As the Cafe opened its doors, and the customers flooded in Aurora kept hard at work answering multiple orders, and delivering them just as fast with the two rulers in the kitchen in high gear. At a certain point though Ichirou approached her, and with obvious closed off reasoning told her that he would handle the twins by himself in other means. Sighing, she allowed him to walk away for now, not wanting to ruin Isamu's event with a dispute. A little later into the event though about a good hour, or two in Aurora decided to take her break knowing fully how it was about to be taken. Humming softly she checked in on Mimi, and Isamu to let them know she was taking a break as she made a beeline straight for Jet first.
"Hey can you watch the twins for a bit Jet," she asked nicely, smiling at the twins who were having fun with the event with all the activity around them. With his confirmation she straightened herself out walking straight towards Ichirou, and without warning wrapped her hand around his with a simple look.
"Willing to walk a girl around for a moment?"
He had put what he said to Aurora in the back of his head and moved swiftly to try and wait on the customers. Ichirou smiled, spoke politely, and provided service as efficiently as his body allowed him. He had to be careful; his muscles were still sore and his injuries were ready to protest any movement that came too quickly. Regardless, he was going to do his absolute best.
So far, none of the customers were complaining and his sisters seemed relatively well behaved. However, just as he had finished waiting on another table, he felt a hand around his. Curious, he looked over and saw just who it was.
Well, he couldn't avoid this conversation forever.
"Depends. Will I come back to the cafe the same manner I entered?"
"Ichi, when have I ever roughed you up? Minus the tournament, and that one time you pulled my hair as kids," Aurora pointed out, gently tapping him on his good shoulder with her free hair with a smile as she started to guide him out of the cafe, and out into the festival.
"So give your opinion out," Aurora spoke, giving him first turn on the debate they were about to have.
Ichirou had even given her a look when she asked her question. He almost considered laughing, thinking it might've been a joke. Aurora wasn't joking, apparently. So he bit his tongue and stayed quiet.
He followed her out of the cafe, being quiet for a bit before hearing her words. "My opinion? About what?"
"You clearly don't agree with my actions, and even went as far as to let others act ahead of me making me out to look like a villain. I am not stupid i saw the look slike Airis directed at me belieivn gi was butting into something that wasn't my business when you yourself asked me to care for them," she pointed out not attack Ichi, not insulting him, not even showing signs of resentment towards him. She was just having a casual conversation with him.
He raised an eyebrow at her. "Excuse me? I quietly, in your ear, asked you not to babysit the girls. Their reactions are their reactions. I had no influence on what they thought of the situation." He responded to her just as kindly, then continued. "But allow me to clarify. I don't disagree with your actions; I disagree with the timing of those actions. Protecting the girls right after I tried to teach them a lesson is undermining my authority over them. You're showing them that auntie Aurora will protect them from the evil troll that is their older brother."
"I see that's how you viewed what I did. So tell me how did I undermine you," Aurora asked, watching the lovely lights, and marvelous games about even for a moment seeing Cupie off in the distance having fun with a child, and fellow classmate.
"Did I counter what you said? Did I say you were wrong in the message? Or perhaps I balanced you out instead," she chimed poking him in the front of the temple as she paused in their walk a good distance away from the sight of all others.
"I agree with your actions maybe not the method, but I did nothing to deter your message nor did I defend them from it. Words were enough Ichi you broke through to them how you desired, and they even apologized themselves with Airi. yet would they have been so open to apologize if all they had in between was your reprimanding," Aurora spoke with a wink, and a raised finger.
"Ichi remember that time you ran away to my house? You were so upset that your dad wanted you to apologize to some kids who insulted his image, and the fact you punched one of them. You were so mad at your dad cause all you saw was your dad's reprimanding against your opinion," Aurora chuckled, remembering the flustered Ichi climbing through their fence instantly caught by a gardening Takagi.
"You lashed out cause you couldn't see past the negative, but your mom came over instead of your dad, and she didn't reprimand you. She calmed you down first holding you, and lulling you. Then when you could catch your thoughts you realized rather quickly your dad wasn't upset at you for defending him he just wanted you to be better, and learn," Aurora spoke smiling at her friend.
"I was doing nothing to undermine you. I was helping you by letting them catch their breath, and calm down before they decide to lash out to counter your reprimand," Aurora chuckled a little to herself as she turned him around towards a tent.
"I always balance you out Ichi, I am always on your side. So it hurts to see you let such opinions of me "butting" in be thought of by others. I am your friend, have been forever, and just like Amaris regardless of what you do I will alway be there for you," she glowed with confidence as she guided him towards a particular toy gun range tent.
Ichirou was quiet as she spoke about the embarrassing time of many in his life. Ugh, he was such a stupid kid, thinking he could just escape how top 10 parents by escaping to his top 10 aunt and uncle. Sheesh, what the hell was he thinking?
Still though, he saw Aurora's point. "You're right, you didn't counter anything that I said. What pissed me off more was your little comment about "child wonderment" then babying them to preserve it. Don't say you didn't baby them, because taking them away from their troubles and spoiling them immediately after is what new moms do to their babies.
"I get you meant well Aurora, and I get you were trying to balance it out. But, I don't know if my sisters saw it that way too. All they know is they got in trouble, then aunt Aurora sat them down and got them cupcakes. My parents didn't sit me down and give me cupcakes after I ran away, and neither did your parents. If they had, I don't think I would have learned anything except "running away gets me cupcakes." Ichirou sighed, "I guess neither of us will ever agree on a set method. Which is fine; they're my sisters, not our kids. But, at least wait a little bit before you try and balance it out, and in turn, I'll try not to be so harsh on them."
Ichirou did have plenty more to say, and nothing Aurora wanted to hear. She wanted him to see her side of the story, but in a way, she was doing only that. It didn't seem like she was making an effort to see it from his point of view. So, instead of standing here trying to argue who was the biggest victim here he would rather they just agree to disagree then head back.
However as he tried to walk away he was immediately pulled back. "Yet again assuming Ichi… always your vice. I am not right either, and I need to apologize for that. You're right I can be too kind just as you can be too rough, but there is a balance here Ichi. Chiasa, and Honoka are extremely good kids. Any other kids wouldn't learn something with how that all played out, but those two are special even with the reprimand, and the kindness they still learned. They did not act spoiled nor fight back they learned Ichi. They accepted your answer, and made up for their mistakes. Heck Airi could even tell you they were truly sorry," Aurora spoke true as she finally brought Ichi to the game tent.
"One of the biggest things I have learned since coming to U.A is that no one person is right, things can't always go as planned, and everyone needs to be open to help in ways they may not think they need it," Aurora spoke less maternally , and more as herself as she gripped his hand harder so he couldn't get away this time. Sure Ichi had his dad's super strength, but Aurora had her own. And in terms of close quarters Ichi lost.
"Now we are both wrong, and have no experience with kids. We both suck, and that's true. However you still did not defend a helpless girl during a moment of persecution while she was only trying to help you… so now win me that Master Gundam Statue as apology, and I'll apologize as being your date for the night that way your sister's will see your not a… how did they say it gayboi?"
Ichirou was… actually surprised to hear Aurora continue. So, he really had been wrong about her. Aurora wasn't the same "I'm right, you're wrong" girl from before but was growing up into a reasonable and intelligent (well, more intelligent than before) woman.
As she spoke, he saw them heading to one of the game tents but didn't pay it too much mind. As he thought, Aurora truly was maturing. He was happy he got to see her better herself.
"Yeah, you're right; they're really smart kids. My bad for underestimating their intelligence." He responded, but then heard her words. "Eh? Did you technically just call yourself a damsel in distress? Damn, never thought I'd hear it." Ichirou responded with a grin, seeing the statue in question.
He couldn't help but laugh. "Well isn't that nice of you. You know, if you wanted to hang out with me you could have just asked."
"What was that Ichi I couldn't hear you over a potential broken arm," Aurora taunted as some of her hair started to wrap around the same arm her hand was sparking a little in warning. Ichi was good up until the damsel in distress remark.
"Yes they are brilliant children give them some credit for now on okay," Aurora eased back up as she sighed at Ichi.
"So you don't want to hang out with me then of your own free will? I see then I shall go away forever into the night getting into whatever trouble that seeks me more than you," she lulled pretty skillfully in acting out the heart she should on her smooth face loosening her grip as she was about to debark.
"Please don't, I just got that arm healed." He returned with a small smile, pulling his arm away from Aurora's hair. "Besides, you're about as much a damsel in distress as Kanna is."
Hearing her next words, the silver haired boy laughed and reached over, gently grabbing her by the wrist to stop her. "Relax, you know I missed hanging out with you. But if you're gonna leave, at least let me have the honor of winning you that statue. It'd be a nice memento, wouldn't it?"
"Oh then do show off your skill's Ichi," Aurora laughed as she allowed herself to be pulled back in watching to see how well Ichis gunnery skills matched his confidence.

Jettitare Monsera
"Alright watch the apple," Jet gave a toothy smile to the twins as he placed an apple on the desk at first nothing happened as jet took a deep breath before blowing out his purple mist from between his lips. As the apple was consumed by the mist it slowly started to swirl, and turn into a mist ball around the apple with a mystical appearance as it slowed down to a slow swirling effect.
WIth his hands behind his back he smiled before bringing a single hand forward, and with a single snap of his fingers the mist disappeared with the apple completely gone. Standing back up straight he motioned the girls to their originally empty plates that were now filled with apple slices surrounding a cupcake.
"Would you like anything to drink," Jet asked kindly.
The two girls watched the apple carefully, never losing track of the fruit until Jet snapped his fingers. The apple was gone from its place and instead was now on their plates, sliced and ready for ready.
"Wow!" Honoka exclaimed.
Both girls smiled happily and applauded Jet's trick.
"Do you have milk?" Chiasa asked him.
"What kind of tea goes with cupcakes?" Honoka asked after her sister.
