Except that 5,000 would be WAY too hard to keep track of.

The UMG now has over 46 signups right now, and I'm pretty much used to 24 at the most. But this is supposed to be a BIG one, so I suppose it's good.

Character Name:
Wander
Age: Unknown, but most likely 16-20.
Attributes/Powers: All in all, Wander is not a tough guy. He's very short, lean, and not that athletic, with a girly, adorkable run. However, his insane tenacity and determination allows him to shrug off blows and ignore pain in an almost superhuman way. He's got a knack for solving problems and working things out with some thought, and he's a crack shot with his bow. Despite carrying a magical sword and all, he has no skill with this blade, swinging it clumsily in a mockery of offense.
Fancy Bow+Magical Sword Macguffin Thing (Doesn't really have added effects on anything besides colossi anyways)
Personality/History:
Wander doesn't talk much, doesn't eat much, doesn't drink much, and doesn't sleep much. He doesn't talk about where he's from, and he doesn't really know where he is. He does share that he's killed sixteen enormous beings of great strength in the recent past, believe it or not, and that he needs to get back for someone named.....Mono?
Canon: Shadow of the Colossus

Character Name: The Lone Wanderer, but can be called Riley

Age: 19

Attributes/Powers: Can heal via his Pip-Boy, Is a good shot with long range weapons, Carries T-51B Power Armor, An Armored Vault 101 Jumpsuit, an Assault Rifle, and a Gauss Rifle, some Stimpaks, and several rounds of ammo for each weapon. He can survive in Harsh Conditions, and also fight in CLose Combat. He is morally bound, and will only kill those who deserve it like Raiders, or Criminals.

Personality/History:

The Lone Wanderer was born on July 13, 2258 to James and Catherine at theJefferson Memorial, where they worked on Project Purity. Catherine died shortly after giving birth, due to cardiac arrest of an unknown cause. James suspended the project and traveled to Vault 101 via Megaton (with the help of Star Paladin Cross). The Lone Wanderer's origin was kept a secret in order to shelter the child from the outside world, and to keep up the pretense of the Vault-Tec Corporation's social experiment.
The Lone Wanderer lived in Vault 101 without incident for nineteen years, but in2277, 200 years after the Great War, James disappeared without any explanation. The young Lone Wanderer, with the help of Amata Almodovar, leaves the safety of the Vault to look for James in the ruins of Washington, D.C. In order to find him, the Lone Wanderer travels across the wasteland searching for clues. Along the way, (s)he may or may not disarm or detonate Megaton's atomic bomb and/or help collect data for Moira Brown's Wasteland Survival Guide, among many other activities or rumors thereof.
After James is found, Project Purity can be put back on track, but the reunion is cut short when the Enclave commander,Augustus Autumn, arrives demanding control of the project. James, unwilling to allow the project to fall into the hands of the Enclave, sacrifices himself by filling the control chamber with deadly amounts of radiation, hoping to kill Colonel Autumn and the other soldiers in the process. The colonel manages to survive, however.
After fleeing from the Jefferson Memorial, the Wanderer takes refuge within the Citadel and enlists the help of theBrotherhood of Steel to retrieve a G.E.C.K. from Vault 87 for the restoration of Project Purity. After retrieving this G.E.C.K., the Wanderer is captured by Colonel Autumn and taken to Raven Rock. There, John Henry Eden presents the Wanderer with a canister of modified FEV for insertion into Project Purity, which would poison any mutated creature drinking the purified water. The Wanderer refuses and escapes, sabotaging Raven Rock in the process. After finally stopping Colonel Autumn, the Wanderer and Sentinel Lyons are faced with the dilemma of who would re-enter the radiation-flooded Memorial and activate the purifier. Once this decision is made, the Wasteland is finally given the greatest gift of all: a constant source of clean water.
The Lone Wanderer awakens two weeks later to face the consequences of their decisions so far and joins the Brotherhood as a knight, in their mission to distribute the newly-purified water and to hunt the Enclave remnants. This hunt would eventually put the Wanderer in control of an orbital strike. The Lone Wanderer either uses it to destroy theEnclave mobile base crawler or the Citadel. During or after the events of Fallout 3, the Lone Wanderer travels to various places such as The Pitt, Point Lookout, Mothership Zeta and participates in a simulation of the Anchorage Reclamation.
By 2297, the Lone Wanderer had disappeared from the Capital Wasteland, and their fate was unknown. Most citizens of the wasteland had a story about the Wanderer, and many of his or her actions had gone down as local legend. History had even forgotten whether they were a man or a woman. Much of the documentation of their actions had however became flawed, and were riddled with conflicting reports. On the 10th of September, Moira Brown began work on a biography of the Lone Wanderer.

Character Name: Travis Touchdown

Age: 29-30

Attributes/Powers:
Powers and skills

Travis, despite being an otaku, is a very formidable assassin, having learned how to wield a sword from correspondence tapes, and is able to grapple from his own former training in Calgary to being inspired and mimicking certain moves by seeing various wrestling tapes.
After becoming acquainted with Randall Lovikov, the town drunk, Travis is taught special techniques that compliment his arsenal of combat skills.
When properly provoked, Travis can snap into a "Dark Side" mode (that in game is accessed by lining up three objects in a slot machine mini game after killing a foe). When in Dark Side, he gains superhuman strength, speed, invincibility, and powers that can affect reality, to sometimes resorting to cheating and unfair methods.
His preferred weapon are beam katanas, and can also be upgraded throughout the game, initially starting with the Blood Berry, followed by the durable Tsubaki, the heavily upgraded and empowered Tsubaki Mk-II (which comprises five rotating beams, and requires more finesse to wield), the Tsubaki Mk-III, a very showy beam katana designed from the beam Samurai sword of Travis' mentor, Thunder Ryu, the Peony, a slow, but powerful "giant beam katana' capable of expanding its blade, and the Rose Nasty, versatile dual katanas made for fast killing.
He also shows to have some resistance to firearms, one instance being when Helter-Skelter riddled Travis with bullets and rockets, culminating with absolutely no effects. This also may have been related to the robe he was wearing at the time, however. Despite this, Travis managed to survive many deadly attacks without the robe, ranging from a series of energy blasts, three consecutive close range grenade explosions, to a death blow to the chest.

Weaknesses: See personality/ history

Personality/History:
He is a 27-year-old American assassin and stereotypical otaku – his motel room decorated with professional wrestling and anime collectibles – living in near poverty in the motel "NO MORE HEROES" of Santa Destroy, California accompanied by his kitten Jeane (most likely named after his lost love). He appears to have interest in lucha libre and Japanese pro wrestling icons (like Thunder Ryu), as well as a moe driven anime series called Pure White Lover Bizarre Jelly; his apartment is filled with such mentioned merchandise.
After winning a beam katana in an online auction he becomes a hitman. When he runs out of money to buy video games he accepts a job to kill Helter-Skelter, also known as "the Drifter," which earns him rank eleven by the United Assassins Association, a governing body of assassins. Realizing that he has now made himself a target for aspiring assassins, he sets out to secure himself as number one in the UAA. He gets around on his motorcycle, dubbed the "Schpeltiger."

Travis usually wears a light weight leather jacket, t-shirt, jeans and sunglasses, though his outfit varies more in No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. Travis has dark spiky hair, and blue eyes, is 6'0" and weighs 170lbs.
While Travis displays crude, punkish and immature behavior, and is especially cruel toward the male assassins he fights, he displays normal and decent behavior whenever he isn't on the job. Travis is relatively calm about killing people, but in the first No More Heroes, killing women made him feel uncomfortable.
He is capable of being touched by people's emotional and personal experiences, seeing that he didn't seem entirely settled after killing Dr. Peace, whose daughter was estranged from him.
Despite his sadism, Travis himself is not without morals; he has a certain amount of honor and respect for people he believes to be "True Warriors", as he tries to spare the assassin Ryuji in Desperate Struggle, and after experiencing the grueling and inhumane trials of Ranking Battles twice over, he became determined to take down the UAA once and for all.
Touchdown is very driven to prove himself, is shown to be highly knowledgeable and a slow learner, and can be surprisingly funny and even humourous. Touchdown takes his friendships very seriously as well, as evidenced by his quest to avenge the murder of Bishop Shidux, after which he seems to learn something about the repercussions that death has on others aside from the one being killed.
His red jacket, unique swordplay, physical abilities and amoral persona are comparable to Samurai Champloo's Mugen

Canon: Sometime after No more heroes 2: Desprate struggles

Character Name: Ulysses

Age: Approx 27-30

Attributes/Powers: Very quick on his feet, being a scout for Caesar for many years, and becoming one of the fastest and most able of them, being sent to scout from one side of America to the other on foot, he also has an impressive stamina, uses Stealth Boy technology that cloaks him from sight and makes him difficult to spot, and impossible to track on radar systems, possibly even cloaking his scent and heat patterns, the true extent of the Pre-War tech has yet to be determined.

Ulysses is shown to be an extremely durable and enduring type, losing his entire tribe at a young age, and losing a second community in his adulthood, and then going on a quest of revenge taking him as far as to arm and use a nuclear missile to attack the NCR

Ulysses has shown impressive abilities with his agility, being able to scale buildings with ease to spy on The Courier as he made his way through The Divide

Ulysses has also shown skill with many weapons, including impressive aim with a Sniper rifle, even without the aid of VATS (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System) he has also used a 12.7mm SMG, able to hit a target with the weapon at quite an impressive range

Ulysses is one of the few people around who's SPECIAL skills are all marked at 10. That is to say his Strength, Perception, Endurance, Constitution, Agility and Luck are all set to max, making him one of the few humans who could be considered close to superhuman, with the ability to sense things far before others, and the strength to carry a huge amount of weight, he uses a 20 lb 50. rifle while running and shrugs it off

Ulysses also has two perks, Finesse, which gives him an increased chance to hit a critical location, and toughness, which grants him an increased Damage Threshold, granting him what is effectively more armor

Ulysses is not only a superhuman in regards to his body, his mind is trained and honed too, able to quote historical documents and stories even long after most evidence of them had been rotten away by time

Personality/History: History...isn't that what we all seek? Until we know it...then he we wish to change it...but who can change what is done?
