Don't care for it personally, but have you seen movies/photo spreads/etcetera? It's present. A lot.

I do admit to thinking it looks pretty terrible if you go for the guyliner extents, but someone else is probably going to tell me I need to shave or that they hate my shirt. It doesn't really matter.

I have creams though, does that count?
 
It's nice to see how many answers are supportive or accepting. Honestly, some men don't even use lotion or nice-smelling soaps because they're considered feminine! (Though admittedly I don't like lotion either.) If makeup is used to compliment people's features and make them look beautiful, everyone should get a chance to use or refuse it.
