Mobile Issues With Logging Out

It doesn't let me. I click on the log out button on my phone and it just scrolls down on the screen. I used to have no issues on my phone so I'm assuming an update with the site or something has caused this to occur.

Hm. I just tried on Safari on my iPhone 6+, logged out just fine.

I am using safari and it's on an iPhone 5c
