BACKSTORY
➳ Eric was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He did relatively well in school as a child, but had difficulty finding friends. Additionally, he found that he could conjure flames, but he had very little control over it. In elementary school, he once tried telling his classmates that his father was a god, but was mocked for weeks. He was expelled when he accidentally set a classroom on fire, and his mother moved them to a different neighborhood. Afterward, he realized that his divine heritage wasn't going to give him any advantages. He turned to his mother for companionship instead, only meeting his best friend Jon in middle school.
While he was enrolled in the University of California for a year, Eric decided that the scholarly path wasn't for him when he attended a metalworking workshop and discovered his innate ability for it. After only two years of setting up a workshop and practicing the craft, especially having progressed in his control of fire, he was established as an artist in the LA metalworking scene. He has an apartment with a cat near his studio, where he now spends most of his time.
