    After constantly being compared to his parents, Ichirou decided that he wanted to pursue the path of a hero and create a name for himself separate from his parents. He worked hard during his time at UA and trained even harder. He made friends, got a girlfriend, met his biological half-brother and half-sister, and assisted in taking down one of the most prolific villain groups in Japan history.

    Now, he's worked even harder on himself in preparation for the day that another Akio Kura would appear, and is now known as just "Blue Inferno" instead of "Blue Inferno: the son of Nova Master." He's trained himself past his body's previous limitations while attending therapy to fight off any lasting effects the attacks and the near death of his mother and father had on him. Ichirou is also doing his best to be a good brother to Kuro and Fenri.

    After dating Adelaide Boucher for sometime, they decided to take the next step in their relationship and move in together despite the wishes of her father (who Ichirou suspected didn't like the idea). In that time, he and his friend Jet Monsera also opened a Hero business together called "Inferno Miasma,"

    Quirk Type: Emitter mutation

    Quirk Description:

    Emika's glass hearts are projectiles that can be used to mess with peoples' affection towards another person or someone's mental state IE heartbreak. When active, she emits a red, pink, purple, or black (depending on the heart she creates) gaseous substance that turns into a solid heart, which she can throw at her opponent.

    Red gas means the person will become attracted to the person they are closest to. If no one is present, they will be stunned for about 15 minutes since there body will be unsure of what to do. if more than one person is present in the gas, they will fall in love with the closest person to them even if someone else is already in love with them.

    Pink gas means the person struck will fall in love with the quirk user, which would be Cupie herself. However, the effectiveness depends on what the other person would be willing to do for someone they love.

    Purple heart means everyone affected will fall in love with each other in a polyamorous relationship.

    Black hearts means those affected will suffer the sensation of severe heartbreak. Cupie never uses this part of her quirk unless life or death situations. This is because she sees the black hearts as a painful reminder that she's only able to use this part of her quirk due to Makoto's death.


    The hearts have various other usages too. For instance, Emika is able to control how big the hearts are as well as the density, which can allow her to make incredibly fragile bombs that burst upon touch or sturdy shields to protect her or an ally.

    She is also able to summon her heart at a distance and midair, but can only reach within 40 feet from her. Emika is able to use her hearts as platforms to get to higher places.



    Quirk Weakness:

    Cupie's quirk is prone to friendly fire. If her allies are hit with her quirk, they will suffer the effects. The user is also prone to the gas, but she will become extremely nauseous by breathing it in. Gas masks neutralize the effects of the quirk.


    Equipment and Gear:

    - Gas mask: Neutralizes the effects of her quirk. Her lenses help her aim better and they also have a body heat scanner that gives her the whereabouts of anyone within 100 feet.

    - Suit: Armored with thick fabric to shield her body from impactful blows as well resistant to tearing on the chance that she falls off her motorcycle. Contains plenty of straps for her to carry already made hearts for ammo or grenade-like usage. She also has several pieces of armor strapped to her for combat and defensive purposes.

    - Boots: Armored, and are specially designed to absorb most fall impact from when she's parkouring. They are comfortable and allow her to keep running for longer without fear of wear and tear to the shoes themselves. They also have a super grip substance to dramatically reduce the chances of slipping.

    - Pistols: Specially designed to fire her hearts as bullets. The guns don't have a magazine because they do not need to be preloaded before firing. Cupie creates her hearts, they are inserted into the weapon's upon creation in the slot where the magazine would be, readied, and then fired. These pistols are fired one at a time at the speed of which Cupie can make her hearts and fire the weapons. The butt of the gun is as solid as a rock, making pistol whipping much more effective.

    - Rifle: Specially designed to fire hearts as bullets. This weapon is an automatic, but requires Cupie to rapidly create hearts to be fired from it. The butt of this weapon is also rock solid for whipping fun times.

    - Motorcycle: A vehicle Cupie uses to get to her destinations much more quickly. She will use her hearts as ramps and bridges to ride over buildings. Built in GPS, self driving mode, live readings of where crimes are taking place, and comes with a built in gun in the back of vehicle that Cupie can fire her hearts from. This motorcycle is Allo's creation that Cupie helped him make.

    Personality:

    Emika, though has a cute appearance, has a rather aggressive personality. She believes in "actions speak louder than words," which is to say she believes that punches will get her point across better than a heartfelt monologue could. She tends to swear a lot and loves to catch people off guard with it. Emika enjoys surprising others and ruining expectations. It is part of the reason why she dresses so cutely while behaving the way she does.

    Despite this, she understands that her personality isn't for everyone and will politely tell them to fuck off. She is not afraid to kick some sense into other people who need to grow a backbone and can help them learn how to stand up for themselves if they are willing. Emika tends to really insult those she doesn't like, but those she does like she resorts to playful teasing and nicknames. She is also a lot nicer and compassionate to those she's friends with.

    Emika is still learning and makes mistakes constantly. Those who get past her swear words will see she's actually very self-sacrificial and carefree with her own life to a fault.

    Background:

    Emika was born to hero obsessed parents who had dreamed of becoming heroes themselves, but their quirks were too weak for the profession which led them to give up and work civilian jobs. Upon discovering their daughter's quirk, they tried to train her to live out their dreams of becoming a great hero. They paid for her self-defense training and tutoring, which Emika took in stride. In fact, Emika had begun using her teachings for the wrong reasons.

    When she was in junior high, she met a group of free runners who took the time to teach her. This, with her regular fitness training, helped Emika become stronger and faster. She was outrunning all of her friends in no time, which boosted her confidence significantly. This group of friends also taught her the ways of shit talking and why it was important, which Emika never forgot.

    She started committing petty crimes, such as stealing candy from a convenience store or pickpocketing a few dollars from someone's back pocket.

    Emika was far too fast for the police to catch on their own, but one pro hero managed to put an end to her petty crimes.

    A silver-haired hero who used his lightning enhanced speed to catch her.

    Electros had been his hero name; she remembered that.

    Instead of scolding her, he complimented her speed and ensured her that such quickness would benefit the heroes of today. He also told her that she probably had a chance of getting into UA if she applied herself on the right path instead of the one she was taking now.

    She told him to fuck off.

    Electros had only chuckled at that and left, leaving the police to deal with her.


    Her parents yelled at her that night, asking why she would be so stupid. Emika didn't listen to a word of it though; she was too busy thinking about what Electros had said and was gradually piecing together her parents' lessons that they supplied her. She figured it out quickly and only smirked at the realization. They thought they could live their dream through her? Fine, she'll live their dream, but she'll live it her way.

    However, attending UA didn't exactly go as she planned. After the death of her best friend Makoto, the constant attacks on UA, influencing the suicide of Makoto's killer, and being disowned by her parents, Cupie had reached a time in her life where she wasn't sure what to do with herself. Post graduation, she lost faith in the hero system and decided to join ANVIL with the goal to become a hero in her own way. However, the trauma that was Makoto's death and Joseph still scars her. She decided that if she were to encounter a high level villain who has killed and shows no remorse for their actions, that she would hunt them down and kill them herself. Lower class villains are treated like any other criminal.

    She was adopted by the Tamoyos at some point during her UA time and started staying at the dojo with her boyfriend after graduation.

    Quirk Description:

    Octavia's quirk allows her to transform into a single or a flock of crows, the maximum number being 200, all of which she can control and command. However, summoning more than one crow is exhausting and reduces her own time limit for her transformation. The maximum time she can be a crow at her biggest flock is 30 minutes before her mind becomes more crow-like. Once her mind enters crow state, Octavia will hunt, think, and act as a regular crow until she falls unconscious. After that, she'll wake up wherever her crow state mind had taken her. Taking too much damage can also make her become crow-like, so she needs to be careful about that.

    She has also developed some crow characteristics, such as;

    -Powerful memory: She can remember information incredibly well, especially faces. Her great memory allows her to recall just about any event perfectly.

    -Stronger digestive system: Octavia can eat nearly anything and isn't disgusted by the sight of rotten/harsher foods. From bugs to processed meals, she can usually stomach it.

    -Octavia can caw like an actual bird and caw loud. This quirk has also given her a high range regarding vocals, which was used to her advantage as an opera singer.


    Because her birds are part of her, Octavia is able to hear and see what her birds experience. However, she can only focus on one vision at a time, and seeing through the eyes of too many birds can make her incredibly motion sick. The more birds she summons the more careful she has to be since she'll have more to keep track of.

    Octavia's birds are also capable of projecting her voice through them, allowing her to communicate with a teammate from a distance. The birds themselves have extremely sharp beaks and claws now capable of cutting through metal, and are strong enough to lift 20 pounds each. Octavia is also able to remain in human form while summoning crows.


    Quirk Weakness:

    Octavia's time limit is her biggest weakness. While hitting her birds no longer damages Octavia, she still cannot see through multiple eyes at once, meaning she will still have blind (heheh) spots no matter what.

    Equipment and Gear:

    - Anesthesia sword: An extremely sharp long sword that has anesthesia coating the edges of the blade. This is so does of anesthesia will be injected into the opponent with each strike. The anesthetic will be a lot stronger with each strike to the person's body.

    - Electric sword: A long sword-esque baton that produces a very high taze voltage to subdue enemies with one strike. Requires charging. Depending on the amount of voltage Octavia sets the sword to will depend how powerful the shock will be. The grip prevents the electricity from hitting the user. Doubles as an extremely powerful flashlight if the setting is put to "flashlight."

    - Suit: Octavia's dress is armored to absorb blows from physical combat. The outer skirt of her hero suit doubles as a bulletproof shield, which Octavia can hold and wield only one of her swords. She also wears thick leggings underneath her hero suit to prevent anyone from getting upskirt shots.

    Personality:

    Octavia, by appearance, is a composed, well-mannered, and very soft-spoken young woman who tends to treat everyone with the same amount of respect until the person does something that Octavia deems immoral or distasteful. She tends to be rather blunt regarding her feelings, so she will outwardly tell someone if they're being an idiot or if she thinks they're attractive. Octavia believes her secret hobbies are distasteful to the public and so only tells very close friends about what she actually does in her spare time. She's trying to open up more and remove all of her mother's behavioral teachings.

    Octavia also has a pretty good sense of humor and enjoys talking to people her mother would deem "lower" than her. She's also very interested in learning more about how other people think and their behaviors.



    Background:

    Octavia was born to a mother (Lilith) who was a master in coaching for high-class performances and a father (Marcus) who had been her right-hand man. The two married out of convenience and not long into their marriage they had Octavia, who her mother believed was meant to become a star. She insisted on training her when Octavia's quirk was revealed to heighten the range of her voice exponentially. Marcus, however, disagreed. He believed that if Octavia was interested, she'd decide if she wanted to train in song or music.

    Lilith ignored him completely and took Octavia for coaching when she was 5. She would begin a regime of vocal training for her daughter despite Octavia showing more interest in the heroes on the screen. Marcus took his daughter out to meetings with Pro Heroes, to buy merchandise, and anything Octavia was more interested in all the while being chastised by his then-wife for wasting their daughter's time with foolery.

    Eventually, the couple had had enough and divorced with both retaining 50/50 custody. With her mother, Octavia was trained to sing opera, learn different languages, and how to behave like a "proper lady." Her father, on the other hand, learned more about her interests and did his best to encourage her to pursue what she really wanted in life.

    A few more years passed and Octavia saw her first stage. At the young age of 9, she was on-stage singing her first piece "La Donna E' Mobile'. She didn't hate it and thought it was an appropriate step given her talent for singing. Octavia became more and more popular with her performances increasing in quality. At the age of 11, she could usually be found singing on stage. At 13, Octavia's voice was being requested for stages outside of the country, much to Lilith's delight.

    She learned, traveled, and went everywhere that paid her well enough. By this point, she admitted to her father that while Opera was fun, she believed she would be better off as a Hero and utilizing her quirk to its full potential. The Heroes on the TV led far more exciting lives than being safe on stage with people just waiting for her to mess up.

    In secret, Octavia went on to take the first steps to become a hero. This included body conditioning, reflexive training, quirk training, and combat training, most of which paid for by Octavia's money to help teach her financial responsibility.

    This went on for a few years until one day Marcus had to move to Japan for work reasons and offered her to come along. Lilith wanted to protest but Octavia convinced her it would be fine. She moved in with her father, learned as much of the culture and language as she could, then prepared herself to take UA's exams.

    To her surprise, she passed. However, her mother still does not know that Octavia was accepted into UA and instead believes her daughter is receiving an exclusive university education in performing arts.

    After the events of UA, Octavia realized just how worthless and powerless she was compared to her comrades. So, she used her time post graduation to train herself and her quirk to make herself the best damn hero she can be. Of course, her mother caught wind of what Octavia was doing and demanded that she return home, but Octavia declined saying that this is what she wanted. Lilith eventually approved on the deal that Octavia would continue singing while also being a hero. Of course, Lilith doesn't know that Octavia performs on stage maybe twice a month at most, but Octavia still continues to sing in her down time.

    Octavia pushed her limits and trained herself harder than ever before. She had worked her body to the point that she is an extremely formidable foe, with a unique swordsman style that she created with the use of her flock.

    Now, Octavia lives with her boyfriend Yosuke and is doing her damnedest to be a good hero. She also does modeling on the side with some "risque" stuff for extra money.

    Quirk Description: Ren's quirk allows him to either partially take on the features of a fox, or fully, and other attributes of a fox. When his quirk isn't activated, he looks just like a normal human, given he's wearing clothes that blend in. When his quirk is partially activated, he gains both fox ears, and two tails. His ears raise his hearing above the level of almost everyone he knows. One of his eyes changes color, becoming the eye of a fox, helping boost his vision. Ren can form up to nine tails, but prefers to only form two. His two tails improve his balance, and can also move with a mind of their own. The tails can go from being strong and durable to as soft and flexible as a scarf or ribbon. His tails are long, but don't obstruct his movements. His tails can both defend and attack at the same time, stronger and faster then his own body.
    They are actually more nimble and responsive then his actual body. His balance improves, and he's able to cling to the smallest of ledges and cracks in a wall, or other structure. His speed and reflexes quicken, and he's a whirlwind of blades and red hair/fur when in a battle.
    He goes into a sort of trance if he reaches his time limit(3 hours in either full-shift form, 6 hours in half shift), making it easy for him to mistake friend for foe. His teeth form fangs, capable of biting through almost everything that isn't thicker then half a foot. Ren can form small, marble sized, balls of fire, and throw them as bombs or just as a distraction. He can only form about 25 small balls of fire , or 10 big, fist-sized balls before the fire fails him. His body and tails are naturally resistant to fire and heat, so he isn't bothered by having to walk straight into a regular burning building. Fire made from a quirk will burn him if he isn't paying attention. He has a good defense, and is able to withstand heavy, blunt attacks.

    Techniques:

    Half-Shift:

    Ren half-shifts, his ears and tail forming on his human body. This is his most common shift, as it lets him use the most 'moves' he develops. (See Hero Wear for reference)

    Shapeshift: Fox:
    Ren shapeshifts into his fox form. He is able to run faster and his movements become quieter, and harder to detect. All nine of his tails form, both his fur and tails generate a thin layer of fire on them, making it harmful to touch him.

    Shapeshift: Small Fox:
    Ren shapeshifts into his fox form and then shrinks his size to become a small fox. This form is often thought of as extremely cute by people who see it.

    Tail Shield:
    Ren curls any formed tails into a shield in front or behind him to block attacks. Can also be used to protect others.

    Six Tail Restrain:
    Ren wraps six tails around his opponent's neck, midsection, arms, and legs. This makes it hard for them to move or escape.

    Tail Hammer:
    Ren forms as many tails as needed and softens them like ribbons, tethering his opponent with all his tails, then draws an arc with them, heavily smashing them down into the ground and damaging the ground from the impact. He usually holds back with this technique to not kill his opponent.

    Nine Tail Mangle:
    Ren forms all of his tails, and extends them at his opponent and tightly binds and then starts constricting them powerfully, causing tendons and bones to snap.


    Quirk Weakness:
    He is slightly weaker to sharp smells in his full-shift form, and sudden contact with him makes him lose concentration and loose his full-shift form. He can be distracted with shiny things if he isn't focused on something else. He has an odd fear of dogs, and anything that looks remotely like them. That said, he will run away from them if he can, but if he can't he will quite literally hiss at them and bare his fangs. Cold temperatures slows his quirk, and dampens his ability to form fire, and fully allow his tails to perform. If he overuses his quirk, he goes kinda crazy and has to be restrained until someone he has deemed his 'safe' calms him down. Because of this, Ren is abnormally wary of having to fully-shift in battle, and will only do it if ordered directly, or if he has no other choice. He is also weaker to sharp attacks, his tails not being able to defend very well against them compared to blunt attacks. He has to eat a lot of food in order to be able to form the mass needed for his tails. That said, he has a high mertabolism, and so eats a loooooooooooooot more then other people. If needed, Ren can most likely be found where food is.

    Personality:

    Ren is a chill, kinda cold guy most of the time, but give him some food and he'll follow you around, oddly hyper. He loves to eat food and clings to the people that he knows and trusts, or if he just likes how they smell. When he trusts a person enough, he will 'scent' them. Scenting is just when he rubs his head and/or neck over a person's head, neck and shoulders, leaving his own scent behind on them and making them the person he turns to when he starts losing control of his quirk. He's usually a bouncing ball of energy when it comes to training or battle, and will carry that energy until he dunks himself in water(yes, that part is nessecary.) He loves to cuddle with someone, and sometimes to randomly break an awkward silence, will shift into his small fox form and let people brush his fur. Ren has "homosexual tendencies"(as his father called them), or as he himself says, "I'm gay, derpy." Ren doesn't care about who's around or where he is, he will jump on a friend and hug the hell out of them, often knocking them over with his affection. He's open with his love and isn't afraid to hide it. He's naturally a loud talker, but can sneak up on somebody if he really wants to. He likes playing small pranks where he can and always steps up to take the blame for it, hating when other people sacrifice themselves for his sake. He would rather die then let a friend or ally do that.
    Ren doesn't sleep well without someone with him, so don't be suprised if Ren is missing from wherever the hell he's actually supposed to sleep. He'll most likely be curled up with one of his friends, or 'safe people'. He really prefers to be around someone at all times, and grows anxious when he's alone for a long period of time. He hates to be suddenly touched though, but doesn't mind being touched if he knows it's about to happen. If theres a person he doesn't know, he'll act cold until he learns about them, and what they're there for.

    Background:
    Ren was born to a small and dull family. His father was as dull and uninteresting as a piece of dry rice. His mother...as dead as a rat that's been run over multiple times and set on fire just for good measure. His older sister, gone to another country. Ren, well, he's only able to be described as 'Ren'. He himself is a weird bundly of energy and craziness. Nothing less. His father didn't approve of him trying to be a hero, and thus banned him from using his quirk as soon as he developed it. His father's own quirk was often discribed as being a 'human copier'(he could copy any paper perfectly, no matter how detailed it was, or how small). This led to Ren having an extremely unhealthy lack of control over his quirk. He would be able to keep it going for about 10 minutes before it went crazy and lit everything around him on fire. His tails were often short and unable to actually do anything, and his shapeshift forms were all sorts of messed up. Everytime Ren used his quirk and his father heard about it, Ren would be punished. The punishment could be something as simple as having to clean the entire family house, or could also be him getting lashed(his back is covered in scars). So, Ren naturally learned to not to use his quirk.
    All through his younger years, he was often bullied for being 'quirkless', since he never used his quirk at all, even when he got super mad at someone and wanted to beat them. He endured the laughter and bullies with a grin on his face, refusing to let them get under his skin...or at least that's what he said when he was around other people. When he was at home alone, he would cry, and muffle his sounds in a pillow, as to not disturb the silence of the family home. This went on for years, and the teachers did nothing, quietly allowing the other kids to keep doing it. Ren stayed in the background for years, deciding that he would always be just a random person in the crowd.
    When he started his highschool years, Ren finally pulled away from his father and started to live in a small apartment by himself. He talked to one of his professors and they agreed to help him start gaining control over his quirk. He rarely got sleep, and only practiced at night, since less people would be around and the number of people he could hurt would go down. He first started off just keeping his quirk activated as long as he could, and then some. Needless to say, there were a lot of burning clothes and awkward moments. The old lady helping him had a water quirk, and was able to quickly put out any fires he started. Ren often squished his way home, dripping with water and partially naked. Anyone passing him was completly confused at to what happened with him. More then once, Ren trained way past midnight and slept through his alarms the next morning, almost resulting hin him failing his classes. He was able to get his grades back up though, with the help of the old lady yelling random questions to him while he trained.
    He opened up a lot more with the old lady then he did with his classmates. His quirk control rose, and one day a kid he knew from his old school showed up. They recognized Ren, though he had grown several feet and had gained some muscle mass, a huge difference from his old, skinny short self. The old classmate tried to pick a fight with the Ren, quickly realizing their mistake when Ren half-shifted before beating the shit out of them. People soon swarmed Ren, wanting to be friends with the fire fox guy who beat up some bullies. Ren ignored all of them, hating how they only wanted to be friends because of his quirk. He wasn't even that stable with his quirk, but all people saw was that small moment of his suspended glory.
    Ren hated it.
    He hated their whispers of 'that's the guy', 'which guy?', 'you know, the guy from the fight a few days/weeks ago!'. He absolutely hated it. Nobody wanted to be his friend just to be a friend. They all wanted his quirk. This made Ren wary of people who came up to him without knowing their intentions. He closed himself off to people, walking away if anyone came up and tried to talk to him, or just blatanly ignoring them. The old lady training him tried to get him to open up more with people who weren't her, but he refused for a while before finally giving into the old lady's requests. He opened up more to people, gaining a few friends along the way. The old lady he used to train with was more of a grandma to him now, and Ren often ate over at her house. The two were close, closer then Ren was with his actual family.
    When he finally graduated his highschool, he went straight to the Hero Association, wanting to be able to use his quirk for good and be trained more deeply in it.

    Quirk Description:
    Due to Upchuck, Isamu is able to eat up to 3x his body size/weight at a given time of most any substance imaginable with great speed. Because of his quirk he is able to intake this incredible amount of food (though it isn't always "food") in short amounts of time as well as great succession. He has incredibly powerful teeth and a digestive system capable of breaking down and transforming nearly any matter consumed into an energy-like substance which he can then store or use for combat. Isamu's most common form of expulsion is the regurgitation and spitting of this energy in the form of miniature explosive spheres with incredible accuracy and in rapid succession. However, Isamu has learned to control the size and power of these bombs.

    Additionally, after learning that he can expel the energy his body retains through the pores of his skin in order to enhance his physical capabilities, Isamu made sure to spend more time developing this skill. While it still takes a little more concentration on average, Isamu can more easily expel the substance through his pours. Isamu can do this in small portions, expelling the energy in areas such as his hands and feet to create what he calls "Pocket Bursts" adding an explosive edge to punches and kicks. Escalating this ability allows Isamu to force all the energy out in all directions around himself, creating a sizable explosion as the cost of all his energy (and sometimes clothes). There is another form to this which goes further in condensing the blast around himself. Isamu calls this his "Full Burst." While he is able to do this at will and with much less issue than he had in the past, it is still a gamble. His body, in this state, experiences an explosive transformation, giving him a short period of time with great power, speed, maneuverability, and control of his quirk. However, it only lasts for a brief period of time (roughly 3-5 IC posts on average barring collabs or special permissions).

    Isamu is incapable of shutting down his quirk. It will always remain active, transforming everything he consumes into this energy-like substance.It appears to Isamu that he gains the most "energy" in shorter periods of time by means of consuming inorganic or non-food items. Things like water, ice, regular food, etc. can be eaten, but he will gain minimal energy as his body registers them as natural or organic. Meanwhile, things such as fire, earth (dirt, stone, wood, etc.), concrete, and metal, give him more energy with little to no effect on his body. Other items of consumption include gems, minerals (like sand), and most poisons, toxic items, chemicals, and even radioactive materials have little effect on him to a point.

    During his time at UA, Isamu learned that he could alter the properties of his bombs via the use of various chemical formulas and reactions. Over time, he has learned that he does not need the chemicals to cause these reactions so long as he knows and understands the the chemical make up of the burst he is making. However, as this takes a bit longer on average, he still often resorts to the "easier" method of chemical consumption. These chemical reactions take a number of forms including, but not limited to:
    • Incendiary Bursts: Much like his normal energy bombs, these explode on impact with anything outside of the confines of Isamu's body. However, these bombs explode with a burst of flames, spreading out over their target.
    • Deep-Freeze Bursts: These bombs, upon exploding, cause the target to begin to freeze almost immediately, ice spreading out a few inches out over the target.
    • Stun Burst: These bombs seem to mimic electrical reactions, which upon impact can create a stun gun-like effect on the target, shocking them.
    • Impact Bursts: These bombs take the same form of Isamu's normal bursts, but with the added advantage of not blowing up upon contact once they leave his body. A suitable enough impact can trigger the explosion. This allows for more versatile strategizing.
    • Delayed Bursts: Upon figuring out a chemical formula that Isamu could use to create more accurately named Delayed Bursts, he had to rethink some names.
    • First Aid Bursts: Less like bombs than any of his other bursts, these mimic his delayed bursts in function with one clear distinction. These handy little balls spread out over a small area, the substance itself healing most all minor injuries it comes into contact with. It should be noted that in order to begin the healing process, the substance must touch the wound.

    Quirk Weakness:
    While Isamu has managed to overcome a modicum of his previously weaknesses, there are still a number of drawbacks to the use of his quirk.
    • Overeating - Despite the large quantities of "food" Isamu can consume, there is still a limit to what his body is capable of ingesting at any given moment. Taking in too much in excess leaves Isamu vulnerable, like any other person, to the risk of stomach related issues. The notion of getting sick is particularly dangerous as Isamu may accidentally spit up bursts.
    • Chemical Inebriation - Ingesting an abundance of chemical mixtures over a period of time, can cause a reaction within him akin to that of intoxication by alcohol.
    • Radioactive KO - If ingesting radioactive materials, there is a chance that the reaction may cause Isamu's quirk (and possibly his body) to shut down in order to give time to cleanse itself of the radioactivity safely. This could leave him out of commission for hours, days, or even weeks. A high enough quantity can still potentially result in death.
    • Full Burst Kickback - The strain of "Full Burst" on Isamu's body is extremely intense, comparative (in Isamu's words) to bombs exploding continuously in and on his body for as long as he can maintain it. After exiting this form, the added physical pain done onto himself and by enemies throughout battle will be felt by him near tenfold. Additionally, Isamu is constantly leaking energy in this form, and after using it, until he has time to regain his strength, he will essentially be dead weight. It is a last ditch effort until such a point that he can contain and maintain the energy it wastes.
    • Loss of Taste - While technically not an issue in combat, Isamu has found that Upchuck has almost entirely robbed him of his sense of taste. After a considerable amount of time diving into this issue, and with a little help from Chimera, Isamu found a combination of chemicals he can use to temporarily stimulate his taste buds and allow him to eat and taste things for a while without issue.
    Equipment and Gear:
    • Hero Costume - Isamu's costume as Bombs Away is relatively simple. It boasts a heavy duty militaristic jacket whose weight is comparable to his own. It is capable of withstanding extreme force, knives, and fire from most low caliber firearms. It also provides considerable protection from the elements including, but not limited to: fire, rain, ice, and electricity. While the shirt and pants are both durable, neither comes close to his jacket, though in addition to the strong material, the pants include protection for his knees and extra pockets.
    • Chemical dispensers - Situated on the left and right of his waist are modestly sized dispensers, created with help from Allo-Sensei and Ayame (for testing purposes). These devices synthesize and created small glass like orbs filled with chemicals and chemical mixtures. Isamu can use these as is in a pinch, by simply shattering the orbs. However, their most common use comes in the form of him consuming them in order to alter the make up of his bombs for varying effect.

    Personality:
    During his time at UA, Isamu came into his own as a more rational, yet somehow incredibly empathic, individual. He thinks things through, using his training and the things he's learned to try and look at things from as many angles as possible. He has spent countless hours working on potential strategies that can make the most of his quirk. Despite his lack of a commanding presence, can often get others to listen to him due to his reliable nature. Where once he may have allowed fear to influence his choices, it is now a rare occurrence. He is slowly becoming the type to fight through fear regardless of the situation. No matter the task, if it is within his power, he will find a way to complete it.​
    Isamu is kind, loyal, and always willing to work to help himself and his friends grow. He has even come to be able to call others on their bullshit and can even have a bit of fun with them in a way he just didn't have the confidence for in the past. While he occasionally still falls into the pit of self-deprecation in the form of jokes at his own expense, Isamu does trust himself more and feels more at ease speaking up for himself and others. In truth, the young man favors lifting others up rather than himself really. Even so, it is easy to see that he has come a long way from the person he once once.​

    That said, Isamu is still a bit naive. He holds on to more idealistic notions of what he believes a hero should be. He has rarely ever considered this to be an issue when interacting with others, but certain events colored his perception a bit differently. The emergence and rise of ANVIL did not help his thoughts. He feels conflicted, especially over the friends who joined it and can at times be willfully disobedient or uncooperative with ANVIL efforts if he truly doesn't agree with them. Otherwise, he sticks to his own hero work.​
    Background:
    Though he started UA a runt with little to know confidence in himself, Isamu learned he could do and be far more than he ever thought. It was a time rife with struggle, loss, and more fighting than he even believed would come about throughout the course of his hero training. Even so, through everything he faced with the help of his classmates and friends, he was able to grow into a hero who he believed was a bit closer to the ideal he strived to be.​
    Isamu had never expected to see as much death as he had prior to joining UA, but between villains, innocents, and some one he considered his best friend... things can't always end as happily as you might hope. Isamu had failed so many times to be the hero he wanted to be. He knew he had to work as hard as possible if he truly wanted to be a hero that people could rely on, especially following the assassination of the Prime Minister. While he​
    Isamu found himself losing touch with people he considered close or avoiding them altogether. Upon graduating from UA, Isamu began his venture into the professional world of Herodom by shadowing and learning from various pros, even going as far as to sign on as a sidekick for some throughout the first year of his residency. Slowly, he began to build a name for himself until he felt he was ready to truly strike out on his own. He worked primarily as a solo hero occasionally partnering with the police, helping in investigations, conducting stakeouts, and sting operations.​
    Soon, Isamu began a hero agency with Charlotte called Chevalier a la Bombe, venturing to make her more the face of it. Roughly a year has passed since they began, but the agency has grown into a comparatively small, but stable and reliable force. Isamu has a great deal of trust in the sidekicks they've managed to pull in thus far. Isamu has resolved not to make too many waves, if possible; so long as people get the help they need, he'll suck it up (although he isn't above the occasional admonishment of ANVIL as an organization).​

    Quirk Description:
    Shunsuke's quirk allows him to harden any part, or all, of his body, granting him protection from nearly all physical threats that would otherwise be lethal or hazardous to the average person. He can survive falls multiple stories up, walk off powerful explosions, and even keep pushing through high caliber rounds with little issue. Hardened by Nature also gives Shunsuke destructive offensive power by means of enhanced strength proportional to his hardened state. His quirk can also grant him additional force via cutting damage by making his body rough and sharp like jagged rock. Shun has even learn to control this, willing parts of his body to sharpen as needed, typically seen in his hands, feet, or sometimes teeth. This leads to Hardened by Nature being a highly practical combat-oriented Quirk.​
    Despite all of this, the true strength of Hardened by Nature lies in Shunsuke's trump card. While Hardened by Nature may seem like a snappy name a child would come up with, it actually alludes to the "hidden" ability. Shunsuke's body is constantly adapting to fit his needed. This does not merely relate to his hardened state. What doesn't kill him will literally make him stronger. Additionally, while hardened, his body can adapt to various stimuli whereby in he can develop special traits that can potentially amplify his physical state. Although it may take outside stimuli to access these "modes," some of the common forms Shun has taken include, but are not limited to:​
    • Lightning Mode - This form gives Shun heightened speed as well as a current of electricity running along his body. The electricity boosts his attacking and piercing power with sharper movements and taser-like attacks.
    • Fire Mode - This form grants Shun more destructive power in the form of super heated skin comparable to the touch of molten rock. Hammer like punches with immense heat behind them create a crushing obstacle for any opponent to try and overcome.
    • Ice Mode - The air around Shun becomes cooler as his temperature lowers. Frost begins to overtake his form. If Shun grabs hold of his target they may experience a feeling akin to developing frostbite as a rapid pace.
    It is also important to note that due to this form of physical adaption. Shunsuke's body overtime can learn and "remember" certain stimuli. Essentially, his hardening will be strengthened, his strength and the amounts of force or extreme elemental damage he can take will all increase, within reason. Additionally, as time has passed, Shun has learned to use the force of his punches and kicks to launch, or rather direct, wind in the forms of waves or "bullets" at his opponents. Shun is able to do this whether in his hardened state or now, though they have a great deal more force and power while hardened. These "Wind Bullets" allow for a greater range of attack and more versatility in Shun's performance while also allowing him the chance to work on perfecting techniques he was previously unable to attain via his karate.​

    Quirk Weakness:
    Hardened by Nature is not without its drawbacks. While Shunsuke can take extensive damage, he is not unbreakable. Enough damage can knock him out, though it takes considerable force. Another issue inherent to Hardened by Nature is that altered states gained via the adaption function of his quirk can be a bit unpredictable to Shunsuke. They alter not only his physiology, but his mind as well. Some personality changes may lead him to behave more impulsive, act in anger, or leave him without compassion for brief periods of time. These forms do not last either (probably only about 2-3 IC posts unless otherwise given permission to extend).​
    Additionally, there is a limit to what this ability can filter and transfer. Receiving attacks in excess of any one or more "elements," as it were, can lead to added strain on his body. This can serve to overload his quirk, which is likely to result in a loss of consciousness or a temporary shut down of his nervous system.​
    Despite all of this, Shun's biggest weakness comes in the form of vibrations, sound waves, or seismic forces being used against his body while in his hardened state. These forms of attack can potentially disrupt his hearing, his mind, and many other bodily functions; essentially, every internal function of his body becomes at risk. While his threshold toward these types of attacks has risen over time, his tolerance toward them is still relatively low when compared to other forced that may oppose him.​

    Equipment and Gear:
    • Hero Costume - Because of Shunsuke's quirk and minimal reliance on gadgets, tech, or other weaponry of any sort, his hero attire is fairly simple. His clothing as specially made to be durable and resistant to most outside forces, but are not indestructible. Still, they would have to be resistant enough to take some of the punishment Shun puts them through on a regular basis.

    Personality:
    Shunsuke is a fairly level headed guy who is generally upbeat, if not a little overly energetic. He gets excited over a good fight, or the prospect of getting stronger, but also finds enthusiasm in learning by means other than physical activities. He can have just as much fun having a night in watching a movie as he can going out to a party. He's flexible, often able to fit in with almost anyone. Shunsuke, in most cases, chooses to forgo formality regardless of who he may be talking to.​
    Fiercely loyal, protective, and kind-hearted, he's rarely seen without a smile and is often the first to try and make things right, or cheer someone up. He'll even do so if the solution may come at his own expense. Given all of this, it's easy to guess that it takes a lot to get Shunsuke down; rather, it takes a lot to put him in a mental space where he cannot pick himself right up. So, when he gets like this its easy to notice the lack of energy and general indifference. He's more likely to try and isolate himself from his friends, which is hard to do with a girlfriend like Cupie. What does shake him, hits him hard, even if he won't admit it.​
    Shunsuke likes to look for the good in people. Deep down people are as capable of good as they are evil. Even so, he has slowly begun to accept that accept that somethings are beyond his control. That won't stop him from choosing his principles over what may be typically expected of him where possible. He will almost always go out of his way to help someone if he things a situation has gone too far without discrimination of the perpetrator.​

    Background:
    Shunsuke's venture into the world of heroics began when he joined Shiketsu along with his friend Shizui. However, his life as a hero-in-training, one could say, didn't truly begin until he entered UA. There he made friends whom he could trust and through a series of events he could never have foreseen, began to grow. Though his demeanor and behavior have changed very little outwardly, it would be silly for anyone to believe Shunsuke hasn't grown as a person and as a hero.​
    Following his graduation from UA, Shun dove head first into the world of professional heroes. He was eager to help people however he could and, hopefully, find a few powerful opponents in the process. Shun learned quickly that it would take more than brawn and his particular brand of brain to run an agency. While his first choice would have been to work with Cupie, it wasn't in the cards as she would inevitably choose to join ANVIL. Shunsuke would have to live with this, learning to respect her decision even if he didn't like it. Though they still have the occasional argument over their respective points of view, they usually manage to work things out.​
    Shunsuke also had to learn to better manage his time. Taking care of the family dojo after his parents left with his "new" younger sister to travel with her like they'd done with him when he was young, his apparent modeling career, and his hero agency saw the young man dipping his toe in multiple fields. Shun doesn't always find time to just be out and about without something coming up: villain trouble, fans looking for selfies or autographs, etc. Still, he faces everything head on with as good an attitude as he can muster.​

    :

    Adelaide's quirk all revolves around sound energy, with this she is able to conjure enough to cause mini tremors with her hands, able to cause shockwaves from up to 100 feet away. She can also use these waves to act as shields, though breakable, she can reflect objects or quirks of it. As it was recently learned, Adelaide can move tremors from underneath the ground, able to travel even farther than outside, up 200 feet underground and causing small quakes as it reaches the surface.

    Quirk Weakness:

    It takes a ton of focus to use her quirk accurately, as it showed earlier in her teen years, her biggest problem was concentration and focus, hardly able to formulate a successful attack without falling over. But with the help of some of the people closest to her, she was able to work on it and now it isn't much of a problem, as long as she isn't distracted. What she couldn't control is the exhaustion caused by the quirk, if used at a constant it can cause her to get dizzy and irritated, which makes her attacks much less accurate.

    Before U.A

    After growing up in a strict household, Adelaide was taught to focus and diligent in her studies and to spend time on things that aren't important. Adelaide was always taught that striving for greatness which meant to be the best, while she only does it thinking her mother knows best, she has been starting to think for herself lately and finding what she wants to do for herself. The girl seems to keep to herself a lot, usually not speaking until someone asks her something, not out of shyness but out of her choice to stay quiet. Adelaide was always told to keep her emotions in check, never cry. don't show any anger and not to show any weaknesses, this has caused her to feel bottled up inside, ready to scream.

    After U.A

    She has changed quite a lot from living with her mother, while the teaching of being focused and diligent in her studies and at work stayed the same, she was now much more open, she knew what she offered and wasn't going to be shy and quiet so she could be pushed around. Now she isn't afraid to speak her mind, she won't sit back while she let others dictate her life. There's not many she can be vulnerable with, after years of betrayal and manipulation, but the only person she feels open with is Ichirou, she never has to lie to him about anything.


    Background:

    As she looks back at her young self, Adelaide could've sworn she was a whole different person back then.

    She was raised by her mother to become the person she always wanted to be, pushing to her to not show her emotion, training and molding her to be who she wished she was her whole life. With this training she never got any love like her mother never had before her, her inner self was stuck in a cage while the person her mother wanted to be was molded around it. After fifteen years of loneliness, she came across a magazine the mailman dropped off, about the great school of U.A

    It took months of begging her mother to let her go but after one day, she all of a sudden agreed, to her surprise but excitement she never thought to ask why the change of heart but it made sense long after. There was a lot of social whiplash going from only seeing three to four people a day, to seeing two dozen others all around her age. Her shy self kept her from talking to others until she met the man who would be the love of her life, Ichirou. Slowly she was able to get out of her shell, meeting new friends who she loved and adored like Masaru and Shunsuke, everything felt like a dream she never knew she had.

    This all ramped up to yet another happening that would change her life forever, when she bombed at the sports festival, it felt like she had no business being there alongside some of the most powerful young heroes in her league. It came to her surprise that she was offered one internship as an understudy for the long lost hero, White Mage, better known as Kaori Kojima. Through the months training under him, she grew a close friendship with her teacher who helped train in ways her mother couldn't, learning that your emotions and mind go together, not separate. After the months training under him, everything soon fell apart at the dance, after getting a letter from a mysterious handler telli8ng her that she could give her the truth she sought, she left the dance to find the messenger and to her surprise, it was the villain who attacked her months back, the white-haired made who she soon learned the name of her, Nina. She agreed to go with her by getting told the truth of her father and while it felt unreal, she oddly believed her. The night ramped up with a battle against Mauve and Nina against Adelaide, Kaori along with those who came to save her, Kanna and Aurora.

    It took a long time to mend their relationship and even though it isn't healed all just yet, she's grown to forgive him. She decided after all the bloodshed that she would leave U.A but not without declaring her feelings for Ichirou at which he showed the same feeling as well.

    Now years later, Adelaide was now working for ANVIL, she agreed with that the hero society as a whole was broken and that we needed something to change, though choosing her side against Ichirou's didn't change anything for them and they continued to date and eventually move in with each other.

    Quirk Type: Mutant

    Quirk Description:
    Airi's quirk, being a mutant type, has given her a body fit for combat, granting her numerous enhanced physical abilities (strength, agility, durability, etc.), including a prehensile tail, as well as enhanced senses. However, Wukong being an almost supernatural-like quirk also grants Airi abilities resembling those of the fabled Monkey King via the manipulation of her own personal pool of energy, or chi. For example, she is capable of using her chi to further enhance her physical capabilities to superhuman levels, though this takes quite a bit of concentration; so, she settles for short bursts of increased power. She is also capable of creating hard light energy duplicates of herself that can fight on her behalf, fight with her, or simply explode as needed. The detail with which they match Airi is completely contingent on her level of focus. She can make multiple duplicates that will look like yellow creatures in Airi's form, or up to two clones that will look exactly like her. Unfortunately, Airi's concentration only effects the look. While capable in combat, Airi's clones can always be taken out with a single well placed attack if it is powerful enough.​
    Additionally, Airi can use this energy to create a pseudo-cloud with which she is able to sit on, ride through the air, expand to create a fog like area around herself, or simply use to emulate lightning in the form of thunder cloud strike. The bigger the cloud, the more energy it takes to create. She can also willfully make it so nobody can sit on it but her.​
    Through the use of her chi, Airi can even create hard light weaponry such, a staff or "magical" headband to remain on theme as the Monkey King, for example, with which she has complete control over. These are much more durable than her clones and can remain intact even if they leave her grasp. Short of her being knocked out or willing them to dematerialize, the weapons will remain constant for roughly 2 hours after their creation. Her chi can potentially grant her far more abilities, emulating those of the Monkey King, such as creating complex armor, shapeshifting, elemental immunity, and more. However, while she has on occasion pulled these off, they are incredibly difficult and she still hasn't gotten them 100% down.​

    Quirk Weakness:
    Airi's quirk is is tied to her physical and mental state. Being too tired, hurt, emotionally drained, or distracted can cause issues in the maintenance and usage of her chi. Additionally, while more capable than the average human, without her chi augmenting her defenses she is still susceptible to many of the things any other human would be susceptible to. High falls, guns, knives, etc. are all capable of hurting or even killing her if she lets her guard down.​

    Equipment and Gear:
    Apart from her ANVIL fatigues which were modified a bit by her to be a little more formfitting along with added padding, Airi tends to focus more on utilizing her quirk as opposed to gear when in the field. However, there are still some items she keeps on her person at all times:​

    Personality:
    Typically brimming with what some would consider boundless energy, Airi is a fun loving individual in many ways. She cares about people, particularly those close to her and is often willing to go the extra mile to make sure somebody is okay. Airi places her friends, those close to her anyway, on something of a pedestal. Barring specific circumstances, she will always have her friends' backs. She is open minded and typically willing to listen to others in most situations, believing that there has to be some reason or motivation for certain actions. This is often aided by her immense threshold of patience. At times, her lackadaisical demeanor and odd bouts of logic can be misconstrued as a lack of intelligence. However, while Airi is many things, stupid is not one of them.​
    Airi also has a habit of being crude, blunt, or otherwise risque. She likes to have fun and tease others, at least to an extent. No subject seems to deter her, often failing to filter herself when things pop into her mind. Even so, while she has gotten much better at acting more appropriately, maintaining formalities even when necessary, she still slips up every so often. It is likely because of this, and the aformentioned threshold for patience, coupled with a need to help people, that she is considered a "talker." She runs her mouth in battle, trying to get into the head of a villain if she can.​
    Rarely will Airi take something as seriously as one might expect. However, when she does get serious it may be almost like watching a completely different person. Airi has the capability to be cold and perhaps even merciless if she deems a particular individual hopeless. Fortunately for her, or perhaps unfortunately, this has yet to be the case yet in her time at ANVIL.​

    Background:
    Airi's time at UA was rocky to say the least. Between the exchange program with Shiketsu, returning to join Class 1-B, and countless other trials and tribulations, she almost considered leaving on more than one occasion. It was almost like some cosmic force was willfully getting in her way. But none of that mattered. She was starting to make new friends and growing as a person and she was gonna enjoy her high school life dammit!​
    Airi was luckily, or perhaps unluckily, able to avoid many of the disastrous events that befell Class 1-A following that initial attack. She could do nothing but watch from the sidelines as her friends struggled with life and death situations. She watched fellow students, who should have been in the same league as her, plunge deeper into despair. It was rarely easy for them to pick themselves up after crushing defeats, the loss of innocents, or even bittersweet victories. Airi couldn't do much more than train and hope that when the time come she could be their for friends, both old and new, in the ways that mattered.​
    This was probably why she ventured to join ANVIL. She wanted to be their for the people in ways that she wasn't sure a typical hero could. She knew that she would need to first improve her grades and then get more serious about her training. She spent countless hours studying, with aid from Isamu, Amaris, and even Ichirou. She worked as hard as she could to do better, though it would take considerable patience from her friends as she would often have them repeat things over and over, asking questions until she got it.​
    After successfully graduating, Airi knew immediately she wasn't ready to pursue higher education. So, she joined ANVIL immediately. If she so wished to go back to school later, she was hopeful that Misoka wouldn't say no. And so, here she is.​

  • Quirk Name: Black Shuck
    Quirk Type: Transformation/Mutant

    Quirk Description:
    Black Shuck is a quirk that grants the user a powerful arsenal to work with. It grants Kurogane superhuman physical abilities including, but not limited to: strength, speed, agility, reflexes, endurance, and stamina. It also provides him with a minor healing factor, pushed to its limits often via experimentation by Mauve; severity of injuries can lessen or lengthen the healing time accordingly. Roughly estimated, he can lift a semi-truck with relative ease, take falls from up to 3 stories, run up to 40 mph (60mph when transformed), react to things that would be unseen to the human eye, and remain active for up to 24 hours without sleep. Kuro's senses have also been heightened to a superhuman degree, particularly his sight, hearing, and sense of smell. He can see and hear things up to several meters away as well as see with perfect clarity at night.​
    Kurogane is also granted many traits akin to that of a hellhound; rather, more accurately put, traits akin to a wolf. He has wolf-like ears, a large fluffy tail, and claws that can shred through metal or concrete. He can even transform into a large wolf, almost double the size of a Dire Wolf. Put in numbers, he has an shoulder length of roughly 6ft (roughly 182.88 cm) and a body length of about 13ft (roughly 396.24 cm) from head to tail. His paws are massive, his claws just as powerful, and his bite a thing to be feared.​
    If all of this isn't enough, Black Shuck grants him something his biological mother didn't have to fully embrace her "hellhound" moniker. He is capable of generating, controlling, and manipulating powerful black flames. These black flames burn more intensely than average flames, and take a hell of a lot more to put out. He can shape and mold them as he wishes, coat his fists or claws in them, breath them like fire, etc.​

    Quirk Weakness:
    Black Shuck is not without it's weaknesses. Kurogane can take a lot more damage than the average person and heal much faster, but he is still susceptible to many of the same things that any other human would be. Bullets and blades can pierce his skin and fatal wounds can be inflicted. Extremely loud noises and sudden flashes of bright light are especially effective against him. Additionally, intense smells can badly effect him if he is caught off guard. Even fully prepared, however, sufficiently putrid smells can prove to be quite bothersome to him. Sound, Lights, and certain smells can even incapacitate him temporarily if in high enough volume or amounts.​
    It is also important to note that while increasingly powerful in his transformed state, Kurogane becomes increasingly feral over time. He runs the risk of losing himself and going berserk unless he transforms back or is knocked out. If he is knocked out, he will transform back and all of his flames will dissipate, almost immediately. Damage will not be reversed, but they will no longer be an issue.​

    Equipment and Gear:
    Kuro makes use of fatigues issued by ANVIL which are made to stretch or shrink to fit his form should he transform during an operation. Apart from that, Kuro doesn't utilize much in the way of equipment or gear. However, he does carry a few things he believes may come in handy should the need arise. These are:​

    • Custom Ear and Nose Plugs
    • Smoke Bombs x2

    Personality:
    While Kurogane has mellowed out a bit over time, he is still very much the strong-willed, territorial, and protective person he has always been. He doesn't always think things through, at time acting more on emotion than actual strategy. He relies on brute strength and instinct, leading him to occasionally make rash or impulsive decisions. Kuro still has a bit of a temper problem, often having to force himself to stop and not act out in anger. He typically does this with attitude, sarcastic comments, or by otherwise trying to provoke perpetrators before he does anything himself. He can act friendly, but typically only when he feels like it.​
    More often than not, Kuro can come across as crude, direct, and as kind of an asshole unless he feels it unnecessary. As such, most strangers are met with relative kindness, friends are occasionally grants actual care and affection, and people who either treat him poorly or he has decided he doesn't like are brushed off. He has, however, gotten better at both holding his tongue when he deems it necessary and acting with civility as needed.​
    Try as he might though, Kuro can't seem to really hide the enjoyment he gets when fighting. Being able to hurt someone who can actually put up a fight just makes it all the more worthwhile. The fact that his attention can be focused on people who actually deserve to be hurt is just icing on the cake. When given the opportunity, all bets are off. He'll do his best to take down an opponent without allowing them to utter a word. Of course, the could be because his background has left him with a bit of a bad habit of sympathizing with criminals and villains who may share similar upbringings or issues that forced them down a particularly bad path.​

    Background:
    Following his last fight with Ichirou as well as the downfall of Akio Kura, the young wolf was left with a maelstrom of conflicting emotions and complex thoughts he wasn't sure how to work through. As a result, Kuro seemed to begin to over correct a bit in terms of both behavior and decision making. He wasn't sure what to do with himself. It wasn't until a brief run in with Mimi and Masaru that he was really able to decide. He needed to find a way to make things right. The problem was... he didn't know where to start.​
    Time to think about it further was cut short as he, Fenri, and Dani were arrested. Perhaps it was pure luck, or maybe a stroke of misfortune depending on your perception, but a judge stumbled across the records while it was still being decided what would happen to them. He reached out to Kaz offering Kuro, Fenri, and Dani a more "reasonable" sentence provided they keep their guilty pleas and cooperate. Throughout proceedings the three would be kept in holding, separated from each other for a number of weeks. During this time, the Judge made the necessary arrangements before finally making his rulings, one done without the need to tell the jury.​
    The sentence stated that for 12 years they all would be on probation, left under police watch. In addition to that, social worker would be assigned to the wolf twins as well as the American girl with two primary tasks: first, teach and help the teens in order for them to better adapt to life outside of the underground; second, try to help the wolves and the Mizushima family specifically.​
    In exchange, Kaz would help said judge throughout his coming election campaign, promoting him vigorously with what remained of his reputation as the former Number One Hero of Japan. It wouldn't take long for what remained of his fame to crash and burn. Roughly the first 3 years of their sentence would see the trio under heavy surveillance. The wolves would remain in the Mizushima home, while Dani was helped to find a small job and a home of her own. There was never a time where someone, somewhere, wasn't watching them. On the third year, (about the start of P3), ANVIL would officially take over watching them as they remained high quirk threats. Misoka decided to offer them a chance to reduce their sentences, thus allowing her to watch them more closely and make use of them.​
    Kuro was all too ready to agree. It would finally allow him a chance to try and make up for his past wrongdoings and he wouldn't be stuck in the house all the time and be under constant watch as he had been before. At least... not to the same degree. While he appreciates the new found freedom, Kuro is still wary of everything that has been set in motion, unsure of how this will all play out. Hopefully some familiar faces, and new alike, will make this easier. Although, it is just as likely that they'll make things far more difficult.​

Background
His dad was a salesman, and his mom a front runner of one of the most sought out Support tech's in the hero industry. Thus one could say they were quiet the power couple yet life at home was rather average. Yet upon having their child Allo they were going to have a world wind experience of raising a starry eyed hero in training. Why his quirk made good for hero work his mother made sure he learned as much as possible to the tools of her trade to help strengthen his capability to reach his dream.

His dad took to his kids dream just as well working with his son to work on the physical requirements of a hero. Thus a training regiment with his dad began. His dream to be a hero surprisingly helped the family bond stronger then ever expected, and thus a boy who dreamed big was given all the support he needed. With the training necessary to aim high he laid his sights right at the top of the hero world UA High School where some of the the best heroes were born.

Role past the examines everything he expected of U.A was delivered with more then he could ever expect. He met 14 other well gifted students who become his closest of friends. He experienced in his first year alone the true sense of fighting villains where he, and his fellow classmates got their asses handed to them by two S class Villains opening their eyes to how strong they would need to get. This eventually lead to them all getting involved into a well known case called "Drug Blue" involving a underground villain group making a drug that could be used to mind control those who drank it into mindless puppets. One of their own fell into this causing the rest to spring into action. However where they should have handed to the pro hero's a rather reckless at the time Kazuo convinced a good chunk of his classmates to jump into action to zero in on the villains responsible. Allo at first didn't agree but after informing the pro's quickly realized they would react fast enough, and jump into the fray as well. With all of Class 1-A in tow four of the six villains responsible for the drug were caught including the ring leader Black Slime who nearly killed Kaz, And Allo. Yet even with such a high result the two who got away proved to be the string behind two other villain factions.

What followed during his second, and third year could only be described as pure chaos. His best friend was temporarily corrupted costing the class pure extreme danger to get him back. Those S class villains came after them in a twisted game of cat, and mouse ending with Allo trying to fly a plane as Misoka delivered the finishing blow to one of them sending them falling to their supposed demise. He started dating one of his fellow students Takagi after a rather emotion explosion, but at the end of it all his class finished their schooling with much more experience then ever expected.

Into his Adult years it didn't take long for his hero company to kick into high gear enlisting his mom as a permanent project partner springing into life one of the most efficient Rescue Hero centers. Backed by funding from his tech division Allo's company has been able to avert many a death count across numerous disasters both natural, and villain caused. This along with his take down of numerous villains on his own, and with his team have been a massive drive to his popularity yet at the same time that popularity became bi polar when he married his U.A sweetheart Takagi a well known Anti Hero at that point. However even with that dispute of issue to the masses he still ranks number three among Japans heroes. However unlike most hero's Allo gives really no time to the press always dodging them, and only showing up on TV when someone's recording a fundraiser, his fights with villains, or one of his disaster relief efforts.

Original six years ago Allo didn't give much thought to becoming a U.A teacher until a rather brutal event. Originally that day had just been a catch up with his friend Imma Routes aka Pro Hero Medusa the number 9 ranked hero at the time until the area they were in was sudden bombarded by a villain named Mauve Stinger a villain from their past school days. What followed was a rather extreme fight ending with Mauve Stinger getting away... and a grave being made for Imma. The event haunts Allo to this day, and for a good year was his obsession to find Mauve Stinger. Yet in the end he had to let it go whether or not he forgave himself for the tragedy is hard to say. A few months later he was approached by his old friend Misoka who suggested he take a break from the work, and start helping to mold the heroes of the future for awhile... he gladly accepted the idea teaching a strong generation of future Hero's and Anvil operatives alike.

Allo is now a major figure head in U.A.'s business, and financing operations, and promotive figure at U.A. Tower sharing responsibilities with his old time friend Kazuo.

Personality
Every the excited one was how Allo use to be, but after much growth from the "Drug Blue" case, the energetic hero has in fact mellowed out a bit, but of course his oddity in nature is very much still in play. A prodigy in the technological field kept his curiosity high, and his concentration sharper then ever. Allo is still as studious to a breaking personal bubble point that for those that don't know him are immediately taken aback by. However, his chatty nature is gone now replaced with a more straight to the point responses though his jovial side, and silliness does show from time to time especially around his old classmates.

Since his days at U.A his leadership skills have heightened impressively earning him a rather respected tactical keep in the rescue field. Being a father saw his supportive nature to grow as well never letting those around him kick themselves down, and keep everyone in high spirits even in the worst of situations. His most impressive feat on the matter being getting Setsuna to not be so emo all the time(XP take that Nov XD). The one thing that has definitely not changed to this day is his insanity while on the job. Willing to risk his whole being to keep those safe who find themselves in constant danger... a fact his wife begrudgingly accepts. Its nearly impossible to get under Allo's skin as he still to this day is way to optimistic though now having a child does give way to a potential panic if villains were stupid enough to test what would happen.

Much like as a kid though his optimism in the field is nearly unparalleled as even in the most dire situations Allo is always calculating the next advantage rather then being dragged down by the current disadvantage. At long last( and probably a major god send to his wife) Allo does recognize flirtatious interactions, and passes he just doesn't react to them unless its from his wife Takagi.

Battery Core


His skin is in fact a living organic metal that creates current waves of electricity through his blood stream. The perfected version allows him to discharge burst it out offensively to things he makes contact with, but also when handed something that can siphon energy for use he can will his body to start sharing the energy to the device to power it. Thus with a specialized pad built by him, and his mother he can power energy based weapons design to rescue people, and subdue villains more effectively/efficiently then most current batteries or power cores. His body is always creating energy efficiently around the clock.

His skin due to the mutation half of his quirk allows him to take a horrifying hulk level beating in a fight, but does not give him any enhancements in strength thus his requirement in needing combat gear to help even the odds against the more aggressive quirk users. With its metallic features along with the battery requirements to withhold his skin together rather then burst in explosion Allo also has a high level of heat, and impact resistance. So far Allo has confirmed he can handle flames that can cause third degree burns like it nothing. Along with that he is completely immune to electrical attacks. Like wise due to the metallic quality Allo's skin when rushed against metal will create sparks... not really an advantageous thing, but a neat trick for parties. Due to the training from his U.A days its nearly impossible to pierce or crack his skin.

During a event when a particular future number one hero was corrupted by a pro villain in result to said situation in the midst of a psychotic battlefield Allo learned if he ingests a large volume of electricity or his own energy his body goes into a powerful state overload dubbed Discharge Roulette. In this state for twenty minutes Allo's reaction time, skin defense, energy output, and speed massively improve. The problem is this mode easily overloads his weapons breaking them upon one use, and if not cooled down within that Twenty minute window causes great stress to Allo placing him in a dangerous position. Battery Core's weakness to ice, and freezing temperature's is still existent, but not as brutal as when he was a kid thanks to Discharge Roulette.

Background
Originally a juvenile delinquent in the works medical student Kimiko was running a back ally clinic for those who did not have money for medicine or surgery. Eventually she was caught by Allo who instead turned found her to be quite the ferocious fighter eventually he did arrest her, but he didn't take her to the police to report her in, and instead offered her a chance to turn her passion around for a committed goal. In exchange he would start helping her aspire to her full potential as a growing medical field combat medic in the hero world. Thanks to the growth, and speed of her medical capability Chimera grew fast in the hero ranks. During the Akio saga she was recognized even more, and has made it all the way to the single digits shockingly to herself breaking into the top four spot. Though she dresses skimpy it is more so a requirement for her quirk to go full force thus her ranking as a r rated hero. Chimera has a full line of medical degrees horrifyingly from her determination to see her life through as a skilled healer only rivaled by the retired White Mage Kaori. Still a sidekick to the Hero Surge Alloy she is rumored to be his eventually successor for the Corp Rescue Agency.

Personality
Deep pan serious she is straight to the point, and very logic based. Though during her time with Isamu she has learned to be quite the teacher personality aiming to help all hero's understand the basics of medical practice. Has a extremely high IQ that is quite privy to anyone who speaks with her which is shocking as she never rubs it in anyone's face nor uses it for her personal gain as her medical services are always free.

Can alter her body chemical, and physically turning any nutrients into what she desires resounding in many unique techniques like toxicology, mutation, and medical field applications. Her snake tails saliva can also be used as a healing salve allowing to speed up the bodies healing factor by extreme measures. It also can be used to inject enemies or allies with medicinal effects both positive or negative.
