Taven - we are working on his spelling and details. His first post actually surprised me, which was good! Details and stuff is what we will continue to be working on.
Serverus - I sent her an exercise to do to see where she is at. She replied to that, I pointed out some things that needed some work, and she hasn't responded since then. Soooo, we shall see.

Just starting out, I do not see any signs of improvement yet. I have a general feel of her style and I think I know how I can help her. She is currently on her third assignment.

No progress has been made since the last mentoring progress report. My Mentee didn't come online for the mentoring we scheduled, and I didn't have the time the rest of the week to accommodate a reschedule. Hopefully by Thursday this following week, I can talk to my mentee.

Scathach is moving along quite nicely. She hit some roadblocks in real life that slowed us down, but we're getting there. She doesn't know an acceptable post length so I've been trying to help her realize she can have longer replies. Having seen her past roleplays because of links that she has given me to them, I know she is capable of some longer replies, but she has also struggled with one-liners in others.

kiramarshiku spoke to me about her interests and sent me a couple example paragraphs. We went over some easy steps to use alternate words in reference to characters and objects.
Since that conversation, she has not been online or responded to my messages.

They've had RL bullshit, but I'm coaxng them into Jump ins, to try out character concepts. Things are going fairly well. They haven't done their assigned homework though which I said is fine due to the IRL stuff.

Raya: I am requesting that she be given a new mentor. I have been attempting to work with raya for several months now, and for all the work that I put into my replies to what she wants to work on, I feel that our styles and attitudes do not match up. Her RL is very busy, and because of this she cannot respond half as often as I feel she ought to in order to advance as much as I would like to see in an intensive mentee. If you would like examples of what I mean, I would be more than willing to forward you our latest conversation via PM.

There hasn't really been much communication this week. I've given her a few things to do, but there hasn't been any correspondence. I'll be trying to get in touch with her in the next few days and see if she's just busy or not interested. She has done a little bit of what I've asked of her. I know last week she had been distracted away from this for some real life worries, so I don't want to get too clingy with her in case it's that.

Slow week, still issues at home but they've completed one assignment of two I gave them... mostly, still some things to work out with the character, namely it's not quite done. I'm waiting for them to get on AIM so I can talk to them about her and I can understand why these are hangups and work through them with them.

She is starting to come along nicely with her description skills. The latest homework she sent to me seems promising, though I have not looked at it thoroughly yet. She also deserves a medal for being super sweet and almost melting my heart.

Jezzyboo has decided to opt out of her lessons. after a short talk regarding her lack of posting, she stated that she really felt that she could not strike up the motivation to actually fight. Motivation is not really something i can teach when it comes to fighting. You either have it or you don't. Thus, she has decided to stop and is no longer my mentee. AwakenLove has not responded in his mentoring RP in just under a month and has not responded to a PM regarding it in over a week. He is considered inactive and if he remains this way much longer, will be forcibly removed as my mentee.

As you already know, this will be my last batch of mentees for the foreseeable future. Jezzyboo is already marked off the list so all that is left is AwakenLove, who will likely be removed in about a week or so if he doesn't respond in time.
