Some brief rules before you start.

1. I reserve the right to approve or disapprove any character. I'll try and get who you want to play in but if it proves to just be impossible or not a good fit I'll just outright.
2. You can play anyone but they are going to be limited in their strength in the following way; Their Attack Potency, Durability and Speed will be capped at Low Building Level, simply put at their they should be able to completely throw or resist an attack that could destroy a single floor building at their MAXIMUM effort. (Obviously doesn't apply to speed directly). So if you play Superman we will nerf him to that level.
3. If you get a like from me you're approved. Glad to have you on board :)

    Character Name:
    Real Name: Pieck Finger
    A.K.A: Cart Titan

    Canon:
Attack on Titan ( 進撃の巨人 )

    Age:
    21

    High Concept:
Easy-going but remarkably intelligent soldier who is eccentric and playful in an equal degree.

    Attributes:
+ Strategist: Able to formulate complex plans and strategies to defeat her opponents
+ Quick-Witted: Can come up with great suggestions on the fly and is almost always tactically aware of her surroundings
+ Loyal: Is devout to her comrades and sticks with Marley despite her strong feelings about the country's treatment of Eldians

    - Frail: Isn't physically strong or particularly agile in her human form

    Personality:
Pieck is shown to be somewhat sweet and kind, consistently shown to care about her fellow Warriors and the Warrior candidates. She is incredibly intelligent, able to quickly deduce a situation. Pieck is able to quickly figure things out, and Zeke Yeager implies this happens quite often. However, Pieck is usually shown to be quite eccentric and easy going. As a result of constantly being in her Titan form, Pieck has shown the habit of walking on all fours when few people are around, stating that it feels more natural and even curling up on a sofa like a cat; she is still capable of walking upright, although she occasionally requires a crutch to do so.

    Bio:
Pieck grew up in the Liberio Internment Zone and lost her mother early on in childhood; seeing that her father had gotten sick and would not survive long without proper medical care, Pieck joined the Warrior program as soon as she was eligible. After performing well enough to be selected to inherit one of the Marleyan Titans, Pieck was able to secure her father the treatment he needed. Despite this, Pieck recognized that her father now had a sadness in his eyes after learning that she would only live for thirteen more years due to the Curse of Ymir. Wanting to show her father that Eldia had a bright future ahead, she decided to try any way possible to free the Eldians in Liberio and Marley before the end of her thirteen years.

After Pieck inherited the powers of the Cart Titan, she was kept in Marley along with Zeke Yeager as a deterrent to enemy nations while the other Warriors (Reiner Braun, Annie Leonhart, Bertolt Hoover, and Marcel Galliard) are sent to take part in the Paradis Island Operation in the year 845.

Character Name: Bardock

Canon: [What fictional universe do they hail from? If he/she is simply an OC - just post OC.] Dragonball

Age: ???

High Concept:
(Just a brief sentence explaining the character.) Saiyan rebel going up against Frieza.

Personality:
He displays smartness not displayed in a lot of other Saiyans even though he brushes it off as he is really good at fighting. Bardock also has the ability of precognition, the ability to see the future of himself and what is about to happen next (in short bursts).

This can be both a blessing and curse for the Saiyan.

However, this doesn't stop Bardock from being fearless and running right into danger when he goes to fight Frieza on his own with nobody else from his race to help him.

This goes to play a part in Bardock's own weakness which is part of his body. His tail.

A Saiyan has the ability to change into a ware-monkey at the sight of a full moon and if the tail is chopped off, the Saiyan loses his or her ability to change into this form.

But when Bardock is shown in the past, he tries to reject the help from Barry, displaying his stubbornness and pride being stubborn but He grows to like the kid after a while, showing a softer side that can warm up to people, if given time.

Inside, however Bardock shows a tender side for his crew and their deaths. He is extremely loyal to them and vice versa.

Alignment:
Chaotic Good

Attributes:
cocky, smart, rebel

Abilities/Equipment: Scouter, Bloody Headband, Saiyan armor

Bio:

Bardock is a pure blooded Saiyan. Like all Saiyans, with every fight a Saiyan grows stronger with life or death experiences. Bardock still has his tail which allows him to turn into a Great ape with or without the help of the full moon. Without the full moon, Bardock can change into a great ape with the help of Blutz Waves which is a ball that substitutes for the moon. Great ape Bardock can shoot beams out of his mouth. This form of Bardock attains Super Saiyan for the first time, making him the legendary Super Saiyan. (In the past) Bardock knows how to expand his energy to make waves called ki to shoot his attacks.(edited)

Can expand and grow Ki energy
Flight

*Bardock is a Saiyan in the age 737, where King Vegeta and the Saiyans work under the rule of Lord Frieza as planet brokers and kill inhabitants and clean the planets off to sell them to another species.
*Frieza decides the Saiyans are becoming too much of a threat to him, so he decides to kill off the Saiyans before a Super Saiyan could be born to stand a threat to him.
*Bardock hears of this and tries to stop this.
As he almost gets killed, he is pulled into a wormhole

*Bardock wakes up in the past, on Planet Vegeta only it's named Planet Plant and ruled by peaceful beings who take part in healing Bardock when he wakes up in the past.
*Lord Chilled, *a possible descendant of Lord Frieza, is sent to the planet when strange aliens come by and decided to attack the same village that saved Bardock.
The kid of the healer helps to heal Bardock and gives him food, only to be thrown aside by Lord Chille
d. *Bardock becomes pissed because this Lord Chilled is the same one who reminds him of Frieza and the death of his team.
*Bardock becomes so strong, he is able to access Super Saiyan for the first time and beats up Chilled for a long time.
*He saves the village and he is regarded as a legend.

AC914548-B00E-4AF2-A0D1-362F55E802BF.jpeg
Character Name: Hana Tsu-Vachel
Canon: Fear Effect
Age: 29

High Concept:
A ruthless mercenary with a rough past often finds herself interfering in dangerous plots well beyond her understanding.

Personality:
Hana is a woman with no reservations and a dubious moral compass. She usually takes jobs for the money and the occasional bit of fun. She has a mild dislike for authority figures. Count on Hana to take the initiative in almost any scenario, but expect her to be slow to trust her peers.

Though she is brash and sarcastic most of the time, Hana does feel compassion for those seeking a way out of a life of crime or prostitution. She doesn’t take pride in killing people, but she’s merely using her skills to pay the bills. She misses being an innocent child, yet hides any yearnings behind her icy exterior.

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Attributes:
+ Resourceful
+ Persuasive
+ Resilient
- Hotheaded
- Distrustful

Abilities:
  • Marksmanship - Hana is excellent with most guns, especially automatics. She is quick on the draw and precise.
  • Stealth - Though it’s not her preferred approach, Hana is capable of sneaking around enemies.
  • Espionage - One of Hana's specialties involves stealing secrets for her clients. Secrets equal big money.
  • Vehicles - She is excellent with vehicles, capable of driving cars, motorcycles, boats, and snowmobiles, as well as piloting small aircraft.
  • Charm - If Hana can’t fight her way out of a situation, she can try to finagle or flirt with a foe.
Equipment:
  • 9mm Pistols - Slim, concealable guns. Hana usually keeps two of these on her person.
  • Cell phone
Bio:
Born in 2028, the half-French, half-Chinese Mei Yun was orphaned by Hong Kong Triads and taken away at a young age by brothel owner Madam Chen. She was an unfortunate victim who was forced to endure trauma early on, which made her cynical and careful to trust anyone. She later escaped with the help of Jin, a dubious Triad affiliate who introduced her to mercenary work. With her name changed to Hana, she became a ruthless killer who hid any sign of vulnerability.

After paying her respects to her parents at a shrine, Hana found an unconscious amnesiac named Rain Qin outside. The two became an unstoppable team of spies, pairing Hana's combat prowess with Rain's technical savvy—a perfect brains and brawn combo. During a job that went awry, Rain's evil twin Mist sent three mercenaries—Hana, Royce Glas, and Jacob "Deke" Decourt—so they could fight and kill each other in an effort to reach the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi and lure in Rain. The three instead teamed up and made it to Penglai Shan, the mountain of the gods, to stop Rain's mother and sister's plan to become gods.

Four years later, Hana, Glas, Deke, and Jin decided to kidnap Wee Ming, runaway daughter of Triad boss Mr. Lam. Things quickly got out-of-control when Jin died in a surprise attack. The team later found Wee Ming in a fishing village overrun by zombies and strange demons. The girl was on her way to see Madam Chen, who was really a demon. At the brothel, Chen quickly killed Deke and Lam severed Glas's arm with a sword. Madam Chen then confronted Hana, who killed her with a rotary saw. Now seemingly alone in her mission, Hana escorted Wee Ming into Hell to thwart a dark prophecy.

Glas regained consciousness shortly after Hana left. He followed her, believing killing Wee Ming was the only way to end this. He had a brief standoff with Hana, but the two came to an agreement and ended up fighting Yim Lau Wong, the king of Hell and the true identity of Jin. Sacrificing herself, Wee Ming countered Yim Lau Wong’s ritual. By unknown means, Glas’s arm was restored and Deke was resurrected.

Taking on more jobs over the next five years, Hana finally raised enough cash to buy her contract from the Triads. She and Rain became girlfriends and freelance agents, with a nice apartment and a steady income.

Character Name: Arsène Lupin III

Canon: Lupin the Third

Age: 20 - 30

High Concept: The world's most-wanted gentleman thief and the grandson of Arsène Lupin.

Personality: His personality was drastically altered for the anime from Part 2 Episode 2 to make him more appealing. While Lupin is a thief, he will go to great lengths to right injustice. While he sees nothing wrong with his chosen profession, he reminds anyone who asks that the people from whom he steals are people who can take the loss and that there are worse people than he in this world. Lupin had adopted a policy where he stays away from murder and honest money.[19] He also shows a chivalrous streak that compels him to help those less fortunate than he (especially attractive women). The first hints of this were shown as far back as Part 1 Episode 3, and Part 2 expanded on this more. Furthermore, Lupin often takes it upon himself and his gang to stop criminals engaged in more violent crimes and leave them for Zenigata to arrest. He fancies himself a ladies' man, although his actual success with women is erratic. His abilities with the opposite sex tend to fluctuate with the writer. In the movie The First, Lupin has somewhat toned down his usual lust for women, as he did not flirt as often with Laetitia.

In all, Lupin can best be defined as an intelligent guy with a child's fun-loving demeanour, laughing and quipping in the face of opposition with a handy trick always available to maintain an upper hand.

In the Geneon dub of The Mystery of Mamo, he is a self-proclaimed "idiot savant". This means he thinks of himself as a genius with the mind of a child, but his claim is backed up by various things: the fact that, despite caring for his friends, he doesn't show empathy for them when he fakes his demise in Part 1 Episode 13 and Part 2 Episode 32; his surprisingly poor sense of direction, as shown in The Mystery of Mamo when he doesn't know how far their other hideout is; his tendency to perform sensory experiments on himself such as in Part 2 Episode 89.

It appears Lupin loves to steal more than actually having the treasure he sought. There have been times he has had what he has stolen lost or he intentionally threw it away. It appears Lupin relishes more of the challenge of stealing and thus is usually not that upset when he ends up empty-handed as long as he beat the security and stole the object of his desire away. There also have been times when Lupin only stole the object in question to give to someone else, such as if it rightfully belonged to them or they needed it more than he did.

He likes to indulge in small pleasures as well as large ones. He's something of a big eater and a notoriously heavy sleeper.

He tends to inconveniently drag his friends along for a caper when he feels it's urgent. In Part 2 Episode 128 he woke his friends up in the middle of the night so they can steal a diaper for a laundry line. In Part III Episode 34 he dragged Goemon out of bed so he can help him take on a gang.

At times, he uses humour as a defense mechanism, and has the occasional habit of pretending things are fine when they're not. In Part 1 Episode 13 he laughs off Kyosuke Mamoh's threats to hide the fact that he's frightened out of his wits, although Jigen and Goemon aren't fooled. In Part 2 Episode 66 , when Beauty announces he's going to kill him, Lupin jokes that Beauty is going to poke a hole in his side and make his body "nice and breezy", to hide the fact that the assassin makes him nervous.

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Good Attributes: Fighting skills, Knowledge of Stealth & Sabotage, Disguise Mastery, Trained Marksman, Skilled Driver & Pilot, Master Lockpicker & Safe Cracking, Escape Artist, Acrobat, Excellent Sense of Smell.

Bad Attributes: Average Physical Strength, Childish, Massive Ladies' Man, Easily Carried Away, A Standard Human Being.

Abilities: N/A

Equipment: Walther P38, Grapple hook hidden inside a watch, Assortment of random gadgets and tools used for burglary.

Bio: Lupin is acknowledged by virtually every law agency on earth as the world's number one thief. Often in his adventures, he and his colleagues, Daisuke Jigen and Goemon Ishikawa XIII, will take it upon themselves to foil other criminals engaged in more violent crimes. While first glance may imply Lupin as fun-loving, flighty, perhaps even "goofy", his surface façade overcoats a brilliant imagination and a thorough knowledge of a hundred varying sciences. Forever extemporizing and reevaluating, Lupin has been responsible for heists no right-minded individual would believe possible. While arrested and jailed on numerous occasions, typically by his nemesis Inspector Zenigata, he has always managed to escape. He has a fondness for fancy gadgets from time to time plus hands-on experience in many skills a thief would find useful. His infatuation with Fujiko Mine is perhaps his most significant weakness, as it lands him in undesirable situations most of the time.

His infamy has its inevitable pitfalls. Over his career, though he is guilty of many crimes, he has been framed for crimes he didn't commit by impostors, copycats and other such unsavory types committing crimes in his name, and even once had a near-exact clone produced of himself, which seriously unnerved him to the point of him wondering whether he was his actual self.

Lupin's ethnic origins haven't been specified. Officially in modern media, his origin is unknown such as in the OVA Green vs. Red where a dossier held by the Inspector Zenigata indicates his place of birth as "unknown" and his profile in Lupin the 3rd Part 5. This is also listed as unknown on the Lupin World website.[11] In older media, it is different. He admits being French like his grandfather, but apparently lives in Japan. At one occasion, Lupin claimed to have taken his first bath in the River Seine.[13] Inspector Zenigata often calls him Japanese, at one point a "Japanese womanizing cheapskate"[14] and Lupin himself once called himself "half-Japanese, half-French".[15] Lupin described himself to an Imperial soldier as being mixed heritage Japanese. Goemon immediately countered by saying Lupin wasn't Japanese, but still worthy of respect. Also, Lupin can speak in gratuitous French.[16][17]

In both the manga and Lupin the 3rd Part 1, Lupin tricks Kyosuke Mamo by dressing as a Japanese peasant and acting as though they are in feudal Japan. Lupin specifically states to Mamo that the ancestor whose face he most resembles was Japanese. When Mamo "meets" this ancestor (Lupin in disguise), Lupin states that he would like to marry some girl by the name of Mylène Lupin from France someday. This statement implies that Lupin was either aware of the family's history stemming from a Japanese ancestor marrying a French woman . He is using that information to further convince Mamo that he has gone back in time OR it could be Lupin making up something untrue to confuse Mamo.

Lupin speaks often of both his famous grandfather and his father, both of whom were thieves. He's forever quoting his grandfather's advice and has attempted to complete or repeat heists attempted by his ancestors with good or bad luck.

Canon: Katana Zero

Age: 25

High concept: A professional cold blooded Assassin working for the highest bidder.

115

Personality:
Snow is a level headed yet determined mercenary who takes a degree of pride in her work. Like other Null subjects she suffers with psychopathy and can either be a serious, impatient character who consistently interrupts others and is not interested in conversation, or can be kinder, more patient, and more willing to cooperate depending on who she is around as well as how either approach would change her situation. Regardless of his outward demeanor, Snow is a merciless killer when on the job, capable of taking out hundreds of foes with little to no remorse. Although she does have a vaguely human side with showing a degree of care and respect for her coworker 'V' who helps her hunt down other Null subjects.

In combat Snow has an eerie sense of grace when cutting up enemies working away quietly until the job is done. In the rare event that she does fail Snow is pragmatic and reflects on her mistakes so that they may never happen again. Hypocritically Snow becomes disappointed whenever she encounters someone of murderous nature like herself.

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Attributes:

+Efficient sword fighter and hand to hand combatant.
+Superhuman Strength. Able to lift a 253lb man with one hand and throw stone busts one handed with relative ease.
+Silent when moving and engaging targets
+Able to speak Japanese, English and Russian Fluently

-Psychopath and sadist. She enjoys her job too much and goes the extra mile to make sure her victims are well acquainted with her sword.
-Arrogant. Like a spider playing with its food she will toy with her enemy and will only kill them if they are about to escape or turn the tables of the combat.

Abilities/Equipment:

Armaments:

Prism Sword:
Enemies killed with this crystal sword leave a rainbow colored bloodstain.

Snow's abilities are enhanced with her precognition. Like all Gamma NULL, Snow has been on Chronos since she was a child, which allows her to perceive time much more slowly as well as glimpse the near future with certain accuracy. She is severely addicted to this ‘wonder drug’ though and even just a day without it has serious repercussions such as hallucinations with symptoms of serious withdrawal being seeing time come down to a crawl as long as there is no Chronos in the system. Furthermore, around other NULLs like her Precognition can get a little shaky and fights with other NULLs are often a test of endurance to see who can spot the opening faster.

Iaido Strike: Her signature attack is a quick slash with her katana swinging faster than the eyes can register due to her biological augmentations from childhood. Snow is a master of iaido; she can quickly unsheathe her weapon, bifurcate an enemy, and sheathe it back in less than a second.
giphy.gif

Dragon Dash: This "dash" ability can slice through barriers, enemy attacks, bullets and other projectiles, and is faster than the human eye (or a camera) can see. She can cover a short distance within a fraction of a second if not faster due to how much Chronos she i always on and now many augmentations were made to her as part of the Null program. However, Snow is briefly unable to use her katana after which leaves her vulnerable for a moment.

Bio:
Snow works alongside V for an organisation that is never explicitly named. The organisation aims to eliminate all of the remnants of the Null project but so far has been unsuccessful. Snow and V are specialized in taking out other Null subjects. It is theorized that Snow is a NULL who was selected as a child to be a member of the Gamma NULL category, the most dangerous type of soldier produced by the program, because of her aggression. While her past before the NULL project is largely unknown, it's stated that she had a normal upbringing until her involvement with the program. As part of the program, she was administered the experimental drug Chronos, which gave her incredible perceptive abilities. After the war Snow fell in the Organisation and met V which brings us to now.

Mikasa-ackerman-attack-on-titan-mikasa-png.png

Mikasa Ackermann

SHINGEKI NO KYOJIN / ATTACK ON TITAN

Age

15

High Concept
A girl who's been through hell whether in her past or the present, but in the darkness she finds comfort in the one and only Eren Jaeger.

Personality
Mikasa is usually a calm, reserved individual. Carrying with her a cold, no-nonsense attitude, she is driven by her will to survive to push forward. However, underneath her cool exterior lies her indebtedness to Eren. Ever since the incident that had taken her parents, she has -- to this day -- remained good friends with him. In fact, this closeness to her friend even sees her following his lead and letting emotions cloud her normally-strong judgement, all in the name of protecting him.

Alignment
Neutral Good

Attributes
Fighting Ability
Even at a younger age, Mikasa could successfully pick a fight with a few tough bullies. In fact, while she was still part of the Training Corps, she was able to best Reiner, a man half a foot and 25 kilograms over her stature.

Physical Strength
Of course, even an Ackerman like Mikasa would be no use without her strength on the field. In sum, Mikasa is not only strong enough to cut through Titan necks, but also outright knock people larger than her flying into the air.

Abilities/Equipment
Omni-Directional Maneuver Gear
Mikasa is armed with a special device reserved for the three Regiments that allows flight, usually in combating Titans. As a member of the Scout Regiment, she can switch direction mid-flight, giving her a total of three degrees of movement. In addition, the gear comes loaded with two modular swords, each armed with three extra blades made of ultra-hard steel engineered specifically to cut through Titan flesh.

Oh, and grappling hooks.

Bio
Mikasa grew up as the only child of two parents who lived relatively peacefully within the farmlands of Wall Maria. However, that peaceful life would soon be cut short when a few human traffickers would break into their home and kill both of her parents in the process. Just as she thought everything was lost, Eren Jaeger came to the rescue through the wonderful human invention of murder. Dr. Jaeger would soon take her into his family and Eren would give his red scarf to her as a kind gesture. She would continue to wear the scarf into her teens.

A little while later, Wall Maria was breached, forcing her and her friends, Eren and Armin, to evacuate to Wall Rose where they would soon become inspired to take part in the Scout Regiment. And so the three did, but not without trouble. Even past the incident with Eren and the busted training gear, their encounter with the Colossal Titan had almost taken Eren's life, but it was thanks to Eren's power to turn into a Titan, he was able to survive.

Together, the three would then go on to protect the last of humanity and carry out daring operations as part of the Scout Regiment.

Character Name:
Hank J. Wimbleton

Canon:

1647921344571.jpeg

Age:
???, likely in his 20’s to 30’s

High Concept:
A psychopathic mass murdering mercenary looking to cut his way through anything and anyone… for both the right price and if it gets the blood flowing with adrenaline

Personality:

Hank J. Wimbleton is by no means… a 'nice' individual, in fact, he is the last guy you wanna anger in a 10 mile radius, especially since he is looking for any reason to fill an entire graveyard over something small like getting punched in the face by someone playing music. Essentially, he lives just to enjoy killing and hurting others, getting some sort of sadistic pleasure out of it seeing his foes bleed out on the floor and having adrenaline flowing through his veins with every passing second, making him feel ‘alive’.

Hank is mostly known for his sense of 'humor' and enjoying to annoy others, such as making fun of that one Soldat's singular eye or dancing as if he didn't murder 30 people (32, if you count the zombies) in just a few minutes. He is also rather impatient, and often does things his own way, which relates to exactly the points above, and while he isn't one to ignore the idea of stealth, once things hit the fan (literally), here comes the carnage afterwards. Hank is also someone really hard to faze, considering the things he is used to such as giant marshmallows coming down from the sky, fighting large fiery clowns, and even beating up 'Jesus' (Actually known as Jebus, but still) on the daily. However, he always makes it clear that he will get the job done, no matter how badly it goes, so if you assign him a mission, bet your ass that Hank would find a way to complete it… although expect a lot of blood to be shed in the process.

He also seems to have a sort of personal vendetta to some other individuals, such as him going after Sherif or Tricky the Clown, after dying to them with reasons still unknown to most others. So do expect him to make new rivalries (or old ones) when traveling through this city he now finds himself within.

Alignment:
Chaotic Neutral

Attributes:

+Highly dangerous in close combat situations with flesh testing strength and high reaction speeds
+Often known for utilizing weapons with great use, along with replacing weapons with the weapons of enemies in order to change his combat style on the fly.
+Bullet time allows for more accurate and deadly shots and the capability to cause heavy damage to groups of hostile or a single opponent.
+Sneaky when he wants to be
+Hard to keep down once he gets moving

- Psycopathic nature and tendency to care little about the lives of others within battle often leaves him fighting by himself most of the time (does has his little moments of ‘teamwork’… but it’s still little nonetheless)
-Impatient… tends to wait little if it doesn't entirely benefit him the slightest
-Most of the time, extremely loud when in combat. Enemies know he is coming from a mile away
-Even with high pain tolerance, still slightly higher than a normal human's durability. Requires not getting hit to be most effective

Abilities/Equipment:

Enhanced physical features:

1647924443794.gif
Hank is by no means an easy individual to fight once he becomes in range, even with his seemingly 'normal' durability… Hank J. Wimbleton certainly packs a mean punch. With the strength to throw average sized people like footballs and flip over soda machines like nothing, Hank surely knows how to send a couple punches that are sure to kill someone in just a few hits. And if that's not enough, his agility allows him to be a rather hard to hit target, dodging around and even jumping extremely high into the air, Hank is simply a powerhouse of a Nevadan that is sure to make a few heads roll around.

Speed/Reaction time:

1647924523628.gif
Hank Wimbleton is anything but slow. With a combat style relying on quick yet brutal ripping and tearing of his foes in a few seconds, Hank is often known for how fast he can create a mountain of bodies in just a couple of minutes. Not only that, but he is shown to have rather quick reaction timing, capable of dodging and even deflecting bullets like they were nothing. Of course, it doesn't solve all problems he may face, but this feat isn't something to glance over either.

Bullet time:

1647924334411.gif
A special ability that only a few other individuals have, bullet time essentially does what it says, slowing down time as if everything was under x0.25 speed, and with it, Hank can perform a series of things, like aiming his guns to hit his targets more properly, and even evading attacks that would otherwise be impossible to do so either as a result of being too quick or simply too large of a radius to dodge. This would take more of the Project Nexus version of the Bullet time, and that Hank would move normally within slowed time, along with his attacks. He'll surely leave some people grasping at nothing but thin air with this ability.

Weapon mastery:

1647924357648.gif
Hank is definitely known for being able to not only use a wide variety of guns and melee weapons at his disposal at a extremely high level, utilizing them with such skill and efficiency, it was as if the weapon was made exactly for him to use. So next time, if you leave Hank in a room with a weapon, even something that you wouldn't expect would kill someone, then be ready to be surprised as hell when Hank manages to shank a man with said object and throws it at your cranium.

Sixth sense:

1647924596562.gif
Whether it's very good hearing, knowing where his foes are in a certain moment, or actually being a sixth sense in actuality, Hank can react to things even if they were attacking him from behind or from a blind spot, quickly maneuvering to attack an foe that would otherwise hit him normally. Much more difficult to get the drop on him with this around. Although he does worse against ranged weapons considering he moreso needs to see the individual wielding the weapon and be given time to react to it (and with bullets, there is little time to react, especially from a blind spot), along with distance away from him being the key as to whether or he can avoid getting hit.

Extremely high pain tolerance:

1647924682686.gif
Hank is often known for his high capacity to endure pain and continue on in a fight even when being inflicted with multiple wounds that would otherwise make a normal man cry out loud with nothing but a small grunt of annoyance. It's as if he didn't even get injured in the first place! So next time when you think of shooting him in the chest, make sure it is an automatically lethal shot, or else, he'll probably rip your head off after he recovers from said shot.

Dragon Sword:
1647924269715.jpeg
A weapon that always seems to find its way back to him, it's a 60-centimeter long silver, carbon steel blade. With a Nano-Improbability fuel cell powering the high-frequency modification for maximum cutting prowess, it's sure to cut through flesh like butter and not get stuck on that flesh gooeyness that is known as skin and bone. So, if you see Hank running around with this blade in your general direction, be prepared to lose an arm or two, becoming disarmed in the process.

Dual Micro Uzis
1647924245230.gif
He never leaves home without em… a classic pair of weapons in his arsenal, while they don't have a lot of piercing power considering their round type, it makes up for it with high bullet capacity and high rate of fire. Be prepared to be turned into shredded cheese when he brings these two bad boys out. A reliable back-up to be sure.

Bio:
(Taken from Madness Combat 7: Consternation)
Madness Combat 1

The very first episode of Madness Combat. In it, Hank is referred to as "Our Hero," and physically looks nothing different from an ordinary grunt. His first ever victim is the boombox man, who is listening to a remix of the Chicken Dance. This disruption causes a riot and many people enter the scene to try to subdue Hank. He goes on to kill 30 people (and 2 zombies) and even fights Jesus, who appears here for the very first time. Hank emerges victorious over the opposition and, alone, dances to the Chicken Dance remix (still playing in the background).

Madness Combat 2: Redeemer

For reasons unknown, Hank is now on a mission to kill the Sheriff with the aid of his "Sheriff Tracker." Throughout the episode Hank is followed by Jesus, who might be under the employment of the Sheriff, or in another way appointed as the Sheriff's high bodyguard. At one point Tricky tries to join Jesus in an attack against Hank, however, without supernatural intervention he is quickly dispatched. Though the Sheriff keeps trying to put distance between himself and Hank, he is eventually cornered in his office. Hank aims his dual PPKs at the Sheriff's head and is about to fire when Jesus comes up behind Hank and shoots him in the back of the head. The episode ends as Hank lies dead and Jesus and the Sheriff stand unscathed. Hank kills 79 people in this episode (plus eight zombies).

Madness Combat 3: Avenger

Hank in Madness Combat 3: Avenger. Hank is "given a second chance" after being shot in the head, which is now wrapped in a bandage. He continues his hunt for the Sheriff, and it is shown that the Sheriff and Jesus are working together. When killing several A.A.H.W. members, Hank gets caught on a security camera being watched by the Sheriff and Jesus. This causes the Sheriff to panic and activate the Improbability Drive, which causes improbable and insane events to occur. Hank falls into an abyss that ends up actually being the Nevada streets, next to The Bakery. In the background, whales are seen falling from the sky, along with a giant marshmallow. In this warped version of Nevada, Hank fights and kills the Sun, which immediately causes the sky to turn from day to perpetual night. Tricky comes shortly thereafter to fight Hank, but he too was quickly killed. Hank impaled Tricky with the streetsign on the side of the giant marshmallow (a homage to Marsh-Mellow-Madness). After Hank leaves the scene, a close-up of Tricky's body shows that he was shocked with electricity and revivedas a zombie. Hank makes his way back into the complex he was originally in and once again kills the zombified Tricky. All seems won when Hank corners the Sheriff, like in Redeemer. Jesus runs up behind Hank and stabs him through the back with his binary sword. Refusing to fail twice, Hank uses the sword (still protruding through his body) to stab and kill the Sheriff, then shoots both Jesus and the Sheriff. After this split-second move, everyone falls dead to the ground and the episode ends. Hank kills 88 people in this episode.

Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis

Hank in Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis. Now with bandages covering the wound on his stomach area, Hank sets out to crash a party at Club M. This is the episode in which Hank J. Wimbleton's name is officially revealed, for he was previously known by the functional name of "Our Hero." Tricky's name is revealed as well (through the alias of DJ Tricky M in Club M). Hank seizes one of his notorious weapons from an AAHW-member in this episode. The very first 1337 agentever is seen in this episode, but is quickly killed like the rest of the A.A.H.W. At the end of the episode, Hank kills all the dancers at Club M (besides Tricky). Subsequently, Jesus enters the club with a 1337 zombie, whom Hank killed before. Jesus zombifies all of the dancers, and Hank kills them all once again. After getting to Jesus, he starts deflecting bullets from the zombie 1337 agent's G36, but gets shot in the neck. The zombie prepares to shoot him again, but has its head sliced in half. He then engages combat with Jesus, but is shot multiple times by Jesus' Desert Eagle. As a last resort, Hank detonates a suicide bomb, killing both him and Jesus. After all this carnage, Tricky is left the only one alive at Club M and decides to play his Chicken Dance remix and dance solo with a closing message "And he danced.....".

Madness Combat 5: Depredation

Hank in Madness Combat 5: Depredation. In this episode, Hank's body and the majority of his head and torso are now covered in bandages. He wears a black jacket, what seems to be a surgical mask, and red glasses. He fights 1337 agents, Jesus and his several zombie 1337 agents until Tricky comes from the abyss and mixes everything up. The conflict between Jesus and Hank is ended when Tricky intervenes, allowing Hank to shoot a few rounds into Jesus' chest, after which Tricky rips off the top of Jesus' head. At the end, Hank kills Tricky by slicing the top of his head off, but the clown is revived instantly and kills Hank by also ripping his head off and smashing it against the ground till his jaw is completely destroyed, with the text "OMFG! YOU DO NOT KILL CLOWN! CLOWN KILLS YOU!" on screen.

Madness Combat 6: Antipathy

Hank in MC6. Hank looks mostly the same as the last episode, but he has teeth sticking out, and a metal plate for a jaw, due to his beheading at the end of MC5 along with a shirt on his chest due to being impaled on the warning sign. He chases and fights Tricky (and not Jesus, who only makes a cameo while raking leaves) throughout this installment. He kills many agents and a few grunts until he reaches the room where the Improbability Drive is located. As he reaches to deactivate it, a train drives through the room and he fights along it until it crashes (thus heavily damaging Hank after the crash) and he is forced to fight more people until he finally reaches Tricky. He manages to put a battle axe through Tricky's head and shoots him several times with a P90, but his death registers as "invalid" and he comes back as a giant fiery demon version of himself. Posters during this episode claim that Hank is now wanted for "Distorting reality, felony evasion, public urination, and crime."

Madness Combat 7: Consternation

Revived, Hank looks similar to his last appearance, except that he has his coat zipped up, a bandana around his messed-up mouth, fingerless gloves, and wears black goggles with red lenses. He spends most of the episode running from Demon Tricky. He also finds Mag Agent: Torture, the first of the mag agents and for the first time encounters A.T.P. engineers. At the end of the episode, Jesus stabs him with his binary sword and executes him with his S&W 500.

29

High Concept:

A self-made bioweapon on the run.

Cold, sociopathic, and paranoid. Rarely considers the cost of his actions before setting out to complete them, and considers the ends to justify the means. However, he can still retain deep bonds to those who have shown to help him, and he in turn returns the favor.

Alignment:
Neutral Evil

Attributes:
+Adaptable: Ever evolving, as is the viral strain within him. Mercer is able to think and plan on the fly.

+Basic Unarmed Competency: Retained from his former self, the Prototype remembers basic fighting techniques.
-Callousness: While Mercer ultimately fights to punish those who would wrong him, and the world, he does so by stepping over a mountain of corpses. Many are innocent.
-Vengeful: Anyone who wronged him must be punished, by any means necessary.

Abilities/Equipment:
Biomass Manipulation:
Mercer can freely shift the form of his body at will. Arms can become blades that slice through iron, or hardened balls of biomass that can crush armored vehicles like soda cans. He can also regenerate most any wound, provided he has the necessary biomass stored within him. He can consume most things biological and not only assume their guise, but their memories and any inherent powers of their own, including skills.
Here's a link to the wiki, so you can get a better idea.

Bio:
Born Alexander J. Mercer, and into utter poverty. Raised alongside his sister, Dana Mercer, in foster care for nine years until their mother was released from prison. Alex would form a deep bond with his sister, whom he protected from the foster system, and then their mother. Later on, he would attend the University of Columbia, earning a Doctorate in Genetics.

Brilliant in his field, he was later hired by Gentek, a contractor firm working with the US government on biological warfare applications. Mercer would go on to work on the BLACKLIGHT project, creating a viral strain so dangerous that it would earn the ire of the pentagon's most covert-ops force: BLACKWATCH. With his team being systematically murdered, Mercer would flee Gentek with a vial of his life's work. Cornered in Penn Station, Mercer would unleash the virus on Manhattan.

This would cause his own death, and subsequent assimilation with BLACKLIGHT, and reanimation. Without his memories, and with newfound powers, Mercer would go on to uncover the truth about his former self. He would cleanse Manhattan of the viral infection, preventing a nuclear strike. Afterwards, he would go his own way, not knowing exactly who or what he was anymore.

Also he can do a sick spiral uppercut or spinning helicopter kick. Oh and he can also concentrate his ki to absorb one blow from an enemy, allowing him to potentially counter attack.
