  1. Hey There, Thanks for Clicking!

I'm Ravenbelle,(glad you can read). Before any prospective roleplay partners may peruse my idea and charries, please know that I am a bit picky. I will probably look through some of your posts and basically stalk you out just to see if I like your writing style (more on that later). No offense, but at this point, I'd just really appreciate a dedicated player who's in it for the story and devoted to the character and plot. Please be willing to message me and collaborate on plot points and future events of the story. Just as if we were writing a novel together or something (though obviously not quite so serious). I just really wanna write and read some great storytelling and I'm looking for someone new to play with :)

Just in case you didn't know:
    • I only play female characters so I'd like for you to play a male
    • This will be a romance rp, so no leading into libertine department
    • Even if it is labeled romance, that may not mean immediate lovey dovey relationship. It could be slow build. I want authenticity.
    • I really hope we can partner up and have some fun!

Please feel free to check out these characters I either revamped or created myself. these are the girls I'd really like to play with. Some have been used before so I might have a vague idea for a plot and others might inspire an idea of your own. Browse away:

    Macie Shay
Macie, often called 'Mace', is a short and slim girl who stands at 5'0 with black hair and fair skin. Her eyes are dark as well, so she sort of looks like a modern, more edgy version of snow white. With Glasses. Macie has had problems with her vision since she was a kid. She developed severe myopia as she grew older and tried to use contacts in order to keep it under wraps, but by the time high school started, she had developed an intolerance for them and they weren't worth it. So she wears glasses because taking them off would mean she cannot identify anyone around her no matter how close they stand.
    Bio: Will depend on story
Macie is more of a watcher and listener than A talker. She knows making observations is one of the best ways to gather knowledge. She is witty and resourceful and stays calm in stressful situations. That is, unless she loses her glasses. She doesn't trust easily and tries her best to be as independent as possible.
Any body modifications, such as tattoos: two extra piercings on her ears
Likes: Sketching, licorice, rain and running
    (Among many other things)

    [BCOLOR=#ffffff]Kali Agath[/BCOLOR]
    [BCOLOR=#ffffff]19 most likely[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#ffffff]Make of her what you wish. She could be anyone. Though more likely than not, she'll have a darker edge to her. Maybe if you get a plot in mind, she could be made to fit a Red Riding Hood story[/BCOLOR]

Just in case anyone wanted to figure out a plot with Peter Pan or Disney or something...
    Tinker Bell
    Nickname: Tink
    Never Fairy
-This little fairy is actually as strong, if not stronger than any human being many times her size. Kind of like an ant, but with an engine (her very quick and powerful wings)
-She has a seemingly endless supply of powerful dust that makes her glow constantly gold and can expel large amounts of it if she feels like sharing the power of flight with others.
"Tink" is the fairy we all know and love - spunky, rebellious, impatient, impulsive, vain, possessive, determined, persistent, temperamental... yet charming and lovable. Fairy voices are too tiny to hear, so one can only hear the jingles of her magical speech, unless that one is Peter Pan. Don't worry though, this hot blooded girl has no problem making sure her message gets across if she needs it to. Otherwise, she can be pouty, mocking and snarky. She is not to be underestimated. Of course, her temper can often get the better of her, but she’s always a selfless and dedicated friend when the chips are down.

Just in case anyone wants to figure out a plot for her to fit into. Doesn't necessarily have to do with the X-men either if you don't want it to.

    Laura Sarah Kinney
"You want me to express myself? Leave Me Alone!"
    Alias: X-23
    16 years old
Laura is 5'3 and probably still growing. She has shoulder-blade length dark hair and usually cold hazel eyes. They can look greenish in sunlight. She has a healthy, athletic build and is usually seen wearing combat boots and lots of black.
To start with Laura's story, it is best to start with her mother, Sarah Kinney. A scientist working for the latest incarnation of Weapon X, she was tasked with creating a clone of their arguably most powerful invention - Wolverine. This time, however, they wanted him controllable. Seeking to take the project in a new direction, the project's director, Doctor Martin Sutter, recruited renowned mutant geneticist Doctor Sarah Kinney and tasked her with creating a clone. The cloning process failed, over and over again, until Sarah noticed one thing happening when the clone was attempted - the Y chromosomes were interacting poorly with the process. When that chromosome was removed entirely from the process, it succeeded. That marked her 23rd try. But they needed a human to carry the cloned fetus. Sarah Kinney volunteered, and carried X-23 to term.Without the Y chromosome, however, the new clone was born a female, named with the designation of 'X-23'. Her early life was far, far different than most. She was treated as an animal. By the time she could talk, she was bombarded with languages and schooling, and from the time she could walk, taught how to fight. Most of her martial arts training was under a man known only as 'Sensei'. When she wasn't being trained, exercised, or fed, she was kept in a featureless metal room, and those around her were ordered not to interact with her. That wasn't to say people didn't bend the rules somewhat. Sarah, having a bit of conflicting motherly feelings for the girl, would often sneak in and read bedtime stories to the girl, and X-23's Sensei taught, and spoke to her only in Japanese, and would generally, through language alone, treat her like a human being instead of the cold, impersonal language he was ordered to use.The Company did not approve. But their disapproval would wait for later. Once X-23 was around eight years of age, in fact, they grew impatient of waiting for their 'new weapon'. So Doctor Zander Rice had X-23 subjected to radiation poisoning in order to accelerate the activation of her mutant gene to see if she did follow in her 'father's' footsteps. Sarah viciously disapproved, but it was done anyway.
Luckily for X-23 and Sarah, Laura survived the process, following along with her genetic donor's powerset to gain regeneration, and claws. The feminine aspect to her genetic manipulation made for an odd setting of claws, however - one in each foot, and only two in each hand. All the while, Weapon X was developing a 'trigger scent' to infuriate the girl, using associative psychological techniques to let the scent spark a rage in her.The first trial of it was on her Sensei. Having known that he was disobeying their orders to treat her like a thing, they had her kill him, then brought in a new trainer/handler. Kimura. An invincible woman, she could not be cut by Laura's claws. Her training continued. When she was far too young for such things, about 12 years old, they started sending her upon missions. Her first was the assassination of a high-profile politician. Greg Johnson. That was just the start. Sending her on increasingly higher and higher risk missions, members of the project started seeing the ability to use X-23 for their own monetary gain. Rice manipulated her the most. Subjecting her to the adamantium process at the age of eleven. He wanted to torment and torture the young girl, and when Sarah realized that Rice was starting to use the trigger scent to send X-23 to kill his higher-ups so that he could take charge of the project, she panicked.
Rice even abandoned X-23 on a particularly dangerous mission, but she survived against overwhelming odds and managed to return to the facility. Ultimately, Rice persuaded Sutter to hand over control of the program to him, then secretly ordered X-23 to kill Sutter and his family. Later, Rice revealed to Sarah Kinney a chamber with dozens of incubation pods containing female clones before he fired her. Before fleeing the facility with X-23, Kinney gave her one last mission - destroy the pods and kill Rice. She succeeded, but Rice was able to exact revenge on Kinney from beyond the grave. X-23 discovered, too late, that the trigger scent had been used on Sarah - she was the next target. Flying into a rage, she murdered her mother figure. Another little piece of her died. Searching Sarah's body, she discovered a letter to her that gave her a name. Laura.
    1. Regeneration: Sharing in her "father's" ability, Laura has enhanced regeneration. It works fairly fast, with minor cuts clotting and closing up in seconds. More major cuts and flesh wounds heal in minutes, and things like broken bones mend themselves in about 10 minutes depending on the injuries.
    2. Foreign Chemical Immunity: X-23's natural healing also gives her the virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs.
    3. Disease Immunity: Due to her highly efficient immune system, X-23 is immune to all Earthly diseases and infections.
    4. Superhuman Acute Senses: X-23 possesses incredibly enhanced senses that are comparable to those of certain animals. She is able to see at much farther distances, and with near perfect clarity, than an ordinary human. She retains this same level of clarity in almost complete darkness. Her sense of hearing is enhanced in a similar manner, allowing her to both hear sounds that ordinary human's can't and to hear sounds that ordinary humans can, but at much greater distances. X-23 is able to use her highly developed sense of smell to track targets by scent with an impressive degree of success, even if the scent has been eroded by natural factors, such as the weather.
    5. Superhuman Stamina: X-23's muscles produce a considerably less amount of fatigue toxins during physical activity than the muscles of an average human. She can exert herself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before fatigue begins to set in.
    6. Superhuman Agility and Reflexes: X-23's agility, reflexes, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the most accomplished human athlete.
    7. Enhanced Strength: Laura enjoys the blessing of enhanced strength. While not nearly as powerful as Wolverine, she is getting stronger and stronger as she grows older. This helps her to jump higher, run a fair bit faster, and lift far more weight than her build and gender would suggest. If she wanted to push the limits of her ability, she could bench press about 500 pounds - but would feel far more comfortable carrying and pushing about 350.
    8. Claws: A pair claws in each hand, and a one in each foot. The claws are about eight inches in length in her hands, and about six to seven inches in her feet, curved at one end, and retractable, going back into or out of her arms or feet as she needs them. They've been coated in Adamantium, something the rest of her skeleton hasn't been subjected to. Let's hope they never get a chance to finish the job.
    1. Broken bones can set in the wrong place. For example, if she has broken ribs that have been moved or jarred around, they will heal themselves too quickly and may end up crooked or in the wrong place. In that case, she would have to re-break them and set them appropriately so they can heal again. Her regenerative power can be overloaded, perhaps by being shot many, many times in a short period of time. When that happens, she loses consciousness, and drops into a fugue until her body stabilizes itself, and heals any major organ damage that occurs. The drawbacks to this power aren't too many, but she does tend to eat a heck of a lot more than your average person, particularly if this system was given a workout.
    2. She can be affected by some drugs, such as tranquilizers, if she is exposed to an extremely large dose.
    5. If her stamina is used to the max for more than 24 hours and she does not collapse out of exhaustion, her muscles will most likely be very sore but he time she sleeps and wakes again.

    8. Because of these razor-sharp claws, getting through metal detectors at airports and the like is a real pain, and each time they cut through her skin when she 'draws' them, it stings.

    9. Also, because of the adamantium in her hands and feet, she cannot swim very well at all. But she can sink. Not good.

Induced Berserker Rage: She has also been subjected to conditioning in which a specific "trigger scent" has been used to send her into a berserker rage, killing anything in sight. This can be seen as a strength or a weakness, depending on what side of things you're on. Very few things short of knocking her out can snap her out of this state while the scent is around, so she can hardly control herself and is not conscious of her actions. As a result, she is usually bombarded by intense feelings of guilt after this rage wears off.

    • Can speak English French and Japanese, fluently. May be able to speak others, but with much less mastery.
    • X-23 is an expert tracker. Because of her enhanced sense of smell she can track almost anything and anyone, and has memorized many different scents.
    • Raised in captivity, due to her extensive training as a top-secret operative, X-23 has been trained to become a living weapon. She is highly trained in the use of long range weapons and explosives, and is an expert in assassination techniques.
    • She is excellent at hand to hand combatant, with intensive training in numerous armed and unarmed martial arts techniques.

Just in case anyone wants to figure out a plot for a romance with Lilo..
    Lilo Pelekai
Age: 15 at the youngest (depends on story)
    General Appearance:
    Weight: 118 lbs
Eyes: Almond shaped and chocolate colored
Just in case anyone wants to do a Robin/Raven or Raven/OC rp...doesn't necessarily have to be tied to the characters in the Teen Titans...
    Raven Roth
(Anyone who ever gets really close to her sometimes calls her Rae)
    Alias: Raven
    Judicial Status: Hero

    Background and Hero Origins:
Arella, Raven's mother, was chosen to become the bride of the demonic Trigon. Abandoned by the demon rather than her becoming his queen, Arella was bent on suicide when she was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle.

In their inter-dimensional world, Raven, Arella's daughter by Trigon, was born. Fearing that the child would bring evil among them, Juris, a magistrate of Azarath, attempted to cast the infant Raven into Limbo, only to be destroyed himself. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, then took the young Raven under her personal tutelage, instructing her in the truth of her parentage, and in pacifism, meditation, and the submergence of her emotions to resist Trigon's influence, while perfecting her powers of teleportation, astral projection, and empathic healing.

Later, after Azar's death (in which she entered another plane of existence), when Raven was plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon and, defying her teachers, she confronted her demon father in Limbo at his bidding. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned fourteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth.

She arrived at Jump City, where she met several super-powered youths fighting a rampaging alien girl....

    Powers and Skills:
The basis of almost all of Raven's powers are derived from her soul-self.

Astral Projection: She is able to project her soul from her body into corporeal form using it to interact with the physical world, affect others mentally, and to traverse through time-space. Her soul-self takes the form of a double of her own body, or more commonly, a large black raven. She is capable of changing its shape and mass at will, and can alter her own appearance with her soul-self, like increasing her size or making her tentacles emerge from her cloak.

Projection of Thoughts and Will: She is able to project her soul-self into the minds of others to communicate, facilitate calm or to force people into submission with a devastating mental attack. Though normally composed of energy that is colored black, Raven's soul-self can change color depending on her emotional state, manifesting as red or white.

Advanced Telekinesis: Raven can merge a small part of her soul-self into objects in order to take control of them, with the object essentially becoming an extension of her soul-self; this may be the reason why she prefers to take control of inanimate objects rather than people. The limit to how much matter she is able to control is unknown, though it ranges well into hundreds of tons, allowing her to hurl city buses, mounds of rubble or even uprooting whole slabs of pavement. Whenever she takes control of something, it is covered in the same dark energy that composes her soul-self.

Creating Solid Constructs: With her soul-self able to be molded into any shape, Raven often creates simple domes or walls that act as barriers against attack. She can project solid bolts to be used as projectiles, or a steady stream of solid force. She has been shown making razor sharp blades to cut through obstacles, claws that can restrain foes, and floating platforms to ride on.

Interdimensional Teleportation: Raven's soul-self is able to envelop her (along with at least four other people) and transport her to other dimensions, primarily Azarath. She can use this technique to travel vast distances on Earth, or to teleport by momentarily displacing herself and then re-appearing in another location. She can pass through walls and obstacles by simply teleporting past them, giving the illusion of intangibility. At times, Raven has been shown creating portals with her dark energy in order to travel, rather than utilizing her soul-self.

Empathy and Healing: She has the psionic ability to sense the emotions of others, allowing her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others, as she has stated that she would know if someone's mind had been tampered with. Raven can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce rapid healing for them, and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm. She can receive precognitive flashes of the future when exposed to extreme emotion. By using her empathy to guide her, she can track others with her soul-self.

Levitation: Raven can levitate off the ground and fly, without visible projection of her dark energy as is shown when she utilizes telekinesis. Her power is also sufficient to enable her to counter the gravitational pull of other planets

Above average Agility, strength etc: Raven meditates to control and focus her abilities. Though not the most physically talented, Raven is nonetheless a fairly skilled and proficient hand-to-hand fighter, having received at least some degree of physical training. She has been shown briefly overcoming the peak-human, Speedy, engaging Jinx in hand-to-hand combat and also quickly delivering flying kicks to Monsieur Mallah.

Multilingual: Raven is also a skilled polyglot, capable of fluently speaking English, German, Latin, Romanian, Ancient Sumerian, and Sanskrit.

Arcane Magical Knowledge (Light&Dark): Though only occasionally used, Raven has displayed a wide arcane knowledge, possessing a vast library of mystic tomes, books and scrolls. She has been shown making potions, using mystical objects like charms and talismans, and has performed elaborate magical rituals. She has also been shown being able to directly absorb the knowledge from the pages of scrolls and tomes to her mind fairly quickly.

Post Cognition: The ability to visually perceive information about past events of a particular object, person, or anything in between without any guessing based on deductive reasoning and current knowledge.

    Weaknesses and Tragic Flaw:
Raven's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.
It also seems she can keep perfect control of her powers while exhibiting her emotions, as seen in Spellbound. Raven is radiant with happiness and love, yet she is still able to control her powers with ease. If Raven suppresses her fear, she is unable to connect with her powers until she admits she is truly afraid.
Her ultimate weakness is her anger.

Other emotions aren't as Earth trembling as Raven's temper. Her anger is in the form of Trigon inside her mirror in Nevermore, then after defeated (to a point) the anger turns to another one of her, with her father's 4 red eyes and a red cloak. Anger is what changes her from her regular self to her demonic side practically every time.
Another weakness is her dependence on her incantation, Azarath Metrion Zinthos. If a gag is placed over her mouth, she cannot complete her incantation and she cannot connect with her powers until the gag is removed, however, she has occasionally overcome this weakness through sheer will.

    Trigon: Demon father
    Arella: Human mother
    Azar: Spiritual teacher
    Monks of Azarath: Guardians

I have a plot idea for Johanna, but it still needs some tweaking with a partner. So if you're interested in playing as a shifter wolf in a story...

    Female Shifter
    Age: 17
    General Personality:
Cautious, fierce, insightful, compassionate, and most of all, guarded. She puts on a devil-may-care attitude, but wouldn't ever let an innocent get hurt if she can help it.
History: (subject to change with changing plot)
She was wild in a pack far from humans until they began to actively hunt wolves down. They came in helicopters shooting down all but the best of them. Johanna got away, but most didn't. She was lost for awhile, going for long periods of time without food all alone. A group of men at the edge of a city thought she was a dog and kicked her around a bit. Scarred and broken, she kept walking and in a last resort, shifted into her human form for the first time. She hated being bipedal and mostly furless, but once she stole clothes from a clothes line, she could steal medical supplies and take care of herself as a human for awhile. She abhorred staying like that for too long though for she had too much pride in her wolf form. It's who she is. She is no human and to pretend to be something she's not was an insult to her dignity. For the last two years, she's been following her nose to find others of her kind, but hasn't had much luck.

So there you have it folks!
If you're up for a challenge (writing with me), please leave a reply on this thread stating whether you are interested in helping me flesh out or create plots for the characters before you. Please leave an idea of the kind of plot you have in mind.
From there, I'll scope you out a bit (as in, check out other posts of yours and figure out your style of writing). If you don't think that would adequately represent what kind of writer you are, you can leave a sample of your writing (preferably 2+ paragraphs) in the reply here and I won't look through your old posts. Maybe the sample writing could be what you might picture for an opening posts for a plot idea of your own for one of the listed characters?
Then, if I'd like for you to be a writing partner of mine, I'll pm you and we'll talk business ^-^. If not, please don't take it personally. The case may simply be that I've had enough requests and I can't play with too many people at once. I'll make sure to tell you if I don't want to write with you though. You won't go without a good reason.

    THANKS :)

  2. Hey there!

I'd be plenty interested in writing out the mermaid plot with you. When you do scope out my stories, please know that the majority of my characters are female. However, I'm just as capable of writing male characters, or so I think. If you'd prefer a writing sample from a male perspective, here's something you can peruse to evaluate our compatibility.

Anyway, give that a read, and if you like what you see, hope to hear from you! If not, no big deal whatsoever :)!
