Life has become very relaxed thanks to all kinds of inventions and a International peace.
Thanks to this, kids, teenagers and even adults have a P.E.T. It is a small device that completely replaces a computer.
Each P.E.T. Has a pre installed standart NetNavi, which help their owner to organize their schedules, data, call the Operator's friends, and communicate with compatible devices. But they can be used for battles as well.
Their best use however, is to battle. While regular NetNavis do have some use, most who have the recources get their hands on a customized, personal, NetNavi.
Those have a advanced AI, enhanced fighting abilities and a potential that waits to be unleashed.
On their own, those NetNavis may be strong, but when a Operator and a NetNavi work together... Find it out by yourself.
Even though there is no war going on, Cyber terrorists still cause chaos. Viruses spread across the Cyberspace and make accidents happen wherever it is possible.
Lights go all green, ovens overheat and burn, ventilation stops working. Everything that is connected with the internet can be attacked anytime.
Usually the police takes care of those incidences, but often Operators take care of this as well.

This is a partner rp, but if you can't find a good partner you are free to make a Operator AND a NetNavi. The NetNavi will be a standard model though, and the operator will only have standard and Mega Chips.

Operators have to choose their BattleChips. You can exchange your battlechips with other players, but only chips of the same kind can be exchanged.
Battle chips are small Cartridges (Size of a SD card) that give a NetNavi additional equipment, abilities, or even small viruses to support them in battle.
Standard chips are the weakest kind since their duration is very short. Up to 5 of the same type are allowed. Take 5 of those.
Mega chips are a stronger kind of BattleChips. They last longer then just for one attack and deal more damage. Take 3 (no same types)
Giga Chips are the last and strongest kind of Battle Chips. They have a high attack power, but only one is allowed.
Standard chips are the weakest kind since their duration is very short. Up to 5 of the same type are allowed. Take 5 of those.
- Cannon: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Buster Cannon
- Shotgun: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Shotgun. It deals much damage on close range.
- Spreader: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Buster that spreads many weak shots across a wide area.
- Sword: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Standard Sword
- WideSword: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Wide Sword
- LongSword: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Longsword
- Attack+: Increases Attack power a little
- Guard: Gives the NetNavi a shield to block attacks.
- ShockWave: Gives the NetNavy the ability to send out a small shockwave.
- Tank Cannon: Places a stationary canon near the NetNavi. The operator can use it to attack by himself (FPS Players would love this)
- Invisible: Makes the Netnavi Invisible for a few seconds.
- Barrier: Surrounds the NetNavi with a Barrier. It is weaker then a shield but covers all directions.
- Tornado: Unleashes a small Tornado on the battlefield.
- Boomerang: Gives a Boomerang with no elemental attributes to the NetNavi
- Mini Bang: A small Granade appears in the NetNavi's hand.
- Smoke Bomb: A small smoke bomb appears in the NetNavi's hand.
- Land mine: Places a Mine underground. Explodes as someone else then the user steps on it.
- Elemental Strike: Enhances the NetNavi's standard weapon with a elemental Attribute.

- Hero Sword: Changes a arm of the Netnavi to a wide and powerful energy blade.
- Zeus Hammer: Gives the NetNavi a Two Handed Hammer. It has a big striking power but poor speed.
- Comet rain: Summons comets to rain down on the battlefield. They aim for the enemy but there is a rare chance that a bug causes them to vanish in midair.
- Poltergeist: Obstacles near the NetNavi are lifted up and thrown at a target.
- Life Barrier: A Upgraded version of "Barrier".
- Attack++: Raises the attack power of the NetNavi
- Vulcan Gatling: Changes a arm of the NetNavi into a Gatling Gun. Very useful for rapid fire.
- Sanctuary: Deletes all active Standard and Mega chips.
- Z Saber: A quick and powerful Light Saber is given into the hand of the NetNavi. It is shorter then the Hero sword and double edged.
- Red sun: Summons a large Red Meteor and launches it at a target. It is very powerful, but predictable and it's flight course can't be changed.
- Black Barrier: Creates a Barrier around the NetNavi that repels all attacks for a short time. The catch is that he can't move though.
- Delta Ray: Transforms both arms of the NetNavi into a giant cannon. It takes some time to charge, and moving much is impossible, but the shot is quick and hits instantly.
- Beta Bomb: Mini Bang + Land Mine + Smoke Bomb: Creates a small bomb in the NetNavi's hand. It may look like nothing, but it has a devastating attack power and blast radius.
- Beta Wave: Shockwave + Mini Bang + Zeus Hammer: Sends out a Powerful shockwave into a direction. It deflects bullets and erases small viruses instantly.
- Powered Cannon:Buster + Shotgun + Spreader + Vulcan Gatling: Creates a giant cannon that acts like Spreader, damaging the area around the target.
- Big Straight: Attack+ + Attack++: A powerful close combat attack that deals heavy damage. Can be used with the fist or the NetNavi's standard weapon.
- Life sword: Sword + Wide Sword + Long Sword: Creates a giant energy sword that hits a wide column in front of the NetNavi.

NetNavis may not be able to acces battle chips on their own, but they can enhance their own power with a style change. Depending on the style change their abilities are ether changed, new ones are added, or some negative abilities are erased.

According to the routine of the Military he should have been deleted since two Security Programs would work against each other, but Caim fought back, deleted the deletion program and escaped from the military servers into the cyberspace.
Until the day he finds a Operator, he will wander around in the world wide web.
Personality: Caim has a strong sense of honor and does everything in his power to fulfill his duty. He trusts his superiors and does what he can for them, but should he be betrayed he will turn against them.
Caim has a calm mind and is able to think even in the most difficult situations. He tends to be reckless though and needs someone to keep him under control.

Personality: A little hot-headed and blunt, coming off as rude most of the time. Generally though, she tries to keep cool and keep her mouth shut in some situations. She has a few petpeeves though, making it rather easy to tick her off. She takes most things seriously, though she does like joking sometimes.
