HAIR
Quinn's hair is a warm brown color. He tends to style it a little bit to the side so that it leaves some room to reveal his forehead, but if he's wearing a beanie then he doesn't pay much attention to it. The beanie is his savior on a bad hair day.
EYES
He has a dark faded chocolate brown color to both of his eyes, though during warmer times his eyes tends to change to a more chestnut-ish color.

Quinn has silky smooth skin that's fair, though it seems close to pale, but on closer inspection it is clear that there's a hint of pink in his skin tone.

PERSONALITY
✔ Empathetic - Quinn is a highly understandable person. He's easy to talk to to and lends an ear for any and all problems that anyone might have. He'll happily sit next to someone and listen to their problems for hour at a day, and he will understand every single hidden and shown meaning between each carefully chosen word.
✔ Kind - He has a heart of gold. The smiles and happiness of others makes him more happy than anything else in the world. If he believes he has a way to spread a smile over to someone else, then he will gladly take it.
✔ Hardworking - If there's one thing that Quinn doesn't like it's giving up. He tries his very best to do what he has been told, to do it as
well as he possibly can do it. Hard work always pays off in the end, and he doesn't doubt that for a second.
✔ Motherly - Quinn loves to take care of others and help others, making him into quite the mother figure as he can be kind and loving, but he can also be strict if he feels like you are about to do something stupid or he does not approve of whatever it is you are thinking of doing. It makes him feel responsible over you, in a very good way where he wants to be your little guardian angel.
✔ Helpful - Be it big or small help, Quinn is there in a flash if he hears you need it. He wants to be of any use for you, giving you something you need - like money - or just being there to help you out, or even listening to you pour out your feelings or complaints. Quinn never thinks it hurts to help someone, and the more he can help the better.
✘ Sassy - While it's not a side of him that he shows off often, he is not the kind of person to just sit there and listen to someone be mean to his friends or something else he cares for. He doesn't have the muscles to back him up, but he does have plenty of sassy comments he's ready to attack you with if you dare.
✘ Secretive - Because of his ability to read people's minds he learns more than he wishes to know, but he is very good at keeping that a secret. However while others are an open book to him, he in himself is a closed one. Quinn hates sharing anything about himself --or others for that matter. He's great at keeping the secrets of others, but even better at keeping his own, especially his worries or thoughts.
✘ Independent - Quinn is absolutely terrible at allowing others to help him. In his head he thinks of it as them "pitying" him for his condition, the fact that he is blind, but the truth of the matter is that he could sometimes absolutely need that help. There are plenty of times where his stubbornness has caused him plenty of problems that could have turned out
very badly.
✘ Naive - He likes to believe that everyone has something good inside of them, he becomes quite the naive person and believes in the better instead of the worse. He knows that that people can change, and believes that everyone is willing to do it, but a very small part of him knows that that thought might, one day, cost him his life.

Telepathy: The power to mentally receive and/or transmit information over to other minds.

Quinn was given
wings throughout the experiments done on him. While they are crystallized rather than flesh and blood, to him they feel just as if they were made by his own flesh and blood. The wings are able to carry up to two additional persons.
Telepathy: Mind reading and communication
He is able to read other people's minds at a radius of 5 meters (5,4 yards) around him, as well as opening up a telepathic link with up to three people at the same time where he can speak freely to them.
Telepathy: Telepathic combat
His ability allows him to think the same as his opponent, giving him the ability of knowing what they are going to do next and respond to it before it happens as he's able to see their entire thought process of said movement or attack.
Telepathy: Binding
It allows him to stop the movement of another person.
Telepathy: Illusion manipulation
Quinn is able to create illusions to change what other people see around them. He's also able to make an illusion of himself and see through the illusion's eyes.
Telepathy: Mind control
Quinn can control the minds of other beings.
LIMITATIONS
Flying
Even if his wings aren't made out of flesh and blood, he'll still receive pain from any damage done to them and still feel that they grow "tired" as any other body part can. If they are in any way damage they don't heal faster than a broken leg would, it could take days before he's able to fly again.
Whenever he is bringing someone with him, the penalty is his speed and the maneuverability. Carrying one person won't make much of a difference, but when he is carrying two he can
barely reach half of his top speed (if he's lucky) and he cannot move quickly, it'll grow into very slow movements, making it dangerous to do so if escaping under an attack.
Telepathy: Mind reading and communication
It doesn't require physical contact for him to read someone else's minds, but sometimes he reads the minds of people accidentally. Quinn finds it very hard to differentiate whether someone is "talking" to him with their voices or their minds, and sometimes he reads a mind accidentally and answers.
In order to open a telepathic link to talk with someone far away his target has
got to agree on it beforehand, otherwise they need to be within the 5 meter (5,4 yard) radius, once they step outside the link will be broken along with all and any communication.
Telepathy: Telepathic combat
This ability only works five minutes at the time from whenever it is activated, and it can only be used up to three times a day. The "timer" is reset whenever the the sun has done a full on cyclus over ground, and will not be reset before that. Doing it the fourth time will not work.
Telepathy: Binding
Whenever he uses this ability he "melds" his mind together with whoever he decided to stop the movement of, meaning that at that moment should anything happen to that person he will experience the exact same. The injury will not be on Quinn's body, but he'll experience the pain as if he had the exact same injury.
Telepathy: Illusion manipulation
He is able to mess with what others perceive through illusions of either experiences that others have had, or just messing with their vision in general. However whenever he does this to a person's mind, he enters the illusion himself. If he is injured in the illusion by whoever is put under it, the injury will transfer into "the real world" and should it be fatal Quinn will be in the danger of dying.
The illusion of himself can only be used once per day, the timer resetting whenever the sun does a full cyclus. Whenever he uses the ability it'll last a whole hour.While he is using this illusion of himself, his mind will have traveled to the illusion and his real body is unconscious and vulnerable to attack.
Telepathy: Mind control
Depending on the target's intelligence Quinn can be able to maximum (like an animal) mind control it for 5 minutes, which means he has complete control of that animal. However a person he would be able to mind control it for 15 seconds at its
best, and even then he doesn't have
absolute control. While he can do this as many times a day that he wants to, the same target cannot be targeted within the next hour as their mind will be close to "immune".
This also requires
tremendous concentration, which means he's unable to do anything else while controlling someone else.

STORY
Quinn was the one who offered himself up for the experimentations after his family had strongly recommended it time and time again. He knew that they would never admit it to him, but it was hard for them to take care of a blind child. They had tried many things in order to fix Quinn's blindness, countless of operations and procedure to try and give him what he had lacked at birth, but nothing had helped. When his parents got to hear of this "experimentation" they were almost all too eager to throw him into the fire, as if this was the last attempt for him to get his sight back.
He himself had accepted the fact he was blind a long
long time ago, but his parents were perfectionists. They
needed perfection like they needed air, and of course Quinn's blindness put a dent into their otherwise "perfect" family. But with the mindset of no longer wishing to be a burden, to take care of himself, Quinn walked over to the experiment labs at the age of sixteen to be a part of the experiment.
While it did not cure his blindness, it did give him tons of new abilities. Quinn's body and mind reacted quickly to the experiments, being the first experiment that showed signs of two abilities and being labeled as the first experiment that turned into a Lacertus.

Other
- He was born as "Kim Min Jin", but his mother changed his name after he was moved to the States (before the Flare) since he was so young and it would be better with an American name so he could fit better in with the other kids.
- Because both of his parents are Korean he can speak Korean fluently alongside English, though he does not have a Korean accent to his English.
- Due to the many challenges of being blind, Quinn has worked up to have close to an eidetic memory through his other senses, giving him maps in his mind of where things are or where the different rooms are located, though of course if the environment around him is changing that won't help him much.
