Primary Power:
The user can shape and manipulate the cells of any sort of organism, including the functions of the cells in the organism. They can help to circulate oxygen in the body, make cells heal any sort of wounds, or fight off disease. They can even rejuvenate their cells, thus preventing them from growing old. They can either increase or decrease the speed of cellular functions, increasing physical attributes such as speed and healing, or accelerating them with enough speed and energy to produce heat, destroying them. With this same power, the user is able to make the opposite effects occur, causing disease to speed up, or slowing the healing process.
Secondary Power:
Anatomical Intuition: The user has immense knowledge of anatomy and body functions. They can also gauge a subject's level of health or gauge the level of a subject's bodily damage, as well as any adverse effects that sicknesses or injuries may pose in the future.
Limitations:
-When using the power it creates a mental link between the user and the patient. This means that for the time that it takes to achieve the users goal, whether that be to heal or hurt, they experience the same sensations as the patient. So, if the patient has a broken bone and the user has to twist it back into place, the user feels that pain. If the user is trying to cause a tumor to grow in the patient, they will feel the affects of that as well.
-When accelerating cellular functions (especially cellular division), it can shorten the user's lifespan by causing telomeres to shorten faster. Meaning that the power should be used sparely.
-To use this power, it takes a lot of concentration. The user has to focus themselves, leaving them vulnerable to attacks. If they are not focused, there is a chance that the action will backfire.
-Depending on the desired result, it can take a lot of energy from the user. They are often left feeling weak and tired after use, and because of the mental link, they will often still feel residual pain and soreness hours after it has finished. Eating and sleeping help to replenish the lost energy.

Build: Zeph has a very feminine body, or at lease, he doesn't look very masculine. He is very slender and petite with very little fat or muscle to speak of, though since he is also not very tall he is able to avoid looking lanky. He has a mostly flat chest that is dotted with two perky and pink nipples. With narrow hips, it helps to show off his plump butt.
Complexion: With fair skin, Zeph has clear and glowing skin with no blemishes to be found. Whether its night or day, he somehow always looks to be glowing. His cheeks maintain a rosy color which stands out against his pale skin.
Clothing/Style: Since it is rare for Zeph not to be working, he is almost always seen wearing his white lab coat. Underneath he usually wears a nice button-up shirt layer with a cardigan or sweater. For pants, he will wear either black or tan slacks. When he is not working, he can be described as streetwear. He likes to wear oversized cargo pants and sweatshirts, though sometimes when he is trying to look sexy he will wear crop tops or leather.

Posture: When Zeph is standing his body always looks relaxed and carefree. His head is held high and his back is kept straight. With his shoulders lowered and back, he has the definition of good posture. But more so, he seems to exude confidence.
Default Expression: During most of his day, whether he is alone or with a patient, Zeph often has a look of boredom on his face. It is only when someone piques his interest that his expression shifts into a smirk with bedroom eyes.
Voice: Zeph's voice is light, almost airy when he speaks. It is a slightly high pitch for a male, though it still sounds smooth and pleasant to the ear. When he wants he can sound harsh and demanding, but on the other hand, he can purr and make someone melt with his sensual tone.

Strengths
Realistic- When dealing with what most would consider stressful or high-pressure situations, Zeph is able to respond in calm and clear-headed manner. Many times, he can seem as if he is detached because he doesn't let emotions cloud his judgment, however, this only helps him make quick and decisive decisions. He has no delusions about what he is able to accomplish as a medic, which keeps him from having any false hopes or creating any fallacy's.
Brilliant- Even as a child Zeph always stood out among his peers. Although he always lep people to believe that it came naturally, he had to work hard to gain the amount of knowledge that he posses. While at work he is meticulous, almost to the level of obsessive. He is dedicated to his job and performing his duties to the best of his ability. This has led him to be one of the most skilled doctors from his medical school. He is ambitious in his goal to be the best and never stops in his pursuit to reach it.
Stoic- Even though he will sometimes have to endure great pain for a patient, he does so while keeping his level headed attitude without complaints. His ultimate goal is to help people, though he hates the idea of being someone's savior, and the feeling of gratitude that comes with it.
Charismatic- Even though Zeph isn't naturally charming, he will often make an effort to act overly friendly and approachable. As a doctor he has found that it is easier to work when people like him, finding that patients believe him to be more trustworthy. Although he doesn't consider this to be his true personality, viewing it as a type of act, he can't deny that he can easily flip a switch in his mind. He will sometimes use this as a persuasion tactic when he is trying to convince someone of something. Many believe him to be sweet and innocent when they first meet, which helps him get his way. However his anti-social personality comes more naturally, and acting this way is much more draining for him. People are usually surprised when he finally drops the act after a while.
Weaknesses:
Idiosyncratic- Most would describe Zeph as strange, and not like any type of doctor they have met before. Although he would state that his true nature is asocial, that would not be the truth. For the most part, Zeph's real personality is quite neurotic. He is known to be erratic, bouncing between trying to act friendly, and to this intense whimsical state. Only when there is a literal danger to someone's life, does he ever get honestly serious. Normally he is spontaneous with his actions since he is often looking for some type of entertainment from his patients. He enjoys messing with people to see different kinds of reactions, that are part of his curious nature. Talking to people who annoy him, he is frequently sarcastic, and generally not taking things seriously, especially if someone is acting like a child.
Aloof- Although most would think that being a doctor would mean that someone would have good interpersonal skills, that is not the case with Zeph. Most would describe him as enigmatic since while acting as a doctor in serious situations he is typically impersonal, keeping his emotions hidden in order to best perform his duties. Sometimes people will mistake his cool attitude as apathetic and cold, though it is actually because he cares to do the best he can that causes him to be like this. The only time he ever drops his friendly act or becomes serious is when someone is actually very injured. At that point, he focuses while becoming emotionless to help treat the patient.
Dissident- When it comes to following the rules, Zeph leaves much to be desired. He doesn't too well with taking orders, which is part of the reason he was motivated to excel. Since if you're at the top, there's no one above you to tell you what to do. He has a rebellious nature that drives him to do the reverse of things, whether that is rules, laws or societal standards. He prefers to go opposite of the grain, and his stubborn nature causes him to plant his feet and hold firm. It is clear that he has his own opinions about things, and is unwilling to relent to others. He is often reluctant to accept help, preferring to figure things out on his own than admit that he doesn't know something.
Hedonistic- Almost everything that Zeph does is based on his constant search for enjoyment. He is extremely intelligent, however, that often means he is left feeling bored. To keep himself amused he likes to tease and harass the people he is close to. As a true sadist, sometimes that is as simple as making someone flustered, and other times that means playing with someone body until they beg for release. Although he is highly motivated by pleasure, he has a strict policy about sleeping with people. He has no issue messing around with a mostly willing victim, though his favorite is corrupting those who claim to be pure, he never goes all the way. In fact, even though most would call him a whore for the activities he engages in, he has only ever had sex with one other person due to his commitment issues. When playing with others, he will always be clear that it is just a casual fling until he gets bored. He is very perverted, kinky and sadistic which he loves to use to his advantage when playing with his toys, which is what he always calls the people he has chosen to bully. Even though he won't promise to be monogamous, liking to have multiple people to tease, he is highly possessive of his toys.
However, not everything he does for enjoyment is based around sex. He also loves to play mind games with people, his favorite is taking advantage of the fact that most people are nervous about medical things. Though he also likes to do experiments and test his theories of unsuspecting people. With his two conflicting personalities, he will often act like a saint in front of one person, but the moment they turn there back he will tease another. He finds it hilarious to see the different expressions that people make when he says perverted things or drops his act.
Pretentious- There is no doubt that Zeph is a great doctor, and the man is well aware of that fact. He is confident in his abilities both medical and powers to be able to handle anything life may throw at him. He has worked hard and believes that he deserves all the praise possible. Sometimes this takes form as overconfidence, though if you ask him he deserves the right to gloat. However deep down, since he has never received any praise from his family, he supplements it with his own boasting.
Fears: Using his power too much to where he ends up killing himself or someone else. Not being able to fix someone and not being in control.

Drink/Smoke/Drug: As a doctor Zeph does not smoke, citing that it is bad for your health. However, he has no issues drinking in excess and taking illegal drugs. If he does marijuana, he only does edibles. Since he can write his own prescriptions he does that too on occasion, and he hasn't ever been caught.
Swearing: Zeph frequently swears when he is speaking, even when he is acting as a doctor he doesn't filter his language. Not only will he swear at someone, calling them every name in the book. He will also talk dirty with the same words.
Soft Spot: Although most would assume that Zeph is heartless, he has a soft spot for people who remind him of a wounded animal. Those types are usually shy and timid and are in need of his help. He doesn't like it, but it melts his heart and he is inclined to help, reluctantly.
Quirks:
- Because Zeph never got encouragement growing up, he has made up for it by making cocky remarks about his skills. Many think he is arrogant because of this, but in reality, this is a coping mechanism for him. In his mind, if he doesn't give himself praise then no one will.
- Even though Zeph is so young, he is a highly skilled doctor. He was top of his class since high school and even graduated early. He flew through med school in part from his passive, but also his studious habits.
- With Zeph's power, he is able to use it on himself to maintain his youthful appearance, which is why he looks so young. However, when he does this, he is lowering his lifespan, which is why he doesn't like to use it very much. This also applies to his patients, but because it is usually so minimal it doesn't really have much of an effect.
- Since Zeph has access to prescription medicine, he often will write himself some when he wants to have a good time. He may or may not have done this for other students for various reasons, though he always gets something in return.
- On Zeph's first day working the clinic at Bainbridge, he put up a poster in the waiting room to "liven up the place and make it feel more like home" which read "Memento Mori" which translates to "Remember you will die." He thinks it's funny to see people get freaked out, but also figures that if they end up running away then they probably didn't need his help all that much anyway. It's also his favorite saying.

1.) Tell me about yourself.
"That's an easy one. I'm the greatest doctor this side of the pacific. Certainly, the best this island has ever seen."
2.) How long have you been at Bainbridge? What brought you to us?
"I came here for my residency about two years ago. They offered me a job with great pay, so I stayed. I thought I would be running my own hospital by now, but this is much more entertaining. Plus, what would they do without me?"
3.) How do you feel about Bainbridge? This won't be officially noted in any way; please be honest.
"There isn't much to do, so it isn't particularly an ideal place. We are quite cut off from the outside world here. But I'm creative enough to make my own fun. Though, some people he can be a real stick in the mud."

"I'm indifferent. I'm confident my life would have ended up the same, they just made the process a little easier."

"That's a dumb question. You don't come to an isolated island because your home life is great. Moving on."

"Sure, I have many. In some ways, I consider the students to be my pets – since I take care of them like they were my adored pet, they are like helpless animals after all."
