Chara, who was still a part of this MG, was meanwhile still back at Amity Colosseum. They sat at the edge of the docking bay, watching as the titans wrecked havoc down below. The large levitating arena was rather unstable from the titans attacking, but Chara didn't seem to mind at all.

"Hmm...nice view...a shame that it's being ruined by all these giant human-like creatures."

They looked over to the nearby tower as the colossal titan appeared and began tearing away at it.

"Whoa...! He's huge! At least, I assume it's a he. Do these things even have genders...?"

Chara was astonished, that...thing was nearly 200 feet tall. They then observed the colossal titan and, a short while after, they finally decided to leave the stadium. Getting up, they stood at the edge of the docking bay, looking down to the ground below. Then, closing their eyes...they stepped off.

Falling...I'm falling again...it feels like just yesterday I fell down that hole...but at the same time, it also feels like forever ago...

Reopening their eyes, they steadied themself as they prepared for landing. Slowing down their descent as they neared the ground, they easily landed on their feet.

"...I said it before and I'll say it again, being a ghost definitely has it's quirks."

With that comment, they then proceeded to head off from Amity Colosseum, and made their way towards Beacon Tower.

@Anyone and everyone

After the woman stopped looking at the vents and ship, Nanomech and Buddy quietly left the vents, before the former turned back into Ben, human body and human flesh.

Ben caught a glimpse of the woman as a flash of light shone upon her. He knew how she looked, but who was she, exactly?

Nevertheless, the stealth continued.

The woman suddenly took off at very high agilities that were humanly impossible, but they were definitely possible in the eyes of another species.

Ben dialed and slammed his Omnitrix down once more, preparing to transform once more...

2fsBhck.jpg

"XLR8..." the being that took Ben's place, 'XLR8', whispers. "She's too slow..." XLR8 whispering mocks the odd woman, before swiftly picking Buddy, Solis and Rui up, then moving at great speeds that could potentially rival the odd woman manyfold, pursuing her. After catching up with her to the point of being 30 to 40 metres away, XLR8 paced himself to match the woman's speed, occasionally being slightly faster.

7YTLE1Z.jpg

"Sorry in advanced," XLR8 says to Buddy, Rui and Solis, "gotta go fast if we're gonna get her."

Throughout the entire path, XLR8 would sneak behind obstacle after obstacle, his speed so fast, no one would notice that he was sprinting between points.

(Evidence of this feat)

Also, the four minute mark of this video

XLR8 snuck behind obstacles made from debris every time he felt that the woman would turn behind, to avoid detection. Using great speeds, he would rush towards aforementioned obstacles before she could turn her neck a single inch.

...Where could she be going...? Rui pondered to herself, watching the woman exit with curiosity, almost stepping out upon seeing the flash of light. What if she had been hurt, after all? Apparently it wasn't the case, but still. Shaking her head and stepping out of the craft once Cinder had taken off, the redhead bit her lip, trying to determine what to do.... When, all of a sudden, she was swept off of her feet by Ben. Or, rather, one of his forms. Shocked by the sudden grab, and briefly flashing back to her kidnapping by those Cipher goons, she nearly let out a shriek...

...But fortunately for anyone's eardrums nearby, and their stealth, she managed to catch herself just in time, shrieking internally instead.

Blaze turned to approach Mipha with open ears, and took a brief moment to mull over the soft-spoken Zora's request, before Blaze lifted her off her feet and into a bridal carry.

"Hold on tight, and don't squirm, okay? Everything I'm about to do I've done countless times over, and under extreme duress. In other words...just trust me," the athletic Mobian affirmed with a confident smile before speeding off to find a good vantage point with Mipha in tow. Carrying an ally into battle was an insignificant price to pay for their aid, although it was yet to be seen just how helpful Mipha would be.

It startled her for a moment to be suddenly lifted off the ground. Her muscles froze solid with her fingers curled tightly around her ceremonial trident. The feline's speed and agility astounded her. She appeared as fast and as nimble as a horse and a Rito combined.

Yet her focus remained trained on the giants before her. As they got into position, she would raise the Silverscale Trident, point it downwards, and inject the tips of the weapon into the weak point of one of the smaller Titans. With hope that another of the beasts had been taken out, she removed her weapon from its nape.

No one seemed to notice Zarya had snuck onto a strange airship, how no one noticed a huge Russian strongwoman lugging extremly heavy particle cannon was beyond her. What was intresting though was a mysterious young woman her comerades seemed intrested in as much as her, when the woman took off, Zarya joined up with her old group and followed after her

Unfortunately for Danielle, it appears that the ship they were being transported in was lacking weapons, evidently whatever armed ships that may have been available here were occupied... Or likely incapacitated. Whatever the case, landing ontop of the titan was relatively easy, or so it seemed... But just as she struck at the nape of it's neck, the creature suddenly let loose a heavy blast of scalding air from the point of impact... Accompanied by a mysterious shimmering around its nape.

This blast of scalding air was strong enough to blow Danielle away from its nape... Evidently, this creature had some defensive capabilities, but, perhaps for good reason. However, while this would complicate matters, it would appear that it had at least focused its attention on its attacker, raising a hand as it attempted to brush Danielle off of its body... A motion that almost resembled someone brushing off an insect or something.

In the meantime, Mipha, and Blaze would find themselves in the heat of battle... With alot of the ship's passengers, fighting off a good number of smaller titans down below. While most were easy to dispatch, it would appear that there were quite a few abnormals; some appeared to rush their opponents relentlesssly... Others crawled on all fours, lunging towards any opposition with lightning fast movements.

However, despite it all, they all had the same weakness; their napes. Taking advantage of this weakness, no matter how big or small, their numbers were beginning to thin in no time... Until the thundering sounds of footsteps could be heard somewhere in the distance, followed by two distinct screeches, piercing the air. Looks like they were about to have company... And not the good kind, as in the distance, they could spot two screecher titans charging towards the tower.

...

Ruby paused, at Weiss's inquiry about a plan. While she had initially figured they would handle this in the same way they handled that screecher at the colloseum, there was something different about this one. It appeared to be able to release steam from its skin, scalding anyone who got close to its nape, and what's more was the shimmering that seemed to have enveloped its weak point... Almost like an aura...

As she was thinking, that woman from earlier, who had this uncanny resemblance to Ruby, gave Blake a serious look, as if she was conveying something... Without words. Blake seemed to nod in response, before the woman suddenly leaped into action, but instead of targetting the ginormous one, attacking the tower... She appeared to be going after the screechers.

While Ruby cast a worried look down at the woman who had departed, she quickly pulled herself together... Looking up at the Titan again, and though she heard Sonic's suggestion, she appeared to have a slightly different plan in mind...

a77MJsC.png

"We need to hit its nape with all we've got!" She said, pausing for a moment as she looked towards the side of the tower.

Then, her eyes fell on Yang for a moment, before she turned to Weiss.

"... Me and sis need a boost!... We gotta get to the top of that tower!" She called.

While this would likely be the first time Ruby was doing this with someone else, it was evident that she intended to have Weiss use her glyphs to help her (and Yang) get ontop of the tower... Where they could pummel that titan's nape, giving Cap, who was up there, some much needed assistance.

In the meantime, Blake turned towards Sonic, pausing for a moment as she looked towards the titan, taking a long, hard look at its heels, and its spinal area, before she turned back to the blue hedgehog.

Z4g4xIX.png

"You take its back... I'm going for its achilles tendon." She said.

Well, it was a sound strategy, but it was strange; first her revalation about a titan's vulnerability at their nape of the neck, and now this... Despite supposedly never having encountered these things inher life before, she was oddly knowledgeable in their weak points... Just what was up with her?

In either case, it looked like Blake was ready to leap into action as soon as Ruby and her sister were able to scale that tower...

Those who followed in wake of the woman's departure began to notice various mangled vehicles and weaponry that had once been active in the area... Mechs, androids, and even a gunship here and there... What's more was that each and every one appeared to have been subject to severe heat, some of the still on fire.

lsVB8LE.jpg

At last, when they found the woman, they appeared to have found someone, or something else as well... It was hard to tell , since any discernatble features were hidden underneath their mysterious outfit, save for a distinct, glowing, orange eye underneath all of that.

"You! Who are you?" Yelled the woman they had been following.

There was a brief pause, before the strange figure, dressed in mostly black spoke.

"I am... But a pawn... Like you. And I've come, to take back what is rightfully mine." It replied... Its voice was strangely distorted, likely by some sort of device within its mask.

BG3Gb9t.png

"I don't care who you think you are... But I'm nothing like you!" She hissed.

It was then that the woman seemed to notice something that the figure had in one of its hands; a device not unlike the one that she had been using a few moments ago. Evidently, this seemed to further enrage her, as a burning look flared up in her eyes, with her irises themselves lighting up with a fiery glow.

"All I know... Is that you've interfered with my plans for the last time..." She added, with a rather chilling tone in her voice.

This drew a chuckle from the mysterious figure, before it spoke, having taken up a combative stance, not unlike the woman.

"Pawn or not... You will fall before me... Like the rest, Cinder." It said ominously.

With that the two charged towards each other... Engaging in some sort of battle, one of which appeared to take place so quickly, that they seemed to outright vanish from sight, only appearing every so often as they clashed... With "Cinder", and the figure both both enveloped in a fiery aura.

As the battle raged on though, it was clear that Cinder was losing; whoever this figure was, it seemed to have powers that resembled Cinder's, except... They were stronger than her, faster than her, and what's more was, that Seisa could sense that this figure was the one who had challenged her.

In fact, whoever this figure was, it seemed that they might just have something to do with the mysterious appearance of these titans... And perhaps, even had a part to play in interfering with Seisa's abilities...

Whatever the case, it looks like the only way to resolve this was to help Cinder, somehow.

While her opponent definitely had her outclassed in strength and speed, Cinder might just have an advantage if the figure could be distracted, or slowed down.

Fortunately, given their surroundings, there were multiple weapons littering the ground, that had once been wielded by the now mangled androids laying there. What's more was that amongst all of this, there was a few mechanized suits that were still functional... Sort of?

While they appeared inactive for the moment, laying limp on the ground, it appeared like there might be a way to activate the suits, which might just give those who needed it... A little extra firepower, and maybe even a small advantage against Cinder's strange opponent, for whatever it may be worth...

@Inner City

The radio transmissions were a bit garbled, but they were just clear enough for Birdie to catch some important details. It seemed that he had listened in just in time to catch a particularly interesting broadcast...

"... Relentless attacks from these so called 'titans' have ravaged the Kingdom of Vale, with no ending in sight.
As the battle rages on, there have been reports of mysterious flashes of blue light, responsible for the
disappearance of three individuals; Glynda Goodwitch, Jaune Arc, and Cardin Winchester.

Any and all information about their whereabouts would be greatly appreciated."

The transmission appears to cut out from there, but perhaps there might be something later? Hard to say, seeing as the signal appeared to be a bit weaker now than it was before, likely attributed to whatever was receiving these signals being damaged for one reason or another.

In the meantime, A2, and any others checking the front lines could see something approaching in the distance; a massive group of titans in fact... Fortunately, with no screechers in sight, that appeared to be sprinting towards the safezone, not just that, but there appeared to be what looks like a female titan leading them!

8dzkTva.jpg

Unlike the other titans, she appeared to possess a degree of intelligence, with her sights set on the few mechanized units that were stationed here, along with a few gun emplacements. However, just before she got into their range of fire, she suddenly stopped, allowing the rest of the titans to charge past her, using them as meatshields against the forces that attempted to stave them off, as she made her was closer and closer to the front lines... Seeming to be preparing to leap clean over it the first chance she got, which likely wouldn't bode well for the civilians that were being sheltered here...

@Jeremi (Howlett) @Atomyk @Gands @MetalNova @Otto @Krieg
@City Outskirts

It seemed that the Azuma's axe quickly drew its attention, as it suddenly slid to a halt... Turning around as it raised both of its hands, catching the blade with some incredible precision.

Selene in the meanwhile, appeared to be having no luck with controlling the titan... As it would appear that there was a stronger force controlling it already, one that appeared to have no difficulty shaking off Selene's mental influence....

On the other hand, Wes's pokemon, who had attacked its heels with whirlwind and flamethrower appeared to have made a little headway... The strange, bony growths that were protecting its heals were beginning to show cracks in them... And thanks to Eygon, the creature appeared to be guided towards him... Beginning to lumber in his direction.

It was, however, momentarily halted by the Huntress's grapple line, but unfortunately... Not for long; the creature's brute strength alone allowed it to snap the line binding its legs, only producing a momentary stumble before it continued towards Eygon, intending to bring both of its fists down upon him.

Through all of this though, Howlett was able to land on the titan just fine, however... His claws appeared to be unable to penetrate the titan's armored nape, but not because of the material that made up its armor alone. In fact, what seemed to be protecting its nape, above all else, was a mysterious shimmering that flickered across its nape briefly. Some sort of protective aura perhaps?

In either case, it would appear that unless he could break through this aura, its nape would be well protected... But, it seemed that there might be a good chance of doing so it he could somehow grab the attention of some of the forces operating the artillery up on the walls.

Most of them were more focused on keeping a large horde of approaching screecher titans at bay, however, if this big, armored titan could be felled before it could make another attempt to breach the walls... This line of defense might actually hold...

Before Sonic actually did unleash his own attack on the large titan, it seemed that someone else had another plan in mind.

Turning to Blake, Sonic simply grinned and gave the faunus girl a thumbs up.

"I'm on it!" Sonic said before taking off at his trademark speed. Once he was close to the titan, Sonic rolled into a ball and passed between the beat's legs. Once he was past the titan, the hedgehog would only turn around and launch a well placed homing attack right at the creature's back.

XLR8 puts Rui, Buddy and Sol down in order to take a look at the situation, as they were the first to arrive.

BE5gt02.png

"Well, she does seem like a bad guy, but that looks like an even badder guy! Worse guy. Whatever. OK Buddy, you hold them off," XLR8 says, "if they get near Rui, you help Solly fend for her, OK? Oh, and don't let the lady we were supposed to be following escape, either. We're gonna need some answers soon."

"Skree-ee-ee!" Buddy exclaims, before approaching the masked lady, using Hyper Voice in an attempt to douse the flames of the masked woman. If the masked woman were to halt his attack, he would retaliate with the ever-so-sharp Trump Card, which would send razor-sharp card-like projectiles flying right at her.

XLR8 on the other hand, looks around, before realising something. He touched the emblem on the Omnitrix, allowing himself to transform into a smaller, redder being wearing a pilot's outfit.

R8eekhU.png

"Jury Rigg!" the being, seeming to be close in size to a shoe, starts to cackle. Jury Rigg rubs its hands together. Looking around at the surrounding mangled machinery, its eyes widened with glee. "Ooooh! Shiny! Fix fix fix! Fix fix fix! Fix fix fix fix!"

Jury Rigg, looking at four of the suits, would modify and alter them, equipping and upgrading them with the weaponry surrounding the area, deconstructing and rebuilding technology at impossible speeds. Jury Rigg then proceeded to use his knowledge of the analysed suits to create another two special suits for Buddy and Sol. One of these armoured suits was somehow recoloured to have a green-black motif and a '10' at the back, a clear sign that it belonged to Benjamin Kirby Tennyson.

"Wait, Buddy's too busy distracting old funny mask," Jury Rigg screeches. "Not for long!"

Looking at the corpses of the surrounding androids, Jury Rigg hatches an idea.

E9zHYRf.png

"Fix fix fix fix fix! Put this here, put that there, fix, fix, fix! Heeheeheehee!" Jury Rigg chuckles, putting the pieces of the broken androids together and rewiring them to target the masked lady. He figured that the androids were no match for the masked lady, so he used them as but a mere distraction for Buddy to get away for a bit.

"Rui, Buddy, Solly, look! I got some presents for you three! Look, look!" Jury Rigg points to one of the four humanoid suits, as well as the two quadraped-type suits. Next, he points to the green-black one. "Oh, and that one's mine. Mine! No touch! Heeheehee!"

That would leave the other two suits to... whoever would come next.

Rui might notice that the suit made for her had a compartment on the chest to fit one of those sonic discs Ultimate Echo Echo had previously given her.

There were probably still the other unmodified suits.

Buddy, prepping his armoured suit, prepared to attack the masked woman with a combination of suit-equipped laser bullets and a barrage of Trump Card.

Meanwhile, Jury Rigg, while rebuilding a few more androids to target the masked one, was distracted by something in the masked lady's hands.

"Oooh! Shiny! Gimme! Gimme!" the tiny gremlin-like extraterrestrial would start to hop about, while using his inhumanely swift arms to attempt to grab the odd mechanism in the masked lady's hands, repeatedly. "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme gimme! Shiny! Shiny!"

It wouldn't have been a complete lie to say that Giorno's mind was a bit numb when the massive vessel he was on landed. Before actually boarding the vessel, his blood reacted like some kind of chemical in a convoluted science experiment when DIO got close to him. He couldn't sense in any normal way, but the young boss felt a deft touch upon his shoulder and words whisper into his ears as he boarded. It wasn't shocking in any way, however. To Giorno, his father's movements and actions felt normal; like Giorno always knew his father, despite 'meeting' him for the first time.

He wasn't even entirely convinced his father was as strong as he thought.

After all, he did get beaten by a Japanese student. The newspapers didn't bring up that detail, but...being the don of the Italian Mafia has it's benefits, of course.

Giorno side-eyed DIO, the two golden-haired Stand users having a brief moment of connection.

a0df6f66a8981eceac2c2c90e373a649.png

"To be honest, I thought you would've caught on much quicker."

Was that an insult? Did he just insult you, DIO?

That step was out of the way. The first step of every challenge is the hardest. And this, just like everything else to happen so far...is a challenge.

Giorno didn't have much in the way of transportation with Gold Experience. He relied on old allies for that kind of thing, but in this event he is at a lack of such allies. So, Giorno simply rushed after the mysterious woman, glancing over at the swordsman who shared a similar look of a blank mind. It wasn't a look of unintelligent, of course; it was just a look of someone who's...carving the path.

And that's something Giorno can respect.

---

When the gang arrived on the scene of the mysterious woman, Giorno didn't really have much to say when another figure suddenly emerged to fight her.

Who's he?

It was...kind of awkward, really. Giorno side-eyed his 'allies' in his group for the few seconds the battle had lasted. The boss noticed Seisa's eyes flicker like broken lights for a moment, like she had just got something from looking at the mysterious figure. That was when Giorno furrowed his brow and turned to look at the figure.

Did Seisa just pick up something from this? His abilities look almost identical to that woman's...but, he's acting like he's apart of some greater power. Could...he be the one that caused the Titan's to appear? Or is it the woman?

If that's the case...I guess neither of them are going to comply.

I'll have to make them comply.

Giorno's face grew stony and determined; flooding with resolve. Indeed, he would resolve to 'help' Cinder, at least for these few seconds. The boss calmly stepped forward, taking a moment to kneel down next to the briefly-weakened Cinder. His voice was calm, but seething with a...merciless intent.

"If you stop fighting, I can promise interrogation will be the worst thing I'll do, miss."

Focusing on the enemy now, Giorno glared at him, rising to his feet an. His eyes burned with instinct and determination-- a hunger for power not unlike his father, but fueled by a golden resolve and a virtue signified by that star-shaped birthmark resting on his neck. The air rippled as Gold Experience suddenly emerged behind him, clutching it's fists.

"I haven't entirely figured out the motives behind you and whatever greater power you serve...but you've threatened the lives of innocent civilians and threatened the lives of my allies."

tumblr_oohpjyfIlQ1vjphmgo2_540.gif

"For that, I won't be letting you leave here alive."

"Let us begin."

"GOLD EXPERIENCE!"

Whatever the case, it looks like the only way to resolve this was to help Cinder, somehow.

While her opponent definitely had her outclassed in strength and speed, Cinder might just have an advantage if the figure could be distracted, or slowed down.

Shichika had little actual interest in intervening, and more observing from the sidelines, if only because he wasn't confident at all that the mysterious woman known as Cinder could prove to be any sort of ally. If anything, the swordsman without a sword was set to believe that she was an enemy, if only because of the ominous way she carried herself, as his intuition told him. But then, he felt an even more ominous and sinister presence from the figure doing battle with the woman as well. Still, Shichika would have still hesitated to intervene had Ben and Giorno not make their move, prompting the young man to move as well, perhaps against his own better judgment, but then again, he usually didn't have very good judgment to begin with if Togame's responses to him back then were any indication, regardless of how much he had grown since...

Since the last time he'd seen her.

Leaping into action, his mind more blank than the more introspective Giorno and more actively focused on the battle that he was jumping into, Shichika narrowed his eyes and began his attack.

As soon as the young blonde had finished his onslaught of attacks, finishing with a powerful punch that presumably would have sent the figure's body flying in the air, Shichika followed up to continue the combo.

"Kyoutouryuu Art: Shichika Hachiretsu!"

His arms moved like a beautiful crimson wind that deceptively masked the blood he intended to draw as he moved faster than the human eye could perceive. He moved as firmly as a sword, yet as gracefully as a maple leaf. A beauty that contrasted its own violence indeed.

BOOM. BOOM.

The ground practically shook as Shichika attacked, as though the impact of his many punches designed with the intent of ripping apart his enemy within a blink of an eye caused the air to quake.

First, he clasped his hands together, as though to pray, but the only God that the enemy would meet would be Shichika himself; a god of death. And with that, Shichika thrust his two hands forward in a stabbing motion, his hands brutally jabbing into the figure's body up and further into the air, further juggled as Shichika continued his assault with a number of collective punches and kicks faster than the eye could perceive, before finishing with a wide crescent kick, with Shichika raising his leg and slamming the figure's body down into the ground!

The shield came in handy to block the incoming steam. While she had been pushed off and the steam that came through the shield hurt bad...she was still standing on the giants shoulder. The shimmering around its nape was interesting...like it had a protective barrier around it.

That had to wait however because retaliation for her attack was incoming. Danielle saw its gigantic arm was coming down on her. The only thing she did was smirk and steadied her legs. "You think that's going to scare me? You got another thing coming. See I don't just carry the shield..."

CADC12_zpsxzm2x44y.png

"I am the shield!" Using her massive physical strength inherited from both her mother and father. Danielle countered the giants strike with one of her own in an attempt to take it by surprise.

Tch! Damn barriers. He wasn't going to breach it any time soon. Even if his claws were coated with adamantite. Luckily it seemed that the giant wasn't paying him any attention, for now anyways. Howlett looked around for anything that could help. This was a military operation, where's the damn military? Soon enough he spotted soldiers next to what looked like artillery guns on the wall. Now if he only could catch their attention...Of course!

Howlett33_zpsnp8vnr7a.png

"HEY!" Howlett shouted to Selene to get her attention. "Try to be useful and get those soldiers attention! We need all the fire power we can to topple this thing!"

Not waiting for a response from Selene, Howlett slid down the giants back with his claws in its flesh. He wasn't just going to sit idly by for the soldiers to do all the work. If he couldn't attack the nape directly from the front...maybe he could strike from bellow? Using his free arm he would attempt to claw himself into the back of the giant and strike from inside. Howlett wasn't sure if it was going to work, but it was going to sure as hell piss it off.

Alexandra Kalomoira aka Huntress

Huntress was disappointed with the attempt to trip it. Her line just wasn't strong enough for the job. She pulled out her Enchanted sword and started hacking with her super strength attacking it's feet. While any chink in the armor is good, if available she'd attack the Achilles heel. Even hacking it's toes might achieve some results.

If that didn't work, she'd try using her super strength to move its leg while it was moving to get it to trip and fall. If Howlett got safely down near her, she would encourage him to join her.

Seisa's fists clenched as the strange figure appeared. Unconsciously, she already understood. This was the enemy. She had no reason to help Cinder and logically speaking it was too early to determine who was good and who wasn't. But that feeling of challenge cried out to her instincts.

Somehow, it was as though her instincts simply told her that this hadn't been a good idea. Why was she being challenged? Did everyone else in the ship feel the same way? Or was it just her in particular? She couldn't imagine anyone in this world that would have reason to quarrel with her. She knew no one here, and presumably that went both ways.

However, challenging her was a stupid decision. So much so that she could say it was the epitome of foolishness.

With a sharp exhale, she stepped out of hiding, as though to address the strange figure directly.

tumblr_inline_nbhstsK6Yx1s3r5n5.png

"You can't have been doing that unconsciously, could you? However, if you've challenged me, that means you're already ready to lose, right? Then I shall grant your wish."

Seisa extended her hand out towards the strange figure, looking like she was grasping at something invisible.

"Killing Art."

Her power was one of overriding space. To change the very material of what surrounded them was often one considered quite fearsome. No matter what type of power was put against it, hers would simply override it and make it harmless. If projectiles were launched, they were erased. If an opponent was exceedingly fast, spatial positioning was rearranged to make it meaningless.

However, she had a strange feeling that it wouldn't work as usual.

Even still, there was no meaning in her butting into a physical rush. Two were plenty, and in an uncoordinated assault any more than that would only result in them getting in each others' way. So for now, she decided to test her ability.

Space was changed. In her mind, she pictured an enormous, amorphous black sphere enveloping the area in which the combatants fought. The darkness was like a weighted fog, consuming those within it like some sort of black hole.

She forced her space onto the battlefield, enveloping the strange figure and those near him inside of it. Light became limited and movement became more difficult. However, from the outside it was perfectly clear what happened inside.

So as the ranged attacks came in, she opened small holes in her new space to allow them to move at normal speed. Hopefully the inhibited movement would be enough to allow them to hit their marks.

It was then that the woman seemed to notice something that the figure had in one of its hands; a device unlike the one that she had been using a few moments ago.

Just as the figure began to move again, Giorno was on his feet as well. The golden spirit would rush ahead of him, at a speed almost close to the enemies. DIO froze at the disrespect his son suddenly leveled towards him. For a brief second, anger swelled up in him. A younger DIO would have killed Giorno then and there. A younger DIO wouldn't tolerate someone even passively standing up to him. That DIO was no more, though. He had long since learned that strength wasn't to be squashed out. No, it was to be cultivated. Though Hol Horse had failed him, for example, he did respect the man's bravery, though it was misplaced, from when the man attempted to take DIO's life. So he didn't kill his son. On the contrary, a twisted grin spread over his face.

This would do nicely.

----

Just minutes later, DIO watched as his son went all out on the figure before them. He didn't really have any interest in helping the woman, but the figure was still in his way. What to do, what to do? Well, first, to observe his son's style closely. The punches were sloppy. Lacking in skill. What they didn't lack was speed, or power. The vampire was tempted to simply observe. Perhaps he needed to remind his son of his superiority, though. DIO couldn't let him get too confident, after all.

Dio3Anime.png

"Giorno, my son! Marvel at your father as I show my dominance over time itself! Witness the true power of THE WORLD!"

Beside Giorno, he attacked the figure with everything he had for the full duration of the time stop. Contrary to Giorno's attack pattern, his attacks were carried out with precision. With intent to kill. He continued after time resumed, as well, almost seemed to materialize next to Giorno during his own attack rush, his warcry joining his son's.

"MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!"

DIO intentionally ended his attack rush at about the same time Giorno did, waiting for his son to go in for another hit. He heard Giorno explain his stand, his lip curling back in a frenzied smile. The World's fist struck out in unison, an odd sense of pride swelling in his chest. Not pride in his son, though. He was proud of the fact that his blood carried such power!

"WRYYYYYYYY!"

Through all this, he found his son's style... Unimpressive. Powerful or not, he lacked finesse. DIO supposed that came with inexperience.

Whether or not the entire group's combined efforts accomplished anything at all, he took a moment to criticize Giorno, suddenly quite serious and cold. "Your attacks are sloppy, Giorno. Do not fail to impress me yet again." He turned his attention back towards their hopefully obliterated opponent.

Connor felt safe in this city and had decided to see how safe they were. He sighed when one of the titans charged and he really wished that he had picked a place where he wouldn't have to fight someone. The gay man wasn't stupid, if the titan succeeded, people were going to die. He looked at the objects he had and looked at the gun. He attempted to aim it towards the nape of the titan's neck. Seeming to be preparing to leap clean over it the first chance she got, which likely wouldn't bode well for the civilians that were being sheltered here...
God, he hated his life.

"Can't get a single goddamn break around here. Figures."

A2 practically had a feeling that this would occur, along with the fact that she had the sight to see this from afar before those around the frontline defenses would notice. Trying to get her combat systems to activate, the android would notice that she was still battered up from the earlier encounter, unable to at least bring out her own weapons for this. Not even giving one of the nearby soldiers a warning, A2 snatches herself a gun from him.

"... not even close to the support Pods, but it'll do."

She knew that her familiar forms of combat were going to be unavailable until some time has passed, but she could do something with a gun and the energy to move around. If those other titans were acting as the distraction for that female titan, then A2 was going to become a distracting nuisance of her own!

tumblr_oo9taraq7i1v3qowuo8_100.png

A2 made use out of her evasive systems, sprinting in short bursts. This made it look like she was teleporting to one place to another, when it was just that she can move that fast for a short period of time. With this, A2 had the full intentions of slipping past the other titans, ignoring them as she made a beeline straight towards the female titan. She simply wasn't going to let this obvious leader of the titan pack do anything funny, not at all. Wishing to distract the female titan so the others could think of something, A2 circled around the feet of the female titan, occasionally firing her gun at it's ankles.

Thanks to Eygon, the creature appeared to be guided towards him... Beginning to lumber in his direction.
...it continued towards Eygon, intending to bring both of its fists down upon him.
Eygon had a feeling that his Moaning Shield wouldn't be able to attract the titan, but to his surprise, it could. He concluded that, despite being in a different universe, his Miracles and weapon Skills were still effective. This was good to know.

sDbszAh53z5hm.gif

He two-handed his war hammer and slammed the head of it onto the ground, emitting a divine shockwave that would hopefully repel the titan's fists. In addition, Eygon would gain extra poise and damage resistance. If the titan resisted the shockwave, he would attempt to block the attack.

Afterward, he would lunge forward, going between the titan's legs and attempting to hit the back of the titan's knee with his mace.

Danielle's incredible strength certainly did catch the ginormous titan off-guard, as its strike was abruptly caught, by someone that seemed almost like an insect, in comparison to its size. However, it wasn't shaken for long, as it suddenly reared back, turning away from the tower as it sought to slam its shoulder against it in hopes of crushing Danielle in the process.

However, as it did so, it also happened to leave its nape exposed to an attack from the tower...

In the meantime, Blake and Sonic, appeared to be working away at taking down the creature a notch or two; Sonic's attacks on its spine were making its way down into its deeper tissues, but thanks to the constant bursts of scalding steam from its skin... It may take a little while longer to immobilize it.

Blake was also experiencing a similar problem, but... Nonetheless, she was working at tearing away at its achilles tendons at the back of its legs. Once the process was complete, the creature would likely end up toppling over, unable to stand until it could regenerate from its injuries anyways...

The new arrivals caught both the figure, and Cinder, by surprise... The latter quickly moving out of the way, noticing that they were all about to strike at the figure.

Though Buddy's hyper voice failed to extinguish the figure's flames on account of them being part of some sort of mysterious aura or something... This did end up resulting in a volley of sharp cards heading the figure's way... But it didn't seem phased, at all, effortlessly dodging them with incredible speed.

As Buddy's valiant, but unfortunately so far, fruitless efforts continued... Metal creaked and groaned, as the ruined bodies of multiple Atlas androids and mechs were reconstructed thanks to Jury Rigg. It seems like the odds were evened, even for just the moment, however, as Buddy, equipped with a much stronger suit, and much more formideable weaponry began to unleash a hail of ordinance towards the figure, it appeared to exert some considerable effort to protect against it all.

While it was dodging the sudden barrage of projectiles and weapons fire coming its way, with some degree of difficulty this time... It raised its hands, and suddenly... The androids that had once been reassembled by Jury Rigg were beginning to fall apart, as if the very process in which they were put together, had suddenly been re-versed, like time, for these constructions, had suddenly been reversed briefly.

The figure's efforts nearly left it vulnerable though, as Jury Rigg's hands just barely grasped onto the figure's device before it caught wind of his efforts... Moving away a few meters in a swift motion, wagging its fingers towards the crafty little creature in a mocking fashion, which proved to be a tactical error on its part.

Gold Experience, having decided to strike the figure, whether by intention, or a fluke in its brief moment of arrogance was able to land blows on the figure... But, despite being struck with two, faster than light speed assailants at the same time, the figure was quick to recover... And once it did, it tucked the device it was holding into tis belt, freeing up both of its hands in order to block the incoming attacks with an frightening precision, apparently capable of matching their speeds in combat, through some mysterious means.

Occupied with this, however, allowed Shichika's blows to land on the figure... And if it weren't for a mysterious organge shimmer that suddenly cropped upa rounds its body, protecting it... It probably would have been torn apart, but yet... There it stood, quickly sending off a wave of flames in an effort to scorch its assailants at a close range... Evidently a little overwhelmed by all these attacks.

However, Dio just then, froze time immediately after the figure's attack, seemingly gaining a some leverage over the figure... That is, until it moved, appearing to have been able to resist this ability. The device it was now keeping in its belt appeared to light up momentarily as the figure prepared to block Dio's blows like it did with Giorno and Gold Experience, but yet... Something was... Off this time.

Its speed was diminishing, and its movements becoming sluggish, allowing blows from both Dio and his stand to slip through, producing a strange orange shimmer on its body, just like the one that had protected it from Shichika in the process. The figure quickly seemed to pick up on this though, and with that, it concentrated, that device on its belt lighting up again, as it suddenly raised its hands... Somehow allowing time to flow once again, causing everything to unfreeze.

With that development, its gaze seemed to suddenly focus on Seisa, clearly having sensed her interference in the battle. While her ability was unable to dissipate her flames or powers, and the figure seemed unphased by the lack of light, it had certainly interfered with whatever ability it had to distort time, space... And it sure wasn't happy about it.

With a clear intent to kill in mind... The figure suddenly charged towards Seisa, a fiery aura enveloping its body... Intending to hit Seisa with multiple swipes from its claw-like gloves. However, it seemed a bit slower than before, indicating that Seisa's powers had actually affected it a little... Huh...

Kara on the other hand, did manage to find a place to change into her costume, allowing her to hit the figure with a freeze ray... Unfortunately though, it seemed to have no effect, as it was negated by the fiery aura it currently had around it, as it was evidently being used to bolster its speed as it charged towards Seisa.

On the other hand, it appeared that Cinder had sprung into action, and was attempting to intercept the figure before it reached its target... Though, it looks like she alone, was not quite fast enough to reach it in time.

...

Noembelu in the meantime happened to notice two mechanized suits that were now in working order thanks to Jury Rigg's efforts, apparently untouched by the figure's attempt to undo Jury's efforts, unlike the re-trashed androids and the like on the field. Perhaps a little long distance support would work?

Other than that though, minus a few guns and weapons, not unlike the ones that had been found inside that crashed airship at the stadium, there didn't seem to be much else of note in the area... Save for the heaps of rubble, wreckage, and a few bodies here and there.

Connor had a sound strategy, but unfortunately... This titan was aware of its weakness, and in a flash, it brough up a hand to protect against Connor's shots. While enough would have been able to penetrate the muscle tissue of most titans, this one appeared to have a way to counteract this; a blue, crystaline substance suddenly coated its hand, appearing to protect it against harm for the moment.

A2 in the meantime wouldn't find it hard to snatch a weapon from one of the unsuspecting soldiers on the front lines, who had been occupied with firing away at the titan horde rushing towards them... Like the others, aiming to prevent them from advancing past the front lines, resulting in a few words of protest.

"Whoa! Hey! What are you-..." He started, but seemed to stop, noticing what A2 was shooting at with her newly acquired weapon.

Though, she too was experiencing the same issue was Connor was; the shots from her weapon were being protected against by patches of a blue, crystaline substance that sprouted from the titan's skin... However, it was noted that the substance only seemed to crop up whenever a shot was fired... And once the shot was deflected it seemed to fade away. However, A2 seemed to notice that the female titan was prioritizing its weak spots, and neglecting, or unable to protect other parts of its body from stray shots coming from the front lines.

As the battle continued, with a few soldiers that were able to turn their attention away from the front lines pitching in, A2 heard the (somewhat) familiar voice from the soldier she had taken the gun from earlier hollering out to her.

"Here! Catch!" He shouted.

Promptly tossing a cartridge of some sort towards A2, and if she happened to catch it... She would notice that it had a blue snowflake shape painted on the side. Perhaps this would help slow the female titan down? But if that were the case, it was probably a good idea to aim for the titan's joints.

@Jeremi (Howlett) @Atomyk @Gands @MetalNova @Otto @Krieg

Howlett was certainly doing a number on the titan's back, but it would seem that the underside of its nape was protected by this aura as well. Not just that, but just before the tissue began healing up again, forcing him to retreat from his little tunnel before he was entrapped inside with it, he could swear ther he saw someone's feet above him, roughly where the nape is... Was he just going insane? Or could there actually be someone inside this creature's nape?

Nonetheless Howlett's efforts did end up creating a gaping hole in the titan's back at least, which could prove to be a good point to strike with perhaps some explosives, perhaps... But it was quickly beginning to heal up, which would leave one only a small window of opportunity to take advantage of this.

Eygon, having had the creature's attention appeared to be able to temporarily fend off its fists... Halting them just long enough for Eygon to raise his shield in time to just barely block its fists, and thanks to Huntress, who happened to be attempting to trip it by moving its leg... Eygon was able to land a solid blow on the back of its knee, causing a rather sizeable crack in the bone tissue that made up its armor. The combined efforts of both causing the creature to stumble momentarily, windmilling its arms in an almost comic fashion before it regained his footing.

Hmm... Perhaps with more force applied, they might actually be able to topple this thing? Either that or someone could just call attention to the artillery ontop of the walls. Though with a portion of the artillery's attention moved away from the screechers that were rushing the walls, it was likely that this may draw the attention of a few screecher titans in the process...

"Oooh! So you're keeping me away from my shiny?" Jury Rigg cackles at the masked being's taunts. "No one keeps me away from my shiny!"

Jury Rigg looks around as the masked one deconstructs the androids in the reverse manner in which he constructed them. The next phase of his plan commences.

"Heeheehee!"

Jury Rigg's next phase of his plan was primarily identical to his first phase, where he would continue to reconstruct fallen androids that by memory, were not the ones he had previously reconstructed before the odd attack deconstructed them. Once again, he rewired them to target the masked one.

He was very well aware that the masked one could just deconstruct this batch of gears and metal too.

"That's for keeping me away from my shiny!"

Jury Rigg looks down at his Omnitrix emblem for a bit. "Can't stay Jury Rigg for much longer, but I've got long enough before I have to change to something else! Heeheehee!"

Taking advantage of the time the masked one was using to strike Seisa, as well as the time in which other parties were using to attack the masked one, Jury Rigg executes his plan.

E9zHYRf.png

"Break break break! Break brakes! Break break break! Heeheehee! Now for the best part! Fix fix! Fix fix fix fix! Fix fix! But even, even better!"

Jury Rigg appeared to be deconstructing a couple surrounding damaged gunships and a car, before he started to reconstruct them at monstrous speeds. The result was a titanic vehicle that looked like it could hold all allies in area with some backspace. Its husk was a metallic yellow, yet not lustrous enough to be called gold. The way its wheels were aligned seemed to resemble that of a roadroller - a humongous, roofed roadroller* that could carry quite a number of people, as far as external appearances were concerned.

That was the closest description one could give.

The inside of the vehicle, on the other hand, would indicate that it was not a construction vehicle of any kind, and had more similarities to a battleship. The most notable of buttons on the inside was the ability to shift between land and sky modes. Presumably, this form was the land mode.

There seemed to be an odd, circular external compartment in the front of the vehicle. Jury Rigg stood on it.

pAGlZCD.png

"My new toy is missing something. Oh wait, I am the something! Heeheehee! Now, just need to time it right..."

While the fight was going on, Jury Rigg prepares to press the Omnitrix emblem on his chest, as if preparing for another phase of his plan.

"Any second now... any minute... please be soon..."

Zf25OKA.gif

"Skree-ee-ee!"

Buddy proceeds to launch what could be identified as Shadow Ball. Due to the ghostly nature of the move, Shadow Ball was aimed for an area in front of the masked being, and when it was in the masked one's line of trajectory, made a curve to aim at it! Even if it was negated or sliced, it would be able to slow the masked one down.

*Imagine this, except with a roof, the stated description, and scale its size up to be able to fit at least ten people.

"I am the shield!" Using her massive physical strength inherited from both her mother and father. Danielle countered the giants strike with one of her own in an attempt to take it by surprise.

@City Outskirts

Narrowing her eyes, Selene did as Howlette, motioning the soilders to join their attack. However, Selene had some news to share.

"It seems this creature is being shared by another. Hmm, this peeks my interest,"

Using her shadow manipulation, Selene would try to wrap around the creature's massive arms and legs. I that worked, Selene would try to drain it's life force."
