He's given fairly large wages from the Asari for covert missions they send him on, which is the main reason he doesn't go back to Thessia very often anymore, but before he gained enough of their trust to do that, he did mercenary work for the Council, such as assassinating corrupt officials and such, and even though he worked for them, he didn't consider himself as actually being in their imploy, merely using the money he acquired to allow him to better aid others as he travels the galaxy.
Despite having worked for the Council, he wasn't a Spectre, and his allegiance was his own.
He thinks of Thessia as his home, and would doanything to protect his family.
Should I go ahead and add that to the CS?

Probably.

But what about all the combat? Medics aren't usually crack shots, and a sniper doesn't usually have equal proficiency with close range combat. You only really answered the money part;
How did he survive a grenade? That would be nigh on impossible without good body armor
And how is it that he has so many skills, so good at it, and being able to do it all?

He had military training, and later mercenary work, that explained his combat prowess, medical training was explained in his history, which was after he'd been in the military, though I didn't explain that he was in the Alliance equivalent of SpecOps, and I just realized that I forgot to put that he threw the grenade before it went off, so it wasn't as damaging as it could haven been, yet it did nearly kill him, would have too, if Alana hadn't saved him.
If you could live longer than a normal human, wouldn't you be able to learn and master all kinds of things if you trained at them as often and diligently as you could? XD
Sorry for the troubles, I've been working on this CS since I said I was interested, and I slept for a few hours while working on it, so I ended up forgetting several parts I was gonna add. XD

That doesn't explain his combat prowess. There are dozens of prodigies that wouldn't be able to manage the mastering of all ranges. 75 is hardly enough time to master all range combat, and doctoring.

If your line of thought is to be based off of for most creatures, then the Asari are truly supercreatures; they live hundreds of years, and from what you're saying, there would be no chance in hell any human or other race would be able to beat them, because they'd all be masters at sniping, suppression, hand-to-hand combat, etc.

A human learns slowly, especially as the mind ages. Having 75 years to master something, whilst others would only be able to master a single skill, such as the use of a blade, or the art of sending an arrow, and then get close to a couple other great skills.

My character, for example, is good, he can hit where he's aiming if it's within his range, and that's with more accurate weapons. But give him his combat knife and stick him with an expert or very experienced hand-to-hand combat specialist, and he won't come out of it as the winner. A squad of other soldiers, with a bit of combat experience for all of them? He won't be the winner, only the realistic best would be able to do that.

Well, I suppose that makes sense.
What if the Asari/Krogan blood did more than just heal him?
What if, say, instead of biotic power, it increased his physical prowess, such as his strength, dexterity, and agility to peak human capacity?
Or is that being too unrealistic?

Dear God what did I miss?

Sorry that I've been gone for so long and will be gone a little longer, my brain is blown to bits at the moment because the exam I had today was brutal.

I'll respond to a coupla comments but I'll look over your profile in depth tomorrow, @Caramon Zero. If I forget, don't hesitate to PM me.

@The Oddsman: Yeah, that ship is a little tooooo powerful. Thanix cannons take a massive amount of power to fire and they're a new technology, so having 3 is a little ridiculous, not to mention the forward facing guns being as powerful as they are.

But other than that, once you finish the Bio you should be okay...

@Erranruin: Saren disappeared through Omega 3 a little before the game. I'll hammer more of this out in the mission briefing.

Rest well, Arc, you deserve it.
I'm sure the rest of us can wait a bit for you to get around to us.
We all know just how stressful life can get sometimes. XD

Also I agree the Medic/sniper/soldier/engineer/pilot/brawler/mercenary/badass thing is a bit too much

I would have made my character a Pilot too but I thought that was pushing the boundaries what with her being also a Spectre and a Sniper with brilliant hand to hand combat.

I mean you need your entire life to be a good doctor, he would have had to go to medical school and shizzle and then for being a pilot he'd also need to learn that as well which would take alot of time I imagine too and Sniping is very different from normal soldiering, basically he would have been having to go to four schools at the same time for ten years a piece and apparently while doing all his history stuff...

All that and just he's more powerful than any character you ever meet in the franchise, something is off if thats the case.

75 years wouldn't be enough for all those skills. Asari live for thousands of years, right? They aren't even that all-around skill masters.

Yeah, I thought as much...
Sorry, I pretty much used my end of series Shephard as a template, tossing just the tiniest bit of Zaeed in there, so he turned out the way I was hoping, just having too much to him.

Would it be better to note that he can't swim, that he's afraid of heights, or even that he has to cope with his hands shaking from time to time, as well as having frequent nightmares that keep him awake for days at a time?

Never had medical schooling, yet was self-taught using information in the place he was kept in for 20 years.
Has over 50 years of combat experience and training, both from special forces and self-taught.
I'll add in whatever you guys think needs to be there to make this superhuman more realistic and relatable.

@Odd:
I always thought most of the Asari, save a few, such as Justicars or Huntresses, didn't actually train for a majority of their lives, living the first several hundred years as wanderers and sightseers, the later part of that, and part of the next few, as soldiers and mothers, and the last several as wisewomen, making it impossible for most to be able to have the time to train in more than key combat techniques and biotic abilities, yet after a bit of digging, I found that Huntresses only train between 20-30 years to become the incredible, ninja-like killing machines they are.
So, what would happen if a Human who was willing to constantly push themself in every aspect was given a lifespan about half as long?

you can be capable of all these things but not particularly good at any of them, thats all I can think of to make it work.

The huntresses become specialised skilled assassins in 20-30 years and thats training in just a few things, so no, even then you could not have become an expert at all of these things.

Alrighty, I edited my CS, telling more of his flaws and such, so just tell me if you guys think I should fix anything else.

Looks better to me, it just depends how you play him

Well, does the whole 'go home to cut off and regrow arms' idea sound too morbid, or does it make sense to explain how he gets rid of the shaking for nearly a decade?

If you had the family I do, you'd realize that that isn't morbid at all.

@Caramon Zero: It looks mostly a-okay, the skills are still just a little crazy...

Also, I'd like y'all to remember that the Normandy's heat sink tech and Thanix cannons are not human, they're turian. Copying tech which has just been created in prototype form by a species who mostly hates humans ain't easy.

Yeah, I know all too well about having a crazy family. XD
Alrighty, just so I know what to change, would you mind specifically telling me what's still too far-fetched?

@Caramon Zero: You've got long range combat, melee combat, and excellent medic. Pick two.

I can go less harsh, but that's the quickest way of saying something like what I mean.

Hey I am a pretty hands on Mass Effect fan and wouldn't mind giving this group roleplay a shot. Is there space for me?

Pretty sure theres space for a lot more peeps
