Introduction:
hi-hi! My name is Polar/vacuum and I'm 18! (Turning 19 in 3 days!!!!) I'm a novella writer, and I've been role playing for over 8 years now (though I took a long break at some point.) I go by she/her, but any pronoun is fine with me honestly. I usually reply at least once a week, once or multiple times a day if I'm free. What am I looking for?
- 18+ ! Most important criteria. I am not comfortable role playing with a minor, for my roleplays often contain mature themes.
- Novella/adv lit. I am very passionate in what I write, and my writing tends to be poetic and highly descriptive. I want someone to match my level of literacy. Someone that makes me feel the scenes.
- Interesting ocs and character depth. Our characters are fundamental parts of our story, so I don't want to be shown a generic, boring character. Give them past, attitude, character! Anything that makes them stand out.
- Collaborative. Since this plot is Sci-fi and futuristic, we literally have liberty to do anything we want. Start wars, create countries, borders, etc… i don't want to feel like I'm the only one contributing to the story. Don't be afraid to let your imagination run wild.
- Able to play multiple characters. this story is long term and pretty complex, so playing multiple characters is a must to keep it alive. We will have our main characters though, of course.
Plot:
The story is set in a futuristic world, 2040-2050. The tension between the USA and (another country of choice) is more intense than ever. A Cold War of some sort. My character, a military veteran, was on his way back home from his service, when he suddenly stepped on a mine. Inexplicably, his body absorbed the nuclear energy from the explosion—saving the civilians around him but seemingly at the cost of his own life
He was declared dead. But was he?
Your character, a scientist working for the government, begged to keep him in a lab to examine him. What happened wasn't normal, and they might've just put their hands on a possible, extremely powerful weapon…
