I usually try to post one paragraph but sometimes it's more, sometime's it's less... As for romance and smut? Hmm.. I dunno. I am totally fine with lots of smut if that's what you want. But some romance is good too.

and my text length really fluctuates but i know how to keep a story going at least
 
i like quite a bit of plot and like a developing romance but if there is hatefucking and angry sex than hell yeah more drama in the rp lol

When I have done character bios in the past it has usually been pretty minimal because I like to develop the character more within the roleplay.
