Sofie was the first to go and after she stumbled through her introduction the Teacher, Mr. K, as she liked to refer to him as nodded to her to take her seat. picking up the small mess she had made with the fruit snacks earlier, she sighed as she really did want a snack, but didn't wanna seem greedy if she were to take another. by the time she had thrown away the trash in her hand she took her seat to watch the next student introduce themselves. After her came a boy dressed in all dark clothing, or at least as dark as the dress code would allow. upon further inspection he was wearing a gentle smile it threw her off a bit, even more so when he fumbled his words a little. she chuckled a little letting her own embarrassment fade away again, His name was Sora and he had two quirks as well, one that would allow him to steal one of a persons five senses, and another that upped his emotional perception, or at least thats how she saw it. was he the only boy in the class?? After his bow she and the rest of the class clapped before the next student stepped up to the plate.

Next up was a red haired girl who seemed to had fallen asleep on her first day of school, causing her to be late and just barely catch the end of Sofie's introduction. Quickly stepping up to the front after Sora finished she began her own intro. Her name was Yamasaki Misoka and her vague explaination of her quirk, she called it a form of leviatation. Sofie quickly started to assume something like she could float or fly or something around there. she was curious about some of the scars on the girl but wasn't about to ask that sort of question out loud. when she finished she took a seat in the middle of the class after scanning the room. In Sofie's opinion Misoka seemed like the type of person who might like to play pranks on people, one thing they would have in common.

After that another girl would stand up from her seat and instead of walking to the front like everyone else decided to do her intro from her seat more or less. The girl or boy? she wasnt too sure yet, spoke up and said his or her name. Queen Hideaki, though preferred to be just called queen or something else entirely. the quirk she had was something like bad luck as she warned everyone to keep some distance from her if her eyes were glowing red, other than that she hoped to get to know everyone before sitting back down. Sofie wasn't sure about how to feel about this person, mostly they just felt suspicious but that could just be her mind running. shaking her head she waited for the next person to begin.

This one continued the trend of introducing herself from her chair, as her wobbling legs may not have made it to the front. Sofie was a little surprised and relieved she wasn't the only nervous one, or at least not the only one showing it. Though this girl had bright white hair as well she seemed younger than Sofie. Her name was Sairen Monoma and apprently she was a twin. She was forward enough she share her quirk as she made a blade come out of her arm only to retract leaving no marks on her skin. Sofie's eyes beamed with excitement as her mind wandered wondering what Sairen was capable of with her quirk. it was then she heard the girl had a second quirk, one she shares with twin. this was interesting, she hadn't seen a quirk that worked between two people before, this class was shaping up to be a thrill ride. Sofie clapped her hands once Sairen finished and took her seat once more.

Last up was Marina, the friend she had already made. Stepping up to the front of the classroom she spoke her name before showing off her tail a little. It made Sofie chuckle a little before she went on to explain her second quirk, did everyone have two quirks? she thought to herself as she watched Marina return to her seat only to jump up once more and tell the class she was offering snacks to whomever wanted one. she is really nice i cant wait to get to know you more Marina. she thought to herself before hearing another student speak up, it was Misoka, and she was wondering if they were going to do anything beside introductions for their first day. to be honest Sofie wondered the same but wasn't one to speak her mind so openly. though she awaited Mr. K's answer eagerly as she heard the UA courses were anything but normal.

Day 1
Weather: 74f degrees and Sunny with clear skies
U.A. Fields

Koda watched from his chair as one after another his students introduced themselves to the class. He found their introductions somewhat amusing as some varied greatly while others were almost identical. 'This is going to be an interesting class this year...I can feel it.' He thought but then he noticed something about his class....There was only one boy. Suddenly his eyes flicked to the dark haired boy with mismatched eyes and he suddenly felt great sympathy for him 'Good luck kiddo...'. After the class was finished with their introductions he was called upon the young redhead, Misoka.

Standing up from his chair Koda gave them all a friendly smile. "Why yes Ms. Yamasaki. The Hero and General Studies class will be working together in the Combat Basics and Gym classes as a matter of fact. As for whats next for Homeroom..." Gathering his briefcase Koda moved out from behind his desk with an unsettling glint to his eyes. "Well how about I just show you? Everyone please follow me, keep in a double file." He ordered his students, waiting for them all to rise before heading out the door with them in tow.

Venetica watched with great amusement and curiosity as her students introduced themselves one by one. The Bakugo boy's statement not all that surprising to her since she knew his father's personality. But there was something about the boy that had her thinking they might not be as alike as one might think. But as each student gave their different version of an introduction she noticed Yoshio's words had triggered a domino effect as not 1 but 3 more students basically announced the same thing. She had to hide her smile behind her hand. 'Ah to be young again....These little troublemakers are going to keep me on my toes thats for sure.' She thought with enthusiasm.

Once all the students finished their introductions Venetica would stand up and vault herself over her desk rather than just walking around it. Why? Because she could. "Great job everyone! I'm loving the energy here already!" She encouraged brightly. "Okay now we have the introductions over with. Lets move on to the fun! Everyone follow me! And please keep in a double file." She announced as she hopped over to the door to wait for her students to rise and join her. Afterward leading them to the locker rooms where they would meet up with the General Studies class as they changed into their Gym clothes.

Koda would then lead them to the locker rooms where they could changed into their respective Gym clothes (same as the anime). There they would also meet up with the Hero class who would be doing the same. Afterward all students were to report back to the U.A. field where all the track, weights, obstacles, ect were located. Upon arriving the students would see both teachers Koda and Venetica standing at one of the larger fields the looked similar to a baseball field but their was only one plate instead of 4.

"Hello students! Here we will be conducting a special test that will determine your physical as well as your Quirk strength." Swayla announced with a cheery swish of her finger. "This is a test we will have you participate in on a monthly basis to measure your growth. This wont reflect on your overall grades but the 5 students with the lowest score will be required to take remedial courses in training. So please do your best!"

When Reika told him his quirk was pretty he couldn't help but smile at the praise. Most guys rather not hear their quirk was pretty but he knew it didn't look very manly and he was rather fine with that. After the Bakugo kid, the very one he was talking to went up and introduced herself. Her quirk allowed her to transform anything into granite? As she then demonstrated that as she turned a pencil into granite. Oh that was way cooler than Medusa's ability! Then to top it off she had minor reptilian transformation abilities? That explained the tongue, also explained why she never showed eye contact with him. That's why she had the sunglasses! Gah so cool!

After Reika was a Red Rose who seemed to be up then back down. No quirk or nothing.... well it was nice of her to say that though. Next was Lairen with a quirk called Hell flame and link with his twin sister. He had to wonder what quirk she had then if they could switch their quirks around. Then he practically called out Yoshio which he could only tell would be the start of a grudge between the two. The next one up was a guy called Yuutsu and so far the longest one up there, sharing more than his quirk but what his reasons for enrolling were. Then he subtly called people out. Well a challenge among peers, even if you came off cocky. In fact it could even drive others to become better. Hell it got him pumped up a bit.

In fact it seemed ever since Lairen everyone was trying to one up each other the Takagi girl adding her own words to the mix and even stating she wouldn't show her quirk. Not wanting to give anyone else an edge on her. That she got a recommendation to come here so don't look down on her. In fact it was a refreshing change of pace when the next girl came up so cheerful and told everyone her name and showed her quirks and was done. She seemed like such an innocent girl. Probably not to that one guy that was laughing after she demonstrated her quirk on him.

This left him so as he rose from his seat and made his way to the front he would give everyone a big grin. "Hello everyone my name is Ishida, Yuuki. I only have one quirk so I can't really switch up my style unlike most of you. However I also don't fear showing mine as it can be unpredictable." he said his grin now shrinking into a smirk as he held out his palm with a small sized pink and purple ball forming glowing for everyone to see, only for it to increase in size to be about a foot large, it also showed that it was actually spiraling causing the air around it to pick up with the size increase. This made some papers to fly around the room, before the ball turned into a bat in his hand which he held and rested on his shoulder.

"It's called Aura of Will. It looks pretty but can pack quite a punch as its my will. Meaning on a great day, I'm pretty much better than most people." Yuuki said giving a wink to show that he was also in the running. "I came to this school because it's my dream that those in need of help can always know that help will indeed come and not have to worry about if it ever will show. I will be that help for everyone!" Yuuki said before the pink and purple bat in his hands would proceed to shrink into nothing as he would then walk to his seat.

He wouldn't remain seated for long as the teacher asked them to follow her and form two double lines. Getting into line he would follow her. Where they would go to the locker rooms and proceed to change into their gym clothes, which meant short sleeved shirts... He wasn't uncomfortable with his build by any means. What he was, was being judge by the fact his arms were covered in tattoos. Sighing he would put the uniform on, his tattoos in plain view for all too see.

Arriving on the field with both the Hero's and General studies class. His teacher would explain what they would be doing. A test to demonstrate their physical and quirk strength? Well that kind of seemed to favor those with quirks that would knock this out of the park. It made him wonder how Reika would do. Her quirk seemed like it would hinder this if anything.[/fieldbox]

Mr. K seemed to enjoy the introductions of the class as a smile came to his face only to be replaced by a glint towards Sora. Sofie giggled a little before he started to address the class, standing from his chair he grabbed his things following his explanation. He said they would be doing something with the Hero course and theirs, involving the hero basics and gym classes. Sofie smiled glad they were able to do both of them together, it increased her chances of meeting more people and making more friends as well as seeing App again. Standing up from her chair she was the first to start to move towards the door and follow Mr. K down the hallways towards their prospective locker rooms.

Once inside the locker room they were to change into their gym clothes and regroup out on the field, but Sofie planned to take her time and try and chit chat a little with some of the other students. Upon seeing Queen enter the girls locker room Sofie would bluntly speak her mind. "ahh so you are a woman, how come you chose to wear the male uniform?" she said not thinking about how insensitive it might have been to point it out like that. it wasn't like she intended to be rude she just spoke her mind. Depending on how she would react would determine if they continued their conversation.

Even if they were still speaking or not, Sofie would wave to App once she would enter and give her a smile "hey App over here, hehe im surprised you had the wrong classroom, or perhaps you didn't and you were just following someone hmmmmm?" she would try to tease her a little as she started to undress herself to change into her gym clothes. Sofie was more than a little conscious about her own body, she began to wonder if she had put on some weight before shaking her head and dismissing the idea and continuing her conversations with whomever would be still talking with her.

One Last thing that Caught Sofie's eye as she was finishing up changing was seeing the scars Misoka had all over her body. her ankles, her elbows, and her neck. Sofie thought it was strange for such a young woman to have all these scars on her, was she in some horrible accident? or was it something else? Sofie's curiosity got the better of her as she reached out to touch Misoka's shoulder and speak to her. "hey Misoka...is it alright if i call you that? Lets both get Stronger together" she would smile at her trying her best to make more friends, she enjoyed being around others, even if she did embarrass herself a lot.

Finishing getting changed she would quickly walk out to the field with the other students where they would receive instructions on what they would be doing. the teacher said they would be doing tests to determine their physical strength as well as the strength of their quirks. Sofie immediately hung her head in defeat as she believed her quirks would be useless in a physical tests, which would mean remedial classes for her from the get go. Sofie sighed as she tried to gather up what strength she could to face this new challenge in front of her if she didn't want to go to remedial classes.

Whoa. The battle has begun, huh? Reika watched as one student after another declared war on the rest of the class, each one claiming that they would best them all. Was it really necessary to be the best? Wasn't the only goal to be a hero and help people or whatever? People… would probably never change. It seemed that being powerful was never enough, they just had to be on top. The girl tapped the side of her index finger against her bottom lip in thought, making more notes of the situation as it progressed – just like her parents had taught her to do. This idea that even the heroes were constantly fighting among themselves to be number one kind of threw her off beat a minute, and she spaced out long enough to miss a few details here and there.

She was brought back by a shadow sword racing at her and the rest of the class. Of course, the girl panicked and went into defense mode. Suddenly, the shadow fell to her desk, a now granite rose which shook her whole desk on impact from the new weight. It appeared that the shadow was a physical manifestation, otherwise her ability would not have worked. Glancing around, she noticed the other girls, only girls?, picking up their respective roses. Since the shadow had the density to be touched, apparently it could be altered. The surprise was evident on her face, as even she was unaware that someone could manifest darkness into a physical entity. Her gaze flickered to the stone rose.

The reaction had been a bit much, but it was just that – a knee-jerk reaction to something seemingly dangerous flying at her. Still, the girl was embarrassed and quickly shoved her sunglasses back onto her face to keep herself from overreacting so obviously again. Even so, it was a sweet gesture to give all the girls flowers, wasn't it?

Next up was the pretty girl with the long, dark hair that had caught Rei's eye. She was instantly in charge, a rather dominant presence, and made sure to keep the high ground by not revealing her ability. Red Rose hadn't told anyone hers either. Reika didn't even know that was an option, and it would have been the smart road to take. Even if it was a little… She gave a mental shrug. Rude wasn't the word she wanted to use, but there was something not quite sportsman-like about not revealing your powers in kind. Sunemizuki Takagi, now that Rei knew her name, was still gorgeous but she was just as competitive as the others who had announced their candidacy for number one hero. That type of goal just seemed so destructive and small-minded.

Next up was Ishida. Reika gave him a smile from her seat, like her own way of cheering him on. He warmly greeted everyone and then gave an example of his Quirk to the class. He then also made a point to subtly inform the rest of the class that he would also be going for top hero. Reika face-palmed. Even him? Was no one big-picture oriented here?

They were all ushered out of the classroom immediately after, herded into the locker rooms to change into gym clothes. Reika spent as little time in there as she could, huddled behind her locker to hide herself while she changed. It would be too suspicious to see the bruises on her ribs and upper arms. The moment she was done changing, she rushed from the locker room in a hurry, following the teacher to… an incomplete baseball diamond?

Tests? What kind of tests? Reika looked around a bit frantically. General Studies was here too, which meant that she could look like a failure in front of two classes instead of one. She was relatively strong, physically speaking. When you can turn things into granite to use as weapons, you tend to gain the strength to lift heavy freaking rock. But… she, and a few others… She glanced toward Sora briefly… didn't have abilities that would thrive in strength and speed types of tests. Holy crap, she'd be stuck in remedial classes. The wave of worry hit her all at once and it took all of her focus not to start trembling.

Failure is not an option. Failure is not an option. Failure is not an option...

Sora made a silent sigh of relief as his fellow classmates didnt seem to be unsettled by his Quirk's, at least not much. He could feel a sudden spike of anxiety coming from the direction of the most recent student to join the class. A girl with snowy white who appeared about as nervous as one could be. 'Well I guess thats to be expected...' He thought with a mental shrug, use to that reaction by now. Proceeding to watch student after student introduce themselves Sora felt his eyebrow raise at the different Quirk's each person had. It was quite the interesting mix up, at least most of them seemed friendly enough though. Excluding Queen who seemed to want to give off that "dont mess with me" vibe. And another girl with red hair that had an...Interesting way of greeting herself as she arrived just after his introduction. He kept a mental note to keep an eye on her, her reluctance to explain her Quirk all the more curious in his eyes.

He was about to ask what Koda-Sensei's plans were for the rest of Homeroom when the redhead, Misoka spoke up before he could. Glancing back at her he found her confidence to be both refreshing and worrisome because he couldnt gauge it just yet. Hearing the teacher's explanation Sora was actually excited that the Hero and General Studies class would be interacting in their next few classes. 'I wonder just what kind Quirk's the other students have....' He imagined they were combat related in some way or another for them to be in the Hero course. Standing with the rest of the class he made his way to the hall where he walked in line with his classmates.

Glancing over to the row beside him he noticed the girl he had made nervous before, Sairen he remembered was her name, had ended up opposite of him. Wanting to at least ease her concerns a little bit, Sora gave her a gentle smile. His eyes although still eerie, held nothing but kindness in them. "Hi there, umm..I'm Ryunosuke, Sora. You can call me Sora though..." He introduced himself then realized that was kind of a stupid thing to do after he just did so in front of the whole class. Looking away he did a mental facepalm. "Um your Quirk is really cool....That Link Quirk with your brother is cool too I bet." He commented trying to make some kind of conversation. Something that had always been somewhat difficult for Sora.

Sairen seemed to perk up as the last girl went on with her introductions. The girl, named Marina, had this very cheery and happy vibe to her, much like her brothers. It calmed her down and made the class more comfortable for her to be in. The tension in her body had disappeared and she now sat upright with new found energy. She decided that she would try to be friends with the girl.

Soon, Koda announced that the Hero Course and General Studies would be together for their next class. The thought of it made Sairen fill with relief, though she still appeared to be quite anxious. Class with the Hero Course would surely be scary if they were all talented enough to get in there. The others began to line up in two lines and she followed suit.

In the corner of her eyes, she noticed someone turning to look at her. Figuring she should look back at the person for the sake of not being rude, she realized it was the only male in her class. The sight of him made her freeze up as she stared, dumbfounded. She wasn't used to talking to guys, yet the only guy in her class had decided to talk to her. He gave her a gentle smile and introduced himself to her, something she thought was a bit odd to do after they just did introductions. Despite her nervousness, she couldn't help but let out a soft laugh with a light blush on her face. The blush only grew as he complimented her quirk, something no one really did because of her past. "Oh, umm.... I'm Sairen Monoma, but Sairen is fine. Pleasure to meet you, Sora," she replied, her nerves calmed down after laughing. "Thank you for the compliment. Your quirks seem to be cooler than mine though. They have an endless amount of possibilities they could be used in. You would be useful in many different areas of society too! For example--" Sairen looked up at him in the middle of her rambling, her eyes looking at his different colored ones. They made her stop talking immediately. "Pretty..." she said without thinking before catching herself just after speaking, hoping he hadn't heard. By now, they had reached the locker rooms. "Oh... if you would like to, we can talk later," she said, her face bright red with both embarrassment and expectation. Perhaps it was because he was the first person to try and talk to her, but she was happy.

After hearing his reply, she continued to the locker rooms. Sairen couldn't figure out the right timing to approach Marina, but she figured now was better than never. "U-Umm.. Excuse me, but you're Marina, right? I'm Sairen," she said meekly, her face red with embarrassment. It had been years since she even attempted to make friends, so she could only pray that she was doing it right. "If you wouldn't mind, could we be friends? I mean, you don't have to. It's just that, you remind me of my brother... But I'm not saying you're masculine or you look like a man or anything! I just... I mean..." She realized she was just rambling about nonsense at this point, causing her face to deepen in color. In a flustered fit, she gave a deep bow and exclaimed, "I'm sorry!" before walking away to get changed. It was useless. Even if Marina was a girl, Sairen still had trouble talking to people.

Shaking her head, she quickly changed and exited the locker rooms as if to avoid any contact with Marina. It was already embarrassing enough to confront her like that and a second meeting after that would only make things worse for her. A sigh escaped her a she made her way to the field where some other students had gathered, spotting a familiar face that made her run.

Lairen was just about to return to his passive listening when the male following his introduction declared to be the strongest. His smile widened, but did not reach his eyes as she looked at the male. Yuutsu, was it? His quirk was certainly interesting and seemed like it would be a problem in the future, but it didn't change the expression on his face at all. In fact, this seemed to excite him more than anything. He felt the need to crush their dreams of becoming a hero, just like those heroes in his past did for him.

A female began her introduction soon after named Takagi. She was definitely interesting, but he didn't like her haughty attitude or way of talking. He simply disregarded her, not worrying too much about her despite her warning. For now, he only focused on being better than Yoshio, at least. Then he could rub it into his father's face, who had lost to Yoshio's father before. The thought made him laugh quietly to himself.

Introductions came to an end when the teacher leaped over her desk, exclaiming nonsense. For such a babe, she sure was weird. When he heard that it would be both classes together, he walked faster than the rest. He was basically running to the locker rooms. Lairen went to get changed, not really taking the time to stop and chitchat with the others, and rushed out to the field.

The moment Lairen saw his sister exiting the locker room, he began a slow walk to her before eventually running. Sairen followed suit and soon, the two collided in a warm hug. It was a rather dramatic scene if one were to watch it firsthand. "How was homeroom? did you have to do introductions? Were you scared? Did you do well?" Lairen said, not letting his sister answer. Not that she needed to. Simple nods were enough for him to understand.

A moment of dramatic hugging (and maybe some tears shed, who knows) later, the twins walked back to the group of students in front of the teachers. They stood close to each other and one could see that they were mirror images of each other. He had black hair, blue eyes, tall stature, and he was male. Sairen, on the other hand, had white hair, red eyes, short stature, and was female. They really didn't look like twins.

The two listened as Swayla announced what they would be doing. As soon as she heard, a worried expression moved over her face. She wasn't good with her quirk and it didn't really change her physical abilities. Lairen noticed this and gave her a pat on the back. "We'll be fine," he whispered to her before looking around for Yoshio. Once he found him, he leaned down to whisper in her ear once more. "Look, that's Yoshio Bakugo. You know, the one dad told us about? The one he lost to?" Sairen nodded and looked to where her brother gestured. She personally found him to be quite good looking, her judging by her brothers expression, he didn't like him. "I challenged him," he said, something that she could have seen coming from a mile away. "So childish," she whispered back and looked away, her eyes scanning the group for Sora. She hoped to become friends with someone by the end of the day, and Sora was the only person she had really spoken to before.

Listening to Koda's explanation, this could prove interesting at least, maybe even an opportunity to prove she had worth and wasn't some faceless extra like the test wanted to doom her towards. "Ah Thank you Koda-Sensei. Eh right now? Well don't mind if I do, people lose life by lingering around ahahaha." Smiling in her typical fashion with a smug look to her face, Misoka takes the time to glance around the room once more to take in those around her.

That Sora fellow seemed to be paying attention to her before switching his attention towards Sairen once the class was concluded. How cute, was he upset with her. Chuckling to herself with her dark aura spiking as she shot a red slit pupil glare in return, likely would not help his opinion of her. Though now wasn't the time to have fun at his expense. Getting up and joining the line she wasn't too concerned of where she was in it.

Upon entry she like most of the girls wastes no time getting dressed in the Gym Uniform. Of note was a Raven haired girl that seemed to give off an air of superiority, a bit taller and with a chest easily on par with her own, she had to be popular with the guys. In the hero class at that, it could be fun to trouble the Hemi with one of her father's tricks. With the scars visible around her nck, arms and legs, Misoka was happy no one had bothered to ask questions yet. Though they could get to know one other when it was over, or at least talk amongst themselves.

Though one girl did speak to her, Sofie Longsford wasn't it? Being addressed by her given name while a prickly issue with some of her countrymen didn't bother the girl at all. "Ahahaha, sure it's fine. Better than Yamasaki all the time, plus I doubt you want to be called Longsford. And yeah I look forward to working with you, just don't disappear cause of your Quirk." Smiling in her typical fashion Misoka offers her hand, or at least starts to, thinking of a trick to play on the girl that could wait till they returned, lowering it she shrugs with her right shoulder before taking a step back.

"Too bad not enough time to talk now, eh, time waits for no one, it comes then suddenly its gone. For some sooner than others, ehehehe."

Exiting the locker room she didn't much care for the Gym uniform's design, upon exiting the changing room it was in short order that she nearly ran into the girl from before hugging up on a guy and vise versa as if they were separated for years. "Heh." She says while passing the pair, who seemed to not notice, or at least pretended to not do so. They looked nothing alike, but maybe what they said on the closeness of twins was true.

So is this a boyfriend...or ah her brother, I guess I better be careful before I offer getting pictures of her around the school... Well maybe he's into that..

Pausing to consider that briefly, she dismisses the thought out of hand, not like she had any need to make money on this campus. What was to come next was a quirk she had in regards to the school. Her own instructor was a fairly composed well spoken man, but this woman was pretty much a genki girl. Gazing at the grounds as the woman continues her speech it seemed she may have to showcase her powers earlier than planned, they all likely would have to. Though if this was a physical test she glumly reflects she may be on of those five, depending on how well the others trained or were physically active. Those with the actual support powers such as Sofie and Sora just might beat her out enough that she wouldn't have to take part in the after classes.

Though all the same she was curious how this all was set to play out. Staying in line she keeps quiet while studying the two instructors.

Red reluctantly followed the teacher considerably less depressed over her introduction. The Locker rooms? Red smiled maybe she'd have her second chance to change what people thought. She had a secret weapon up her sleeve, quite literally. Following the others into the locker rooms she unbuttoned her red cloak and set it on a bench, before getting changed. Red never cared much for how her body look since she had a very high metabolism, so she had almost no fat on her body. As she put the uniform on she noticed they went to her exact measurements. She glanced to the other student before finishing up, Red head outside.

It was when she reached outside that she knew what they were doing, before the teacher said anything, it was her second chance. Her eyes sparkled at the opportunity, she pumped herself up while they waited for the res of the students.

Just like some of the others, Shouya got in to the Academy through recommendations. It was not something he would ever speak about unless someone actually asked him specificially. The orientation was loud as ever, but he did not pay it much mind. Almost before the orientation came to an end, he had left the premises.

Shouya did not require a motivation speech to boost his own morale for the many challenges ahead. Even if he did appreciate it, he did not show it like many of the other students at the Academy. However, he was indeed curious to see what type of a class he would eventually end up in.

It could be considered that his mind was somewhere else while he walked towards his destination; The hero course classroom. There was a lot that weighed on his mind, but once he made it there, he was the only one around. "Hmm." A sigh escaped his lips, before his attention was caught by the loud orientation that could even be heard in the classroom.

Judging by the sound of it, it seemed that the little ceremony was over and done with, and everyone was told to make it to their respective classes. Standing there for a few seconds, he eventually made his way to the back of the class, before taking a seat by the corner, next to a window.

One by one, students like him began to enter. Shouya was slightly leaning forward, with his hands clasped before his mouth, and his elbows tightly placed on the table before him. He did not utter a word, it was not neccessary, or so he assumed. It was actually more or less about what he would say to them.

No bright idea about an interaction sparked his mind. Though many of the people who were already interacting with one another seemed quite interesting. Some piqued his interest, some didn't. His eyes did follow a couple of the students who took a seat at the classroom, across from him or otherwise.

One of his classmates did seem cocky, especially with his attitude. The only thing Shouya did for the moment was move his eyes from one person to another. If anything, he was already observing people who may become his rivals and opponents at the Academy. It was not sunshine and rainbows at the Academy, and he knew that.

Moments later, after the class was filled up, their respective homeroom teacher had made her presence known. Judging by her entrance, he could easily guess that she would be a handful. Obviously, she was quick to introduce herself and get to the point. It was time for people to follow suit, and introduce themselves one by one.

Despite Shouya's issues to express his emotions, when it came to something he really wanted to do, that alone would be a moot trait in him. Introducing himself to the others was definetely not a difficult task for him. What really surprised him was Yoshio, the son of a famous hero.

Yes, he had heard tales about him, just like how he had heard about Shoto Todoroki. The only thing he had in common with the latter was one of his quirks. They could both manipulate ice, however his was pure white, and not blue like Shoto Todoroki's. It was almost if not surprising that people related to some famous heroes would eventually enter the Academy. Yoshio was the first so far, and his declaration of war was something he must've gotten from his father.

Shouya's red eyes squinted ever so slightly by his words. It was only a matter of time before he too, would introduce himself to the class. Again, there were others who introduced themselves next, but some of them were similar to Yoshio. They accepted his challenge and made sure the people in the classroom knew not to underestimate them.

The fact that one by one, the people who introduced themselves after Yoshio were quite bold. Some even made indirect threats that were directed at others who made such a claim as well. Shouya hadn't really made much of his presence known in the classroom, but he'd definetely make it known when it was his turn.

Someone else had also gotten in through an official recommendation, and her name was Takagi Sunemizuki. Though when she introduced herself, she had a very good point. Many of the introductions so far had not only introduced themselves, but also shared some information about their quirks to the rest.

To Shouya, that was basically a mistake, and one he wouldn't make himself. Afterwards, another one popped up, introducing himself to the class. Similar to Yoshio, it felt like this guy had rehearsed a few lines before introducing himself. 'Challenging him would be the most ridiculous thought ever? Fighting him would be a sin?' Repeating what Yuutsu Yoake said in his mind, he found what he said quite annoying.

A sigh escaped from his lips, before the remaining classmates introduced themselves. Moments passed, and it was now, finally, Shouya's turn. Reaching the front of the class, his hands were pocketed, before he began his introduction. "Name's Shouya Azuha..." He looked at Appolline, who was probably related to the homeroom teacher.

If anything, her quirk was weird, but he was sure to stumble upon other odd quirks at the Academy. A mere second later, he glanced at Yoshio, Lairen, Takagi and Yuutsu. "Everyone here at the Academy wants to become the strongest, or even go beyond that if the chance is given. You're not the only one, Yoake-kun." Adding a sort of honorific to his surname, Shouya was perhaps a little too condescending.

Shifting his attention, he once again, looked at Yoshio, Lairen and Takagi. Nothing more to say, he began walking back to his seat. On his way, he moved past Takagi. Merely giving her a glance, he had one more thing to say. "And I was also granted access to the Academy through an official recommendation." It was more or less something he said indirectly towards Takagi Sunemizuki.

She was not the only one who could perhaps intimidate their classmates by telling them how they got into the Academy. Shouya was the last one to introduce himself, but did not take a seat. Swayla Venetica, their homeroom teacher spoke up again, clearly making a note of the energy in the classroom.

Shouya hadn't shared any information about his quirk, but if anyone knew of the Azuha family, or her older sister, they might have an idea about one of his quirk; White Ice Manipulation.

Like the others, he too, made his way to the lockers before changing into something more appropriate for what was to come next. Eventually, he made his way to their next destination. An open field. Standing in line like the rest, they were told what was happening next. Shouya had already assumed back in the class that it was going to be the Quirk Apprehension Test. This was definetely a part of it, if anything.

His eyes did fell on two students in particular that hugged it out once they met one another. 'So they know eachother.' It was that Lairen dude. One of his classmates he would keep an eye on, just like with Yoshio and especially Yuutsu and Takagi. This did remind him of Sofie, someone who was a friend to him, and was maybe at the Academy this year as well.

Queen ♔ Hideaki
suzuya_juuzou_by_noutty-d8vfqrs.png
General Studies
Bad Charm / Crow

Queen could feel her eyes turning back to black as she listened to the next student, Sairen Monoma. The girl didn't look like it but she was the same age as Queen. Her Quirk also seemed to be really useful in combat. She wondered what her brother's Quirk was. Was it offensive or defensive? Either way, she should keep an eye on her. Overall, the girl was cute. Then again, all the girls there were either a cutie or a beauty. Queen felt like frowning but that would be 'out of character' for her. She pulled her mind out of that section and focused on the next student.

Marina was the girl's name and she had a monkey tail and the ability to create multiples. She must mean that she can create clones of herself. Pretty standard. It sees everyone introduced themselves with two Quirks except her. Well, they didn't need to know about Crow. It's not like Crow'll appear anytime soon. She won't allow it. Crow appearing would sabotaged everything. The girl, Misoka asked the teacher something she didn't quite catch but it seems they'll have a change of location. Looks like, they were going outdoors.

♔♔♔

In the locker room, Queen's mood went slightly sour. Seeing everyone change lowered her already damaged self-esteem. Of course, she didn't show it. Her face remained as cheerful as ever. The girl heard Sofie's question but she only answered with a sheepish grin. It looked like the shy girl was already talking to someone else anyway.

Queen made sure to change quickly. She didn't want or need anyone to see her body. One reason being her red 'strings'. She tired of people questioning whether there were tattoos or actual strings. As she did, she noticed unmistakeable green hair. She had a hunch it was Reika. That would mean the Hero Course would join them. A soft laugh escaped her. This would be fun. Her laughing ceased as her eyes caught sight of her appearance in the mirror. The smile was still there but her eyes were hard.

One of the things Queen disliked were mirrors. They always seemed to taunt her. Mirrors were meant to show you how you look and in a sense, who you are but Queen was aware of the fact how she looked was never how she is and that made her mad. Shaking her head, she closed her locker and went out [fully clothed mind you].

Queen's eyes turned red but she didn't notice. She was too busy calming herself down all the while maintaining her smile. Only when she heard someone fall did she snap out of it. She looked to the side to see a random student rubbing their head. It seems a can magically rolled under the student's feet causing them to trip. Queen realize the student was within the her affect area and she quickly moved away. Of course she wanted to help but if she got closer it'll only get worse. Making sure no one was within arms' reach. As she did, her mind cleared and she proceeded to walk towards the other students. She'd have to pay close attention to the Hero Course's students since she wasn't in their class.

When she got to the crowd, she made sure to stand at the back, away from everyone. She knew her eyes were still red. Then again, even if it wasn't she'd still keep a distance just in case. Her eyes were fickle things.

(In this edit, mentioned Akashi's character and had Yoshio be the one to fall on the can. @Queen of Null)

Yoshio sat silently as the rest of the class went on to introduce themselves. To no surprise all of the challenges came out immediately and the boy cursed that he just had to be the first. On the bright side at least he completely knew which people we really gunning for him and thankfully it wasn't everyone. When the guy who introduced himself as Lairen and straight up called Yoshio out, he'd lean his head upside down and backwards so that he was directly facing. A bored expression was all that was plastered over the beanie wearing delinquent's face. "You can certainly try hotshot." Was all he had to say before sitting back up properly in his desk before introductions continued. Then of course one after another a few more people declared they'd be top dog; two of which specifically riled up Yoshio just a bit. First was the one called Yuu with his special display for the ladies. 'I may actually take that guy seriously, he played off being nervous and tried swooping the ladies. Gotta hand it to em...he's got style.' He thought as one of those ladies was also joining in the running but he didn't like attitude she brought to the party. She seemed more underhanded and authoritarian to him; words to be wary of someone for. 'She does look good though I gotta say and so do a lot of the girls in hero home room. Dammit why didn't I make a move like that, what am I a chump?'

Then there was the last guy to introduced himself and what a closer Yoshio would think as the guy named Shouya basically indirectly challenge everybody and even stuck it to Takagi. Not only did Yoshio Bakugo shake in his seat a little bit in excitement but he even chuckled to himself a little, letting his act slip up a bit.

--------------------------------------------------------

On the way to the lockers Yoshio looked over to Red hopping that he'd be able to talk to her more and maybe even be able to explain himself latter but she didn't seem in the mood he simply followed in line in no particular spot. He'd even begin to think that she'd want nothing to do with him now that she knew all the heat he'd be getting from the other students and his family reputation. He'd clench his hands in his pockets all the way down to the locker room, figuring he'd should have seen that coming too. He got changed at a regular pace as doing so didn't bother him aside from the fact that the scar his older brother gave him on his right arm was now on full display thanks to how the gym uniform was. He simply sighed at this however as he made his way outside with everyone else. He didn't think much on doing activities with the General Studies, figuring it was just gonna be a bunch of hero class students just showing off to more people.

He then remembered how full of energy the hero class teacher seemed to be as she started explaining what was gonna start up soon. From the sound of it Yoshio wasn't gonna be worried much by this and felt confident that there was no way he was gonna be stuck in the bottom five. He'd start casually rubbing the back of his head as he waited for things to continue; however, out of nowhere Yoshio face planted into the dirt with a muffled. "Ugh!" Upon angrily sitting up he looked around to see the culprit only to pick up a grape soda can. "Where the...how the...?" The now slightly annoyed Yoshio simply stood up and jogged to the nearest recycle bin and disposed of the can normally as he didn't wanna draw more attention towards the failure than he was sure had already been seen by too many eyes and would spread throughout the classes within the day. Least that's how it usually ended up happening.

Appolline was fidgeting so much in her seat as her foot tapped silently against the floor that it looked like she was almost vibrating as she watched the last few students introduce themselves. They were all so interesting! Even the last boy with red eyes who issued yet another declaration of victory. There was something about him that piqued her interest, especially since he didnt reveal his own Quirk's just like Takagi. 'Hmm....Guess I have my work cut out for me discovering these guys Quirk's...' She thought with a grin. Happily accepting the challenge.

Once the introductions were finished and her mom announced they were not only going to be doing conjoined training with the General Studies class, but they also had a mysterious test awaiting them next. App was out of her seat and speeding out of the room to form the line as one of the first students. She couldnt help it she was just too eager! Walking to the locker rooms App looked around at her classmates the sunset eyed girl wanted to strike up a conversation but figured it was best to wait till they wouldnt be interrupted so quickly. So she walked along with them to the locker rooms in her flouncy half-skipping way and a big smile on her face.

Once inside the locker rooms Appolline found her locker and began getting changed. Not really concerned with others seeing her body. As she did she noticed Marina only a few lockers away from her. "Mari-chan!" App used the nickname she made up for the brunette while giving her a hearty wave before hopping over to her. Still only half dressed as her upper body was shirtless while her Gym uniform had been pulled up onto her lower body. "I'm so glad we have some classes together! I feared we would never get to see each other." She exclaimed happily, her eyes almost sparkling with genuine happiness.

Before Marina could really respond though she heard her name being called. Flipping around she saw Sofie calling out to her, beaming the loli grasped Marina's wrist and basically dragged her along to where Sofie was. At Sofie's comment App blushed lightly then giggled before sticking her tongue out playfully. "Hey now if I didnt I wouldnt of met you two lovelies so it all worked out!" She defended with confidence and a laugh. Finishing getting dressed in the U.A. uniform App glanced over to see Sofie conversing with a redhead she didnt recognize. One with peculier scars lining her body and an odd twinkle to her eye.

'Hmm, guess we'll meet soon enough.' She thought with a shrug then exited the locker rooms, trying to stick with Marina as they entered the enormous field that would be their stage for the next test she assumed. "I wonder what they have planned for us..." She mused outloud glancing up at Marina to see what she thought. App had to move off to the side of the crowd a little in order to see the teachers, her height putting her at an annoying disadvantage. As her mother explained what their next test was going to be App felt butterflies grow in her stomach. It wasnt that she was nervous so much as she was anxious to prove her strength. A lot of people had a habit of underestimating Appolline and she was determined to prove them wrong.

Just as she sat down and the last of student introductions occured. The teacher had lead them to the locker room.

Before she could even entered a spritely individual introduced herself as Sairen. Her speech was so fast and jumbled that she did a slow blink after Sairen swift first few words. When the young girl mentioned a bewing friendship, Marina smiled. She nodded and smiled at the shy female.
"Oh Chica...don't be nerv.....", before she could finished Sairen had taken off. "Okay, well talk to you later." She shouted and waved after the girl. When she entered Sairen seem to avoid her. Well, she figured girls like Sairen need time to come around.

Once she was inside and found her locker she threw her bags in and she began to undress. Some females may have issues dressing infront of others. However, Marina knew no shame when surrounded by her own gender. Marina began to disrobe and promptly slip on her top over her upper figure.

Suddenly she was greeted by a half dressed App. "Hello App!". Marina hopped along with App and continued to put on her gym shorts while App said her hellos to Sofie. Once was ready she half skipped and jogged to the gym enterance.

Marina's eyes sparkled at the sight of the huge gym field. "This is going to be fun." She said to herself. She sensed a figure following close by. App had joined her as she began to walk into the gym. Her ponytailed hair swung as she happily moved.

"Whatever those plans are, I am sure we got this. We made it this far App, besides if things become rough." Marina noticed some difficulty looking equipment in the field. "Remeber your own self worth is always higher than those who seek to push it down." She looked down at App and smiled. She took the girl's hand and pulled her along into a short jog to where all the students had gathered. We are strong. No one can tell us we're wrong. Searching our hearts for so long. All of us knowing. Life is a battlefield.

Both teachers ushered the students to follow them to the large baseball looking plate at the far end of the field that was surrounded by a large chalk circle about 6ft wide. "Alright this assessment will have 9 different tests. The first is called the Ball Throw." Venetica explained as she held up what appeared to be an average baseball. "You may have had similar tests in your previous schools. For example: How far you could throw a baseball without your Quirk. This is the same....But we want you to use your Quirk to try and throw this ball as far as you can if possible." With that explanation Koda called on the first student to start. "Lets see....Ryunosuke, Sora."

Assessment Scoring:
Okay for the assessment it will be run by 3 ranks. 1st rank will be students between 100-70. 2nd rank is 70-40 and 3rd is 40-1. This is how we will separate the high scores from the average and low scores on each test. For example on the 1st test Sora will throw the ball, since his strength is average and none of his Quirks can help him he would be placed in the 2nd rank bracket. When I make my post with him throwing the ball I will roll a dice on that post to get his score. The dice will be 30 faces for 1st rank and 2nd rank, and 39 for 3rd rank. Since Sora is in the 2nd rank lets say I rolled a 12 for him, that would mean out of 100 he would get 62.
Does this make sense? XD Please answer in the OOC

Test 1: Ball Throw
Test 2: 50 Meter Dash
Test 3: Grip Strength
Test 4: Standing Long Jump
Test 5: Repeated Side Steps
Test 6: Sit Ups
Test 7: Seated Toe-Touch
Test 8: Long Distance Run
Test 9: Power Estimate

Sora mentally sighed in relief as she laughed at his blunder, not taking any offense but rather being glad that he accidentally managed to ease some of the tension. Chuckling lightly with her he rubbed the back of his head as she introduced herself to him. "Pleasure to meet you as well Sairen, thats a pretty name." He commented and when she started rambling he felt his nervousness start to ease as well. He imagined they could become pretty good friends in the future.

But when she suddenly stopped to look up at him he froze, afraid he had done something wrong. So when she complimented his eyes with the word "pretty" Sora was at a loss for words. In a bit of a daze he blinked a few times as she proceeded to blush "Uh-um ya, s-sure..." He managed to stutter out, not use to being complimented. Nevermind his eyes being refereed to as "pretty". Now creepy, eerie, weird, those were what he was use to when it came to his mismatched gaze. Suddenly a bright blush rose to his cheeks as he looked away bashfully. "Th-thank you. I'll see you soon." He responded before quickly dashing off into the boys locker room.

Once inside he stopped in front of his locker and tried to catch his breath. 'Gah that was so lame....I looked like a complete idiot..' He thought as he lightly banged his head against his locker door before opening it. Although he was still recuperating from Sairen's compliment, there was something else occupying his thoughts now. Getting dressed in front of others was not something Sora was too fond of. Not because he was particularly shy about his body or anything, but because everyone attention always ended up going to the prominent scar on his chestbone where he got his surgery. It was something he saw as a weakness, so in an effort to keep it hidden Sora changed with his front facing his locker and his back to everyone else.

It seemed to work as nobody bothered him about the scar and he didnt feel any staring his way. Once dressed he shuffled out to the giant field along with the other boys. Looking around he found the General Studies class to have some interesting students as well. One he recognized already, Reika, another of the WoD spies. Seeing her reminded him of why he was really her and curbed his earlier excitement, souring his mood immediately. Following the crowd of students he listened to the teachers explain the assessment they would be undergoing, then the first test involving a baseball.

'Hmm....These should be interesting with being able to use our Quirk's...' He mused, curious how creative everyone could be. He saw Sairen in the crowd with another male that had the complete opposite features as her, but judging by their closeness he figured it was her twin brother. Hearing his name called to be first with the Ball Throw Sora blinked a few times in surprise, not expecting to be picked first. Swallowing hard he made his way through the throng of students to the plate. He could feel all eyes boring into him, but that was something he was pretty use to.

"Your objective is to throw the ball as far as you can using whatever method you wish just as long as you stay within the circle." Venetica explained as she tossed him the ball. "Okay." He responded, gripping the ball in his gloved hand it felt like a normal ball to Sora. 'Well I'm screwed...My Quirk wont help me here unfortunately.' He thought. Turning to the open field Sora mustered up all his strength then through the ball high like an out fielder would. It dropped about halfway down the field. Koda lifted up a cellphone that had the numbers 42.5 meters on it. "This shows how far you have thrown the ball once it hits the ground." He explained. Sora sighed then shrugged, he figured it would be about the same as an average human.

Going back into the crowd he interlocked his fingers behind his head with his arms splayed out and waited for the next contestant to be called on. 'I hope not all of these are strength based...'

Watching as Sora went up, his own throw was rather terrible in some regards, but with a power like his, this whole test was stacked against him as she would later see, she had some utility to make use of at least, the first of which was the throw. Having her name called out Misoka cheerily proceeds.

A bit nervous given the other performance, she makes use of her quirk on the ball toss, with a blue eerie flame, the combination of physical power, her quirk and arm being used to provide another boost coupled with her levitation manipulation, acts as a multistage booster. Had a number been placed to it, she had thrown the ball 9/10ths of the maximum potential observed. Sadly this also gave way to the fact she could separate her right arm at the least below the elbow, she had hoped to save this all for a prank, but there was no helping it.

With an open Jaw, she was rather shocked it went that fast and far, her so called-rocket punch likely could have penetrated some of those robots then... Was it just a fluke? Regardless it was far outside the range of her control and movement.

As right her arm boosts away 10 feet spinning as it goes, blue ghostly flame erupts then the ball it's self. In a manner it was like watching a trebuchet in action, the screen read 900 meters.

The following tests however were rather...hit and miss. So focused on her task ahead her running partner in this case absolutely blitzed her, throwing her for a loop. Initially planning to levitate across the distance, the girl in place did a full on run, without her high boots a significant amount of attention had to be given to her legs keeping them in place. Overall this lead to an abysmal time of 16 seconds.

The third test on grip strength her power could not really assist with, though she places in with a respectable enough showing for a human, the next two tests were rather midcore results and also placed in line with regards to her legs, even with her power though she did not use it, a 20 foot jump would not be all that impressive.

On the next test she used her quirk to aid in levitating portions of her body, while not all that impressive compared to the Hero Academy records, it was still in the numbers and time to match a sports Athlete with no Quirk ability. The standing toe touch however was a total cheese, scoring in the top 80 percentile, she only bended forward slightly, having her arms do circuits to there elbows and back easily placing in the top there.

The Long distance run was another story, while not an impressive time she did manage to finish the run within the bottom the 20-25% average placement. Starting out with a normal run she sighs heavily at the physical exertion, choosing in place to levitate her body above the ground for the remainder of this test. With an eerie blue flame incasing her body and a tired if not slightly annoyed expression to her face.

For all accounts it seemed while she had tremendous willpower and more than a good use of her arms, her physical fitness and legs needed much in the way of attention, not jettisoning them or her head, that much of her Quirk remained a secret that only the instructors knew about so far.

Reaching the end of the finishing line, Misoka pants briefly before regaining her composure and smirk. Overall she wasn't sure what she felt about her own results until she seen those of others. Only in comparison could she see how strong she needed to become, though she would for sure be asking Koda Sensei to allow the wearing of her boots next time to aid in keeping her legs stable on these maneuvers, unless she wanted to try that throwing trick with her body at any rate.

"Ah...ah...some of that was hard...some easy... Tch.. I..." Not saying what else was on her mind, now was the time to study others.

As she was sulking about having to preform physical tests in front of both classes the first person to start was called up to the plate. It was her Classmate Sora who went first, if she remembered right he had a quirk about emotions and empathy, something that would not be much help in tests like these. He was facing a similar situation as her knowing their quirks would not be of much use during these tests. He threw the ball and it was measured via some device and the distance told on the teachers phone or whatever they were using. Throwing the ball, Sora made it move an average amount for a high school boy, which is what she expected to see. After that was Misoka, who blew away Sofie's expectations with how she used her quirk in the throw, detaching her forearm and launching the ball in a blaze of glory sending it over 700 meters. Wow that was crazy she really got that ball out there and she even detached her arm. this is going to be a fun school year. she thought to herself before hearing her name called next.

Sofie was next up to test her strength with the ball throw, she was a little nervous but none the less stepped up to the plate. It reminded her of when she used to play baseball as a kid, expect there was no full diamond this time just a few lines stretching forward in front of her. Holding the ball in her hands she took a deep breath before getting into a pitchers stance, and readying herself to throw. Throwing it as hard as she could the ball went past where she expected it to fall, her father's fastball training actually came in handy. With Mr. K reading out her score of 70.2 meters she beamed with delight knowing she wouldn't start the tests from behind at least.

Next up was the 50 meter dash some of the other students had already taken their turns and the scores seemed to be all over the place. Sofie shook her head trying to prevent the outside distractions from breaking her concentration, she had to give it her all if she didn't want to end in remedial classes. The starting gun shot off and Sofie sprinted as fast as her legs could take her scoring a time of 9.1 seconds, better than her Jr high mark but not as good as she wanted to be.

Soife knew none of these tests would really work with her quirks so she just had to rely on her body to help pull herself through. Grip strength was the next test and she was ready for this one, dealing with the many fire arms and other weapons she was used to using her grip was surprisingly tight, scoring well for just a normal high school girl. Though she wouldn't be able to say the same for the Long jump, scoring just barely above her classmate she scored about a 25 meter jump. Next up would be something she believed she would do well at, the Side step.

Moving to a different part of the field she prepared to take the test, moving her feet fast as if she was dodging attacks Sofie scored among the more athletic group for this test before moving on to the next one. Sit ups, this was a pretty normal test, and one she knew could do well in after having worked so hard to get the body type she desired she was no stranger to them, again scoring within the athletic group of students. Maybe it wont be so bad, i just have to hope im not the worst one. she thought to herself as she moved to the seated toe touch next. It was another standard, one she did okay in barely staying in the area she wanted to score in.

Lastly was the long distance run, putting a few students on the track then setting off the starting whistle they began to run. Sofie didn't take off running but rather started with a jog before slowing increasing her pace, she never liked running but it was one of the better ways to work on ones stamina and she had prepared her body to deal with the worst before coming to U.A. Finishing a little better than her average time Sofie let out a deep sigh with the realization that testing was done for her, for now. taking a seat next to Misoka she would wait and watch the other students until they finished up the testing.

SHOUYA AZUHA

Shouya took the time to look at his classmates and those of the Genereal Studies class. They were all suppose to take the nine tests explained by their homeroom teacher, Swayla Venetica, together. Not much about his own demeanor changed during that time. He simply observed the first one to throw the ball.

His name was Ryunosuke, Sora. Shouya could quickly gather that he was not a part of the Hero class. However, he was slightly curious to see how he would manage throughout the tests. Once he threw the ball, he was not surprised by the outcome. His red eyes squinted ever so slightly at the male. His ball merely landed at 42 meters. Less than half of a 100 meter.

Either he intentionally didn't use his Quirk, or the latter was unable to help his fellow student. Regardless, Shouya could see that the latter was likely the case after Sora's reaction to what his teacher said. The next one up was another student from the General Studies class. Her name was Yamasaki, Misoka.

Once she threw the ball, her arm detached itself from her body. Shouya's interest was perked by that significantly. It was an odd Quirk. The blue flames only made him that much more curious. And the way the ball was thrown, surprised him, especially when the screen read that it was more or less 900 meters.

His eyes landed on Misoka for a brief moment. The fact that someone from the General Studies was capable of almost having a perfect score on the first test was quite the feat. Shouya was wondering what else her Quirk was capable of doing. Perhaps it was just bad luck that she didn't make the cut for the Hero class.

It was indeed going to be a challenge for the rest. Now then, it was finally his own turn. Yes, he was next on the list. Walking up, he was given a ball. "You know what to do." Swayla Venetica pointed out. Shouya merely gave her a simple glance before looking at the field ahead.

Shouya held the ball with his right hand, before he brought his hand up to his chest for a brief moment. It was almost as if he had a balled fist. The temperature around his palm decreased significantly. The very same palm that was basically glued to the baseball. Taking his time, the side of the ball he was holding, was slowly being covered in ice.

He looked at his hand and the ball, and could see vapor coming off of it, due to how cold it was. Not allowing it to cover half of the ball, Shouya stopped before adding too much ice onto it. Once he was done, he quickly dropped his arm, before using his strength to throw the ball as far as he could like any normal human would.

Shouya was waiting for the right moment to use his Quirk. His hand was almost balled into a fist. His red eyes heavily focused on the ball in the air. It had easily gone past 40 meters. If someone looked closely at his right hand, you could see vapor coming off of it. Once he felt it was the right time, his right hand was now a balled fist.

He was waiting for the side with the ice on the ball to be in the opposite direction of the field. In that moment, a white but small explosion occured just behind the ball, giving it the neccessary boost to reach 800 meters with ease. Unfortunately, only half of the ball remained when it landed on the surface. The screen read 876.2 meters.

Turning around, he pocketed his right hand before the teachers complimented him. "I'm sorry about the ball." Shouya uttered, before he moved onto the other eight remaining tests. It was time for the 50 meter dash. Once he was ready and set, he ran and finished it rather quickly. Before he began the second test though, he made sure that the outer soles of his shoes were only slightly covered in white ice.

The moment he dashed, he used the same method like on the first test. The small burst beneath his shoes gave him enough burst of speed to reach the finish line. Shouya was fast, and his time was just 3.69 seconds. It was way better than some of the other students.

The remaining seven tests had their ups and downs. Shouya was not a genius, nor was he perfect. The result from the Grip Strength test was simple and normal. There was no need for him to use his Quirk at this particular test. His score was better than normal and was considered among the athletes, but he did not get the highest score. The same could be said about the Long Jump test, but there, his score was better than the result from the previous one.

Shouya just did not feel the need to use his Quirk to always get good results at the tests. After all, a Quirk does not define you as a Hero, nor as a human, besides, his was way more combat oriented, both in offense and defense. And his second Quirk was not needed for this in general.

The fifth test was up next. Repeated Side Steps was more or less the lowest out of them all. Fortunately, Shouya's score could be considered among the athletic students at best. He could've done better, and he knew that, but he was so-so satisified with the outcome. The next one definetely did not require your Quirk. If it could help, one could use it, obviously.

It was nothing but a Sit Ups test. Something you would do in any school, not just the Academy they were a part of. Shouya always did have great endurance and stamina, and that alone worked well in the current test. His results weren't the best, but they were at the very least, pretty good.

His score for the seventh test; Seated Toe-touches was like the previous two tests. His score was somewhere in between normal and really good, pretty much like an athlete. The eight test was more or less focused on your stamina and endurance, like the Sit Ups test. Here, Shouya simply ran as quickly as he could and had a score that could be considered close to a perfect result. It was about 85-90% in placement at best.

During the Long Distance Run test, he was able to observe how Misoka could even levitate, but despite that, he made it to the finish line way before her. What else could she do? During the tests, he could also see Sofie there. 'I had a feeling she'd also be at the Academy this year.' He simply thought to himself.

Once Shouya was done, he simply moved over to the students who were done with the eight out of the nine tests. Instead of taking a seat next to Misoka and Sofie, he simply stood next to the former, gazing at the rest, trying to gather as much information as he could. Wihout batting an eye, or giving Misoka a look, he asked her a few questions out of curiosity.

"So you can levitate and detach and re-attach your arm. What else can you do, Yamaski-san?" Shouya asked, but would be fine if she didn't want to give anything else away. If that were to be the case, he'd simply accept it. Shouya was not one to pry, because he knew that eventually, it would all be revealed. Of course, he knew that the same could be said about him. But, so far, only the teachers at the Academy knew that he had both White Ice Manipulation and Blood Manipulation.

Red watched closely as students took turns either throwing the ball with their quirk or without and she already knew what she'd be doing. Taking a deep breath she walked up to the plate more comfortable with her quirk skills then her communication skills. When she was handed the ball she placed it on the ground before placing her hands together. As she pulled them apart, as there was a light glowing between them, arching her back slightly she pulled further and further til it seemed she was holding some kind of rocket launcher in truth it was just a glorified potato cannon, but red wouldn't admit it. Chucking the ball in the air she caught it in the barrel of the giant cannon. Pumping it once it clicked and she aimed it slightly at an upward angle. Pulling the trigger there was a blast that came out the back as the ball shot forward, there was a small pause before it landed at an 800 meters flat. She looked proud, confident in her abilities.

Red wasn't satisfied when it came to the next few texts Red's confident face went back to one of glum. Until it came to the last four tests she didn't do great but she didn't do terrible so she wasn't as glum anymore, but she wasn't as ecstatic as she was from the first test.

'I might have been able to do better on the dash with my other quirk, but I'm not that good at using it' she thought before clearing the thought from her head meanwhile she waited upon further instructions from the teacher.
