Lost Words Of a Castle

Corona was sent into mission from her master, him being half asleep when he told her to do it, he didnt give detail into how his victim should die. So Corona figured it would be her choice. Splitting the space/time continum she was forced to go into the past. Where humans were the slaves and demons where the most powerful they had ever been. A demon named Rijslan, or Reggie for short. Back when demons lived in fully formed mobs, with no help from her Scythe, they found Reggie quickly. But Reggie was faster and more powerful and Corona wanted nothing more than to drain his marrow and steal his soul. She had lost all track of time when Reggie was killed, she drained his power and fet her soul loose a sliver from itself. Tantalized Corona headed home, her new powers helping her heal faster from the Cuts Reggie cave her, yet she was tired and a foot from the front door, her vision went black as she hit the ground.

Shylo woke with a start, sitting up as quickly as he could. He looked around his gaze falling on Midna. He sighed and tucked her carefully in the blanket before sneaking off to find Corona to thank her. He hoped no one came into the room and saw little Midna.

Corona was still passed out. Her weapon Hidden Sorrow, had used its magic to locate her to the rosh bushes, where she would be hidden for the time being. Its shunk back into her necklace. Corona was finally content, not evil and horrible but genlte and angelic. Only she would be hidden if the horses hadnt jumped out of their pasture and surrounded her, all nudging her gently untill she opened her eyes and sat up. Hearing a noise, the opening and closing of a door she finally jumped up with inhuman strength and blended herself with the trees. Corona looked down and eyed as the horses moved away back into their pasture. She felt empty and looked down to find her stuborn scythe layign on the ground, if she were to get it now, she would be noticed.

Shylo walked down a path through the property looking for her, she couldn't have lef could she?

Corona, with her heart beating fast she sighed relief seeing shylo's head from the trees a few yards away. She jumped down the sound of rustling leaves and the scared wings flapping of birds who where scared by her sudden movements, she picked up her Scythe and cleaned it, taking the dry blood off with a wave ov her jacket.

Shylo only looked for a little bit before heading back to the castle. He didn't want to be needed and then get in trouble for leaving. That wasn't his ownly concern.

Midna had woken up and now was curiously wandering the halls, sneaking into libraries, and the kitchen, and places she probably shouldn't go.

Corona apeared in the stables again, a young vampire startled and hugged Corona "Corona-chan, would you mind picking some roses for master? I dont want to get pricked, blood isnt good for me" she smiled sweetly and shifted around under her hood. Her cloak covering all of her face in a dark shroud. Sunlight wasnt good for the little girl. Corona didnt smile as she grabbed the basket and walked quietly outside towards the rose bushes, sticking her hand into the thorns and cutting the roses with her index fingernail. Cuts began to bleed from the thorns on her hand, she just brushed the pain off as the blood disapeared. "Why do roses have thorns Senpai?" the little girl took interest in watching Corona.

Corona didnt smile but spoke in response "Its how the roses defend themselves against enemies, Lin, we all have defences that help us survive" she slowed down and finished the rose bushes, handing the basket back to the little girl who skipped away brushing against Shylo "Thank you Corona-senpai!!!" she yelled as she slipped inside. Corona stared at the roses when she stood up and brushed off her leather skinnys.

Shylo watched the little girl leave then looked over at Corona. He came over to her slowly, his stride stiff with aches."Good evening Corona." He smiled only slightly.

Corona eyed him, not evily but calmly and carefully. She didnt want the light he heald in his heart blind her. But she had watche the way he walked and frowned even more "Injured" she said simply, still sore from all the jumping and the fighting she had to do last night. She had to think about what she said or else she'd say it in another language.

"Yes, but not terribly. The ropes were insensitive." He informed,"I came to thank you for finding Midna for me."

"Help you" Corona shifted towards him towards his wings first, feeling the feathers, she wanted to rip the feathers right off, to watch them bleed into a mass of snow ans death. But she kept herself calm and backed away "kiss me Shylo" she looked away, it was a stupid request. She slid down to her knees looking down and held her head. She wasnt herself, her masters potion must be fading away, it wasnt Corona she was in conflict with anyomore.

Shylo looked confused as he watched her curl up on the ground. He slowly knelt before her, took her face in his scarred hands and pressed his soft lips to hers.

Corona made a small whimpering noise, and instinctivly wrapped her arms around his neck. She couldnt know all of what he was thinking, she didnt know what she was thinking. She did owe him for all the pain she gave him. Every touch of their lips she healed his body, sucking her life energy into his. She owed him. Then again she wasnt herself.

Shylo felt a wave of relief come over him, and a scary but wonderful feeling like he had been struck by lightning! He kissed her a little longer until he had to breath.

Corona pulled away when she felt him fully heal "Gomennasai. Es tut mir leid" Corona figured she should just stop talking, she had already said sorry in japanese and latin, any soon she'd start speaking in latin, she already sang in latin. She shouldnt make it worse for herself. She glanced up at Shylo, half wondering if he was going to slap her for asking such a outragious request. She'd slap herself for it later.

Shylo slowly looked down at his hands and at his wings, feeling fully replenished. Then he looked at her,"Thank you." He said with all shock.

Corona looked at him, her eyes fighting to keep Corona in charge and not her other half. She was in trouble if her other half came out, she would be dead. "Your welcome" she managed to keep her english out, she began to turn back towards the castle. Master needed to fix her.

He watched her, see seemed edgey about something. He let her go, maybe it was best. He needed to check on Midna anyways.

Midna however was content to reading in one of the largest private libraries, levaing books all about to pictures of bird sketches she would draw or already had, those pictures left confetty like about the room.

Corona disapeared, apearing in her masters room "Masuta, kanojo imasu te kuru seizen (master, she had been coming alive) Kanojo desu me o samashi (she is awake)" Corona was at a loss. She wondered if her master could even understand japanese but she focused on the true matter. Her master opened his eyes from his chair and responded with a question "Rushi? (Lucy)" he responded back to her in japanese. She nodded gently "Hai Masuta (yes master)" she stood up straighter and closed her eyes. Feeling her master stand up and walk to a table, he answered after a long while "I have nothing more to give you, someone in this castle must be bringing Lucy out, we cannot let them near you. I order you to stay away from everyone until I can make a more stronger solution" Corona nodded to her master "Hai Masuta" she walked slowly out.

"Midna." Shylo whispered, serching the castle, sometimes stopping people to ask if they'd seen a little girl of 7.
