Martial Arts

I used to be enrolled in Kenpo years ago, however I had to drop that when I changed schools.

Some may not consider it a form but I was also part of the Irving Boys Athletic League for a while in Greco Roman Wrestling. Some would be surprised how much of that gave me an upper hand during SRF-Basic training, years later in the Navy.

Speaking of which, my then Work Center Supervisor taught me a few basics of Muay Thai mainly for cardio, which I might add really works. He then started helping me on my ground game, that is takedowns and submission holds. My two favorites were the armbar and the sleeper hold.

That's about it...
