Level of mental training: Advanced. She is still learning it. but it's power and lots of free time means she learns it fast.
Powers: Telepathic, Telekinesis. Her main is Telepathy. Reading minds or entering minds is so very simple for her it's like a second nature.
For her sub Telekinesis. It's down to visual range as in she can clearly see what and/or who it is.
Telepathy however is different. She can reach anyone she has ever met and speak to them when she feels like it. But to read minds they need to be within a certain range. The closer the easier it gets to read their minds.
to create illusions and the like and make a person disoriented they need to be within around a Kilometre for it to work at all. there are many factors playing into it. Reception can be bad in some areas.
For her the Telepathic powers are very different in each area. Illusions for example can be an area induced one but it's very hard to pull of and she needs to be close. But to have a person be stuck in their mind that is a lot easier and she can do it over range.
First usage of abilities: Always present...
Visualization of medium: Believe it or not but using her powers beyond mind reading and interaction on a more basic level causes her hair to change colour. White is a sign of mental exhaustion as it gives a sign of her being at her limit. Also noticeable when her condition deteriorates physically.
Bio: Nora grew up in the nontals as far as she can remember. They are her family. And it was quite good that she did. Her powers manifested very early. And thanks to other mentals being around they could help her understand them as she grew up. Probably one of the strongest telepathic users ever known she acts as a guard system for the group able to notice living beings far away with ease.
Sadly she was born with an ill body and often finds her self stuck in a wheelchair to get around. Or she manages to convince some of the stronger people to carry her. Which in it self is amusing to at times. As it has been so. She puts a lot of time into learning stuff about mechanics and computers even Medicine falls into the studies from time to time if needed.
Personality: Nora is moody. There are a set of sensitive areas that you shouldn't mention without thinking twice. And she is easily frustrated to. Due to her situation. others might have settled with their limits but she wants to go past them and grasps for every straw of hope she gets. Dreamy and cocky but also insecure and curious. You will often find her acting cool or spoiled. throwing small fits here and there and whining. But there will be moments you will know why people put up with her.
When calm and focused you will find her surprisingly mature and almost a bit mysterious as she knows what goes on around her on a much higher level than other people do.
